(Via The Hill) New details about the pair of men who crashed outside the gates of the National Security Agency’s headquarters and sparked a shooting on Monday morning indicate that the incident was more a tragic mistake than a threat to national security.

Both men were “dressed as females” when they approached Fort Meade, Md., the FBI’s Baltimore office said on Tuesday, however their attire was “not in an attempt to disguise themselves from authorities.” (more…)

WASHINGTON DC – Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton failed to provide any new documents to the congressional panel investigating the Benghazi terrorist attacks, instead notifying the committee that she has “wipe[d] her server clean,” the lead investigator announced.

“After seeking and receiving a two week extension from the Committee, Secretary Clinton failed to provide a single new document to the subpoena issued by the Committee and refused to provide her private server to the Inspector General for the State Department or any other independent arbiter for analysis,” Representative Trey Gowdy (R., S.C.), the chairman of the select committee investigating the attacks, announced Friday evening. This shouldn’t come as a surprise. It is not the first J4MB attack.  In the year after the Trayvon Martin shooting there were over a dozen J4TM attacks.  In this example you see black teens attacking white victims after inquiring about Mike Brown.

ST. LOUIS • A 43-year-old man who was riding a MetroLink train Monday night was attacked by several men after one of them asked him about the Michael Brown “situation,” police said.

A video posted to Facebook appears to show the attack.

Police said the victim, who is white, was punched and kicked by three black men, one of whom had made the reference to the teen killed in Ferguson by a police officer Aug. 9.

The assault took place about 8:54 p.m. as the eastbound train was nearing the Forest Park Metrolink platform, police said. The victim told police he was seated on the train when the three men approached him from behind. (more…)

(Via Washington Free Beacon) A legal watchdog group on Thursday asked the Department of Justice to investigate allegations that two senior Democratic officeholders illegally pushed federal officials to reward investors in companies to which they had personal, financial, or political ties.

Investors in those companies eventually received U.S. visas through a federal program despite concerns that they were involved in illegal activities or had tried to hide sources of their income from U.S. immigration officials.

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D., Nev.) and Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) of Virginia may have illegally facilitated that process at the expense of less politically connected applicants for the same program, according to Cause of Action, a conservative legal watchdog group. (link)

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Nearly 100 supporters looked on as a University of Virginia student arrested by state alcohol regulators in a bloody encounter made his first court appearance.

On Thursday, Martese Johnson’s case was continued until state police complete an investigation into his arrest March 18 outside a Charlottesville bar.

The 20-year-old Chicago man is charged with public intoxication and obstruction of justice. (more…)

The Congressional Black Caucus and the Decepticon Republican Establishment will collectively cry foul. A Supreme Court decision today essentially eliminates the twisted racial logic used to construct race-based (black) congressional districts.

As Christian Adams writes – “The Supreme Court has dealt a heavy blow to efforts — often by the Republican Party — to draw legislative districts that pack black voters into majority black legislative districts in order to elect black representatives”. (read more)

It has been said by those on the left that ridicule is a potent political weapon.

If that be a true intention or motive -and if that were the desire of the opposite political forces- the behavior of the U-VA students today could only be called ‘teeing themselves up’ for it.

Even the Washington Post, not exactly a right-minded media outlet, has trouble not injecting a pointed amount of ridicule (via humor) into their outline of today’s events.

The WaPo outlines a U-VA session today where students were invited to question local and state law enforcement about the arrest of Martese Johnson.

Don’t laugh too loud when you look at the poster of the students walking into the meeting and realize they must be psychic or something:

Boy they sure appear open-minded.

(Via Daily Caller) U.S. Sens. Chuck Grassley and Thom Tillis have confirmed that a 19-year-old gang member accused of murdering four people, including a former reality TV model, was granted amnesty in 2013 even though he was slated for removal because of a 2012 drug possession charge.

Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez is the suspect in question. One of the four people he is accused of murdering in drug-related killings in Charlotte, N.C. last month is “America’s Next Top Model” contestant Mirjana Puhar.

Another man, 20-year-old David Ezequel Lopez, was arrested on Thursday in connection with the reality show star’s murder.

Within the construct of this “media report” out of Philadelphia a discerning person will note how it was quickly called “a robbery”, yet there is nothing factually -within the noted behavior- to suggest it was a robbery at all.

According to the initial report the victim cried out “Please don’t shoot me. Please Don’t shoot me”. And then the three “teens” shot him dead. It appears, perhaps out of discomfort, law enforcement and the media are assigning a motive of “robbery” merely because the arrested suspects claimed such a motive upon capture. 

Or did they?  Their described actions did not indicate the same intentions. You decide:

OVERBROOK Philadelphia (WPVI) — Police have announced charges against two 15-year-old boys in the murder of James Stuhlman, who was shot and killed while walking his dog in Philadelphia’s Overbrook section last week.

One of those boys remains at large, and is considered by police to be armed and dangerous. Police say they have in custody 15-year-old Brandon Smith. He has been charged with murder, robbery and related charges.

A warrant has been issued for 15-year-old Tyfine Hamilton – the alleged gunman. Hamilton is also charged with murder, robbery, and related offenses. Lesser charges are expected to be filed against a third boy, who is 14-years-old. (more…)
