A sniper positioned on an adjacent building, opened fire on Immigration and Customs Enforcement early this morning. However, apparently instead of hitting ICE agents, the gunman ended up hitting detainees within the building.

Federal officials returned fire from the ICE building toward the sniper.  The sniper then died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

According to MEDIA REPORTS, “One person was killed and two more were injured in a shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas, Texas, the morning of Sept. 24, officials said.

Officers responded to calls at about 6:40 a.m. local time and determined that a shooter fired at the ICE building from an adjacent building, the Dallas Police Department said in a statement. The suspected shooter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said. (more)

In July, U.S. District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong (Biden Appointee) ruled that ICE agents were conducting “roving patrols” within Los Angels and making arrests without “reasonable suspicion” that their targets were in the country illegally. Frimpong then prohibited immigration officials in the Los Angeles area from using race, location targeting, language, affiliations and other commonsense measures to stop and question suspected illegal aliens.

Today, in a 6-3 ruling the Supreme Court put a stay on the lower court order and essentially unrestricted the ICE and CBP officials so they can carry out their immigration enforcement efforts. Judge Bret Kavanaugh wrote the concurring opinion of the majority. [COURT RULING HERE] The DEI Justices Kagan, Sotomayor and Brown (gay, latina, black) once again dissented.

Border Czar Tom Homan along with ICE and CBP are free to start using all prior factors in their immigration enforcement actions.

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court has lifted restrictions that barred the Trump administration from carrying out immigration-related raids in the Los Angeles area based on broad criteria such as speaking Spanish or gathering at locations day laborers often congregate.

Dept of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem appears on CBS Face the Nation to discuss ongoing efforts to remove illegal aliens from our nation. The conversation starts with CBS Ed O’Keefe asking about upcoming ICE efforts scheduled to take place in Chicago.

When Ed O’Keefe begins discussing FEMA and the Noem initiative to control costs, he makes the mistake of asking Secretary Noem if she could give him an example of cost cutting.  O’Keefe immediately regrets the question as Secretary Noem begins outlining examples of waste fraud and abuse in FEMA spending. On Sunday the nationalists in Australia are organizing a series of Australia-First marches confronting the issues of excessive migration, globalism, corporate control of politicians, population change and the destruction of Australian cultural identity.

Obviously, this represents a threat to the authoritarian regime currently controlling Australian govt.

As with the yellow vests in France, the AfD party in Germany, the MAGA movement in the USA, U.K Brexit and the current resurgence of British people against mass migration, these nationalist rallies are a direct threat to the globalist politicians and their corporate benefactors.  The Australian government has pledged to crack down on non-compliant dissident voices.

It is worth remembering the worldwide experience with COVID-19 enforcement. Arguably, we can assert the most oppressive western actions to enforce COVID-19 mitigation were conducted by the same national governments’ now being confronted over mass migration.

If you remember 2020, the eastern Europe region currently under extreme EU pressure to comply with anti-Russia policy was the same region with the most brutal COVID-19 compliance enforcement. France, Germany and the EU overall were the originators of the COVID-19 passport.

Similarly, no nation was as openly ridiculous with their heavy-handed COVID-19 and vaccine enforcement than Australia and New Zealand. Quarantine camps, restricted travel, forced vaccinations and lockdowns were not only carried out, but they were also enforced with arrests by very militarized police.

This is the backdrop where Australians will be attempting to organize and protest.

At the current pace of deportation, approximately seven million illegal aliens will be removed during President Trump’s term.  However, with the increased ICE agent hirings, that number is likely to increase significantly.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem outlines 1.6 million illegal aliens have been removed from the U.S. in the first 200 days of the Trump administration.  Additionally, ICE agents in place as part of the new DC security operation, are also removing illegal aliens from the Capital region.  WATCH:

Judge James Boasberg has been knocked down twice today. [RULING HERE]

(VIA CNN) – A divided federal appeals court ruled on Friday that US District Court Judge James Boasberg cannot move ahead with criminal contempt proceedings against Trump administration officials involved in a high-stakes immigration case.

The 2-1 ruling from the US DC Circuit Court of Appeals wipes away a ruling from Boasberg, an appointee of former President Barack Obama issued in April that said “probable cause exists” to hold administration officials in criminal contempt for violating his orders in mid-March halting the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.

The appeals court had temporarily put Boasberg’s plans on ice while it weighed the government’s appeal of the ruling, and Friday’s ruling represents a significant setback for the judge, who had vowed to hold officials involved in the matter accountable.
