*UPDATE* – There is a distinct possibility the item next to Officer Wilson’s driver door is not a brass bullet casing, but might actually be the bracelet from the right arm of Dorian Johnson seen in the CCTV video of the Ferguson Liquor Mart – We’re currently flushing out that possibility, but it does look likely.

We have now digested several thousand hours of assembled video -and still imagery- of the scene around the Mike Brown shooting. Here is what the physical evidence is showing so far. (all images can be made larger simply by clicking on them)

Thank You to everyone who continues to research and wade through everything to find the facts.

First it’s important to gain an understanding of the geography. We have selected some common names and nicknames to attribute to particular places, people and venues. Here is a general map to help understand the who’s, what’s and where’s:

To make things easier to explain we are going to summarize that Canfield Dr. runs East and West. Areas to the top of the images are North, and areas below Canfield are South.
Mike Brown and Dorian Johnson were travelling East on Canfield Drive. Officer Wilson was travelling West. Brown and Johnson were essentially walking down the center of the street.
At some point Mike and Dorian crossed paths with Officer Wilson. And, according to all statements from Dorian as well as Wilson as relayed by his friend “Josie”, Officer Wilson slowed down as he passed and told them to get out of the street and on to the sidewalk.
Wilson then began to continue headed West. According to Johnson, the officer stopped, reversed quickly and engaged them again. According to “Josie” this is because the description of two males involved in a strong-armed robbery came through the radio and Wilson noted the two he just passed fit the profile. (more…)

MOSCOW — Declaring that Russian troops had crossed into Ukraine, President Petro O. Poroshenko on Thursday canceled a planned visit to Turkey and convened a meeting of the national security council to focus on the “marked aggravation of the situation” in the southeast of his country.

The meeting of the national security council will focus on shaping a response, and Ukraine will also request a meeting of the United Nations Security Council. (more…)

(Via Judicial Watch)  The Department of Justice (DOJ) keeps giving radical leftist groups that support President Obama huge amounts of cash collected from big banks to settle discrimination and mortgage abuse lawsuits filed by the government.
Judicial Watch first reported the scheme two years ago when Countrywide Financial Corporation doled out $335 million to settle its discrimination lawsuit with the feds. The money was supposed to be distributed to more than 200,000 minority victims who supposedly were charged higher interest rates and fees than white borrowers based on their race not their credit. Instead, a chunk of the money went to Democrat-tied groups not connected to the lawsuit, including the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and the open-borders National Council of La Raza (NCLR). (Via Fox News)  A second American reportedly killed fighting with the Islamic State group in Syria has been identified as Abdirahmaan Muhumed, of Minneapolis, two sources told Fox News late Wednesday.
KMSP-TV in Minneapolis reported that Muhumed was killed in the same battle as Douglas McAuthur McCain, who grew up outside Minneapolis in the town of New Hope and most recently lived in San Diego. The State Department confirmed McCain’s death earlier this week, but spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Wednesday that the U.S. has no independent confirmation of the second American’s death. “We’re looking into it,” she said.
A source told Fox News that Muhumed’s family had been sent a photo of his body from Syria, but had not been formally notified by the State Department. Fox News was unable to contact the family. (more…)

Following up on what we shared yesterday about the CNN analysts questioning the integrity of the Mike Brown shooting audio recordings, things are getting even more interesting.
It appears Mrs. Lopa Blumenthal is asking CNN to publicly retract their concerns. However, in so doing she is outlining her affiliation with the entire scheme. In the Washington Post article she is now laying NO CLAIM to contacting CNN with the audio recording.
So who do you think would have called CNN ?   The same scheme team who delivered the audio, ie. Manufactured Media Evidence, to the FBI.   That would be Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump.  Once you get on board with Parks and Crump, you don’t get off until your reputation is ruined. 

First her recent espousals – (WaPo) Lopa Blumenthal says she knows how today’s news cycles go. “I understand that the media’s fickle,” she says.
Yet she says she’s “not going to tolerate” the treatment she received this morning on CNN’s “New Day” morning program. As reported on this blog, a CNN law-enforcement commentator, Tom Fuentes, said of an audiotape whose release Blumenthal had negotiated with CNN on Monday: “When I heard this yesterday, I thought the exact same thing — it’s a hoax,” said Fuentes, who clarified that he was ultimately unsure of its status. WASHINGTON DC – Two top federal judges Wednesday said the nation’s immigration courts are in chaos, with the backlog of cases at an historic high of 375,000 for just 227 judges, leading to a minimum three-year delay in hearings for illegal immigrants.

In Washington to take advantage of the current crisis to demand a new court system, the judges accused the Justice Department of treating their courts like Cinderella’s abusive family by starving them of money and support and blamed the insufficient Justice funding for letting illegals “linger” in the country.
“Immigration courts are the forgotten stepchild,” said Immigration Judge Dana Leigh Marks of San Francisco. She was speaking on behalf of the National Association of Immigration Judges, which she is president of. (read more)

With the death porn concluded and the Ferguson streets quiet, CNN needed to fill the race-baiting vacuum with something.

This is the second time CNN has been unforgivably irresponsible with audio. Using unintelligible audio of George Zimmerman’s 911 call, CNN falsely claimed Zimmerman had described Trayvon Martin as a “fucking coon” before fatally shooting the teenager. CNN not only fabricated this evidence against Zimmerman, after it was proven Zimmerman didn’t use the racial slur, CNN continued to lie to its audience and claim he had.   (read more)

CROWDSOURCING REQUEST – Located within this inital media feed video of the Ferguson shooting various rumors and speculations can be dispelled:
1. The Reporter outlines how several (5 or 6) shots were fired after the arrival of the media. Hence the initial problem for the Police securing, and processing, the crime scene. This was part of the delay in morgue body recovery.
2. Clearly you can see Officer Darren Wilson’s POLICE SUV being removed by flatbed tow truck as it was evidence in the shooting.
3. Almost every “eye witness”, as well as Dorian’s mom, can be seen (albeit quickly) in a group discussion prior to giving the visible Detective statements.
4. However, perhaps more importantly, is the visibility of Mike Brown accomplice Dorian Johnson.  Until now – his immediate location was unknown.

Dorian Johnson who, as witnessed, (@2:01) can be seen to have removed his T-Shirt -worn in the Ferguson Liquor Strong-arm Robbery- and standing in discussion with another male who is wearing a ball cap. Dorian’s T-Shirt slung over his left shoulder as he watches the scene from a safe distance.

• Second volley [4 shots] in a 1-3 sequence lasting 1.627 seconds

(Saint Louis Dispatch) Seven shots. A three-second pause. Four more shots.  An audio file obtained by the Post-Dispatch on Tuesday is believed to have captured the shooting of Michael Brown Jr.
If authenticated, it would be the first recording of the actual incident to have surfaced since Brown’s death on Aug. 9.

Lawyer Lopa Blumenthal said her client, who lives in the apartment complex where Brown was killed, captured the shooting while recording a video text message to a friend.

The Benghazi Brief

WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. has begun reconnaissance flights over Syria and is sharing intelligence about jihadist deployments with Damascus through Iraqi and Russian channels, sources told AFP on Tuesday.

“The cooperation has already begun and the United States is giving Damascus information via Baghdad and Moscow,” one source close to the issue said on condition of anonymity.

The comments came a day after Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said Syria was willing to work with the international community against the jihadist Islamic State group, and U.S. officials said they were poised to carry out surveillance flights over Syria. (more…)
