As with all complex stories the valuable discoveries come with time.
We now have a pretty good understanding of who, what, where, and why surrounding the 9/11/12 attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi Libya. We are also better positioned to understand why, or perhaps more importantly why not, certain actions were taken before, during, and in the immediate aftermath of the attack itself.

We know from the Bret Baier interview with Hillary Clinton that she was physically located at her 7th floor office in Washington DC on the night of the attack. Unfortunately we also know during the November 2012 Thanksgiving holiday a mysterious fire took place in that building. Well, actually directly above her exact office – cause undetermined.
A “fire” which preceded an unfortunate slip and fall for the Secretary, resulting in a concussion, which led to the discovery of a blood clot, that ultimately delayed her congressional testimony before a Senate Hearing into the events of the night in question.
We know the Libyan uprising began on February 10th of 2011, and we also know that sometime around the end of February 2011 President Obama signed a presidential directive authorizing the State Dept and CIA to begin a covert operation to arm the Libyan “rebels”.
We know the “rebels” were positioned in two strategic places. Benghazi, and the port city of Darnah, both located in Eastern Libya.
We know this covert operation came to be known as “Operation Zero Footprint“, and fell under the military command authority of NATO not (important to repeat), NOT, the U.S. Military. (more…)
Today Mitch McConnell, K Street lobbyists, and the NRSC are all backslaps and smiles…congratulating one another on their ability to get out the black vote in Mississippi. Why? Because they couldn’t have maintained their hold on the Republican Party without them.
The K-Street Lobbyist crowd sent out robocalls implying the Tea Party and Chris McDaniel were racist, because they opposed Obama’s agenda. The calls told voters to “say no to the Tea Party and their disrespectful treatment of the first African-American President.” There were even flyers claiming that a McDaniel victory would stop black Americans from voting.
What do they call their solution? “Expanding the Electorate”.

Bumped and sticky as the election results come in.
However, some alarming news first – This is pathetic. CNN is reporting that establishment Republicans have been pushing Democrats to vote for Cochran today in order to defeat the Tea Party….
…. And sure enough, CNN’s Dana Bash interviewed several Democrats who have voted today for Thad Cochran:
VERY TROUBLING EARLY REPORTS OF MASSIVE INFLUENCE BY DEMOCRAT OPERATIVES in GOP Primary.
Update #3 With 90% of votes in the Dem participation looks to be an issue:
Sorry to be so cynical – – but against the backdrop of Ahmed Abu Khatallah’s arrest, and reports he is giving intel to interrogators, and knowing what White House risk is potentially present within that intelligence, it’s a little curious that half of the “Gang of Eight” would be summoned to the White House.
President Obama is notorious for ignoring congressional leadership. As a matter of historical reference he *rarely* (twice in six years) summons them for conversation. Consequently, amid the slow boat back from Benghazi, the transparency of this takes on a whole new meaning…
WASHINGTON DC – President Barack Obama told Capitol Hill’s “Big Four” leaders Wednesday afternoon that he doesn’t intend to seek congressional authority for any action in Iraq.

Returning to the Capitol after huddling with Obama at the White House for about an hour, both Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said the president had pledged to keep Congress in the loop. But McConnell said that the president won’t ask lawmakers to weigh in on whatever course of action he chooses.
“We had a good discussion,” McConnell said, adding that Obama “indicated he didn’t feel he had any need for authority from us for steps that he might take. And indicated he would keep us posted.” (more…)
If you did not previously read the research we shared about the CoC, “things that make other things make sense”, please READ IT HERE and see the connection.
WASHINGTON DC – Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is planning to headline a National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) fundraiser for Sen. Thad Cochran (R-Miss.), the committee confirmed.
The fundraiser asks attendees to contribute $1,000 to $2,500 for individuals and $2,000 to $5,000 for PACs. And it’s certain to be a welcome development for Cochran as he enters into what’s expected to be an expensive three-week campaign before a runoff election against primary challenger Chris McDaniel. Folks *THIS* is exactly why patriotic Kentuckians need to hunker down, bite their lip and vote for Democrat Allison Grimes in the general election this fall. Is Allison Grimes a liberal moonbat? Oh heck yes… she ain’t moderate – she’s a loon. But after you read this article, citing the justification from McConnell for McConnell, you’ll probably recognize it’s better to vote in an honest liberal moonbat than keep around a lying Benedict Arnold who lies, manipulates and schemes, as a matter of his inherent constitution and cannot be trusted.
KENTUCKY – Mitch McConnell hasn’t spoken to Matt Bevin since primary night — but he’s convinced that Bevin voters will come home to Team Mitch in November.
Senate Minority Leader McConnell (R-Ky.) appeared alongside conservative icon Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) at a Friday presser in Louisville to tout party unity, hoping to heal the Kentucky GOP’s wounds incurred during a vicious primary contest between Bevin and McConnell, in which the insurgent Bevin received the backing of 35 percent of Republican voters. Actually what Rep. Walorski is really doing is outlining exactly why the GOP is ridiculously represented by weak and ineffective leadership like John Boehner and Mitch McConnell.
How much more value would it be for conservatives to have actual, and tolerable, leadership who could engage the media -without looking like pompous jackasses- and outline the real obstructionism?
Heck, even the most partisan of GOP supporters would admit the ability of Boehner and McConnell to frame a discussion without sounding like they just drank a fifth of scotch with a mouth full of marbles is non-existent. The problem is not the conservative message, it’s the ineptitude of the messenger.
(WASHINGTON DC) – While the president pounds his fist and proclaims he’s “madder than hell” over the Veterans Affairs scandal and then just asks for more time to review and investigate, House Republicans are getting pretty tired of the do-nothing Senate and a president who claims to only learn about problems in his administration on cable news.
Rep. Jackie Walorski, R-Ind., sits on the Veterans’ Affairs Committee in the House and she told [Larry O’Connor] Wednesday on WMAL radio in Washington, D.C., that the House has passed a dozen bills for reform of the VA and they are collecting dust on [Sen.] Harry Reid’s desk: (more…)
