The House Oversight and Government Affairs Committee has a team of lawyers and staff.
Evidence in public shows the sitting president of the United States took payments from foreign business interests in a scheme to use the power of the U.S. government to influence foreign government policy and protect/enhance the business interests of the people who paid him.
To wit…. The Republicans in the House of Representatives have thousands of Joe and Hunter Biden bank records, hundreds of trace records for wire transfer statements and payments, hundreds of reported U.S. Treasury suspicious activity reports, thousands of emails and subpoenaed text messages, audio and video recordings, thousands of photographs, access to the laptop of Hunter Biden and all the content therein, documented witnesses to the activity, testimony under oath corroborating how the Bidens collected tens of millions from foreign nations as unregistered foreign agents which was subsequently laundered through 20 shell companies.
The House committee also has FBI witness reports (FD-1023) from verified and reliable Confidential Human Sources who documented the intent and purpose of the transactions, along with US government attorneys in Philadelphia who investigated and confirmed the substance of the confidential human source allegations therein. Additionally, the Republicans in Congress have sworn affidavits and testimony from two IRS whistleblowers who testified the US attorney in Delaware was working with the U.S. Dept of Justice in Washington DC to bury the results of the investigation.
Lastly, and most recently, the Republicans have a transparently corrupt federal plea agreement rejected as presented by U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika, because the intent of the construct was to protect the son of the President of the United States from legal exposure within the business that provided the material wealth for himself and the family of the President, providing immunity for their Foreign Agent Registration Act violations…
All of this,…. ALL OF THIS…. while the former Republican president and current 2024 election front-runner is being railroaded by the same Dept of Justice the Speaker refuses to confront.
Boiling down the core of what media were focused on today, essentially it looks like this:
(VIA ABC) Trump attorneys John Lauro and Todd Blanche met with Smith’s team following the receipt of a target letter alerting Trump he is a target of the special counsel’s investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Trump’s lawyers were there to make the case for why they believed Trump shouldn’t be indicted. Smith was present for the meeting, sources said. The meeting ended after an hour; sources told ABC News.

Any time there is very bad information in the media cycle, related to the ongoing sunlight upon Joe Biden and his crime family syndicate, the Joe Biden DOJ rolls out an indictment against Donald Trump.

Politico has received a copy of what is claimed to be the original Hunter Biden plea agreement between the USAO in Delaware and the Biden defense team. This is the plea agreement that was challenged by U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika, who was concerned the structure of the deal appeared to be creating immunity from prosecution for crimes that might come out of a now admitted, ongoing investigation of Hunter Biden; those crimes may include FARA violations.

The core issue centers around what appears to be clear coordination between the USAO, likely with the approvals of Main Justice (Monaco, Garland) and the Biden defense team, to structure the wording and placement of legal mechanisms inside the plea agreement to not only excuse the current criminal infractions, but also protect Hunter Biden from future criminal liability.
Essentially, all previous activities by Hunter Biden would be immune from prosecution, up to the date of his signing of the plea agreement. A blank slate retroactively, with all exposure for criminal conduct removed. The conduct surrounding the immunity is outlined in “Exhibit 1” and the “Attachment A” which was filed under seal.

When the people of Wyoming removed Liz Cheney and replaced her with Harriet Hageman, it was perhaps one of the best reflections of a damaged, yet standing, constitutional republic. To say Harriet Hageman represents an upgrade to our congressional representation would be a profound understatement.
This is a lady I would campaign for, volunteer for and fight like hell to keep in office.
During her remarks today Representative Harriet Hageman dropped all pretenses and eloquently called DHS Secretary Mayorkas what he is, “a tyrant.” Representative Hageman’s perspective on the value, importance and critical protections for the constitutional freedom of speech was eloquently argued, directly to the face of the DHS organization that seeks to define, restrict, censor and control speech. It’s funny in a way, because since mid 2022 CTH has been pointing out the 2021 arrival of registered foreign agent Christina Pushaw in the DeSantis orbit always looked a little, well, ideologically structured.
Someone had to enlist the Ukrainian activist into the DeSantis orbit to become his press secretary. We wondered if perhaps the similarity between the State Dept World War Reddit fraud and the pretending around the Ron DeSantis 2024 operation was not coincidental.
Regardless of how all of that took place, the reality of Pushaw’s pro-Zelenskyy, pro-Ukraine influence was clearly visible long before the ‘book tour’ pretenses were dropped, and the handlers of Ron DeSantis finally admitted a 2024 nomination effort was underway.
So, here we are. Now we enter this odd phase where campaign branding and images of the DeSantis brand start to represent the ideology of the brand creators. After it was revealed that an anti-Trump homophobic and violent video was actually created by the campaign and then delivered to Pushaw’s influence group to push it, the DeSantis campaign removed it. This was the first effort.
Now comes the second instance. A DeSantis video showing Nazi symbolism, a Sonnenrad or symbol used by Nazis and still used by white supremacists in the Ukrainian military units, surfaces.

Is this just another random occurrence, or really is it an outcome of the people who Pushaw et al helped assemble in the branding phase? The former possibility is pretending, the latter probability is the Occam’s razor likelihood.
(Via Axios) – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ 2024 campaign fired an aide this week who secretly created and shared a pro-DeSantis video that featured the candidate at the center of a Sonnenrad, an ancient symbol appropriated by the Nazis and still used by some white supremacists.
Driving the news: Nate Hochman, a speechwriter on the DeSantis campaign and a former writer for National Review, created the video on his own and shared it through a pro-DeSantis Twitter account, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Tick-Tock Sean Hannity has been a member of the right-side media control group for a long time. We all know this here, and almost no one can tolerate watching the pontificating nonsense – nor do they. However, it is only with the assist from the 2024 Murdoch agenda to promote RFK Jr. as an alternative for MAGA Democrats, that Hannity’s mask simply drops. So, this is a good thing.
These types of revelations are always good, and perhaps now the Trump family will quit entertaining Hannity as something other than the control officer for the financial group behind the corporate media intents. However, I won’t hold my breath on that outlook – at least not any longer than it will take the Trump orbit to realize Jason Miller is the Bill Barr of the Trump 2024 campaign.
