Oh, the winning… it’s often too funny. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is now independently, on its own impetus, requesting an internal vote on a full panel en banc hearing to review its own decision.
Additionally, the full ninth are asking the Trump administration to file an additional brief telling the court why the three member original appeals ruling authority was wrong.   In essence, the smart judges know what wasn’t considered, and are now looking for an out.
You just can’t make this stuff up.

Apparently there are many people who just don’t quite understand the concept of:

The professional swamp dwellers, and those who sell the swamp uniparty messages, are intensely skilled at creating false impressions. The example of swamp-master Dick Blumenthal and his like-minded political ilk is just the most recent example.

Senator Dick knows Judge Gorsuch is in that tenuous confirmation space where he cannot respond to any claim made by political opposition about his words, their use and phrases.
Senator Dick can say anything he wants, Gorsuch has no venue to retort.
Senator Dick knows this position of compromise puts Dick’s team at an advantage. Thus Team Dick can say anything they want, and Team Dick’s political opponents are hamstrung.
This is the context to consider anything coming from the mouth of Dick, or any oppositional entity who monitor the swamp and advocate on behalf of those dwelling therein; ie. ‘the mostly swamp media’ (MSM). The swamp sellers can then run with Team Dick’s statements to create a useful narrative of division against their opposition.

The founder of the studio, Anne Mahlum, discovered President Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump was registered for workout classes at one of the locations under an alias due to Secret Service security concerns.  Today, Ms. Mahlum uses her social media (facebook) to target Ivanka Trump demanding a meeting to discuss her political views.
This type of public targeting is wrong, and extremely dangerous, on so many levels.


Setting aside the inherent self-righteous virtue signaling once again evident through the use of a business to target a customer for special attention, ie. scorn; owner Anne Mahlum shows a complete lack of professional concern for her clients and customers privacy with the public broadcast of her intention. It has been consistently evident that left-wing environmentalists and their professionally unemployed protesters are the most hypocritical bunch of moonbats around the drum circle of social and economic stupidity.
Defeated by Trump, the various ‘resist-we-much‘ environmental groups who were protesting the Dakota Access pipeline near the Standing Rock Sioux tribe in North Dakota have given up and gone home.
However, in their wake, the EPA is now involved as part of a massive clean-up operation to remove over 50 tons of toxic waste and garbage they left behind.  WATCH:

Following the trend of corporate leaders making decisions based on their political ideology, a report surfaces of Nordstrom executives sending a political notification to their employees two days before they dropped the Ivanka Trump product line from their stores.
…. but don’t you Christian bakers out there dare deny anyone a gay wedding cake.

Again, Tribal Consumerism becomes the new normal.

On Super Bowl weekend, 84 Lumber produced a documercial containing their political appeal toward all Americans and demanding that our nation should fully support illegal mass immigration.  The building and supply company purchased a $15 million  advertisement to air during the NFL championship football game.
The open border Democrat and progressive constituency has applauded the position of 84Lumber, however there has also been massive back-lash from Americans who simply request the enforcement of borders and a reasonable immigration policy.
Here’s a reply to 84 Lumber using part of their produced commercial to draw out the inherent hypocrisy behind the open border community which now rails against any common sense immigration enforcement.  WATCH:

No single issue better reflects the politicized UniParty than immigration.  In all things related to legal or illegal entry into the United States the Democrats and big government Republicans are united in their efforts to create a borderless America; expect little support for President Trump from the GOPe side of the aisle.
Two federal judges, Boston (Mass) and Seattle (WA), released two completely different opinions on the legality of President Trump’s temporary halt on Visa approvals from seven identified countries of concern.  The Boston ruling by Federal Judge Gorton upholds the executive authority and supports President Trump.  The Seattle ruling by Federal Judge Robart halts the executive action.

Due to Judge Robart’s refusal to accept prior case law and supreme court rulings, and as an outcome of his inability to cite existing law to support his decision (READ HERE), it is generally believed the Seattle ruling will be “stayed”. The sum total of Robart’s ruling is merely seven pages of activist catch phrases, judicial activism, with no legal guiding citation.
Conversely, Judge Gorton firmly establishes his decision (READ HERE)  -to the benefit of the Executive Order- on prior precedent and current established judicial interpretations, and it is believed Gorton’s decision will be more in line with the final outcome of the challenges.  Gorton’s 21 page ruling contains 51 legal citations to precedent and existing case law which guides his decision.

Internet researcher Katica has again discovered the FBI quietly, and without explanation, just released another batch of documents from the “ongoing” FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email use and classified information.  This is release #6, and interestingly this release is titled “part 06 of 06” so there might not be any more.  However, this batch is quite a bit more interesting.
The Super-Bowl weekend release is not a document dump; it surfaces as more of a leak than an official release – this is the same way release #5 surfaced.  Katica has an archive notification set-up to alert when the FBI host data site is changed or updated –SEE HERE– Like release #5, the #6 release is not visible directly, but is downloadable to review –SEE HERE– It’s weird how they are doing this; whoever “they” are.

“Why aren’t the Patriots 50 points ahead you might ask?”…  Well, we have downloaded the data and uploaded it into a visible pdf format embed below.  Here’s a few quick glance notes some of the more interesting pages.
♦ Pages 11 and 12, outline an interview conducted as an outcome of a “walk in” to the FBI office by a long-term government official inside the Department of State who provided physical evidence and gave a statement.
♦ Page 55 is really interesting because it shows the results of a forensic examination on July 15th 2016 which discovered 1,539 work related emails between Clinton and Huma Abedin that were not turned over to the State Department.   The 7/15/16 date is important because this discovery was AFTER FBI Director James Comey gave the press conference stating the FBI did not -at that time- have evidence to support a criminal finding.

CNN has continued to lead the way in manufactured news cycles through the past two years.  However, last night on Don Lemon’s show they took fake news broadcasting to new levels of ridiculousness.
During a segment with Robert Reich, Don Lemon and Reich promoted a conspiracy theory that Milo Yiannopoulous actually manufactured the Berkeley protests in an effort to shut down his own speech:

Robert Reich […] Don, and I want to be very, very clear. I was there for part of last night, and I know what I saw. And those people were not Berkeley students. Those were outsiders, agitators. I’ve never seen them before. There’s rumors that they actually were right-wingers, they were part of a kind of a group that were organized and were ready to create the kind of tumult and danger you saw that forced the police to cancel the event.

This is NOT a new phenomenon.  The only thing that changes is the name given to the associated group delivering the violence.  Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter, etc. it’s all the same left-wing fascism.
