You are not going to like this, and most will say I’m nuts. However, with more than a dozen years of crazy “right-wing conspiracy theories” proven out in real time, I hope the long-time readers will adjust their perspectives and affairs accordingly.
The IC is coming after Judge Sam Alito, but not because of his non pretending, general J6 disdain, solid grasp on the fraud that is Joe Biden, or his wife having an upside-down flag (although the non-pretending aspect is very troubling for them). No, the IC has been coming for Justice Alito since Chief Justice John Robert’s internal court counselor’s lead office staff, Sheldon Snook, the husband of Mary McCord, leaked the Alito decision [Dobbs Decision] overturning Roe and sending the abortion issue back to the states.
The Sheldon Snook leak, hidden by Justice Roberts due to the origination from his office, is the structural compromise within the court that gives the IC leverage over the third branch of government. In a strange situation, Judge Alito appears to be holding the line and forcing the IC to come out of the shadows after him. My hunch is he’s just had enough.
There was a recent decision by the Supreme Court to validate the funding mechanism for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a racketeering operation of government created by Elizabeth Warren {GO DEEP – AMY HOWE} {GO DEEP – Background}.
The CFPB is supposed to protect consumers from predatory financial systems. That was the selling point. However, the CFPB is paid by (read “funded by”) the Federal Reserve to protect the interests of the U.S. dollar reserve system; that’s the deep state motive (you’ll see why later). The other motive is the CFPB blackmailing the financial sector to support Democrat operations and policies – or else [we’re not supposed to talk about that part].
What few people paid attention to recently, including Amy Howe of SCOTUS blog, was…. the 7-2 decision not only approved the funding mechanism as constitutional (it’s not), but the high court also reversed itself on the 2020 decision about the constitutionality of the CFPB itself. Why reverse itself in only four short years? That’s where you need to see the leverage and insert John Roberts hiding the Sheldon Snook leak.
2017 SCOTUS had issues with the CFPB’s constitutional structure. 2020 SCOTUS still has issues with the CFPB’s constitutional structure. 2024 SCOTUS suddenly says ‘all good’ to CFPB funding and constitutional structure. What changed? Court is compromised by hiding the Dobbs leak.
However, Justice Alito…. same justice who wrote the Dobbs decision…. wrote the dissenting opinion on the CFPB construct (joined by Gorsuch).
AMY HOWE – In his dissenting opinion, Alito rejected Thomas’ recounting of history, arguing that the drafters of the Constitution “would be shocked, even horrified, by” the CFPB’s funding scheme. Offering his own detailed version of history, Alito concluded that “centuries of historical practice show that the Appropriations Clause demands legislative control over the source and disposition of the money used to finance Government operations and projects.”
But the CFPB’s “unprecedented combination of funding features,” Alito wrote, “affords it the very kind of financial independence that the Appropriations Clause was designed to prevent. It is not an exaggeration to say that the CFPB enjoys a degree of financial autonomy that a Stuart king would envy.”
And that autonomy, Alito continued, “has real-world consequences.” Alito noted several “major” changes to consumer protection law that the CFPB has recently announced, including guidance indicating that financial institutions should not deny credit to consumers based on their immigration status, as well as a proposed rulemaking to cap overdraft fees and remove medical bills from credit reports. “These may or may not be wise policies,” Alito concluded, “but Congress did not specifically authorize any of them, and if the CFPB’s financing scheme is sustained, Congress cannot control or monitor the CFPB’s use of funds to implement such changes.” (MORE)
Alito is correct, but that’s not the core issue.
The CFPB is funded by the federal reserve, and will be a key player in the implementation of the dollar-based Central Bank Digital Currency (D-BCBDC). Likely, the CFPB will be the authorizing agency for the major banks that will facilitate digital currency transactions; this puts the CFPB in the position of power with the mechanics of central control. This is why Senator Elizabeth Warren is the key player in both the CFPB (she created it) and the currently ongoing legislation against crypto currency.
The D-B CBDC is almost certainly going to happen. Too much blood and treasure (NATO push + Ukraine use) has been shed to construct the financial walls that support it (Russian sanctions). Additionally, the issues are too complex for the average person to engage in opposition.
In related news, just as Australia was the tip of the spear in the COVID-19 vaccination enforcement effort, so too is the nation down-under the leading organizer of the digital identity that forms the baseline for the digital currency distribution model.
AUSTRALIA – […] The Digital ID Bill 2024 and Digital ID (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Bill 2024 passed through the House of Representatives on the evening of 16 May in what the Department of Finance is calling a “milestone for the program”.
“This provides certainty for the expansion of the Australian government digital ID system and for providers and services to apply to join the government’s system. An economy-wide digital ID system will provide many benefits to Australians by improving privacy and security when interacting online,” the department said in a statement.
“It will also strengthen the voluntary Accreditation Scheme for digital ID service providers that wish to demonstrate compliance with best practice privacy, security, proofing and authentication standards, providing Australians with more choice of secure and trusted providers.”
Once the act comes into effect, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission will be the digital ID regulator, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner regulating the privacy aspects of the new system. (read more)
As most will remember, the European Union has already constructed their digital identity via the mandated COVID-19 Passport process. For the key components, the EU is already digital id compliant thanks to COVID.
The Russian sanctions were not created to block the Russians. The Russian sanctions were created to wall-in the West.
There are now networks of people who operate in various places that create proactive financial mechanisms for what you might call, “financial preppers.”
These people and groups set up bank accounts in foreign countries for you; they organize addresses (needed), phone numbers (needed), and create accounts that you can access that are outside the control of the dollar-based financial system. You can even get an official passport in the process.
These people also sell hardware [to support the phone numbers (really digital ids)] that is completely different from what exists behind the wall of the yellow zone.
How many Americans know that an iPhone-15 sold in the USA is completely different from an iPhone-15 sold outside the yellow zone? Meaning, the internal hardware is different. How many Americans know that?
How many Americans know that an iPhone-15 sold inside the USA has different originating software than an iPhone-15 sold outside the USA?
How many people know that when you purchase one of these “ghost phones”, the data network automatically identifies the disparity when the phone crosses into the yellow zone, and shortly thereafter the cellular network transmits a software update to bring the “ghost phone” into USA (yellow zone) compliance?
How many Americans know phone apps, and internal app functions, can exist on phones outside the yellow zone that do not exist inside the yellow zone?
Example: use a ghost phone, and you can access a digital wallet in Telegram; you can transmit funds to other Telegram users. However, use a USA compliant phone and you cannot. The function is there, but the service is, “not available in your area.”
Why?
It’s about control.
If you don’t update the software, the function exists inside the yellow zone. However, update the software, and the function disappears.
This happens.
Another real-life example was recently missed by many people when the story of the Apple Watch Series 9 was found to have violated patent technology and was banned for sale in the USA. {STORY}
To get into legal compliance, Apple transmitted a remote software update disabling the function of the patent technology in the USA. Again, for emphasis, only in the USA. Bring your non-compliant Series-9 into the range of a wifi network, and bingo – auto-compliance. I mention this story only to highlight a modern compliance capability that many people do not know exists.
In essence, your tech devices – and the capability therein – are different than an identical tech device sold outside the Western control zone.
♦ Technology is intertwined with Central Bank Digital Currencies. Tech companies are regulated by the U.S/Western government, and the tech companies have to comply. The regulatory compliance is part of the process of control. There are regulatory walls around us that most do not understand. The same regulatory principle applies to finance and banking. Hence, the origination motive of the yellow zone wall, built under the auspices of Russian sanctions.
Let me make one big point resoundingly clear. When the WESTERN Central Bank Digital Currency system begins, all forms of cryptocurrency will be blocked and made unlawful inside the Western zone – either by regulation or by legislation.
Let me repeat this. Cryptocurrency in all forms will be banned.
Crypto is not technically a currency; it is a barter based on trust. However, at a certain point (origination or end) crypto must have the ability to transfer into currency value. Dollars (or another currency) are needed to purchase BitCoin,…. or BitCoin eventually sold or exchanged for Dollars (or another currency). [BitCoin only used as a familiar type of crypto.] This process is where crypto gets blocked.
Ownership of Crypto may not be unlawful, but any effort to use Crypto as an alternate digital currency to exchange value will be unlawful once the dollar based CBDC is launched.
A fully implemented govt controlled central bank digital currency will not allow competition. Alternate digital currency will be banned.
Ultimately, a dollar-based US-Central Bank Digital Currency, ie a “digital dollar,” is about control.

What happened with Justice Thomas?
Did he just get it wrong, or was he compromised in some way?
Yes–its troubling that Thomas signed off on the CFPB, which is untethered from the structure of the Constitution and funded by what is essentially the Al Capone Candy Store-Protection Money racket.
In reading Amy Howe’s blog post, it looks like Justice Thomas ruled on the case in front of him, satisfaction of the appropriations clause. He took an originalist/ historical view and ruled as such. (Same view used in Bruen.)

Justice Alito took it further and wrote about rules and law being changed without congressional sign off. But that isn’t what the case was about.
There will be other cases about the authority of the CFPB to make rules and amend laws but that wasn’t this case.

google “cloud” lost a huge number of investment data for Australia…many billions of dollars of financial data. fortunately, someone at google took the initiative to have a third party cloud provider do a full backup. In all, the deletion was blamed on a one time anomalous error when loading some type of “update”…that deleted the entire cloud storage at google AND THE BACKUP. As stated, Google cloud super admins were able to recover and restore all deleted backup data from a third party cloud storage provider. That took about 2 weeks. This data represented the investment information, statements, filings, digital ownership, AND balances, debits and deposits for many billions of dollars and for about 100,000 people.
Google did not state what third party cloud storage provider was utilized to recover this “deleted” data. AND THAT REALLY IS THE STORY HERE> No so much that Google shit the bed and deleted its own cloud data for a very big customer…but that it had also stored this data with another provider. And while in this instance, that was a smart and wise decision, it does raise serious questions about why Google would choose to do this with another provider, and what kind of access to the information did Google allow or sell in return? remembering that Google IS A DATA TECHNOLOGY COMPANY (READ: They make money collecting your data and then selling that data to literally anyone…INCLUDING THE US GOV’T (Read: IC), it’s BIGGEST CUSTOMER!

Spouse bought a new computer. I offered to help get it set up on Linux, but she’s not comfortable and went with Windows. Then came to decision on Office apps. Was looking up difference between 2019 and 2021 versions. What stood out was notice that 2021 will be last version you can own and run from your own computer. Only supported until 2026 or 2027. All new Office programs will be cloud-based.
You’ll own nothing, not even your data, and be happy. Control systems get tighter and tighter in every direction.

FF is right – everyone should at least be dabbling with Linux, particularly for local files storage, email, and browsing the web. LibreOffice is a free open-source substitute for commercial Office software, and there is reasonable file compatibility. There is no spying on your content and your information is most certainly *not* being ingested into anyone’s cloud, when you use LibreOffice on a Linux PC.
It’s not a 1:1 move to Linux, more like Linux can do things you already do, and you’ll be on a more secure operating system. Most browser based applications work fine in Firefox on Linux. I run Ubuntu and have legacy Fedora – both are fine. Videos play, sound comes out, and you may just like the snappy response – yes, Linux is snappier because it lacks bloat and doesn’t spy on you.
How does a computer nincompoop, like myself, learn about Linux?
Ask someone that is already using Linux if you know any. If you just want to use it instead of Windows, there isn’t a whole lot to learn once you get it installed. Same point-click mouse use etc …
There are several user-friendly Linux distros that are easy to install. Linux Mint ( https://www.linuxmint.com/ ) is a popular one. Their forum is new-user friendly you can join and ask questions there.
Chiming in to concur about Linux. I’ve been a Mint user for many years now, with no regrets after switching from W10 *shudder*. For those unfamiliar with Linux; its available in a wide variety of forms, each best suited to a users individual requirements. Some people use a computer for things far removed from the average home internet surfer with their Emails and favorite web sites.
How you interact with the software is through its “user interface”. The strong selling point to those not so tech savvy (most of us) is that many of us are, were, already operating a Windows system. This is adventitious when transitioning to the Linux “Mint” system as its user interface is very, very similar to the old Windows 7.
Best way to get into a Mint system is to see a computer repair shop. Have them partition your hard drive so you have what amounts to two computers in one. On startup it can be configured to boot either the Win. or Linux. I did this and after a few months of using Linux Mint, I did a fresh install with only Linux on the drive and haven’t gone near a Win system since.
Only drawback I’ve found is that Linux systems are not well suited to fancy printer software. While I can create, store, and print documents all day long with ease using the tools that come as part of the software, if I wanted to do fancy photo printing and editing I would have to go to a Mac machine. For my day to day home office operation though, Linux Mint 100% fits the bill.
Should also point out that most Linux distributions – including Mint – are live media. So a user can check it out before installation.
They’re a bit pricey, but a search for “computers with linux pre-installed” will give some results.
Guest4ever, this is a good starting place. A few years old, but still applicable. Like several others here, I recommend Linux Mint Cinnamon. It’s easy to get started with and easy to stay with.
The video doesn’t mention that you can run this distributiion directly from the installation medium for a test drive before you actually install it to your internal drive. It also doesn’t mention that you should use instructions from the Mint website to verify that your copy is genuine.
Still running office 2007. Works fine on windows 10, no cloud, cheap. If MS does something that shuts it off there are many open source, free, alternatives.
The cloud was originally intended to make computers dirt cheap with minimal drive capacity but drives have become so cheap and powerful I don’t understand the use of the cloud.
There are terrabyte size thumbdrives and usb secondaries that allow anyone to keep everything in their own house.

With everything on cloud, all work production and product, it takes only a moment to disappear someone from all record of existence. Delete. And shut down their ability to exist in the public mind.

the best way to consider software is that if you are not rolling your own, it’s not secure. AND if you are using GitHUB, it’s quite likely you are importing malware into your software that you assume you developed yourself. (noting: Microsoft did not buy github out of any altruistic or open source ambitions…it was to control the software and the people who operate GitHub. this applies to linux in all branches. this is the reality. If you are communicating across networks, the best assumption is that your comms are NOT secret or secure.

Only a comment. It is part of most, if not all, cloud services companies to back up data to other cloud services/backup & data recovery company. It’s a redundancy thing and common practice. Well, that’s a pretty unique rendering of the history of the end of the Roman Republic.
The people (plebes) were unarmed unlike American citizens; additionally, the conspirators fled and were later tracked down and dealt with.
The Republic had been plagued with dealing with the Carthaginians for a century or so before the end for a few hundred years.
The slave revolts in Rome, which were mostly Carthaginians, were a constant problem. The freed descendants of some of those slaves were constantly causing subversion, perversion, and subterfuge with the Roman elites they served, which led to the assassination of Caesar.
The Republic lasted all the way until Caesar entered Rome to deal with the intrigues being manipulated on the Senate and populace.
In retrospect, the Romans should have completely destroyed every single Carthaginian after razing Carthage much like the Israelites under Saul should have done to the Amalekites, as divinely commanded.
There was no immediate civil war between parties, although the Triumvirate did finally break apart and a confrontation between Octavian and Antony wound up consolidating power in one emperor.
Strange how Menshviks and Bolsheviks are used as an analogy as there were no corresponding political situation mirroring that.

The Second Triumvirate was Lepidus, Antony and Octavian.
Once the Second Triumvirate fell, Octavia became Emperor.
That was the death of the “Triumvirates.”
The people had nothing to do with causing the conspirators to flee. They fled to get away from the Second Triumvirate.
The citizens yielded nothing. It was stripped of them and Caesar came and sacked Rome to free the citizens from the excesses of the Senate.

Not that many years ago ranchers were able to take radio transmitters created for cattle that were placed onto the animals where they could follow them, where they went and how long they spent in areas feeding, etc. Collecting all kinds of data to improve their herds, feeding, growth rates, etc.
Not that many years ago people really fell in love with their smart phones. Often, the camera became more important than talking to others. Now, on these really smart models, one can record all kinds of personal data, data that doctors and others can use to evaluate the user way beyond mere health, right into the private world of what that user really likes, how often they do certain activities, who they share information…it’s like riding on a stranger’s shoulders recording everything that happens.
Recently, I watched a drone follow a car where it went a under a bridge, into a short tunnel and kept on moving while the drone followed right behind, recording every move independently from the drone operator! AI at work…yes?
Who wants to know when you sneeze, where you pee, when you cheat on your spouse, when you steal from a store, where you hide your money? The person (or people–like government) who wants to control you.
This is nothing more than a “master and slave” reality others live to create. Call these people your “betters” or any word(s) you use. Soon enough that smart phone will be so small it will be able to fit under your skin and you won’t even realize what it is doing to…record your life and control it!
The “White Guilt” released over a decade ago to elect Obama opened more than a Pandora’s box. And you thought slavery was a dead issue…and you thought those new voices in your head were just dreams!
Just because you might have been diagnosed as a paranoid individual does not mean something is not following you!
Reminds me of a couple of similar events.
I recall sometime back reading about a shepherd who employed collars on the goats he had in addition to the sheep he raised.
The goats were always getting into mischief, as goats are prone to do, and eating up all the other animals’ food stores.
So, he put these collars on them to track them and every time the goats got into something, somewhere they shouldn’t be, he would shock them with the same collar real bad until they didn’t do those things in those areas anymore.
Also, I had a friend who was visiting New York some time back and came back with some crazy tale about drones buzzing all around some buildings in the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn late one evening while he was visiting. Said rhey would swarm around one building and then the next, and then the next, and would line up in formations as if all being controlled by one operator before moving from building to building. Craziest thing I ever heard.
I told him I thought he had too much to drink that night.

Google announced on X on Tuesday that it’s testing a new Gemini AI feature that ‘provides real-time alerts during a call if it detects conversation patterns commonly associated with scams.’
‘This protection all happens on-device so your conversation stays private to you [LOL],’ the company said.
The announcement is part of Google’s expansion of the Gemini Nano, the company’s AI model that was added to the Pixel 9 smartphone.”
It is blindingly clear where this will be going. The scam alert functionality will quickly be tweaked to “protect” you from “misinformation.”
