Lawyers representing the suspect who attempted to assassinate President Trump in Florida have asked Judge Aileen Cannon to recuse herself from the case. [10-page court filing]

“The public may suspect that Mr. Trump’s cases have somehow been deliberately steered to this Court. … That perception would irreparably damage the integrity of this court as an institution, not to mention the judicial process,” Routh’s defense attorneys wrote, while acknowledging they had no evidence that the assignments were anything other than random.

(Via Politico) – Lawyers for the man charged with attempting to assassinate former President Donald Trump on a golf course in Florida last month have asked U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon to recuse herself from the case.

Attorneys for Ryan Routh filed a 10-page motion Thursday formally asking Cannon to step back from the criminal case because of Trump’s praise for her past rulings in his favor, the fact that the former president appointed her to the federal bench and because of public suspicion about how she came to be assigned to yet another high-profile case involving Trump. After outlining his personal reasons for supporting President Donald Trump, Tesla CEO, Twitter owner Elon Musk and America PAC hosts a town hall in Pennsylvania ahead of the voter registration deadline after publicly backing former President Trump.

Elon Musk attending the University of Pennsylvania and is very familiar with the Keystone state.  President Trump has said he intends to use the advice of Musk in an advisory position to streamline government and eliminate waste. WATCH:

The Alfred E Smith dinner, generally a comedic roast, is scheduled for tonight and RSBN will provide coverage starting at 6:00pm EDT.

The annual event will be hosted again by Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York.  President Donald Trump is the featured speaker with Comedian Jim Gaffigan serving as the dinner’s emcee.  Kamala Harris rejected the invitation.  WATCH BELOW/strong>:

Apparently, some forms of foreign election influence are okay. According to recent reports the British Labour Party are sending their staff to the United States to run support operations in battleground states.

GREAT BRITAIN – The British Labour Party is sending approximately 100 current and former staff members to the United States to work for Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign in key swing states.

The left-leaning Labour Party won a majority in the Parliament in July, toppling the Conservative government and making Labour leader Keir Starmer the new prime minister.

In a post originally published on LinkedIn calling for more volunteers, Sofia Patel, head of operations for the Labour Party, wrote, “I have nearly 100 Labour Party staff (current and former) going to the US in the next few weeks heading to North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Virginia.”

President Donald Trump appears for a townhall event hosted by Univision for a Latino audience.   President Trump took questions from the audience and explained policy and 2024 election priorities while asking the audience for their support.

The leadership of the Univision network have a long history of manipulating Latino content to the benefit of Democrat political priority.  Without doubt, this same corporate intent was again carried by the network as President Trump engaged with the Latino audience.   However, despite the efforts of the professional political class, President Trump continues to carry the highest level of republican support from the Hispanic population.
