I’m not exactly sure how this would work on a mandate from the governor without legislative approval.  Prior required vaccinations are outlined by legislation.  Newsom did not announce a legislative intent, but rather a unilateral decree.   The teacher’s union controls the leftist political direction in California, so it would appear Newsom is bowing to the demands of the union.

CALIFORNIA – Under the mandate, the COVID-19 vaccine will be added to the list of other compulsory vaccinations required for schooling such as vaccinations against measles, mumps and rubella. Newsom said that parents can claim religious and medical exemptions.

The new mandate will be phased in through two phases: One for children grades seven through 12, and another for kindergarten through sixth grade. The requirement takes effect once the Food and Drug Administration grants full approval for specific age groups, the governor’s office said. The office estimates that children grades seven through 12 will have to be vaccinated by July 2022, while the kindergarten through sixth grade timeline is more nebulous as the FDA has yet to issue even an emergency use authorization for the vaccine for children ages 5 to 11.

Anyone who has watched events unfold in Victoria (Melbourne), or New South Wales (Sydney) in Australia, will admit no other westernized nation on earth has responded to COVID-19 with such extreme brutality by government toward their citizens.  The view of Australia as a place of respect for minority rights, expressions of liberty, and the principle of inherent freedom has been destroyed.

Looking from the outside, Australia is now viewed as a totalitarian dictatorship more akin to North Korea than the U.K.

No democratic nation on earth has become more draconian and totalitarian in their effort to control their citizens than Australia.   Quarantine camps, international and inter-state travel bans, harsh lock-downs and proximity limits, physical checkpoints operated by police and military, and brutal police tactics where violence is frequently used against their own citizens.  The entire landscape of democracy in Australia has slowly been destroyed in the past 18 months, and it is only getting worse.

Australian citizens are now forced to have their physical location monitored through electronic passports and check-in points where a central government database can watch where people are.  Additionally, all six states have now announced that only vaccinated people will be permitted to engage in society when/if they ever make the decision to open their economy.

Yesterday, a major U.S. politician finally had the nerve to address the issue.  Speaking at the International Boat Builders’ Exhibition and Conference in Tampa, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis warned that Australia has gone too far when it comes to restricting freedoms, as it battles an outbreak of the highly contagious Delta variant.

Governor DeSantis called out the brutality of Australia and questioned if the United States should reassess our diplomatic relationship with the regime down-under, if we are to now accept Australia as more ideologically aligned with the communist Chinese system instead of the principles of freedom and individual liberty. On day three of the Melbourne labor union protests against the brutal COVID lock-downs and forced mRNA genetic experiments, the Victorian government decided to open fire upon the peaceful protestors. The police triggered a ‘no-fly zone’ in the Melbourne metropolitan area to stop media from using their helicopters to record the protests and violent police activity.

While the official motive given by police for the media ban was to block protestors from knowing where the thousands of police were amassing; the background issue of the government wanting to keep the Australian people from seeing police open fire upon their own citizens is transparently obvious.  Americans would be wise to pay attention to all facets of how the Australian government is moving violently against their own citizens.  [PIC: Partial Protest Crowd at Melbourne Shrine of Remembrance]

As we have seen in the U.S, there is an alarming alignment between the operatives of the Australian government and the media stenographers who willingly push a “violent extremist” narrative in order to downplay the brutal police tactics being deployed against ordinary working class Victorians.   As you watch the first video below, it is well worth remembering these are the same Melbourne police units who took a knee during last years Black Lives Matter protests in Melbourne.

Thousands of heavily outfitted and well-armed jackboots -with armor plated MRAP vehicles in support- confronted the protest groups throughout the Melbourne metro area.  The police deployments forced the groups to assemble at Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance where a stand-off took place between the protestors and thousands of police units surrounding them.  Once they had the protestors surrounded, the police began tightening the perimeter, until they eventually opened fire with tear gas and rubber bullets.

An inflection point has been reached in Australia with the government COVID-19 lockdowns, forced vaccinations and now, vaccine passports. What is happening today in the state of Victoria, specifically the Melbourne metropolitan area, is an outcome of more than a year of heavy-handed government rules and regulations deaf to the voices of the average man, woman or family. There is a middle class & blue-collar backlash taking place, and Americans would be wise to pay attention.

Things recently came to a head when the Premier of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, began outlining the rules and regulations for opening society back up after almost a year of total lockdown. The always futile attempt to block the COVID-19 virus through a policy known as “COVID-ZERO” was abandoned. The new approach is to open up society and the economy by forcing everyone to take the vaccine, and then allowing only the vaccinated to participate in the economy as varying percentages of the population are double-vaxxed, and admittedly, later, booster-vaxxed.

Vaccination passports will be required to work, shop, attend events and essentially live in the New World Order Premier Andrews has created for the citizens of Victoria. The day after Andrews outlined the new rules – the working class, who have been locked down and compliant to this point, finally had enough.

♦ On Monday 9/20 [AU time] a large group of members of the biggest trade union in Australia, the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU), went to CFMEU headquarters to confront their leadership, CFMEU Secretary John Setka.

Their demand was essentially simple – to have their voices heard and use the power of the trade union to stop the Victorian government overreach. The union members wanted their leadership to block the new vaccine mandate and stop the creation of a two-tiered society as outlined by Premier Dan Andrews.

However, regional union secretary John Setka turned a deaf ear to the concerns of his members and would not listen. Angry at his members Setka asked, “What do you want me to do, shut it down?“, meaning use the power of the union -strike if necessary- to push back against the government.  The members said “yes”, exactly that. However, union boss Setka was unwilling as it appears he’s in alignment with the objectives of the Premier.

This is a familiar scenario to many, particularly in the United States. Union leadership in bed with government and disconnected from the underlying union workers. This frustrating situation led to a very physical confrontation at the CFMEU union headquarters.  Quickly, Steka surrounded himself with thugs and bodyguards while turning against hundreds of his own members. The police then arrived and used rubber bullets, tear gas, and riot units to dispel the crowd.

This is a huge development in the battle for freedom in Victoria, Australia.  It cannot be overstated.

The Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) has declared war against their own leadership, John Setka (left, circled), for not fighting against the mandatory COVID vaccine.  As he was attempting to hunker down in his office headquarters, union boss John Setka physically came under attack from his own union membership over his political relationship with Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews.

This is the U.S. equivalent of AFL-CIO members launching a violent uprising against former union President Richard Trumka; and then Trumka running to Joe Biden for help and protection from his own membership.

The CFMEU members are the heavy-hitting blue-collar construction and dirty fingernail workers, and the leadership of the CFMEU are the thug-like mobsters who run the union.

Just like the AFL-CIO or UAW in America, the union leadership in Australia is politically corrupt and disconnected from the members they serve. Earlier today (AU-time), the union members organized to confront the union leadership.

When CFMEU union boss John Setka tried to weasel his way out of the confrontation things turned violent. The members have had enough of the lockdowns, ridiculous COVID regulations and now the forced vaccinations. Setka shouted, “What do you want me to do, shut it down?” The members erupted in cheers. The union members want their leadership to fight for them; to use the power of the union labor movement to shut down industry and bring the government to heel. The righteously angry members, turned freedom fighters, want to force Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews to back-down from his totalitarian dictates, and stop the mandatory vaccines that create two classes of people.

The leadership of the FBI have been very clear in saying, the number one threat in the United States is the rise of “Domestic Extremists.”  This, they say, is the greatest threat to what they perceive as domestic peace and tranquility.  Take them at their word, what does that say about their perspective?

Consider… on June 13th of this year, an internal report from the Office of Inspector General painstakingly outlined how the FBI willfully, and with specific intent, facilitated, enabled and supported the ongoing rape, molestation and sexual predication of a known serial rapist, Larry Nassar.

The FBI, and specifically FBI Director Christopher Wray, did not immediately rush to the microphones to give a press conference about the devastating findings.  The U.S. media were virtually silent to the report.  The FBI released a short statement, took no further action and the issue essentially disappeared.   Three months later, the rape victims of the FBI activity then testified to congress.  Last week the FBI apologized, and some moderate outrage was highlighted by media.

“Anti-law enforcement violent extremists – may pose the “greatest threat” domestically this year and likely into 2022″, the narrative continues.

Perhaps I am wrong, but the only time I can recall in modern U.S. history that aggressive and illegal federal activity was halted mid-effort, was the example of the Clive Bundy ranch in 2014.  Armed citizens forced federal authorities, including the FBI, to back down.   In response to their loss, former AG Eric Holder vowed to revive “a domestic terrorism task force.”  Contemplate that response against the 2021 statements of the FBI saying domestic extremists represent the greatest threat.  Can you see the connective tissue?

From the worldview of the DOJ/FBI, law-abiding U.S. citizens  – pushed to the point of taking up defensive arms against federal agents – are a threat.  Ergo, the newest definition of “Domestic Violent Extremists, or DVEs”, to define who the FBI view as their most substantive enemy.  Two years after the Bundy Ranch stand-off, the FBI shot and killed LaVoy Finicum, fulfilling their promise to eliminate extremists as defined by their worldview.

Things are getting spicy in Australia, specifically the town of Richmond in the Melbourne area.  Righteous anti-lockdown protestors took to the streets against thousands of armed police and heavily geared riot squads prepared to beat them into submission and stop their march {Direct Rumble Link}.

As the government stormtroopers corralled the peacefully marching protesters into an ever smaller dead end where there were blocked in all directions, a valiant member of the resistance opened a gateway through a housing division enabling the crowd to continue amassing, assembling more supporters and continue marching.

The police then formed a battle formation in the street attempting to cordon-off the remaining roadway and block the march from continuing.  However, after a few tense minutes of standoff the protesters rushed the police and fought their way through.  Google is attempting to block this video.  WATCH:

Fearful the nation of patriots would join in further rebellion, the Australian propaganda media were quickly called into action to defend the state regime.  The controlled media immediately began broadcasting sympathetic stories of how the police suffered injuries at the hands of the rowdy protestors who “were looking for a fight,” or so the officially recognized narrative is told.

“The police suffered broken bones and had to be transported to the hospital after they were assaulted by the angry mob,” that’s the official media statement you can see below.  However, the reality of what took place is 180° divergent from the state-run media story.  In fact, the peaceful marchers were being assaulted by the police all along their route.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is putting himself in a direct confrontation with the federal government in order to protect workers in his state.

Earlier today Florida Governor Ron DeSantis repeated his threat to fine any entity, business, county, city or federal offices with a $5,000 fine -per incident- if they attempt to discriminate against unvaccinated employees, or threaten the employment status of non-vaccinated workers.

Appearing together with Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, DeSantis stated:  “If a government agency in the state of Florida forces a vaccine as a condition to employment, that violates Florida law and you will pay”…
