(H/T Todd Starnes) Carlos Roman is the owner of a Bread & Barley restaurant in Covina, California, who reached his breaking point with health inspectors and COVID compliance officers when a public health dept. official ordered his restaurant to shut down.

Mr. Roman decided if he was going to lose everything; if his employees were going to lose their livelihoods; if the system was going to destroy them under the weight of unilateral decrees and fiats; then he was going to block the health inspector from doing his job.

The police were called-in to deal with Carlos Roman’s act of defiance.  The situation within the video speaks for itself.  People are getting desperate… Acts of resistance are spreading. American workers and Main Street are being destroyed… Meanwhile congress wants to send hundreds of millions of taxpayer funds to foreign shores.  Think about it.

Many people talk of a foreboding sense. A sense that something is very close to erupting on the surface. I believe, and have said for months, the final eruption will come as a result of overreach by control authority in reference to COVID dictates. We are close.

Earlier today the FBI and local authorities held a press conference to update people on the investigation into the Nashville bombing. [Press Conference Video Below]

According to CBS reporting a suspect has been identified: 63-year-old Anthony Quinn Warner. Online records for Anthony Warner, 63, of TN, give his address in the Nashville area. There is a similar RV in Google Maps of the address linked to Anthony Warner.

(Via AP) – Federal investigators have identified a person of interest in connection with the explosion that rocked downtown Nashville on Christmas Day and were searching a home associated with that person, law enforcement officials said Saturday.

FBI and local authorities will be holding a press conference shortly to give details on an explosion in Nashville early Christmas morning.  Earlier today police said the explosion came from an RV that was parked on Second Avenue, in the midst of a business and entertainment district.  The RV exploded in an area of downtown Nashville that contains residential units. It was parked outside of an AT&T building.  Forty-one businesses were damaged in the massive explosion.

Police spokesman Don Aaron confirmed there was an audio warning playing [Listen Here] in advance of a massive exposition from the the RV.  Police have released CCTV footage of the RV that was parked in the area.  The updated Presser is scheduled for 6:00pm ET:

Comrades, a shop owner in North Carolina has been given a citation by local COVID Compliance Authorities for non-compliant signage in their store allowing previously free-range citizens to enter the establishment without masks.

If the promotion of respiratory freedom, by free and independent citizens in a private commercial building, is now a violation of the COVID regulations; well, how long before that intrusive citation applies inside your private residence.  Think about it…

WENDELL, N.C. — A North Carolina store owner has been cited for encouraging customers NOT to wear masks in her store. Police said the signs violate Gov. Roy Cooper’s mask-wearing order, which was imposed to preserve public health during the coronavirus pandemic.

Wendell General Store owner Regina Harmon was cited Wednesday with one count of aiding and abetting the violation of an executive order, news outlets reported.

CALIFORNIA – All residents within the city of Los Angeles should continue to remain in their homes and follow the city’s “safer-at-home” order, which mirrors guidance from L.A. County, according to the mayor’s office.

A public order posted on the mayor’s website Wednesday detailed many of the restrictions.  People may lawfully leave their residences only to engage in defined essential activities.

The Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 enhanced the U.S. Marshals’ authority to assist federal, state, and local law enforcement with the recovery of missing, endangered, trafficked or abducted children, regardless of whether a fugitive or sex offender was involved. The U.S. Marshals Service established a Missing Child Unit to oversee and manage the implementation of its enhanced authority under the act.

Recently USMS operation “Autumn Hope” rescued 45 missing children (Ohio). Operation “Not Forgotten” rescued 39 children (Georgia). Operation “Safety Net” recovered another 35 (Ohio).

The total number of rescued and recovered children by USMS this year exceeds 440; and today Operation “Find Our Children” rescues 27 more children in Virginia:

(DOJ Announcement) – The Justice Department today announced the completion of a five-day law enforcement effort, dubbed “Operation Find Our Children,” throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia that resulted in the recovery of 27 previously missing children.

[…]  The U.S. Marshals Service is leading the way in a nationwide effort to rescue and recover missing and exploited children, and aid in the prevention of human trafficking.

Since 2005, the U.S. Marshals Service has recovered more than 2,000 missing children. Over the past five years, the agency has recovered missing children in 75 percent of the cases it has received. Of those recovered, 72 percent were recovered within seven days.

Two Philadelphia police officers are under scrutiny after they refused to allow 27-year-old Walter Wallace stab them in a violent frenzy.   After retreating from the confrontation; and after being chased by Mr. Wallace; the officers eventually shot and killed the attacker.

Black Lives Matter and the Philadelphia social justice network immediately activated to steal electronics, loot retail stores and start fires in a quest to achieve justice for Wallace.  The police are overwhelmed and the looting continues across the city of brotherly love while the media calls their behavior “protesting”.   Nothing solves violence like a brand new pair of looted Nikes.  Yes, stop me if you have heard this bef…

Wow, you want to say great job U.S. Marshals Service… but then you think about what exactly they are being thanked for, and “great job” seems prayerfully inappropriate.

Ohio State Attorney General, Dave Yost, has announced the results of a 50 agency anti human trafficking operation called “Operation Autumn Hope”, and while the results are excellent the underlying evil is almost unimaginable.

45 missing children were physically recovered in the Ohio operation along with 109 human trafficking survivors. [Media]

(Columbus Ohio) – […]  “The success of Operation Autumn Hope is measured not only in the number of arrests but in the lives that were rescued from this evil,” Yost said. “Every agency on this team looks for the day when no person is bought and sold in Ohio. Don’t buy sex in Ohio!”

During the operation, the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Trask Force, Columbus PACT Unit and the Cuyahoga County Human Trafficking Task Force rescued 109 human trafficking victims and referred them to social services.

Comrades, there is a rather disturbing video reportedly showing New York police attempting to enter a Rockland County, New York, private residence while concerned about COVID compliance rules being violated.

In the video the police officer says he was responding to a complaint about cars parked in front of the house and noticed that a gathering of more than ten people was underway inside, which he calls “an issue.”  The owner appears to be an Orthodox Jew and disagrees that “a few friends” coming together is an issue requiring police intervention. Weird.

Question: Is it illegal in New York to have more than ten people in your house?
