The Atlantic Article interviewing the perpetually inept far-left advocate for all things big government, Gavin Newsom, doesn’t specifically say the California governor is worried about his recall being a wider referendum on Joe Biden, but the gorilla in the room is visible through the fear the interview conveys.

The left-wing Democrat socialists writ large have pushed their agenda so hard against the common threads that bind American society, that now the Newsom recall effort looks like an opportunity for common-sense to push back.  I smile because there are trembles amid the dark forces of the globalists, the multinationals and the institutional corporations who need Newsom and his Democrat tribe.

This recall effort was never supposed to be close.  With foam filled spittle they shout angrily, “THIS IS CALIFORNIA, for God’s sake“; without even a hint of self awareness surrounding their invocation of the one pure element that destroys all the evil they support.  Indeed, “for God’s sake” is exactly the reason Newsom is being held to account.

Within the interview,  Newsom lashes out at the world against him. “I’m now feeling the weight of this decision, and a weight of responsibility to defeat this, and also the responsibility that if we fall short, I’m going to own that,” he said. He mentioned to me some of his recent initiatives, including the injection of billions of dollars of federal relief money into the state budget and signing a bill to expand health care to undocumented workers. “If I do fall short, I’ll regret every damn one of those decisions. And I don’t want to have any regrets for putting everything out there and doing … what I think is right and what I think is in the best interest of California.”

Using the guise of COVID as a justification for advancing their ultimate ideological desires, Newsom’s tribe have destroyed education, shut down independent businesses; weaponized the police force by using SWAT team storm troopers to enforce their unilateral dictates; pushed the forced masks upon the electorate, and demanded that California residents undergo untested forced vaccinations in order to live in their utopian society.   Gee, a reckoning might be coming…. and they are shocked, shocked.

Preparations for the arrival of Hurricane Ida should be completed today.  She’s pushing a lot of water.  Wind field – NHS reflects approximately 60 miles across of hurricane winds and 250 miles of tropical storm winds.  Ida is gaining strength rapidly. Any Treeper in the coastal area of Louisiana and Mississippi should be taking preparatory action today. NHS ADVISORY – “Maximum sustained winds are near 85 mph (140 km/h) with higher gusts. Rapid strengthening is forecast during the next 24 to 36 hours and Ida is expected to be an extremely dangerous major hurricane when it approaches the northern Gulf coast on Sunday night. Weakening is expected after Ida makes landfall.

At 1000 AM CDT (1500 UTC), the center of Hurricane Ida was located near latitude 24.8 North, longitude 86.1 West. Ida is moving toward the northwest near 16 mph (26 km/h), and this general motion should continue through late Sunday or early Monday, followed by a slower northward motion on Monday. On the forecast track, the center of Ida will move over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico today and move over the central Gulf of Mexico tonight and early Sunday. This seems a little odd to me.  Citing the time it takes to implement contra-flow traffic as a problem, New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell stated there is not enough time for the city of New Orleans to execute a mandatory evacuation.   Additionally, she is asking all residents who do not evacuate to shelter in place for Hurricane Ida.

Contra-flow traffic is the process of turning inbound lanes into outbound lanes and depending on the metropolitan area takes around 8 hrs for local and state DOT to get set up.   The mayor is asking for a voluntary evacuation saying “time is not on our side.” “The City can not issue a mandatory evacuation because we do not have time, Cantrell continued. Lt. Col Scheller made a public Facebook post criticizing the insufferable decisions in Afghanistan that led to the deaths of 13 U.S. Marines.   The primary issue was the closure of Bagram air base, which many have looked upon at the most brutally obvious strategic blunders in the Afghan exit.  Within his remarks Scheller said:

“I’m not saying we’ve got to be in Afghanistan forever. But I am saying, did any of you throw your rank on the table and say, ‘Hey, it’s a bad idea to evacuate Bagram Airfield, a strategic airbase, before we evacuate everyone’? Did anyone do that? And when you didn’t think to do that, did anyone raise their hand and say, ‘We completely messed this up’?”  WATCH BELOW:

Shortly after Lt. Col. Scheller posted this video he was removed from command.  Despite the overwhelming agreement we share with his outlook, it is also true that compromising or questioning command leadership is a valid reason for removal.  That’s why CTH was angered at the Pentagon failure to remove Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman after he questioned the Commander in Chief, President Trump.  A brutal double standard.

In a follow-up Facebook post, Scheller noted he was relieved of command at 14:30 today.

Originally the plan of the Taliban was to have Turkey send the people they need to run the airport in Kabul.  However, Turkish President Recep Erdogan told the Taliban he would willingly run the airport for them, but his 600 troops would need to remain as part of the airport security detachment.  The Taliban said no, the Turkish military needed to leave along with all the NATO troops. As a consequence Turkey said until you change your mind, run your own airport.

Here comes plan number two.  Plan number two is the Taliban calling on their second ally in the region, Qatar.

Now, remember, Qatar is home-base for the Muslim Brotherhood.  Both Qatar and Turkey are supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood (Barack Obama supports them also).  The Brotherhood is the political operation of al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, ISIS, ISIS-K and the Taliban.

The Muslim Brotherhood is the covering fabric, and the various Islamic extremist groups are the splines of the extremist umbrella.

Now the Taliban have asked Qatar to run the airport: CAIRO, Aug 27 (Reuters) – The Taliban will ask Qatar for technical assistance in operating Kabul airport, Qatari based Al Jazeera news channel reported on Friday citing a source in the Islamist movement.

The Taliban have asked Turkey for technical help to run the airport after next Tuesday’s deadline for all foreign military forces to pull out of Afghanistan, an ultimatum they say applies equally to Turkish troops.

Earlier today, two officials told Reuters Turkey will not help run the airport after NATO’s withdrawal unless the movement agrees to a Turkish security presence, after deadly attacks outside the airport highlighted the perils of any such mission. (link)

Ida is currently a tropical storm headed into the Gulf of Mexico. However, the conditions are perfect for Ida to quickly become a major hurricane as it heads toward the Louisiana coastal region.  Everyone along the gulf coast from East Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and western Alabama should be making preparations right now.  Do not delay.

In the background several Civilian Emergency Response Teams (CERT) have been activated.  Due to the confluence of events, everyone is taking this storm very seriously.
