Knowing that Perkins Coie and the FBI were working together on this targeting operation, makes everything else make sense.
However, the involvement of official government agencies like NSA Admiral Mike Rogers, creates a paper trail. Search query logs, notifications to Mike Rogers, notifications to the FISA Court, notifications to FBI officials of the suspension of contractor access, and subsequent FISA court opinions like the 99-pages from Rosemary Collyer, all of it creates an internal trail of government documents that tell the story.
It’s those documents that become a risk to the people who operate within the system. In this example of government documents, the trail outlines the targeting of Donald Trump and that was what he continued to ask the ODNI, DOJ and FBI to release.
Frustrated by the lack of action, in March 2022 Donald Trump filed a massive civil lawsuit against the Clinton campaign and everyone involved in this targeting operation. [SEE LAWSUIT HERE] “Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” the president states.
“Under the guise of ‘opposition research,’ ‘data analytics,’ and other political stratagems, the Defendants nefariously sought to sway the public’s trust. They worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J. Trump,” says one segment of the lawsuit.
All of the claims within the filing are substantiated by documents outlining the history of the events. I’m not sure any defendant is going to be successful getting themselves out of the target zone on the lawsuit. The suit alleges “racketeering” and a “conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood,” among other claims.
The basis for the evidence against the entire crew? That was likely part of the assembly of evidence, the declassified documents at the heart of the battle, that were targeted by the DOJ and FBI raid.

I oppose drawing anyone from the House or Senate, as VP but for different reasoning.
If they are IN the Senate or House, they were elected because they recieved the backing of the RNC, and RNCC, with unlimited funding so that they could go “toe to toe” with a Democrat opponent, that had unlimited $ from the DNC and DCCC.
In other words, if they were elected, they are compromised.
I only know of ONE person, who TPTB in DC so feared that they attempted to bribe, and that not only told them to shove their bribe, but recorded and made public the offer.

Yes, pulling someone from Congress or the Senate can have unknown ramifications. President Trump selecting Sen. Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions as his AG resulted in a vacant Alabama Senate seat. It should have been a layup for the Republicans. But, no, that seat was lost to the Dems.

Congress also took themselves off being subjected to FISA scrutiny. So of course, their freedom will not be infringed by warrantless search & seizure under FISA. Sen. Manendez could be reconsidering his decision not to for re-election with this good news.
They should consider that they are trying to create a situation of unconstitutional lawlessness. And that Congress is currently protected, not by their own “laws” but by the law-abiding nature of those of us who love the Constitution. If we are no longer governed by the Constitution, do they think the criminals they are siding with will protect them?

I liked Carson when I thought DeSantis was on the up and up, as someone who would be loyal as VP but would not be a contender in 2028 due to his age and other factors. That would allow others like Vance, Hawley, and DeSantis to run in 2028 as MAGA successors competing for the crown.
But DeSantis ran! Vance and Hawley are still good but I now want to Trump to crown the successor to give his term the heft it needs to be effective, otherwise if the VP is not credible for 2028, his term will be deadpanned as a lame duck one from the onset.
I think Trump should go with a credible nominee for 2028 who will continue his agenda, especially on trade, immigration and national security. The names that come to mind are JD Vance, Josh Hawley, Byron Donalds, and Sarah Sanders.
If Trump, for some reason is thinking of an Establishment type, the least worse of the bunch would be Ron DeSantis (think about the other names and I think you will understand why he’s the least worse).
I don’t know Hageman and I doubt she’s up to the scrutiny that a national campaign would bring her.

I have in the past had access to a range of classified and unclassified US computer networks. NO classified or even unclassified US Govt network I am aware of allows anonymous logins. They all require some kind of login credential, ID+password, token, PIV, CAC card, etc. I know people in FBI and other agencies and their networks work the same way. Access is always tracked and logged. Pages printed are tracked and logged. USB drives were disallowed after about 2008 or so. Certain databases and applications had their own additional layer of access requirements, passwords, user validation, etc.
So if there was a pattern of abuses it should have been a straightforward matter to zero in on WHO was running unauthorized queries. The specific person or persons should be identifiable. The exact time-stamps should be identifiable.
All the investigations seem to conspicuously avoid asking those questions.
