Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber as he was being attacked by a raging mob. Rittenhouse also fired on Gaige Grosskreutz as the attacker held a handgun toward him. Prosecutors and U.S. corporate media attempted to claim that Rittenhouse was a vigilante looking for a fight; however, the defense, and all video of the events, show all shootings were justifiable self-defense.

If the history of tracking the ¹DOJ-CRS results in a repeat of previous patterns within high-profile cases, the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict is likely to come today. Consider this an open discussion thread for the verdict or any activity in the trial.

¹The DOJ-CRS is the least known quasi-legislatively approved agency within the justice department.  The CRS is the Community Relations Service, and is a very secret division within the DOJ civil rights unit.  The activity of the CRS is rarely discussed, but essentially the agency is authorized to reach into any court proceeding, local, state or federal, and modify/guide the proceedings under the auspices of maintaining national racial harmony.

The jury deliberations began earlier today with the defendant using a random lottery drawing of six names to exclude from the full juror pool.  The remaining jurors began deliberations immediately following the lottery cull.

Outside the courthouse a mob of pre-staged Black Lives Matter (BLM) and FBI supported ANTIFA agitators are shouting “no justice, no peace” – “if Kenosha don’t get it, burn it down,” and threatening to destroy the city if the jury does not adhere to their demands and convict Kyle Rittenhouse of murder.

While the FBI is supporting the activity of Antifa, according to local media, 500 national guard members are on standby to protect the city from them and the Black Lives Matter mobs.   The Rittenhouse trial sets the stage for an interesting conflict between the FBI jackboots and the Wisconsin National  Guard.

It is interesting how the city of Kenosha did not form a perimeter around the courthouse keeping the mob away from the steps.  There is a park across the street which was previously used for protests as the police guarded the building.  However, today, for some seemingly curious reason, the local authorities are allowing the protesting mob and their bullhorns to conduct their agitation activity on the steps to the courthouse.

Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder was very frustrated by the prosecution in the case against Kyle Rittenhouse today. The defendant took the stand in his own defense after the prosecution clearly failed to present their case. Even the prosecution’s own witnesses affirmed the accused was acting in self-defense.

A desperate prosecution appears to prefer a mistrial in lieu of a most likely acquittal, by attempting today to introduce evidence against the accused. Judge Schroeder was furious at the prosecution for refusing to adhere to pretrial rulings.

There have been many people wondering why Kyle Rittenhouse would want to take the stand in his own defense given the weakness of the prosecution case. However, for those who remember the trial of George Zimmerman, the motive of Rittenhouse is not that difficult to see.

The case against George Zimmerman was just as weak and politically motivated as the case against Rittenhouse. Zimmerman was acquitted by the jury quickly, in part because a self-defense case was so clear and in part because the prosecution case was maliciously constructed and fraught with lies.

Like Zimmerman, the Rittenhouse case was similarly constructed for media and political use.  It is a political trial with no basis in truth to the pretrial narrative.

Gaige Grosskreutz was one of the attackers of Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha Wisconsin last year.  After giving testimony earlier today attempting to paint himself as a victim of Rittenhouse, the witness/attacker admitted today in during cross examination he was shot only after he threatened Rittenhouse by pointing a gun at him inches away from his head.

While the prosecution hoped Grosskreutz’s sketchy testimony would assist their case, the actual testimony supports the defense claim of Rittenhouse acting in self defense after being attacked by a mob.  The crushing admission is below (prompted to 08:10) WATCH:

The prosecution case just collapsed.  Rittenhouse, now 18, is charged with homicide and attempted homicide for shooting three people during the Kenosha riots as the mob attacked him.  Rittenhouse shot and killed 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum, 26-year-old Anthony Huber, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz.  All of the people shot by Rittenhouse were attacking him at the time.

The problem with modern Democrats is that they believe in what they are doing….

There’s a lot of celebration on the side of the everyday commonsense electorate, as voters last night in the November off-year election have rebuked their policies in almost every municipal election held.  However, do not fool yourself into believing the election outcome will cause Democrats to pause in their efforts.  The radical leftists who now control Democrat policy priorities do not have any inclination to reverse course; instead they will double down.

The need for control is a reaction to fear.  Anger is a very visible response from the leftists whenever their policies are rejected.  The modern political left do not view rejection as a rebuke of their ideology, instead they view rejection as a need to push harder.  From their perspective they need to reeducate their target; to force a change in thinking from incorrect thoughts to correct thoughts; and the only acceptable path is to push harder.

This approach is based on a cognitive inability to reflect or contemplate that their ideology is flawed.  Because they put the emotion of their views as the motive for their effort, they are incapable of changing direction.  From the perspective of the modern political left, if they were to change direction, they would be rejecting the foundation of their own personal value.  They cannot do that.  It’s not them that are wrong -ever- it’s you.

Those who do not adhere to the insane ideological goals of the far left, are viewed as the problem that must be overcome.  Their emotional attachment to ideology is why these avowed and ideological followers cannot be redeemed or coerced into reasonable positions with any logical argument.  Instead, you must be re-educated to see their worth, to value their ideology… you, the person or group who stands in their way, will always be viewed as the problem.

Tucker Carlson hit the nail on the head in his opening monologue tonight.  This is the first time the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) has been spotlighted as the center of Main Justice’s political targeting operation.  One small but important point Tucker got wrong was the timeline of the DOJ-NSD being weaponized for domestic political targeting operations.   Tucker puts the shift as recent; however, the shift actually took place when Obama took office with Eric Holder as AG.

Some CTH readers may remember how the DOJ-NSD refused to accept inspector general oversight {pdf here} as led by AG Eric Holder and DAG Sally Yates.  More readers will remember the DOJ-NSD is the epicenter of FISA abuses.  It is the DOJ-NSD where Main Justice can operate in the shadows, because they use the shield of national security; a key strategy of the Fourth Branch of government.

The DOJ-NSD is the targeting center of Main Justice where folks like John Carlin, Mary McCord, Bruce Ohr, Andrew Weissmann, David Laufmann, George Toscas (and later Dana Boente) were operating against the incoming Trump administration and later the Trump presidency.  The DOJ-NSD is where selective Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) violations are used against political enemies like Michael Flynn, while people like the Podesta brothers are ignored.

The weaponization of the United Stated Department of Justice originated in the conference rooms of the DOJ-NSD, and soon thereafter the alignment with the intelligence apparatus to create the Fourth Branch of Government took place. {Go Deep}  AG Merrick Garland is just a continuum of the Obama mission to use the DOJ-NSD, that is why Lisa Monaco was installed as the operational command center of the DOJ-NSD and John Carlin was rehired.  WATCH:

Well, this just makes things exponentially more f**ked up.   Earlier today, Joe Biden claimed the mounted Texas Border Patrol officers were “strapping” and whipping Haitians who were attempting to illegally cross the Rio Grande river into Del Rio, Texas.  Biden declares to the nation: “Those People will pay“…

And now the rest of the administration and media will have to join with the Biden narrative and push the fake news.   Which is exactly what happened when DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was asked moments ago.

Now that Biden is pushing a transparently obvious lie; and now the administration and media are forced to support this transparently obvious lie; and now the leftist supporters in America will have to maintain support for this transparently obvious lie; and that only further divides the country.

California gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder [Website Here] was assaulted by a violent rage-fill group of Democrats during a campaign stop in Venice today.  One of the racist Newsom supporters was wearing a gorilla mask and shouting vulgar epithets at the black republican candidate.

As security stepped forward to block the agitators from throwing eggs at the GOP candidate, other activists moved in and started becoming violent.  The entire event was caught on camera. WATCH:
