It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that reports are surfacing that ISIS terrorists are embedded within the “Mid-East Refugees”.  It should not surprise us, because the Islamic State specifically said they were going to do it. (more…)

After Meeting With al-Sisi and King Abdullah Russia Moves In Syria – The "Rivkin" Project In Full Swing…

It was two weeks ago when we alerted readers to Egypt’s Fattah al-Sisi and Jordan’s King Abdullah visiting Moscow – so it should come as no surprise to see Vladimir Putin now extending his influence into Syria.

sisi and abdullah iiPresident Obama has created an intentional leadership vacuum in the mid-east.
Intentional by design.
The two most stable forces within the region, Egypt and Jordan, have been ignored by President Obama for several years.  President Obama willingly allowing Turkey’s Recep Erdogan free reign on what takes place inside Syria, while Erdogan simultaneously provides a safe-haven for the Muslim Brotherhood.  The current events are not disconnected from this empirical truth.

WASHINGTONRussia has sent a military advance team to Syria and is taking other steps the United States fears may signal that President Vladimir V. Putin is planning to vastly expand his military support for President Bashar al-Assad of Syria, administration officials said Friday.

The Russian moves, including the recent transport of prefabricated housing units for hundreds of people to a Syrian airfield and the delivery of a portable air traffic control station there, are another complicating factor in Secretary of State John Kerry’s repeated efforts to enlist Mr. Putin’s support for a diplomatic solution to the bloody conflict in Syria.

Europe In Chaos As Mass Mid-East Immigration Reaches Uncontrollable Levels…

♦ Perhaps people will begin to connect the dots behind the Hillary Clinton goal to remove gate keeper Muammar Gaddafi.  ♦ Maybe people will begin to understand the Rivkin Project.  ♦ Maybe, just maybe, people will awaken to why the EU was willing to pay Gaddafi €5 Billion to keep the North African migration under control.  ♦ Maybe, people will understand why multi-culturalism was declared a failure – by the same people now being hammered by the migration they formerly denounced.
Nah, probably not….  But you’ll find me short on sympathy for an EU collective who refused to help stop ISIS, the various regional Mid-East wars, the spread of Radical Islam or the wholesale societal collapse which accompanies doing nothing.

However, for those who want to fully understand how this entire fiasco began, a pretty good basic summary is available here. The problem is not recent !

Tunisian immigrants 2
(Via The Daily Mail) Europe’s migrant crisis escalated last night as border controls were reintroduced and Germany admitted it could no longer cope with the influx.
Berlin had sought to criticise others – including Britain – for not taking in enough refugees after it announced it would no longer deport those coming from Syria.
But the EU’s passport-free travel zone was on the brink of collapse after Germany was forced to ask Italy to tighten border controls. (more…)

Wonder Why Obama ISIS Policy Is Failing In Iraq? Watch Him Ignore The Iraqi President At The G7…

HatTip WeaselZippers who sharesPresident Obama was speaking with Italian PM Mario Renzi and Christine Lagarde, President of the International Monetary Fund. The Iraqi President Haider al-Abadi approached, clearly hoping to talk with Obama, sitting down right next to him. Obama continued his discussion with the others not acknowledging Abadi.
Obama and the others then stood up, and Abdadi stood as well, hoping to catch Obama’s attention, but Obama simply turned and walked away. Abdi and his translator then walk off, looking annoyed.

Meanwhile Obama admitted today he had “no complete strategy” for training Iraqis to deal with ISIS.  Maybe talking with the leadership would actually help…

A statement purportedly from IS said its fighters had “purged the entire city”. It said IS had taken the 8th Brigade army base, along with tanks and missile launchers left behind by troops. (more…)

The Best TV Interview In Months – Bret Baier Interviews Former CIA Head Mike Morell…

If, like many of us, you are deep in the weeds in your understanding of the issues around Benghazi, the 2010 Arab Spring (Tunis, Egypt, Libya, Syria, Bahrain, Yemen), or the CIA operation “Zero Footprint” in Libya and the follow-up operation in Syria, you will enjoy this interview with former Panetta/Petraeus replacement Mike Morell.
Or, if you have a cursory understanding of events, this interview might spur you toward further research.  “The Benghazi Brief” – Regardless of your current level of understanding behind events of the past 7+ years, this interview is well constructed.
Bret Baier has done his homework, and in a refreshing and surprising manner you can see how Baier is able to cut through the distracting ‘talking points’ (no pun intended), and draw out the reality of what lies behind Morell and his foundational motives.

ISIS Attacking Ramadi – Thousands Flee, No Help From Baghdad…

Ramadi is a city in central Iraq, about 68 miles west of Baghdad. It is the capital of Al Anbar Governorate (Anbar Province). The city extends along the Euphrates and is the largest city in Al-Anbar.

Over the weekend ISIS moved into towns just to the north of Ramadi sending thousands fleeing on foot into the city.  ISIS had already blocked off access from the south months ago, and the west was contested territory. The east, until now, was not just a sketchy safe zone but the only viable entrance and exit…..

“Ramadi is under siege from all sides, I consider the city to have fallen.”

Major Aref al-Janabi (Police Chief)

Ramadi Iraq 1

BAGHDAD — More than 2,000 families have fled the Iraqi city of Ramadi with little more than the clothes on their backs, officials said Thursday, as the Islamic State group closed in on the capital of western Anbar province, clashing with Iraqi troops and turning it into a ghost town. (more…)
