This is interesting.  Mike M via twitter notices a Page Six story from September 2001 disappears from the New York Post.

On September 14th 2001 the New York Post ran an article (Op-Ed) with the headline: “The Issue Is Radical Islam“.  Within the article you find the following paragraph(s) [emphasis added]:

[…]  In Sudan, the Islamic militants impose slavery on captured Dinkas – but wherever radical Islam is in power, it subjugates people it regards as infidels. The Coalition for the Defense of Human Rights, an organization supporting those persecuted by militant Islam, argues that “radical Islamism is a world ideology, fielding a world terror-army, which oppresses millions with a racist ideology” that deems non-Muslims less than fully human.

Yes, it’s that time of year when the “Omnibus” spending kicks into overdrive.  Washington DC loves it when the electorate are distracted with the Holiday Festivities.

Did you wonder why the MSM was pushing a meme of “net immigration zero” for the past two weeks?   Here’s why.  Statistics from last month show a MASSIVE INCREASE in illegal alien immigration.  The number of illegal minors crossing doubles; the number of illegal alien families crossing the border triples….

WASHINGTON DC – Nearly 5,000 unaccompanied immigrant children were caught illegally crossing the U.S. border with Mexico in October, almost double the number from October 2014, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data.

Also, in the figures released Tuesday, the number of family members crossing together nearly tripled from October 2014 — from 2,162 to 6,029. (more…)

This is apparently one of those things that is an open, and yet non-discussed, secret.

Several people have queried why they would be getting Ted Cruz campaign donation requests/solicitation directly from Breitbart, and/or getting donation requests from Ted Cruz on Breitbart letterhead.

The answer is simple, yet perhaps like me you never knew.

The Breitbart Media Group is financially backed and funded by Hedge-fund billionaire Robert Mercer. Mercer was/is the originating financial backer for the Ted Cruz “Keep the Promise” (KtP 1, KtP2 and KtP3) Super-PACs.  Mercer is also the financial backing behind Cambridge Analytica.

Cambridge Analytica is the receiver of the contact information provided to Breitbart when you participate in their on-line Presidential Poll.

In essence, when you participate the Breitbart poll, you are sending your personal information into a data-base controlled by the proprietary interests of Robert Mercer, Cambridge Analytica.  The Ted Cruz campaign then uses the data collected to fund-raise on behalf of the Campaign. (more…)

Notice the emphasis in the first sentence.  The testimonial for candidate support from the campaign manager Berry Bennett is to quote social media metrics: “Facebook friends, twitter mentions and google searches” – something very odd feeling about that.

If Ben Carson’s actual Facebook following are “real people” (4.7 million according to his Facebook page) and not purchased “likes”, then why does he not show up with greater support in the post debate polls?

Drudge shows Carson in 5th place with 8,000 votes (less than 5%) in their post debate polling.   The Time Poll has less than 4% support for Carson; and around 9% at The Blaze.

Something is missing amid all of the punditry opinion regarding the recent 5th CCA ruling upholding the injunction against Obama’s implementation of Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents program (“DAPA”) FULL BACKSTORY HERE.  Something missing which is more serious than the injunction itself.

What is fundamentally missing is several levels of seriousness.

First the underlying 26 state lawsuit has never been argued.  When the states went to federal court to sue the White House (executive action) they asked for an immediate injunction blocking implementation.  The states argued two points:

#1) That if DAPA was allowed to move forward with his executive amnesty there would be irreversible harm to the states.  Granting a new legal status to illegal aliens, including work authorization, would be financially harmful and also a bell impossible to un-ring/reverse if the underlying lawsuit was settled in their favor.

#2) If DAPA was allowed to be implemented those who were charged with executing the Executive Order would be violating law and thereby subject to a condition of punitive action against them for refusing to break the law.

Two very distinct issues, both of which Judge Andrew Hanen accepted as factual in his decision to issue the injunction.   He actually did so brilliantly.

Here’s the latest results from a Quinnipiac National Poll released today (full pdf below).  Unfortunately, yet again, even with all of their resources, the polled sample is intensely small (only 502 republicans).

At this point these large organizations, NYT/CBS (300), NBC/WSJ (400), and now Q-PAC (500), using small samples to present a national narrative – cannot reasonably be considered coincidental.  These quantifying decisions deliberate; they are also sketchy and bear the familiar signatures of media ‘gaslighting’:

(Via Q-PAC) Trump gets 24 percent of Republican votes, with Carson at 23 percent, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida at 14 percent, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas at 13 percent, and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at 4 percent, the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University Poll finds. No other candidate tops 3 percent, with 9 percent undecided, and 63 percent who might change their mind. Media quickly deletes finding that Trump beats Hillary in MN ! Screen-Shot Added.

The operational arm of the DNC, or perhaps Senator Al Franken, must have been urgently dispatched to contact KTSP (ABC 5) News in Minnesota after they published results from their own sponsored SurveyUSA poll/survey…..

Why? Because they deleted the lead in paragraph shortly after posting it.  Our discovery was accidental.

The KTSP(ABC5) survey findings show Donald Trump perceived to be the most likely nominee amid all of the survey respondents:

♦ Trump 26%
♦ Carson 19%
♦ Rubio 16%
♦ Bush 9%
♦ Fiorina 4%
♦ Cruz 4%
♦ Paul 3%
♦ Huckabee 2%
Undecided 13%

However, the more damaging survey data was a result showing Donald Trump beats  Hillary Clinton in a head-to-head match up.  Specifically the article outlined how a large segment of Minnesota Democrats and Independent voters were “crossing over” to join a growing Donald Trump coalition.

That uncomfortable reality was most of the lead paragraph, and it was also promptly deleted within minutes of broadcast/publication.  However, the web is forever. (more…)
