COVID””
COVID ==== after COVID
Social Security —– after COVID
Still the same after did not go back
to prior.
So now you cannot go into a Social Security office and take care of business. You have to make an online appointment.
The online appointment is set up for September but will get back pay.
I can do this probably some people cannot wait for benefits.
Sad.
Things never go back to before once they change it.
Changes never benefit the user or recipient. Changes ALWAYS benefit the a$$holes making the changes.
Amen to that.
That is a long time out. Hoping things work well for you!
By me, in the People’s republic of IL…you can walk in…AND no masks required. There is no appointment required, but one may wait longer if checking in at the kiosk by the front door, right next to the armed security guard, LOL.
IL DMV, on line required.
The Social Security Office in Texas is run by the Federal Government.
No mask was needed the nice lady explained the come in make an appt. rules are to keep flocks of people in the lobby.
Like I said I can wait financially but some people would have a hard time… that is sad to me.
Keep flocks of people out of the lobby 🙂
I could see that…the lobby by me is always packed…with people who “no habla Ingles”.
“That’s 6 AM for those of you who don’t habla.”

A trip to the DMV in SC is like visiting The Twilight Zone!
I think that must be a national requirement. In 1980, it took me 10 minutes to get my new license plates, in Charleston. One person in line ahead of me.
I once stood in line (IL) for over an hour…and it turned out to be the wrong line…so back to the proper line and wait another hour…
“Beam me up Scotty, there is no intelligent life down here”…oh wait that was me…wrong line…LOL.
I feel your pain, Aggiegirl.
I removed organ donor from my license and they required me to physically go in for the change. The place is horrendous and the lady said removing that donor check was a bad thing.
I told her I was concerned with donating while I still have a need.
I can’t understand what you mean with the last paragraph.
Thanks to a democrat.

I know so many people here attend church regularly, after seeing two amazing churches burn down in NY recently, it’s clear what is going on.
PLEASE not only up your security for the parishioners themselves, but also: your stunning and likely old beautiful historic church building that is a work of art as well. Do NOT allow your church to be set on fire !!
This is not just about burning down our churches, this is about destroying our history, those churches are the most precious thing in town for generations of people that got married there, baptized their babies there..
Please be aware and take the necessary steps.. and pass the word.

The Orthodox Christian Serbs of Kosovo-Metohija lost hundreds of ancient, beautiful, historic churches, chapels, shrines, gravestones, and so forth.
Both American political parties and countless media figures, entertainment celebrities, and many Evangelical Christian leaders fully and vocally supported allowing Mohammedanism to take Kosovo-Metohija by bombing Serbia. NATO joined the Americans.
It is fully documented in abundance.

A war on Catholicism? I have not kept track of the denominations but tend to notice if its a Catholic church.
Yes, it’s clear what is happening, and not just in Europe.
The little church we’ve been attending for the last five years is not much to look at, structurally, but we’ve been gratified to find out that they always lock the doors after the service begins.
It doesn’t sound very welcoming, and you hate that, but one can’t be too careful.
Many churches today have armed security teams present during services, including mine. My son serves on the security team at his church. Who would have thought 50 years ago that this would be a requirement today in order to safely worship our God and Savior Jesus Christ?
Start burning a mosque for every church burned.
How about a two-fer-one?

I agree…they do need to revisit the ‘hold overs’…
Years ago, I applied for a job with the FBI, they wanted every address I had lived at…house # and street names and towns…including my college dormitories…that list was for 11 or 12 addresses…my thoughts were “Why are you asking me? You already know.”
I see they ‘walked back’ the issue about the kid’s golf lesson.
I had to get a secret clearance 25 years ago. My gosh, I thought applying for a mortgage was bad. It took what seemed like forever to gather and organize all of the information required for the application, personal references, former addresses, former employers, etc. It was good for ten years. Thank God I never had to renew it.
I received a USAF officer commission upon my graduation from college. The background security check that began during the first semester of my senior year broadly and deeply touched my family, hometown neighbors and friends, high school teachers, part-time employers, and both a former and current girlfriend. This was standard procedure for all my commissioning classmates. It very likely happened to all people commenting here if they applied for a government job that would expose them to classified information. To each of them, I thank you for your service.
I have a clear sense that for multiple reasons, to include lack of resources, inherent incompetence worsened by DEI practices, lowering of qualification/evaluation standards, corruption, etc., the nation’s secrets and leaders are at risk of being compromised and attacked, respectively, more so than ever before.
“… So to sum up how reality is now a series of SNL-skit stereotypes, a black guy accused of stealing bikes was shot by police when he pulled a knife on them, an overweight female cop tried to help by yelling “Taser,” and liberals are protesting in favor of the perp.

Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
Liberals always protest in favor of perps, ALWAYS!
Blacks don’t understand the concept of FAFO. And the wimpy chief of police let a “protester” take the mic away from him at the subsequent press conference. In better days such actions would have earned the protester a well deserved wood shampoo.

Always remember – Donald Trump operates far above many people’s pay grade, and their lack of correctness about him & his work is multiplied exponentially by their concurrent lack of character & integrity.
“If one does not understand a person, one tends to regard him as a fool.”
Carl Jung
Pretty much all politicians are narcissists. It’s a requirement to run for office.
Fortunately, Donald Trump is not a politician – nor does he lack character qualities that True narcissists lack –
namely integrity, comapassion, congruence, morality, a sense of humor, love of Beauty… etc.
Donald Trump is a successful Builder and a Statesman.
Trump’s address to the nation about election integrity really got under the skin of my arrogant Dem Rep Chrissy Houlahan. Look at her meltdown.
She screams that no illegals vote. Then challenges the reporter to even name one. She needs to be confronted again now with the NJ announcement illegals voting.
The Democratic Socialists cannot validate the Lie / Truth – Voter Fraud is alive and well and flourished during the 2020 elections. So now they must Hold On To the Falsehoods they have all been spouting.

@realDonaldTrump
A year ago the United States of America attacked, very powerfully, the Houthis, for their interference with commerce and trade, by shooting at ships. Since that time, and during our conflict with Iran, they have acted very responsibly. Unfortunately, now they are starting up again, shooting at two Saudi Arabian ships last night. Please let this TRUTH serve to represent that if they do this again, the U.S. will hold Iran responsible, in that the Houthis are a Surrogate and/or Proxy of Iran, and major military punishment will be inflicted upon Iran and, of course, the Houthis, themselves, who I am very disappointed with in that they have, until now, acted very professionally and smart. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Lankford. Worthless RINO Senator. Oklahoma deserves better. Markwayne following as a close second.
Wow! Larry REALLY let him have it and Lankford was stuttering and WEAK in his replies.
DESPICABLE!!!
The worms in my garden are more productive than these worms.
Langford LITERALLY looked like a deer in the headlights! Kudos to Kudlow for TRYING to get this worthless grifter to own up to DOING NOTHING.
how many this kind of creatures we do have in CONgre$$….. probably vast majority it is shame ..they did not learn nothing past 9/10yrs….
Nothing is getting done.
It is a major concern, even less than nothing if that were possible, after the midterms, and there is no cementing of the closed border, no cementing of the need for reliable enforcement, no cementing of the number of SC justices, and no real election integrity.
Virtually everything good done by this administration can be reversed in one fell swoop.
Worse, the complete inaction is by intention.
Not one word about the Save America Act………though, I like Larry grilling this guy.
Sounds right…
Well, that’s close. Two out of three isn’t bad. 🤩
🤣 Nah. Totally unrealistic.
Unless he’s a Muslim and his sausage fingers are halal beef. 😉
Meat Loaf sang that.
OMG I was thinking the same thing!
Which one is Charles?
The interview video seems unambiguous.
I haven’t listened to the videos…
Is he trying to walk back, the things he said?
He’s retreating from it faster than a French tank crew.
That’s a good one!
I needed that laugh!
Ha ha!
When people tell you who they are…
He’s toast. He’s even adopted the typical “my comments were taken out of context” BS, but what he said in the interview, in context, was completely clear. He should have stayed in the pillow business.
Just a WAG, but his tweet reads like someone else wrote it.
Cleverly written damage control isn’t going to unring this bell.
He even cut off the interviewer’s cautionary interruption, so he could proudly blurt out his punchline: a subsidized fast track to citizenship. There’s nothing “guest” like or “seasonal” about that.
Now he’s alienated the base, and the left would never support him anyway.
He’s become the ACB of pillow merchants.
I was in Walmart long ago and picked up one of those pillow…all lumpy bumpy? Not my cup of tea.
I feel like we should support Mike Lindell’s business because he pursued the election fraud relentlessly at great personal and professional cost. His whole life was turned into a struggle session to give in on this topic and he stood strong.
We all owe him a tremendous amount on the truth about the stolen 2020 election.
Also, if he does not win the Minnesota governorship it will definitely fall to the insane again.
seriously, its a hard call because you are right and he also had some heavy business problems at that time with all the stores like Walmart and Kohls refusing to carry his products.
Yet, MAGA sort of rescued him and his business…so I feel like there might be some betrayal but when running for office, one has to appeal to all, I guess.
I love MyPillow. Took me a couple of tries to find the right thickness, but it’s the only pillow that compresses where it needs to, and doesn’t flatten.
Good to know!
all lumpy bumpy?
Must of been the one made for a man… ;-p
I never trusted him beyond being an aggressive salesman. He seems mentally unbalanced, which may be a lasting consequence of his self-admitted, severe substance abuse. It is very fortunate that he revealed prior to the August 11 primary his virtual amnesty plan for illegals. He has since doubled-down on his position.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/politics/articles/lindell-doubles-down-amnesty-plan-170039320.html
I anticipate that PDJT will rescind his “complete and total endorsement” of Lindell. Or, are the other Repub candidates abjectly unacceptable?
His heart is in the right place, but he seems overly emotional.
Being practical…like in Chicago, there are people that came here illegally way back in the 60’s…the logistics of getting them out, is impossible, in spite of all the immigration lawyers on Pulaski…Minnesota will have the same problem. Finding a solution to appease everyone will be challenging.
PDJT believes that impossible is the starting point. Deport them all.
Don’t care how long someone has been here – if they are here illegally, they have to go!
AND… if they are here “legally” but living under the worldview & the rule of islam they are here as invaders intending to overthrow & destroy US ASAP –
they also must GO.
https://www.cnn.com/2026/07/23/us/mn-lawmakers-killing-sentencing
I’ll bump this to tonight’s political thread
there is so much more to this story…none of it makes any sense.
there are so many unanswered and obvious questions.
lets start and make a list of such questions.
a. he was some kind of a state government employee doing some kind of political professional security work. He had uniforms, and a vehicle marked as a security vehicle. It is not clear how he bought a plastic mask to conceal his identity. He was at a home where two seemingly anonymous people to him he killed them both. What was the reason for this killing? a contract not renewed? an attempt to black mail or to hold hostage two people who might know more about the scale of money laundering in Minnesota. It looked like a professional hit. but then this is where it gets weird and impossible to reconcile
b. His whereabouts immediately after the shooting are known by police who dispatch two “squads”. One to the scene and the other…wait for it..the exact household where he was making his second assassination. The question remains: how did the police know to divert police to that other location. What did they know and when and how? Are the police involved in the money laundering corruption in Minnesota. Reflecting back on chauvin who worked with a known Mexican cartel owned money laundering strip club that was also moving big weight in cocaine…and we know how that turned out when his fellow night security contractor george Floyd was trying to pass 100 counterfeit bills while jacked on cocaine, fentanyl and other drugs, possibly meth. Who do they call, his former night club security contractor chauvin. An officer who is not assigned to that beat! He shows up to get the smacked out co conspirator off the street before the press start noticing things. before people start taking videos. before other police arrive to take store owners statementts about the attempts at passing counterfeit bills.
so it’s not a stretch to consider that maybe the corruption span across the police force in Minnesota regarding the larger corruption and money laundering. So was this man a hired assassin put up to the work then trapped by his own co conspirators, the police. This would explain how they knew where he would go next….that part has not explanation other than prior knowledge. There were there right as he arrived…Notice THAT quickness. That has not been deconstructed properly. it’s a timing thing. Homes several minutes apart…quite close. He does the first assassination, rides off to the next and his plans are spolied by cops waiting for him. How would they know to be there?
c. then we get into the history of this character. He was allegedly some kind of traveling missionary/pastor of some type. In his “spare time”” he goes to africa multiple times to spread the good word. or so that is how it is described. But there is problem with that. We cannot find any evidence whatsoever that he was doing any such preaching. There is no record of it. No photos, no videos, nothing. Yet, he is “managing” a non for profit where he is receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars each month from “donors”..you know for the good cause. Well, isn’t one part of doing that good work, showing it to your donors so they can share in the experience of doing some good in the world. Of course you would make photos, videos…you would do those little marketing clips and post them on a website…but we find none of that. So, the question then becomes…who were his donors? and what did he spend the money on?
one explanation is that this is how he was washing paid assasination or bag man money. He gets paid to do the dirty work…and no one questions it. He passes as some solo preacher bringing the good work to the tribes of africa. Yeah, no. Not buying it.
d. lastly we look to his escape plan. It doesn’t really look like he had any plans to leave. they look rushed in the moment. Like he never planned to leave…he had committed a sanctioned hit and it only dawns on him that he has been set up, because the police are waiting for him at the next hit. So he has to react fast and get his wife on the road and start moving fast. This is what it looks like to me. there was no sophistication that would show planning involved. He makes that decision only at the last moment when he realizes he is not being protected by the police. they spoil his last hit because that was always the plan…kill two people who were involved and possibly were going to sing to the FBI? maybe file a lawsuit or something because they were wanted out, or some part of it…maybe they were the liability and the other two were simply a staged hit developed to trap him with evidence that could only be collected while he was actually in the process of doing a killing…that holds up better than any evidence in court. Your honor, we see now that the police who are on the scene watch as he makes his way to the next attempted murder. This proves his was one of malice, and focused intent. Case shut..goes to prison for two life terms. Knows that if he talks about fight club they will get him in prison…same thing with chauvin..you’ll notice he never talks about the Mexican drug cartel owned and operated strip club that was moving big weight coke and fentanyl and meth and lots of money washing…and counterfeit operations. Chauvon doesn’t talk about fight club. he knows he can’t. They got him and he is trapped. He’ll never talk about it if he is careful. Same thing with this guy. he knows what actually happened. he can never talk about it. They would get him too in prison. Easily.
God Bless America
Thank you for this post!! 👍
George Webb made several videos on this case way back when it happened.

Judgment Day Comes for the Minnesota Assassin — and It’s Fully Deserved – RedState:
Nick Sortor: “JUST IN: Tim Walz appointee Vance Boelter has been sentenced to TWO LIFE SENTENCES plus 40 years for the murder of Minnesota House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman
Boelter’s vehicle was found with “NO KINGS” flyers on the seat, and kiIIed Hortman and her husband soon after she voted against healthcare for illegals
Will Walz pardon this guy too?” …….
Walz needs to mysteriously disappear in the middle of the night.

Minnesota lawmaker Melissa Hortman killed, State Sen. John Hoffman wounded in ‘targeted political violence’ – ABC News
“A masked gunman disguised as a police officer shot and killed a Minnesota state representative and her husband and wounded a state senator and his wife early Saturday in two back-to-back shootings that Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz called an “act of targeted political violence.””
You would know, Fatso.
The shooter, Vance Luther Boelter, whom Walz had placed on a board, sits in jail claiming that Walz sent him out to shoot Democrats.
Just as Ryan Routh was never asked about his work for Reichsfuhrer Zelensky and the CIA, nobody asked “Winchester” Walz to testify about sending Boelter on a Minnesota Murder Spree.
Did these lawmakers know Walz was looting the Treasury with Health Care Fraud? Hortman cast the deciding vote against Walz/Ellison’s HealthCare for Illegals Scam.
BTW, you know who else are Minnesota men?
A: Luigi Mangione. And Brian Thompson.
“Brian Thompson, the CEO of Minnesota-based UnitedHealthcare, was fatally shot in what investigators are saying was a targeted attack … UnitedHealthcare is the insurance arm of the health care giant UnitedHealth Group. The Minnetonka-based company was scheduled to have its annual meeting with investors in New York City…”
Weird, huh? Walz is coming under scrutiny for Minnesota’s $Billions in Health Care Fraud and all these Minnesota people involved in it come up dead. Including the head of America’s Largest Insurance Company.
First they lost the DOGE/USAID Money.
Then they lost the Maduro/Cartel del Sol Money.
Then they lost the Ukraine Blood Money.
Then they lost the UN Slush Funds.
Their Act Blue Money Laundering is under investigation.
And now the Massive HealthCare Fraud $Billions that Timmy the Perv looted from the Treasury.
Do you see Timmy’s #$editiousDe$peration now?
This thing isn’t over by a long shot.
Several of them.

George Floyd and Derek Chauvin to Start the 2020 Riots?
They’ve stolen so much money MN needs to pay stratospheric reparations back to US taxpayers… Timmy should lose *everything* namely ‘liferstyle, liberty, & the pursuit of happiness’ first…
the cost of the ICE op to begin mopping up their violent-criminal-sanctuary debacle alone is just the tip of that iceburg; one of many – many much more costly – reasons.
“I’m guilty 100%, so Imma sue you before you sue me”.
Desperation, indeed.
Zero concept of legal “discovery”… OR, possibly… thinking all federal judges are securely in his pocket.
He is a patsy in the same way the Crooks kid was a patsy.
They’ve made sure Crooks never talks; now to ensure that Boelter never does.
And Routh.
New wing already…
And apparently, someone “did not build that”, LOL.

How ironic it was the plumbing company.
And they’re not getting paid for it, either! 😵😫
And that is so wrong.
There were plumbers involved in Pritzker’s ‘toilet gate’, I assume.
We shall see just how well the plumbers unions stand up for this and their members.
I heard someone did built it, but did not ever get paid for building it.

C&C News (2nd article re SAVE Act)
Excerpt:
Speaking of shots on goal, the House unleashed a torrent of passed bills yesterday, all including SAVE Act language, and at least one bill that could overcome the 60-vote requirement. The Hill reported, “House passes reconciliation framework for Pentagon boost, voting restrictions.”
Before we raise our hopes up too high, Senate Majority Leader John Thune recently forced a direct vote on the SAVE Act that lost 48-51. So we might not even have 50 votes supporting the SAVE Act, for Vice President JD Vance to break a tie on.
Worse, a few of the 48 votes in favor seem squishy, meaning that those Senators might flip if there were a realistic possibility the SAVE Act might actually pass.
Still, the House deserves credit. Unlike most of this term, it actually got a lot of work done yesterday— and is still trying to kick the SAVE Act into the Senate goal net…..
….That latter fact —state laws mirroring SAVE Act-style requirements— might be the quiet, buried lede of this entire debate. Three weeks ago, the Center for American Progress published an encouraging status update…

Well, one has to show ID, for public aid.
Wow. Even a raving lunatic has a lucid interval every so often.
Might the only time I agree with this nut case.
Enjoy it while you can, it won’t last long.
Hell just froze over!
The national ID seems to be less controversial than requirements that a voter prove he or she is a citizen of the United States. That element must be included in whatever passes.
Here in California they issue driver’s licenses to illegals, so I don’t know what would be accomplished by showing ID.
That being said, I just received the mail-in renewal for my CA Real ID DL. One of the questions on the form was “Are you a US citizen?” Not sure why they are asking that since my current Real ID does not show that information. Has an executive order been issued that requires citizenship status to be included on Real ID’s?
I am currently in Poland. I visited the Gdansk public library. From the outside, I saw a “pride” flag, the first such flag I’d seen anywhere in Poland. Turns out it is a feature of the American Corner where locals can come learn about the US, participate in English classes, and borrow English language materials, including a bunch of gay/queer books. Is this “pride” flag the best we have to offer? How about a US flag that represents ALL of the US, not a flag that represents an aberrant minority?
This discovery made me wonder who the US ambassador to Poland is. It’s Tom Rose. From the OFFICIAL US government website we learn, “Ambassador Rose lives in Estero, Florida and is the father to three sons and a granddaughter. ” Do we really have some wacko as ambassador or is this bio just poorly edited?
How I wish our country were better represented abroad.
Like many civil servants who secretly do what they can to gum up the wheels of government to prevent the President from doing his duties, the State Department is ground zero of such resistance. I bet if the ambassador learns of this he will switch out the flags in a heart beat and find who was in charge of setting up that corner and put them in the corner.

141 years ago today, on July 23, 1885, Ulysses S. Grant died at 63.
Most people know him as the general who won the Civil War and the two term president on the fifty dollar bill. Almost nobody knows how his story actually ended, and it’s one of the most quietly heroic things in American history.
Start with the fact that “Ulysses S. Grant” was never even his name. He was born Hiram Ulysses Grant. When he got to West Point, a congressman filled out the paperwork wrong and wrote him down as Ulysses S. Grant. The S stood for nothing at all. Grant just shrugged and kept it for the rest of his life. Later, when he forced a Confederate fort to give up with no conditions, soldiers said the U.S. stood for “Unconditional Surrender.”
Here’s the strange thing though. Before the war, Grant was a failure at nearly everything he tried. He flopped at farming. He flopped at real estate. By his late thirties he was working as a clerk in his father’s leather goods store, hauling hides for his younger brothers. Then the war came, and the quiet clerk turned out to be one of the greatest military minds the country ever produced. He took Vicksburg. He ground down Lee. He accepted the surrender at Appomattox and, instead of gloating, let the Confederate soldiers keep their horses so they could plant crops. Then he won the White House twice.
So how does a man like that end up dying broke?
In 1884 Grant trusted his savings to a Wall Street firm run by a young hotshot named Ferdinand Ward, basically the Bernie Madoff of his day. Ward was running a con. When it collapsed, Grant lost everything. He was so wiped out that he had to borrow money just to cover his household, and he handed over his war trophies and swords to pay a debt. The most famous soldier in America was suddenly poor.
Then it got worse. Doctors found throat cancer. Grant had smoked as many as twenty cigars a day, a habit the public actually fed. After his victories, admirers mailed him cigars by the thousands, and it very likely killed him.
Now here is the part that gives me chills.
Grant knew he was dying, and he knew he was leaving his wife Julia with nothing. So a man in constant pain, throat closing up, some days unable to speak above a whisper, sat down to write his memoirs and out earn death itself. Mark Twain, who admired him, offered him a stunning book deal, far better than anything normal authors got. Grant took it and went to work.
He wrote something like three hundred thousand words in about a year while cancer ate his throat. On the days he couldn’t talk, he wrote on slips of paper. Witnesses said the pain was constant. He kept going anyway. He finished the manuscript just days before he died.
And it worked. The memoirs became one of the best selling books of the century and are still considered maybe the finest memoir ever written by an American president. The royalties sent to Julia came to roughly four hundred fifty thousand dollars, an enormous fortune then, enough that she never had to worry about money again. He couldn’t win the money back on Wall Street, so he wrote his way out and crossed the finish line with almost nothing to spare.
When he died, the country stopped. Around a million and a half people lined the streets of New York for his funeral, the largest the city had ever seen. And look at who carried him. His pallbearers included Union generals and Confederate generals, side by side. One of them, Simon Bolivar Buckner, was the very man who had surrendered to Grant at Fort Donelson decades earlier. He came to Grant’s sickbed near the end, two old enemies making peace, and then helped carry him to his grave.
That grave became Grant’s Tomb in New York, the largest mausoleum in North America.
A failed store clerk who saved the Union, lost everything to a con man, and then, dying and in agony, wrote a masterpiece to protect his wife.
141 years ago today. They really don’t make them like that anymore.
I’ve observed that some people are born to be leaders, and pretty much suck at everything else.
They Get Engrossed in Their Natural Skill Set.
ok
Thank you very much. I have the two volume set of his memoirs, and they are wonderfully written, clearly by him. May he Rest in Peace.
Blimey, the DS must be panicking about the growing calls for legislation on voter ID, after the NJ revelations of the impossible happening once again, along with the growing crisis in Democrat Party, eaten from the inside by the DSA.
The WP runs a story from the CIA sating airpower cannot win wars.
The Houthis attack two Saudi tankers, threaten more and push oil to over $100 since May.
One can almost hear the ‘affordability crisis’ narrative being cranked started by the MSM, desperate to change the subject.
You can call me garbage if you will but, I’m only happy when it rains……….bombs in Iran.
I admit it does warm my heart.
Earlier I posted on an article (and linked it from WGN)…the woman in the article had been here since 2007. She is worried about losing her job and not being able to pay her car note, mortgage or get her kid(s) transitioned to college.
The last I read, Americans, real Americans, are enduring wage stagnation. Inflation. Limited job availability. Americans have been reported to be using their credit cards for food and other necessities that they had not done in the past. Health care is out of control.
This got to stop. They have the weekend to make arrangements. Yet, apparently there is another court date to justify the delay. They knew it would not last forever…(like when my family moved to the Canal Zone, it ended and we were told it would, way ahead of time, and prepared accordingly). It is high time adults took responsibility for themselves and their families.
Using a state dept travel advisory is bogus.

This was a good move by Trump. A friend got involved in an effort to slow a railroading effort to shove a data center approval in her city.
Many people were for it because the “economic development” folks promised the moon to her smaller rural town that was suffering from the loss of several large industries.
Despite cautious support for the idea, it was sleazy dealings all across the board by the city. People were becoming aware that perhaps the gomers on the city commission were not competent to negotiate a fair deal for their citizens.
This deal by Trump will help prevent these AI centers from targeting and completely screwing towns like this, that don’t have the money or mojo to deal with the AI shysters.

“ the ratepayer protection pledge to governors, state legislatures, developers, and power providers to ensure that everyone involved in building empowering data centers pays their own way ”
I’m not sure that “ratepayer” is going to cover it though, since millions will be need to be spent upgrading grids, roads, etc. to accommodate the data centers. Not sure how this pledge plays into those costs.

The IRGC has 47 years’ experience with threatening everyone, everywhere, and getting away with it. Those days might be about to come to a sudden and irreversible end.
They’re threatening the USA, the UK, and their ancient neighbors. So, there’s really no one left who does not see them as an existential threat which must be neutralized. IRGC tells itself they don’t have the capacity to do that. Not smart.
“It’s either us or them,” and it ain’t gonna be us.
The louder and more arrogant they become, the worse that end will be. But, they can’t see that. Won’t see that …
‘I kill you’, is not a sensible policy to hold when your opponent has shown that they are willing and able to reciprocate in a far more inventive, effective, quicker and lethal fashion.
What a loathsome woman.

I said that the 6k figure was going to grow well beyond the initial announcement. 6K is a figure a PR person creates to signal a problem, but not one that arouses any serious concerns, a number to exploit the way most people visualise numbers. Trouble is the environment is so volatile regarding voter integrity, or the lack of it, that all they’ve done is simply throw water on a chip pan fire.
Even the Carville, the talking skull, is saying the Democrat Party should pass voter ID, though one suspects that he’s partly motivated by the DSA stealing their voter ‘fortification’ strategies, and turning it on them, especially as commies are very thorough when it comes to following the, ‘who counts the votes’ mantra.

🚨 DSA’s Future Leaders Say the Organization Is White Supremacist, Paternalistic, and Protecting Abusers
This Young Democratic Socialists of America meeting was really something.
These candidates are running for seats on YDSA’s national leadership body and could become some of DSA’s future leaders. Yet much of the discussion focused on what they described as the organization’s entrenched problems with white supremacy, patriarchy, anti-Blackness, racism, harassment, abusers, and its reputation as “five white guys sitting around and reading theory.”

Please let this statement serve to represent, until further notice, that from this point forth, any and all damages done to Ships, Cargo, or anything related thereto, will be paid for by Iranian Money that the United States has in its possession, and controls. These damages may be very substantial but, nevertheless, this is the fair and equitable thing to do. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Another Migrant Loser blames “the system”
Ethiopian migrant ‘murdered’ three people over parking row because he ‘hated the American system’
Tsegaab Binessu was arrested in Virginia, Minnesota on Monday after allegedly fatally shooting Nansi Fuentes Zambrano, 25, Dena Silcox, 56, and Adam Wilwerding, 43, in St Paul.
According to a criminal complaint, the Ethiopian had become embroiled in an argument with the group – who worked at his apartment complex – over his $65 (£48.60) per month parking garage contract.
Following his arrest, Mr Binessu “complained about and said he hated the American system” and blamed the country for destroying his family life, the complaint noted.
The migrant is said to have told police that he has unsuccessfully tried to bring his wife and children over from Ethiopia for several years after obtaining a US passport and Social Security card.
He allegedly told detectives the strict immigration process had led to the end of his marriage and separation from his children.
The criminal complaint notes that he claimed to have left his job as a truck driver because of stress caused by the process.
“Binessu believes he was treated unfairly because he is black and an immigrant,” officers wrote.
The suspected triple murderer is believed to have lived in the apartment complex for eight years, however, it is unknown when he entered the US.

Well, if the Ethiopian thought he hated the “American system” before, he’s really gonna hate it now!
He could have always made the decision to go home to his family…
Some context, given that these States are democrat party fortresses:
144 Electoral College Votes out of 270 (53%) needed to win … 538 (26%) total
143 House seats out of 435 (32%) or 218 (65%) needed to carry a legislative measure
16+ Senate seats out of 100 (16%+) or 51 (31%) to carry a legislative measure .

Brent Crude–100.7
WTI–92.23
With indications that Trump is about to go “full out” against Iran soon, it is no surprise that oil prices are going back up, as no tanker traffic will be trying to pass Hormuz during full out hostilities.
Once the threat of Iranian attacks on shipping is eliminated, and ship traffic ramps up, oil prices will again fall into the low to mid 70s.
