How bad was Attorney General Merrick Garland’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday? It was so bad that 24 hours later the NSBA has openly retracted and apologized for the content of the letter that triggered AG Garland to activate the FBI.
Facing serious and unrelenting public backlash, and large numbers of Red State school boards dissolving their relationship with the national organization, the NSBA writes:
When the Australian government began beating their citizens in the street for leaving their houses and protesting against severe lockdown rules, I said –somewhat tongue in cheek at the time– to watch Vladimir Putin (Russia) and Xi Jinping (China) trigger U.N. security council sanctions against the Australian government for human rights abuses.
The point I was making earlier was to highlight a danger. If Western governments continued to devolve into totalitarian regimes, global autocratic leaders will take the opportunity to exploit vulnerabilities created by such open undemocratic hostility toward the principles of freedom.
Putin, Xi and the Mullahs in Iran can easily enlarge their global influence if citizens in formerly free democratic nations react to western COVID mandates by rightly and appropriately rebuking their national and regional leadership.
CONSIDER– What population inside a western democracy is going to want to fight Russian or Chinese geopolitical aggression when they view their own national leaders through the same totalitarian prism?
Think about it carefully, because we are at this inflection point.

If China takes military action against Taiwan, and the leaders of France, Germany, the U.K, Australia and the United States want to do something about it, their internal credibility accounts are overdrawn. Western populations writ large will not support those requests, because the citizens no longer view those leaders through the prism of freedom, liberty and democracy. This is the current situation. This is the danger western leaders ignored when they jumped into their totalitarian COVID mindset.

Hollywood actor, producer and political activist Alec Baldwin is a man of notoriously intemperate disposition. Prone to angry outbursts and uncontrollable anger, the unstable Mr. Baldwin is well known for physical and verbal violence against people he dislikes {link} even his own children.
Yesterday the 68-year-old Baldwin shot two people on a film set in New Mexico killing one and seriously injuring another. Mr Baldwin killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounded director Joel Souza. The unstable actor claims he shot them accidentally and has reportedly said he is sorry to the husband of the deceased woman he killed.

According to Sheriff’s department spokesman Juan R. Rios, “Mr. Baldwin met with investigators and provided a statement and answered their questions. He then left our agency. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has officially sanctioned the blitz of booster shots for the COVID-19 virus. In an expanded policy outline, fraught with the political optics of a system beholden to the will of Big Pharma [Press Release Here], the CDC is approving of ‘mix-n-match‘ boosters for all individuals over the age of 18.
… “Eligible individuals may choose which vaccine they receive as a booster dose. Some people may have a preference for the vaccine type that they originally received and others, may prefer to get a different booster. CDC’s recommendations now allow for this type of mix and match dosing for booster shots.” (link)
The important point is that everyone needs a new jab, a booster jab, and everyone can pick any jab so long as the booster jab takes place. Additionally, CDC Director Rochelle P. Walensky said Friday there may be a need to “update our definition of fully vaccinated in the future as more people receive a booster shot.”
Those who are currently vaccinated may not be permitted entry or access into the vaccinated economy if they do not get the booster shot. There are several municipalities and local regions that require a person to fit the definition of “fully vaccinated” in order to visit venues and businesses.
Additionally, those Americans who have taken the vaccine as an outcome of an employment mandate may no longer qualify for continued employment if they do not keep up their vaccinated status with the addition of booster jabs.

During a House Judiciary Committee hearing today, Representative Thomas Massie questioned Attorney General Merrick Garland about FBI agents and possible FBI informants planted in the crowd in DC to organize events.
Within the questioning, Massie presented Garland with a picture of Ray Epps, a former leader with the Arizona chapter of Oath Keepers attempting to agitate the crowd.
Massie also played a video [also below], highlighting how Ray Epps was one of the key people trying to stir up trouble and create an agitated mob response. Ray Epps is an interesting possibility, because he was never arrested or charged by the FBI. As pointed out by Sean Davis on Twitter, “At one point, the FBI had his picture up on its page of people it wanted to question (Photograph 16). Not only was he not arrested, his picture was quietly removed from the FBI “Capitol Violence” page.”
The issues of Ray Epps not being arrested; and then his photograph mysteriously being removed; can be reconciled by a hypothesis that Epps was actually working for and operating with instructions from the FBI itself. Not only would this not be surprising, it would actually track directly with coordinated activity the FBI is known for. WATCH (prompted):
