Black Lies Shatter – Two J’s Arrives In North Charleston – Trash Can Fundraiser For “F**k The Police” Civilian Cameras…

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC)The Rev. Jesse Jackson was in downtown Charleston Thursday evening where he said a special prosecutor was needed in the Walter Scott shooting case.

Jackson spoke at the International Longshoremen’s Association Hall on Morrison Drive for a prayer rally.

During the rally, Jackson also called for more body cameras for law enforcement and called Scott’s death a wake up call for the nation.

“The Walter Scott killing has captured the world because it was covered by the camera,” Jackson said before taking the stage.”Without the camera, the killer lied and his co-conspirators, the other police, would have covered it up as well.”

Ridin’ Dirty – The Curious Case of Walter and Pierre’s Big Adventure….

We said last week – in retrospect the Walter Scott Scheme Team 2015′ would regret hiring image consultant Ryan Julison to represent their interests and develop their chosen narrative. As research continues this opinion solidifies.

Ryan Julison (w/ Matt Lauer) left – Attorney Mark Peper, right

After we identified Walter Scott’s passenger as Pierre Fulton, the image consultants needed to quickly work up a salable story. Ergo the hiring of another attorney, now image consultant, Mark Peper to frame the Fulton angle.  Does anyone ever think to ask who’s paying for all these attorneys?  I digress…

However, Ryan needs to spend a little more time training the side players because apparently Mr. Peper has yet to learn the art of nuance, or subtlety, in narrative construction.

Attorney Peper’s latest attempt to frame the optics for his client, Walter Scott passenger Pierre Fulton, is to claim both Fulton and Scott had just finished volunteering at a local church that morning.  This would be prior to being pulled over at 9:30am by North Charleston Police Officer Michael Slager.  After breakfast at Hardees, they headed to church for their Saturday Morning volunteer efforts.

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Walter Scott and Pierre Fulton handed out bags of food at a local church Saturday morning and were on their way to a cookout at Scott’s house when they saw an officer’s blue lights behind them, Fulton’s attorney told ABC News Monday night. (link)

Apparently, sewing sweaters for homeless kittens from locks of their altruistic hair was a bridge too far. Hence they settled on the more general church volunteer efforts.

Gotcha. (more…)

Maintaining The Fraudulent Narrative At All Costs – Walter Scott Shooting Passenger’s Attorney Selling Another Story Now…

The Scheme Team is working overtime now to keep attention away from Walter Scott aspects that would deconstruct their narrative.

EARLIER: “Walter was a dear friend, and I miss him every day,” [Pierre Fulton] stated in a release from Charleston attorney Mark Peper. “Over the past five years, he helped me to become a better man and showed me the value of hard work. I’ll never know why he ran, but I know he didn’t deserve to die. Please keep Walter and his family in your prayers and respect my privacy moving forward.”

Peper said in the release that it will be the only statement his client makes before any court proceeding. (link)

Well, “the only statement” UNLESS the sketchy stuff comes out which might work against our scripted narrative. If the sketchy stuff comes out, well, then we’ll just have to sell some ‘nuther stuff. Like: (more…)

Judge In Walter Scott Shooting Surprisingly Selected By South Carolina Supreme Court….

Our suspicions are slowly confirming.   The South Carolina political machine is working diligently now to protect themselves from a volatile situation they have created.

Grande Lum is the head of the Federal DOJ Community Relations Service.  As readers here are familiar, he is an Obama-like ideologue but he is also no dummy.  There is no doubt Lum has already recognized the dangerous position created by the South Carolina political machine who control SLED.

In our estimation the politicians in South Carolina have created an unrealistic public expectation in the Michael Slager case with an arrest for murder and no hope of achieving a conviction of that charge in court.

The primary mission of the State Law Enforcement Division [SLED] is to provide quality manpower and technical assistance to law enforcement agencies and to conduct investigations on behalf of the state as directed by the Governor and Attorney General(link)

It became obvious to us when we saw the 4/6/15 Arrest Warrant for “Murder” filed by SLED, a political entity reporting to the attorney General and Governor’s office, the SC political machine was setting expectations incredibly high based on highly dubious information.

In essence they reacted out of fear to the Walter Scott witness video without even interviewing the eye-witness before they filed charges.  Their reaction most likely based on an attempt to stop a Ferguson-like uproar, but they simply went too far. (more…)

Malik Shabazz Calls For Shooting Back At Police Because “We Are At War”…

Some folks might want to consider exiting the eastern part of South Carolina prior to Memorial Day weekend this year…

malik shabazz(South Carolina) “This is much bigger than Walter Scott, but this is the last straw,” [Malik] Shabazz said. “This is the last straw, listen to me well and understand why we have traveled here and why we will remain here. Mr. President, you have a problem that has gotten out of control.

“We’re not going to be hunted down like deer and hunted down like dogs and sit here crying and whining — we’d rather die and have somebody else in self-defense die than take this kind of abuse in the hells of North America, do you understand?”

Shabazz shot down any criticism that he may be making “too much” out of Scott’s death by asking anyone to show him where in America “white men are dropping like flies.” (more…)

New Zoom Video – The Walter Scott / Officer Slager Taser Struggle…

In the very first media reports of the shooting by South Carolina officer Michael Slager of Walter Scott the North Charleston police were quoted as follows (Saturday April 4th):

FIRST MEDIA 4/4/15 […] Police in a matter of hours declared the occurrence at the corner of Remount and Craig roads a traffic stop gone wrong, alleging the dead man fought with an officer over his Taser before deadly force was employed.

[…] A statement released by North Charleston police spokesman Spencer Pryor said a man ran on foot from the traffic stop and an officer deployed his department-issued Taser in an attempt to stop him.

That did not work, police said, and an altercation ensued as the men struggled over the device. Police allege that during the struggle the man gained control of the Taser and attempted to use it against the officer. The officer then resorted to his service weapon and shot him, police alleged. (link)

A video containing part of the confrontation surfaced when eye-witness Feidin Santana contacted the family of Walter Scott the following day (Sunday); and then gave the video to South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) on Monday.

Officer Slager was arrested later Monday afternoon and charged with Murder before witness Santana was even interviewed.

The actual public display of the video began on Tuesday April 7th. With the immediate media storyline stating the original police statements were “false” and/or “factually inaccurate”.

The story became about “lying police”, and that specific narrative framed the media discussion for the next week. Even normally level-headed media punditry jumped into the PC fray for their pound of flesh shouting that Officer Slager falsified his statement(s).

However, with time, further careful research, and much closer looks at the video itself, it appears that nothing initially stated by South Carolina LEO, or more specifically Officer Michael Slager is false or incorrect.  [zoomed taser video by Bob]

Managing The Optics – Passenger in Walter Scott’s Car Speaks Out: ‘He Didn’t Deserve to Die’…

~ A Humorous Tale Of Competing Narratives ~

Since we identified the Walter Scott passenger as Pierre Fulton, we must have caught Ryan Julison a little off guard – because an odd and somewhat humorous dynamic surfaces.  The first media entity to inquire about passenger Mr. Pierre Fulton gets the following background from his family:

Walter Scott - Passenger - Pierre Fulton(Via Daily Mail) […]  Meanwhile, the man who was in the car when Walter Scott was flagged down by police before being gunned down was identified today as drifter Pierre Fulton.

[…]  Pierre’s family said they had no idea why he was in the car and how he came to be friends with the shooting victim. His grand mother Eunice Fulton, 70, said: ‘I spoke with my daughter Franetta on Thursday and Pierre had only just told her he was in the car. ‘It was a terrible incident but we haven’t had the chance to speak to him about it. He used to live with me until a couple of years ago. But I don’t where he hangs out now. He moves around.’

[…] His grandmother added: ‘He is a good grandson. He cares for his family. But I don’t know what he is doing now.’ Pierre has worked as a cleaner, laundry man and warehouseman over the years, but some members of his family have lost touch with him.

Rosanne Grant of Alternative Staffing employment agency told Daily Mail Online: ‘ He worked at various jobs over the period of a year through me. The last time I hear about him was in 2006 and nothing since. I don’t know what he has been working at.’ (link)

Yikes, it appears the Daily Mail got out a little ahead of the preferred story.  However, when you look at the picture of Pierre Fulton provided by the image consultants (ie. lawyers and Ryan Julison) the goal of the optical engineers is transparent.

Drifter?  Unemployed? We can’t have any of that. (more…)

South Carolina Legal Experts Advocate For “The Safari Principle” – Officer Slager Should Have Stayed In His Car… And Not Chased Walter Scott…

The first advocacy for “The Safari Principle” surfaced prior to the George Zimmerman trial, in the summer of 2012, when the professionally aggrieved first began the meme: “He shouldn’t have gotten out of his car”.

Historically we used to blame the victim by saying he/she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, politically it became too difficult to define where the wrong places were, and simultaneously legislators continued to struggle defining the right vs. wrong times people were allowed to be in these places.

In order to protect the criminal class a more specific rule was needed.

zimmerman threat 2

After various opinions were considered eventually the advocates settled upon The Safari Principle – A selected narrative used throughout 2012/2013 as a point of advocacy driving home the belief that George Zimmerman had no right to follow, then exit his vehicle, when he saw a suspicious Trayvon Martin peering through windows and casing houses.

The “Safari Principle” evolved to further claim ‘if you do get out of your car, you deserve what you get’ with the implication by the left-wingers’  that young black males cannot control their behavior. (more…)

South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) Leaking Walter Scott Shooting Evidence To Media….

Here comes the sketchy political problem. The Guardian has published Dash Cam audio conversation(s) between South Carolina Police Officer Michael Slager immediately after the shooting of Walter Scott.

According to The Guardian:  “Patrolman Michael Slager appeared to laugh nervously in the discussion with a senior officer after fatally shooting Scott in North Charleston on 5 April. A recording of their conversation was obtained by the Guardian“.

There is only one way for the Guardian to gain such a recording.  Directly from the investigative unit of South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), the state entity doing the investigative oversight.

SLED is not a police agency – they are a political entity:

The primary mission of the State Law Enforcement Division is to provide quality manpower and technical assistance to law enforcement agencies and to conduct investigations on behalf of the state as directed by the Governor and Attorney General.  (link)

The South Carolina Walter Scott shooting -by Police Officer Michael Slager- is absolutely filled with intentionally missing elements in an effort by ALL INTERESTED PARTIES to sell a narrative useful for their purposes. (more…)
