“The public may suspect that Mr. Trump’s cases have somehow been deliberately steered to this Court. … That perception would irreparably damage the integrity of this court as an institution, not to mention the judicial process,” Routh’s defense attorneys wrote, while acknowledging they had no evidence that the assignments were anything other than random.

Attorneys for Ryan Routh filed a 10-page motion Thursday formally asking Cannon to step back from the criminal case because of Trump’s praise for her past rulings in his favor, the fact that the former president appointed her to the federal bench and because of public suspicion about how she came to be assigned to yet another high-profile case involving Trump. How was this case assigned to Judge Cannon, was it just a random draw or like in the corrupt DC District Court assigned to her by Democrat Party partisan court clerks overriding the random selection process for in her case malicious intent? It sounds like that the law fare creeps are attempting to establish a legal precedent to be used against Trump after he wins. In this high visibility case, Routh will be locked into this judge so when Trump tries to pull his cases away from some mindless judicial hacks appointed by Obama, the the law fare crew can point to this case and deny the petition .

As far as I know, no DEM judge has recused themself from going after Trump, (I can NEVER UNSEE the shirtless selfie photo of what’s-his-name). Judge Cannon gave careful consideration to everything she did. I read several of her opinions as time permitted. She refused to get off the case when the RINO Chief Judge asked her to. I hope she stands firm and does not succumb on this one. She follows the rules and the law.
