Remember when President Trump established the “External Revenue Service?” … It’s all connected and sequential.

Almost everyone will miss, in part because outcomes appear in a sequence that few care to follow, but buried in the Trump tariff Executive Order {SEE HERE} you will discover something.  As the unofficial Deep State strategist, and the self-appointed misfit explainer of stuff, lol, we will explain:

[Sec 2, SubSection (h)]: Sec. 2. (a) All articles that are products of Canada as defined by the Federal Register notice described in subsection (e) of this section (Federal Register notice), and except for those products described in subsection (b) of this section, shall be, consistent with law, subject to an additional 25 percent ad valorem rate of duty. Such rate of duty shall apply with respect to goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. eastern time on February 4, 2025, except that goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, after such time that were loaded onto a vessel at the port of loading or in transit on the final mode of transport prior to entry into the United States before 12:01 a.m. eastern time on February 1, 2025, shall not be subject to such additional duty, only if the importer certifies to CBP as specified in the Federal Register notice.

[…] (h) For avoidance of doubt, duty-free de minimis treatment under 19 U.S.C. 1321 shall not be available for the articles described in subsection (a) and subsection (b) of this section. {link}

So, Canada and Mexico get 25% tariffs, but China only 10%.  Why?  The secret is in that subsection “(h)” when it talks about de minimis treatment. Essentially, what President Trump is doing is levying a much more massive import tax, and possible confiscation impact on the core source of fentanyl (and other illegal) substances.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt delivers a press briefing from the White House, confirming the 25% tariffs for Canada and Mexico that begin on Saturday (tomorrow) until such a time as both bordering nations can secure their borders from the inbound fentanyl that is killing American citizens.

Additional announcements include the administration utilizing the U.S. military facility at GitMo to house an additional 60,000 high priority targets awaiting transport to their home country.  Special Envoy Ric Grenell is in Venezuela discussing the administration’s expectation that all Venezuelan illegal aliens will be repatriated without issue. Perhaps part of the reason the leftist media, specifically Washington Post, Politico, New York Times, Wall Street Journal (editorial pages) and CNN go bananas in their defense of the FBI silo, is because for the past decade they have collaborated so closely, even winning Pulitzer prizes together for their efforts on the Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy.

Seriously, it’s no longer a matter of journalists reporting on FBI activity.  In this era, we see FBI embeds in the role of journalists transcribing dictation directly from within the machinery of the silo itself.  The publications are vessels, messaging boards for FBI narrative engineer outputs.  Here’s the latest demonstration.

Adam Goldman and Devlin Barrett, two of the original stenographers for the Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy theory, are now pushing an article using ONE anonymous FBI source who claims to have been told to resign, as representative of thousands of FBI top officials around the country being terminated. Former vice-presidential running mate to Robert F Kennedy Jr, Nicole Shanahan, has released a video threatening to personally fund primary challengers for those Senators who do not support the nomination of Robert F Kennedy Jr.

Saying, “Bobby may play nice, I won’t” Ms. Shanahan is vowing to target Senators, many of them she funded, if they cower to Big Pharma and Big Agriculture. Additionally, Shanahan provided a list of key Senators and their contact details for a public pressure campaign. Robert F Kennedy’s first confirmation hearing is scheduled for Wednesday at 10:00am EST.

Jake Tapper is chasing Jim Acosta’s career path.

CNN and most corporate media spent the prior 36 hours creating fake news stories about a widespread pause in federal spending.  According to CNN and others, all federal spending was being stopped. Fake News.

With the Fake News they created in hand, the media and CNN then begin questioning politicians about something that doesn’t exist.  The politicians are confused.  The media then promote the confusion of the politicians as evidence of damage within the fake news they created.  More media then begins reporting on the confusion and widespread panic ensues.

Those individuals, people and organizations who are dependent on federal spending rushed head-first into a state of apoplexy.  CNN’s Jake Tapper then climbs the highest horse, grabs the flag of righteousness to defend the apoplectic, and pretends not to know that CNN Fake News created the panic that CNN Fake News now blames on Trump.  WATCH:

Acting Attorney General James McHenry has fired more than a dozen career prosecutors from Main Justice citing their work with the Special Counsel Jack Smith targeting of President Trump.  This is an exceptionally valuable non-pretending approach toward eliminating the weaponization of the DOJ, the history of the manipulation of the DOJ/FBI serves as the backdrop.

Remember when Robert Mueller spent 2 years investigating the Trump-Russia collusion nonsense, and it was later discovered the investigative team (5o FBI agents) knew in January 2017, the Trump-Russia collusion claim was false.  Why did those 50 FBI agents remain employed, when it was clear they knew there was no basis for the accusations?  The simple non-pretending questions are always the starkest.

That’s the sentiment behind current Acting AG James McHenry, firing the lawyers who worked with Jack Smith.  In addition to the fabrication of a prosecutorial predicate, the deployment of Lawfare is not based on factual law.  The prosecutors showed their political bias by willingly engaging in a prosecution they understood was without merit.
