A group of far-left Georgia voters, backed by a coalition of left-wing constitutional scholars, liberal activists and lawfare allies, filed a challenge against Marjorie Taylor Greene last month with state election officials. The 14th Amendment of the US Constitution prohibits officeholders from returning to elected positions if they supported an insurrection. The challengers claim that Greene can’t run for reelection because she “aided” the January 6 insurrection.

No one has been charged with “insurrection”, and the entire effort seems like a leftist political maneuver to avoid being crushed in the 2022 midterms. However, there’s a never-ending source of funding for these Lawfare schemes, so these efforts continue. An activist Federal Judge, Amy Totenberg (Obama appointee), from the Northern District of Georgia is anticipated to rule this week on whether the challenge can move forward.

Energy development companies had identified 744,000 acres of federal land which could yield significant returns for oil and gas extraction.  Today the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) authorized leases for 173 parcels on 144,000 acres; approximately 80% less than was identified by energy companies.  [BLM Press Release Here]

Dept of Interior Secretary Deb Haaland (pictured left) shared, “today, we begin to reset how and what we consider to be the highest and best use of Americans’ resources for the benefit of all current and future generations.”

The Biden administration, together with tribal leadership are concerned about environmental justice and sustainable energy equity for a host of multigenerational shareholder elements within the limited areas under consideration.

As the press release notes, “this pragmatic approach focuses leasing on parcels near existing development and infrastructure, such as gathering lines that can help reduce venting and flaring, and will help conserve the resilience of intact public lands and functioning ecosystems.

The new leases are mostly for areas where already existing oil and gas exploration is taking place, and the Biden administration has raised the federal royalty charges from 12.5% to a new 18.75%.   In order to keep upward pressure on gasoline prices, Green New Deal national target price $7/gal, the new leases will not be available until later this year.

The official position of Democrat party, and the official position of the White House, is that elementary teachers should be talking to kindergarten students about gender, sexuality and transitional guidance without parental notification or involvement.

A few years ago, that official position – promoted from the podium at the White House – would likely have been considered radical.  In a climate where technology, popular culture and influence is recognized as a social currency by the political class on the coasts, what was radical is now their platform.

However, staking this position comes with inherent risks, as highlighted by a Harvard/Harris poll released today [DATA HERE], showing that two-thirds of the people responding to the question do not agree with the DNC and White House:

67% of all respondents believe sexuality discussions for grades K-3 should be left to parents. 33% support schools teaching sexuality to 5 to 9-year-olds.

While 51% of Democrats agree that teachers should be involved, only 17% of Republicans and 31% of Independents agree.

I wonder if the response statistics would change if only “parents” were polled?

Put this in the things that make other things make sense file. As the Disney corporation publicly says they will “work as a company” to advance gender sexualization for young children in Florida elementary schools, one of the top Disney executives explains why. {Direct Rumble Link)

During a conference call to explain the corporate intents of the company, Disney entertainment president Karey Burke says, “As the mother [of] one transgender child and one pansexual child,” she supports having “many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories” and wants a minimum of 50 percent of characters to be LGBTQIA and racial minorities.  WATCH:

There have always been rumors, suspicions and concerns about the deviant intents of the Disney company surrounding the sexuality and exploitation of children.  It is now safe to say those suspicions and concerns are officially verified as fact.  Ms. Karey Burke has raised two children into a life of confusion and conflict surrounding their sexuality.  Ms. Burke did not do this to her own children accidentally; it is an outcome of a process.

Now that she has advanced into a position of influence within the corporation; an advancement in profession seemingly enhanced by her own skills exploiting the sexuality of her own children; Ms. Burke announces the open intent of the company under her stewardship to groom, influence and steer your children into the same twisted sexual lifestyle.

Disney has come out of the closet, not only as a corporation intent on the advancement of sexual identity, but also with a corporate mission to influence the sexualization of our children.  This open expression of their corporate mission is disturbing on many levels.

This is beyond ridiculous.   Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell announces a $14 billion Ukraine aid package will come over from the House of Representatives inside a massive Joe Biden Ominbus spending bill, because there is no budget process being followed.

The Democrats know the Senate Republicans want to send Ukraine a bunch of money to continue funding the graft, kickback and payment schemes used by the Senate in order to enrich their donors and families.  So, Nancy Pelosi takes the massive Omnibus spending bill to fund the Biden agenda and inserts the $14 billion Ukraine package she knows the Republican Senators will vote for.  WATCH:

It’s a typical UniParty manuever.  The Republicans cannot be seen on record funding Biden’s agenda, so wink-wink, nod-nod, adding the Ukraine aid gives the Republicans political cover.  Mitch, and the DeceptiCons,will now say they had to vote for Biden’s massive spending Omnibus because it’s the only way they could get the money to support the babies in Ukraine.

A vote against the Joe Biden massive Omnibus spending package is a vote to kill the Ukrainian people by not sending them $14 billion.

House Democrats shut down the government over President Trump’s buget request for $10 billion to build the southern border wall, but House Democrats can prioritize $14 billion in deficit spending to protect the borders of Ukraine.   See the agenda?

A more accurate headline would be Barack Obama and James Clyburn nominate Ketanji Brown-Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court, but details, details.

As we outlined since January 6, 2021, the nomination of Judge Brown-Jackson to the Supreme Court was a foregone conclusion, the only issue was the timing {GO DEEP}.  The 10th Anniversary of Trayvon Martin provides the opportunity.  Additionally, in order for Obama/Clyburn to get to KBJ, they had to shift Merrick Garland out of his judicial chair. That’s the largest part of the reason why we have Attorney General Merrick Garland.

All of the political moves follow a pattern and script, you just need a solid mental reference library to see them.  The game is rigged folks, and the most accurate definition of the ‘business of DC politics‘ is the strategic presentation of an illusion of choice.

It was February 25th, 2020, to be precise, just four days before the South Carolina Democrat primary.  South Carolina Representative James Clyburn went backstage at the presidential debate and told Biden, “You’ve had a couple of opportunities to mention naming a Black woman to the Supreme Court,” Clyburn lectured his friend of nearly half a century, like a schoolteacher scolding a child. “I’m telling you, don’t you leave the stage tonight without making it known that you will do that.” {link}

Unbeknownst to Biden at the time, just two days earlier Barack Obama and James Clyburn came to an agreement and created the most consequential alliance of the 2020 Democrat campaign.  Barack Obama the figurative and ideological leader of the movement known as “Black Lives Matter”, and James Clyburn the figurative and ideological leader of the political construct within the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) church, had struck a deal.
