(Via The Examiner ) The Conservative Treehouse has done yeoman’s work exposing the Obama administration’s many machinations over the manufactured border crisis. In a report published at Accuracy in Media earlier this month, I described how the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program of the Department of Health and Human Services has exploded, spending almost $700 million so far this year, more than double that of 2013. Much of the information described in that report was initially dug up by the Treehouse.
As we described in the report, many of these “children” were not in fact children, but young men and women, many of whom were gang members or being actively recruited by gangs. Largely unreported were the 200,000 plus illegal alien families accompanying these youths. The United Nations is rising to proclaim that America does not do enough to protect and defend the rights of violent thugs on U.S. streets. According to official U.N resolutions the United States is not protecting the freedom of murderers to commit murder.
(AFP) – The United States must stem police racism and brutality, a UN watchdog said Friday, as debate rages over the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown by a white officer in Missouri.

“The excessive use of force by law enforcement officials against racial and ethnic minorities is an ongoing issue of concern, particularly in light of the shooting of Michael Brown,” said Noureddine Amir, who headed a review of the US by the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

(Via Judicial Watch)  The Department of Justice (DOJ) keeps giving radical leftist groups that support President Obama huge amounts of cash collected from big banks to settle discrimination and mortgage abuse lawsuits filed by the government.
Judicial Watch first reported the scheme two years ago when Countrywide Financial Corporation doled out $335 million to settle its discrimination lawsuit with the feds. The money was supposed to be distributed to more than 200,000 minority victims who supposedly were charged higher interest rates and fees than white borrowers based on their race not their credit. Instead, a chunk of the money went to Democrat-tied groups not connected to the lawsuit, including the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and the open-borders National Council of La Raza (NCLR). The visible, albeit generally unspoken, goals of President Obama’s immigration policies -as executed- has always been to overwhelm the system and create a crisis which must be solved with new policy.  Classic Cloward-Piven strategy.
WASHINGTON DC – Two top federal judges Wednesday said the nation’s immigration courts are in chaos, with the backlog of cases at an historic high of 375,000 for just 227 judges, leading to a minimum three-year delay in hearings for illegal immigrants.

In Washington to take advantage of the current crisis to demand a new court system, the judges accused the Justice Department of treating their courts like Cinderella’s abusive family by starving them of money and support and blamed the insufficient Justice funding for letting illegals “linger” in the country.
“Immigration courts are the forgotten stepchild,” said Immigration Judge Dana Leigh Marks of San Francisco. She was speaking on behalf of the National Association of Immigration Judges, which she is president of. (read more)

This represents Obama’s foreign policy in a nutshell. In 2012 we armed ISIS in Syria with the goal to destroy President Assad. In 2014 we are giving President Assad the intelligence information to destroy ISIS, and the weapons we gave them to kill him.

WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. has begun reconnaissance flights over Syria and is sharing intelligence about jihadist deployments with Damascus through Iraqi and Russian channels, sources told AFP on Tuesday.

“The cooperation has already begun and the United States is giving Damascus information via Baghdad and Moscow,” one source close to the issue said on condition of anonymity.

The comments came a day after Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said Syria was willing to work with the international community against the jihadist Islamic State group, and U.S. officials said they were poised to carry out surveillance flights over Syria. (more…)

We began documenting two months ago the “border crisis” of unaccompanied alien children, UAC’s, was a pure ruse, a figment. Constructed simply to create the optics of crisis and support the demand for comprehensive immigration reform prior to the congressional recess.
Evidence continued to mount week after week as we followed the money flowing out of the DHS and HHS agencies to various left-wing social constructs who were profiting from the scheme. Panic and alarm sounded as $3.7 billion was demanded by Obama to cope with the non existent “border crisis” – couched more favorably as a “humanitarian crisis”.

Three weeks ago we shared the fact that well over 40,000 reported UAC’s were missing from this years record keeping.  The facts catching up with the ruse.
Well, the truth was/is they’re not technically missing because they never existed in the first place. DHS, which compiles the reports coming from the Border Patrol, and then gives the statistical summaries of the reports, had artifically inflated the apprehension numbers to support the White House narrative.
However, DHS, or more accurately Jeh Johnson, could not divert the end user of the apprehension reports, The Executive Office of Immigration Reform, the entity who controls the court dockets, from recording the missing reports.
Comparative FOIA’s into the recording agency, The Border Patrol, and the end user, The EOIR, showed the statistical ruse.
The reports were missing because they were never written; they were never written because the UAC’s were not actually real.
Now today the reports surface the White House “Administration” has quietly abandoned the search for the crisis housing. The removal of the crisis housing search is a consequence of the reality the UAC’s do not exist: (more…)

Just like clockwork, (and right on schedule!), social media was exploited to leverage the cash shakedown which is the raison d’être of the Crump con.  As in the Martin case, multiple and conflicting fundraising accounts have been quickly set up, all allegedly for the “benefit” of the Brown family:

As in the Martin case – Crump seeks to retain all control of any cash that flows from this “event”.   The information posted on the GoFundMe site set up by someone claiming to be a member of Crump’s law firm staff states, “These funds will assist his family with costs that they will acquire…” (such as, paying us and our entourage!)
The site claims to have raised (as of the writing of this post), $72, 163 by 3,125 donors in 4 days.  A quick survey shows that the math doesn’t add up, but it is important to show wide-spread support for the “cause” of “seeking justice” for Mike Brown.  However, much to the anger of the “Just-Us” crowd, this doesn’t even come close to the amounts that were raised, literally, overnight, by the Support Zimmerman sites.  Similar funding sites to support the family of Officer Wilson have also been set up, but the true purposes behind the GoFundMe sites are as disparate as the versions of the actual events that have been disseminated by the Crump and the PD.
