Each year on December 7, we honor and remember the 2,403 service members and civilians who were killed during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. A further 1,178 people were injured in the attack, which permanently sank two U.S. Navy battleships (the USS Arizona and the USS Utah) and destroyed 188 aircraft.
Today is the 80th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.

New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney was a likely candidate to become the Democrat candidate for governor in New Jersey, as he has deep political connections and decades inside the Garden State political machine. However, Edward Durr was fed up with the ridiculous COVID dictates from the governor’s office, and the non-response from any political office to push back against the nonsense. So, he decided to take a stand.
Specifically, because he knew his neighborhood was frustrated with the politics of COVID and the manipulative rules, Edward Durr decided the district needed another option and ran against Sweeney for the State Senate seat. Mr. Durr has stunned the political establishment with a genuine grassroots campaign that has likely defeated the second most powerful office holder in New Jersey. WATCH:
(Via Politico) “I kept telling myself and telling people I was going to do it, but in the back of my mind I was like, ‘You know, how am I going to beat the Senate president?” said Durr, who ran unsuccessfully for Assembly in 2019 and has never held elected office.
But Durr said that as he sat in his living room with his family Tuesday night as the results rolled in, it dawned on him that there was a decent chance he‘d soon be a member of the state Senate. “My daughter was sitting next to me. She laughed at me and said ‘Dad, you’ve got tears running down my face,” Durr said Wednesday morning.
Durr, a 58-year-old father of three and grandfather of six who grew up in South Jersey and lives in Logan Township, estimates he spent less than $10,000 on the race. By contrast, in 2017, when the New Jersey Education Association, state’s largest teachers union, was feuding with Sweeney, it spent about $5.4 million to take him out, yet he still won by 18 points.
The Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) has declared war against their own leadership, John Setka (left, circled), for not fighting against the mandatory COVID vaccine. As he was attempting to hunker down in his office headquarters, union boss John Setka physically came under attack from his own union membership over his political relationship with Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews.
This is the U.S. equivalent of AFL-CIO members launching a violent uprising against former union President Richard Trumka; and then Trumka running to Joe Biden for help and protection from his own membership.
The CFMEU members are the heavy-hitting blue-collar construction and dirty fingernail workers, and the leadership of the CFMEU are the thug-like mobsters who run the union.
Just like the AFL-CIO or UAW in America, the union leadership in Australia is politically corrupt and disconnected from the members they serve. Earlier today (AU-time), the union members organized to confront the union leadership.
When CFMEU union boss John Setka tried to weasel his way out of the confrontation things turned violent. The members have had enough of the lockdowns, ridiculous COVID regulations and now the forced vaccinations. Setka shouted, “What do you want me to do, shut it down?” The members erupted in cheers. The union members want their leadership to fight for them; to use the power of the union labor movement to shut down industry and bring the government to heel. The COVID madness has created a most unusual dynamic for the residents down-under and the painfully monitored Australian media who have to be careful not to run afoul of the government COVID compliance watchers.
Once a nation creates an alternate reality of itself, in this case a totalitarian reality based on government needing to create an irrational illusion of fear that becomes part of the accepted national identity, how can a media outlet call attention to the outcomes without finding themselves in front of the governmental board of inquisition? That is the current challenge for media in Australia trying to report on their reality and yet avoid the ire from the national board of COVID compliance who have successfully brainwashed the audience.
One Australian media personality, Sky News host Rita Panahi, seems to have found a way. Ms Panahi continues to highlight broadcasts from around the world and articles in publications such as The Atlantic and The Times of London. The articles are commenting on the freedoms Australians had lost throughout the pandemic. Rita Panahi avoids the COVID Compliance censors by reporting on how the world is viewing Australian news. It is weird, and yet it is a perfect example of how bizarre the world has become over COVID. WATCH:
“Publications around the world, which previously did not pay much attention to Australia, are wondering what sort of a dystopian nightmare we have turned into,” Panahi says. Later following with “we are not like the rest of the world. Australia and New Zealand stand alone in enforcing some of the most draconian restrictions on what are supposed to be free people.” Which is precisely the point.
I commend the strategy of Sky News and Rita Panahi for reporting behind enemy lines, to allies within her own nation, in such as manner as the enemy controlling the broadcast signal cannot remove her voice.
Despite the media trying to cover for it, obfuscate it and deny it, there is tremendous anger in this nation toward Joe Biden and his conduct in office. When contrast against the lost American service members in Afghanistan, the aforementioned “cold anger” is quickly becoming a rage. I have not seen this level of focused anger before.
Earlier today, the family of Lance Corporal Rylee McCollum appeared on Fox News to discuss their meeting with Biden and why some of them chose to decline meeting with the installed occupant of the White House. Their grief is heartbreaking, understandable, but also very reflective of a current sense in our nation right now.

Well known singer and songwriter Eric Clapton has taken a stand against vaccine discrimination efforts after he personally had horrific side-effects following his vaccination. Clapton is an English rock and blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He is the only three-time inductee to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: once as a solo artist, and separately as a member of the Yardbirds and of Cream.
Last month Clapton told Oracle News (Full video Here) about his experiences. Tuesday, the exceptional blues guitarist announced on Telegram {Link Here} that he would not perform at any venue where non-vaccinated attendees are discriminated against.

In an era where hyper-political madness has infected the entire entertainment industry, it is great to see a very high profile name take a stand for common sense and freedom. Well done Mr. Clapton. The critical area of the rubble pile from the collapsed Surfside condominium building can now be reached. The original collapse happened at 1:30am when most were sleeping and the 12-floors of stacked master bedroom suites was unfortunately located next to the unstable elements of the building that did not collapse.
At 10:30pm last evening the remaining building was brought down with a controlled demolition. Now the most important area of the original collapse, the areas containing the rubble of those master suites, will be able to be excavated. As recovery workers began work at 1:00am this morning the focus is on that area. They anticipate a much faster recovery of missing persons.
During a press conference today an additional two bodies were pulled from the area. The death toll now stands at 27 with 115 people still unaccounted. The recovery workers face a grueling task in the next 36 hours; however, fortunately Tropical Storm Elsa has taken a more westerly track and the recovery work looks like it will continue unimpeded on the East coast of Florida.
