It would appear the affirmative action law professor is arguing for abject anarchy…
WASHINGTON DC – Perhaps signaling that he will soon enact executive actions to ease even more deportations, President Barack Obama said on Friday that illegal immigrants should not have to “look over their shoulder” while in the country illegally.
At a press conference at the NATO Summit in Wales, Obama said he would act “fairly soon” on executive amnesty after going over proposals and recommendations that Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson and Attorney General Eric Holder have provided him.
Obama said that in the “absence of congressional action,” he intends to “take action” to increase resources on the border, upgrade “how we process these cases and that we find a way to encourage legal immigration and give people some path so they can start paying taxes, pay a fine, and learn English.” He asserted that it is important that they not have to “look over their shoulder but be legal since they’ve been living here for quite some time.” (read more)
We could not help but notice something absent from the NATO summit being held in Wales this year.
Apparently the U.K. Security Team has figured out a way to keep the pesky professional anarchists away from the conference.

Sharyl Attkisson discusses quizzically why the Obama administration is being so secretive about the locations of the “Unaccompanied Alien Children“:
Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit says: 47,000 Illegal Alien Children are missing in the U.S.
No… No…. No… No-one is MISSING. THEY NEVER EXISTED. EVER.
We began documenting two months ago the “border crisis” of unaccompanied alien children, UAC’s, was a pure ruse, a figment. Constructed simply to create the optics of crisis and support the demand for comprehensive immigration reform prior to the congressional recess. (more…)
(Via The Examiner ) The Conservative Treehouse has done yeoman’s work exposing the Obama administration’s many machinations over the manufactured border crisis. In a report published at Accuracy in Media earlier this month, I described how the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program of the Department of Health and Human Services has exploded, spending almost $700 million so far this year, more than double that of 2013. Much of the information described in that report was initially dug up by the Treehouse. As we described in the report, many of these “children” were not in fact children, but young men and women, many of whom were gang members or being actively recruited by gangs. Largely unreported were the 200,000 plus illegal alien families accompanying these youths. The Treehouse has now uncovered evidence of deliberate manipulation of the UAC numbers conducted by the Obama administration. (more…)
The evidence of the fraud, within the totally false construct of a crisis with “Unaccompanied Alien Minors”, continues to mount.
We began documenting three months ago the “border crisis” of unaccompanied alien children, UAC’s, was a pure ruse, a figment. Constructed simply to create the optics of crisis and support the demand for comprehensive immigration reform prior to the congressional recess.
Evidence continued to mount week after week as we followed the money flowing out of the DHS and HHS agencies to various left-wing social constructs who were profiting from the scheme. Panic and alarm sounded as $3.7 billion was demanded by Obama to cope with the non existent “border crisis” – couched more favorably as a “humanitarian crisis”.
Last week we shared how the Federal Government had given up on “housing for UAC’s”, because there were no UAC’s to house. We’ve previously proven the statistical manipulation by comparing DHS data to Immigration Court data.
Now here’s a report of what happens when these fully adult “UAC’s” register for school. The children with grey hair and wrinkles who admit to being 35-years-old and OLDER.

(MoonBattery) When the media wants to advance its agenda by deifying sociopathic thugs like Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin, it portrays them as children or “teens.” Lately the same approach has been used to quell resistance to the massive hordes of Third World welfare colonists who have been illegally pouring across the undefended border. The whole farce has been taken so far that some of the needy foreign children who will be flooding American schools this fall have gray hair: (more…)
As we have repeated, the professional left and their cohorts in the liberal media know the reality of public sentiment is diametrically opposite from what they have been saying selling. Elected officials are noticing in their town hall meetings…

(Via Truth Revolt) Pushback over the unprecedented influx of illegal immigrants is mounting across the country—not just in conservative border states, but also in California, Oregon, Colorado, and New York. Democratic and Republican lawmakers are finding their town hall meetings consumed by more and more constituents angered by Washington’s mishandling of immigration, most calling for a crackdown on illegal immigration and the securing of the southern border.
“I hear it everywhere I go,” said Greg Walden, an Oregon Republican and chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee. What once was mainly a conservative debate about immigration policies, Walden explained, has now “morphed into something bigger”: (more…)
The visible, albeit generally unspoken, goals of President Obama’s immigration policies -as executed- has always been to overwhelm the system and create a crisis which must be solved with new policy. Classic Cloward-Piven strategy.
WASHINGTON DC – Two top federal judges Wednesday said the nation’s immigration courts are in chaos, with the backlog of cases at an historic high of 375,000 for just 227 judges, leading to a minimum three-year delay in hearings for illegal immigrants.

In Washington to take advantage of the current crisis to demand a new court system, the judges accused the Justice Department of treating their courts like Cinderella’s abusive family by starving them of money and support and blamed the insufficient Justice funding for letting illegals “linger” in the country.
“Immigration courts are the forgotten stepchild,” said Immigration Judge Dana Leigh Marks of San Francisco. She was speaking on behalf of the National Association of Immigration Judges, which she is president of. (read more)
Given all of our research into these entities, and our recent outline of fraud – you might find this interesting:

(Via Sharyl Attkisson) The federal government continues to maintain a great deal of secrecy around the influx of what it calls “unaccompanied alien children” or UAC. At the same time, U.S. taxpayers are being asked to fund programs to process and care for them.
Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) recently wrote a letter to the Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell stating:
Grassley also raised questions about a charity called Southwest Key Programs that “received $368 million in federal government grants over the past six years and more than $122 million alone from the Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement in 2014. According to the non-profit’s 2012 Form 990, it receives 98.76 percent of its support from taxpayer dollars.”
To date, Grassley says his questions to HHS have gone unanswered. Among other queries, he asked for information about who the unaccompanied minors are being released to, the health issues facing the unaccompanied minors, and the decision to move millions of dollars away from service for legal refugees. Three weeks ago we shared the fact that well over 40,000 reported UAC’s were missing from this years record keeping. The facts catching up with the ruse.
Well, the truth was/is they’re not technically missing because they never existed in the first place. DHS, which compiles the reports coming from the Border Patrol, and then gives the statistical summaries of the reports, had artifically inflated the apprehension numbers to support the White House narrative.
However, DHS, or more accurately Jeh Johnson, could not divert the end user of the apprehension reports, The Executive Office of Immigration Reform, the entity who controls the court dockets, from recording the missing reports.
Comparative FOIA’s into the recording agency, The Border Patrol, and the end user, The EOIR, showed the statistical ruse.
The reports were missing because they were never written; they were never written because the UAC’s were not actually real.
Now today the reports surface the White House “Administration” has quietly abandoned the search for the crisis housing. The removal of the crisis housing search is a consequence of the reality the UAC’s do not exist: (more…)

NBC TUCSON, Arizona – A cattle-ranching couple in southern Arizona hopes that dramatic hidden-camera video showing suspected drug or immigrant smugglers crossing their property will help persuade federal officials to shift resources southward to eliminate what they call a dangerous “no-man’s land” along the border.
“It just confirmed what we already knew,” Jim Chilton, who runs the 50,000-acre ranch with his wife, Sue, said of the video, which was filmed this spring by a border-security advocacy group. …“We have ceded to the cartels 20 miles, 30 miles inside the United States.”
For years, the Chiltons have publicly complained — even testified before Congress — that their ranch southwest of Tucson, which shares a 5-1/2-mile border with Mexico, has been flooded with smugglers. They’ve told of surprise encounters with groups of migrants – some of them armed –- break-ins at their home and finding piles of trash and clothing left by the trespassers.
But they hope the new video footage will help others understand what they are up against. (more…)
