Well, a company which has listed this property on its books as “unsold inventory” for many years cannot now simply turn around and re-list the thing as “rental property.” Someone actually needs to “buy it,” at some price, in order to clear the first set of books. Never mind that the investors who might be doing this could be the same ones.
They’re “buying it” (sic …) in order to “rent it out” in hope of deriving some profit from the thing.
The financial realities of the home-building industry are already “very strange.” That house which might sell “in the low $200’s” at one place and “in the mid-$400’s” at another … very likely cost about $30,000 (parts and labor) to build, at the “economy of scale” which these companies routinely enjoy. Oddly enough, there is “reverse price sensitivity” among buyers in these markets: they want to pay more. Whether or not they actually get what they pay for – other than “an address.” 🤷♂️

The Biden-Schumer Plan to Kill More Ukrainians
The $61 billion will make no difference on the battlefield except to prolong the war, the tens of thousands of deaths, and the physical destruction of Ukraine.
President Joe Biden is refusing to fold a losing hand as he bets with Ukrainian lives and U.S. taxpayer money. Biden and Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer propose to squander the lives of tens of thousands more Ukrainians and $61 billions of federal funds to keep Biden’s disastrous foreign policy failure hidden from view until after the November election.
The $61 billion will make no difference on the battlefield except to prolong the war, tens of thousands of deaths, and physical destruction of Ukraine. It will not “save” Ukraine. Ukraine’s security can only be achieved at the negotiating table, not by some fantasized military triumph over Russia.
$61 billion is not nothing. This worse-than-useless outlay would exceed the combined budgets of the U.S. Department of Labor, Environmental Protection Agency, National Science Foundation, and the Women, Infant, and Children nutrition program.
Almost exactly 10 years ago this month, Biden did much to put Ukraine on the path to disaster. This is well known to those who have looked carefully at the facts but is kept hidden from view by the White House, the Senate Democrats, and the mainstream media that back Biden. I have previously provided a detailed chronology, with hyperlinks, here.
In 1990, President George H. W. Bush, Sr. and his German counterpart Chancellor Helmut Kohl promised Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev that NATO would not expand eastward if the Soviet Union accepted German reunification. When the Soviet Union disbanded in December 1991, with Russia as the successor state, American leaders decided to renege.
President Bill Clinton began NATO expansion over the vociferous opposition of top diplomats like George Kennan and the opposition of his own Secretary of Defense, William Perry. In 1997 Zbigniew Brzezinski upped the ante, with a plan for NATO to expand all the way to Ukraine. He famously wrote that without Ukraine, Russia would cease to be a great power.
Russian leaders have repeatedly made clear that NATO expansion to Ukraine is understandably the reddest of Russian redlines. In 2007, President Vladmir Putin stated that NATO enlargement to that date was a cheat on the 1990 promise, and that it must go no further. Despite these clear warnings, including by his own diplomats, George W. Bush Jr. committed in 2008 to expand NATO to Ukraine and Georgia in order to surround Russia in the Black Sea.
William Burns, now CIA director, and then the U.S. Ambassador to Russia, wrote a famous memo entitled “Nyet means Nyet,” explaining that Russia’s opposition to NATO enlargement was across Russia’s political spectrum. Most Ukrainians themselves were also firmly against the plan, favoring neutrality over NATO membership. The Ukrainian Rada declared Ukraine’s state sovereignty in 1990 on the basis of becoming “a permanently neutral state.” In 2009, the people of Ukraine elected Viktor Yanukovych, who ran on a platform of neutrality.

I don’t expect it to end “at the negotiating table.” Quite logically, Russia will press on – finishing what it started – to secure: military surrender, but on Russian terms.
Any “cease fire” would merely be yet-another gambit designed to give USA/EU/NATO: (a) another opportunity to sell a few trillion dollars’ worth of Tom Swifty weapons; and (b) another chance to play “round three” of bad-faith negotiations until they could find more Ukranians to slaughter.
I don’t think that Russia is interested in “conquering Ukraine,” much less “the rest of Europe.” They want to secure – once and for all – their national security interests in this matter. Which amounts to: “demilitarize,” and “deNazify.”
No other Allied nation came anywhere close to paying the price in Blood that Russia paid at the hand of … “Nazis.” Therefore, when they talk about “Nazis,” they damned well know whereof they speak.
Russia spent many years in what they thought were “good faith” negotiations in Minsk … twice … before finally being told that they were just being delayed. That the people with whom they were speaking never meant a word of it. Well, they won’t forget that anytime soon.

My Navy vet son is experiencing some sudden, strange physical difficulties which, after many tests seems to have no organic cause. I won’t bore with details but suffice it to say in our conversations we have decided to investigate 5G.
He has the bit between his teeth now and has done incredible research. There are 5G towers everywhere where he lives outside of Austin. His new house is near one. His crippling symptoms did not start until they moved in. When he is in the middle of nowhere in Central or West Texas, his symptoms disappear completely… no towers. These are just a few points I wanted to lay out in what has been perplexing and unsolvable, worrying, painful distress he is suffering. No doctors he has consulted have been able to help.
This is a documentary which he has sent to me and I am posting it here which I leave with no comment.
What are his symptoms?
Headaches, high bp, heart palpitations, severe nerve pain in his feet so that he can barely walk, leg pain, severe “tinnitus” (or as he calls like electric crickets in his head, not ears), brain fog, dizziness….just to name a few. There are more. All of which abate but don’t disappear when he goes to work. As soon as he nears home they return and increase.
He is not jabbed.
Interestingly, he can keep these symptoms lower if he drinks a LOT of water.
I should also say he is an industrial HVAC technician so he is well equipped with knowledge to do his investigations.
About the video which I have watched. I noticed immediately that there are no American voices. This was produced in Europe which is very telling to me.
I have other theories about all of this which for the moment I will keep to myself.
