OBAMA:  “The issues now are sufficiently narrowed and sufficiently clarified where we’re at a point where they need to make a decision. We are presenting to them in a unified fashion, the P5+1 supported by a coalition of countries around the world are presenting to them a deal that allows them to have peaceful nuclear power but gives us the absolute assurance that is verifiable that they are not pursuing a nuclear weapon”.
“And if in fact what they claim is true, which is they have no aspiration to get a nuclear weapon, that in fact, according to their Supreme Leader, it would be contrary to their faith to obtain a nuclear weapon, if that is true, there should be the possibility of getting a deal. We often say ‘we accept the world as it is rather than as we wish it to be’. Because to do anything else only creates frustration from projecting our own perspectives, dreams, wishes and hopes into a situation that may not -heck, often doesn’t- evolve to provide a better outcome.

Essentially the crux of the back-story is that Netanyahu contacted the White House about the invitation to talk to congress, prior to accepting the invitation; the White House never contacted Netanyahu back.  
Absent of the White House responding, and out of an abundance of caution to appearances, Netanyahu accepted the invitation.    Then whammo, the White House claims President Obama was disparaged.  It would appear the White House set up the narrative intentionally.

The truth about the incident, in which the White House complained that it was terribly wrong for Netanyahu to accept House Speaker John Boehner’s (R., Ohio) invitation without first notifying the administration, was made evident by a correction added to a New York Times article that greatly changed the timeline of events that effected the situation. The CBC want nothing to do with hearing about terror threats from Iran…. “Jew Lives Don’t Matter” !!

WASHINGTON DC – Leading members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) are lining up to skip a coming speech by the prime minister of Israel.

Reps. John Lewis (D-Ga.), the civil rights icon, and G.K. Butterfield (D-N.C.), the chairman of the CBC, said they won’t attend Benjamin Netanyahu’s March 3 speech before Congress to protest Speaker John Boehner’s (R-Ohio) decision to invite the prime minister without first consulting President Obama, according to The Associated Press.
“I think it’s an affront to the president and the State Department what the speaker did,” Lewis told the AP. (more…)

Weasels and Measles

You have to see the humor in this one. Previously, in 2008, Hillary was seeking out the “Whole Foods Hopey-Changey voter” (so was Senator Obama) and so she was all about the possibility of Vaccinations causing autism.
Now, however, facing the popularity swing toward proper vaccination schedules – Hillary is all for them.

The funny aspect is how once again she has “reacted”, and besmirched her coddled constituency. If you actually look at the cultural and political ideology behind the faces of the anti-vaccination crowd you will still find their clustering in the vicinity of Whole Foods locations. Meaning the larger percentage of the anti-vaccination crowd are progressive Democrats. (more…)

Obama might have missed that since he was living in Indonesia as a young boy, or perhaps he started the Super Bowl partying a bit early.
