The American Thinker article cited below is a keenly well aware and insightful dot connection. The basic question throughout the article is: “was President Obama the origin of the Arab Spring”?
Those of you who have followed our mid-east research know full well we believe the answer is a resounding yes.
However, it has only been in the past fourteen months we have been able to understand the entire scope, the larger and specific intent, of the non-spoken agenda which began unfolding immediately after the 2009 Obama Cairo speech.
Most Refuge Readers can review the summary discussion and see a the larger encapsulated insight. And, as you know, we make no apologies for our support of Egypt’s Fatah el-Sisi who is indeed a secular leader within a modern Islamic nation.

What sets el-Sisi apart from the other mid-east leaders is his core principle, backed up by his actions – not words, that affirm the freedom rights of minority citizens being protected.
Simultaneously, he’s not blind to the radicalization that can exist within contingencies of minority beliefs who use democrat principles of minority protections to advance religious hatred.
That keen insight and solid understanding is what empowers el-Sisi’s brilliant yet precarious needle threading.
In essence Prime Minister David Cameron of the U.K. has recently become awakened to this very principle.
Islamists will use minority protections as hosts – just like cancer cells use healthy organs to grown to their destructive size. Once cancer cells reach a point of critical mass, they no longer need to hide within healthy organisms; they expand exponentially. The end result is a dying organ as the cancer metastasizes throughout the host. This is the same process radical islamists use to hide within a host society while slowly deconstructing the elements which make the society viable in the first place. (more…)

This is a subject of great familiarity to the Treehouse. It is not necessarily an Eric Holder / President Obama construct either.
According to EEO law it is unlawful to check the work authorization of any employment applicant, IF the screening has a disparate impact on a federally protected category of personage.  In reality the law, as applied, means you cannot check the employment eligibility of applicants if the screening creates disqualified applicants who are  disproportionately Latino (race discrimination); which they automatically will be.
Ergo -technically, and lawfully- you cannot screen applicants for residency or employment eligibility.   That is why fake documents are so easy for an illegal to use to gain employment; the employer is not allowed to check, or verify, their legitimacy.

Culinaire International unlawfully discriminated against employees based on their citizenship status, the Justice Department claimed, because it required non-citizen employees to provide extra proof of their right to work in the United States. (more…)

(Via The Examiner ) The Conservative Treehouse has done yeoman’s work exposing the Obama administration’s many machinations over the manufactured border crisis. In a report published at Accuracy in Media earlier this month, I described how the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program of the Department of Health and Human Services has exploded, spending almost $700 million so far this year, more than double that of 2013. Much of the information described in that report was initially dug up by the Treehouse.
As we described in the report, many of these “children” were not in fact children, but young men and women, many of whom were gang members or being actively recruited by gangs. Largely unreported were the 200,000 plus illegal alien families accompanying these youths. The United Nations is rising to proclaim that America does not do enough to protect and defend the rights of violent thugs on U.S. streets. According to official U.N resolutions the United States is not protecting the freedom of murderers to commit murder.
(AFP) – The United States must stem police racism and brutality, a UN watchdog said Friday, as debate rages over the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown by a white officer in Missouri.

“The excessive use of force by law enforcement officials against racial and ethnic minorities is an ongoing issue of concern, particularly in light of the shooting of Michael Brown,” said Noureddine Amir, who headed a review of the US by the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

(Via Judicial Watch)  The Department of Justice (DOJ) keeps giving radical leftist groups that support President Obama huge amounts of cash collected from big banks to settle discrimination and mortgage abuse lawsuits filed by the government.
Judicial Watch first reported the scheme two years ago when Countrywide Financial Corporation doled out $335 million to settle its discrimination lawsuit with the feds. The money was supposed to be distributed to more than 200,000 minority victims who supposedly were charged higher interest rates and fees than white borrowers based on their race not their credit. Instead, a chunk of the money went to Democrat-tied groups not connected to the lawsuit, including the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and the open-borders National Council of La Raza (NCLR). The visible, albeit generally unspoken, goals of President Obama’s immigration policies -as executed- has always been to overwhelm the system and create a crisis which must be solved with new policy.  Classic Cloward-Piven strategy.
WASHINGTON DC – Two top federal judges Wednesday said the nation’s immigration courts are in chaos, with the backlog of cases at an historic high of 375,000 for just 227 judges, leading to a minimum three-year delay in hearings for illegal immigrants.

In Washington to take advantage of the current crisis to demand a new court system, the judges accused the Justice Department of treating their courts like Cinderella’s abusive family by starving them of money and support and blamed the insufficient Justice funding for letting illegals “linger” in the country.
“Immigration courts are the forgotten stepchild,” said Immigration Judge Dana Leigh Marks of San Francisco. She was speaking on behalf of the National Association of Immigration Judges, which she is president of. (read more)

This represents Obama’s foreign policy in a nutshell. In 2012 we armed ISIS in Syria with the goal to destroy President Assad. In 2014 we are giving President Assad the intelligence information to destroy ISIS, and the weapons we gave them to kill him.

WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. has begun reconnaissance flights over Syria and is sharing intelligence about jihadist deployments with Damascus through Iraqi and Russian channels, sources told AFP on Tuesday.

“The cooperation has already begun and the United States is giving Damascus information via Baghdad and Moscow,” one source close to the issue said on condition of anonymity.

The comments came a day after Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said Syria was willing to work with the international community against the jihadist Islamic State group, and U.S. officials said they were poised to carry out surveillance flights over Syria. (more…)
