Gage came from Milwaukee, 43 miles away. Kyle travelled 21. Kyle had family there, strong ties to the community. Gage did not. According to the prosecutor, Gage was a hero. Just sayin’

One thing the media has not reported on is what the last thing the judge said. He dismissed the case with prejudice meaning noone else can try this young man again. AGAINST THE ODDS, THE JURY DID A GOOD JOB. RITTENHOUSE AND HIS LAWYERS WILL NOW BE MULTI MILLIONAIRES. GOOD FOR THEM..
