Despite New York Post Phone Call, Question and Answer, Donald Trump Companies Do Not Use H1B Visas

When I read the New York Post article proclaiming that President Trump supports the fraudulent system known as H1B visa hiring, I knew something was amiss because we previously looked at Trump’s various business hires and use of the visa process.

Apparently, the NY Post called President Trump to get him to weigh in on the controversial subject that has been triggered by Elon Musk saying he would “go to war on this issue” to maintain the H1B visa system -and subsequent foreign employment for tech skilled workers- his various companies depend upon.

Here’s the topline takeaway from the article that has triggered many:

(NY POST) President-elect Trump told The Post Saturday he supports immigration visas for highly skilled workers, appearing to side with Elon Musk in the roiling intra-MAGA debate on the issue.

“I’ve always liked the visas, I have always been in favor of the visas. That’s why we have them,” Trump said by phone, referring to the H-1B program, which permits companies to hire foreign workers in specialty occupations.

“I have many H-1B visas on my properties. I’ve been a believer in H-1B. I have used it many times. It’s a great program,” added Trump, who restricted access to foreign worker visas in his first administration and has been critical of the program in the past. (more)

However, if you go to the Dept of Labor website, search or download the database of H1B employment, specifically filtering to Trump’s various companies, what you will discover is that Trump Inc doesn’t use the H1B visa system at all. [Check for Yourself Here]

How does this reconcile? Well, having previously looked at the visa use by President Trump in his various companies {SEE HERE}, I can confidently assert (Occam’s Razor) that within the interview President Trump conflated H2B temporary worker visas, which he does use in his service industry, with H1B visas which he does not use.

President Trump Reports Border Wall Auction Has Been Stopped

In a post on his Truth Social page, President Trump shared some information from Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick who is reporting that the border wall panels have been pulled from auction.

[Source]

Last Thursday, President-elect Trump submitted an amicus brief supporting an injunction to prevent the Biden administration from proceeding with the sale of the materials, as well as calling for an investigation into the legality of the auction. Earlier that week, President Trump remarked that the sale was “almost a criminal act” given that it was happening shortly before he was set to return to the White House.

It appears the 8,000 panels will be available for use immediately after President Trump takes office on January 20, 2025.

Horrific Death by Illegal Alien – New York City Subway Rider Burned to Death by Previously Deported Illegal Migrant from Guatemala

According to social media identification, the victim was 29-year-old Amelia Carter who fell asleep in a New York Subway car when an illegal alien from Guatemala took out a lighter and set her clothing on fire.  The victim burned to death as NYPD officers arrived on scene.

The suspect, 33-year-old Sebastin Zapeta, was caught on another subway car today. [SOURCE] The NYPD said the killing happened at the Stillwell Avenue Subway station in Coney Island at about 7:30 a.m. Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch, during a press conference on Sunday evening, provided more insight into the heinous act.

“As the train pulled into the station, the suspect calmly walked up to the victim,” she said, explaining that the female victim was in a seated position. “The suspect used what we believe to be a lighter to ignite the victim’s clothing, which became fully engulfed in a matter of seconds.”

Officers were on patrol at the station when they smelled and saw smoke, prompting them to investigate the situation.

NEW YORK POST – The illegal Guatemalan migrant accused of setting a straphanger on fire and gawking as she burned to death was once deported — but sneaked back into the US and the Big Apple shelter system, sources told The Post.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams Affirms His Intent to Support Border Czar Tom Homan – 500,000 Children are Missing and Likely Being Exploited

As New York City continues to devolve into a leftist mess, a result of entrenched ideological control over the functions of government, the police agencies and the court system, Democrat Mayor Eric Adams realizes he’s going to be governing over the ashes unless something changes.

Mayor Adams met with Border Czar Tom Homan today and exits the discussion in full operational support of Homan’s intent, the capture and removal of criminal aliens.  During his remarks outlining why he supports the effort, Mayor Adams notes 500,000 children are missing and likely subjected to various levels of alarming exploitation. Incoming Border Czar Tom Homan Discusses Deportation Priority and Risk Created by Sanctuary Cities

Incoming Border Czar Tom Homan makes several really good points in this interview on Fox News.   Regarding the number of “criminal illegal aliens” being reported, Homan notes that multiple large areas consider themselves “sanctuary cities” and do not report the immigration status of their jail/prison inmate population.

Homan also notes that if mayors and officials within sanctuary cities do not support the capture of criminal aliens, they will end up creating a system where both criminal and non-criminal aliens are captured and deported.  As the agents look for the criminal aliens, they will not overlook the immigration status of anyone they encounter – regardless of criminal activity.

Tom Homan also notes they will need money for the deportation operation.  This ties in well to the segment with Stephen Miller, where the Deputy Chief of Staff outlined an early immigration bill with border security money upfront.  WATCH:

Stephen Miller appears on Fox News to discuss the priorities of the President Trump administration and the objectives of the first 100 days.

Mexican President Worried Trump Will Give Her Back Illegal Migrant Aliens – Concerned About Impact to Mexico

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum is very concerned that President Trump will return the illegal migrants to Mexico.  Perhaps Mexico should have thought about this before allowing millions of illegal migrants to travel through their country on the way to the U.S. southern border.

President Sheinbaum is now telling people she wants an agreement with President Trump so that her country does not suffer from millions of illegal aliens swarming Mexico.  The irony is too thick.

ASSOCIATED PRESS – MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico’s president said Thursday she will ask President-elect Donald Trump to deport non-Mexican migrants directly to their home countries, rather than dumping them at the Mexican border.

President Claudia Sheinbaum said she hopes to reach an agreement with Trump so that “they send people who come from other countries to their countries of origin.”

Mexico, like any other country, is not obligated to accept non-Mexican migrants, but it has agreed to do so in the recent past, especially from countries like Cuba and Venezuela, which often refuse deportation flights from the United States, but may accept them from Mexico.

Canada Responds to Trump Tariffs – Trudeau Talks About “Feelings”, Doug Ford Says, “Hey, We’re not Mexicans”

The reactions to President Trump’s border security tariffs are not quite as funny from Canada, as they were Mexico, but they are still funny.

A subdued and despondent Justin Trudeau said he and President Trump spoke last night, and he stresses the importance of the bond and relationship; you know, the ‘feels’.  WATCH:

Meanwhile, in a far more funny and less politically correct reaction, Ontario Premier Doug Ford says, ‘hey, wait a minute, we aren’t Mexicans’. WATCH:

President Trump Appoints Tom Homan to Position of “Border Czar” in Charge of Deportation Program

Very smart strategy here.  The “Border Czar” position gains authority and power directly from the office of the president.  The “Border Czar” is a special presidential appointee with specific instructions and charged authority.  There is no confirmation process for a “czar” position, who operates with the power granted by the Office of the United States President.

[SOURCE]

Many people wanted to see Homan as DHS Secretary, but this is actually a more foundational and targeted job.

Solid move, because Tom Homan can work with Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Bureau of Prisons, as well as FBI, State and local law enforcement.

Don’t forget to eat your winnamins.

CBS 60 Minutes Implies President Trump is Going to Win – Begin Proactive Sympathetic Deportation Narrative

CBS’ 60 Minutes ran a lengthy outline earlier this evening consisting of questions to former Acting ICE Director Tom Homan about how President Trump will deport millions of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s illegal aliens.  [Article with Video Here]

The sympathetic CBS framework is essentially what you would expect: (1) the illegal aliens are earnest people, part of a poor huddled mass; and (2) there’s no humanitarian way to deport millions of them.  [Video Segment]  Tom Homan does a great job dispatching the narrative engineers of CBS.

There were an estimated 11 million illegal aliens in 2006.  According to CBS the current number of illegal aliens is still 11 million.  That’s their story and they are sticking to it.

VIA CBS – […] The American Immigration Council estimated that it could cost $88 billion annually to deport one million people a year. The removal of millions of construction, hospitality and agriculture workers could reduce the U.S. gross domestic product by $1.7 trillion.

Tom Homan, who led U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement during the first Trump administration, said he doesn’t know if the $88 billion a year cost estimate is accurate, but he says mass deportation is necessary.

“What price do you put on national security? Is it worth it?” Homan said. (read more)
