Democrat presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren sent the following tweet today recognizing the five-year anniversary of Officer Darren Wilson shooting Michael Brown in self defense.   Everything about this “murder” claim is factually false.

Michael Brown attacked Police Officer Darren Wilson while the officer was seated in his vehicle.  Brown attempted to get Wilson’s gun from his holster.  The firearm discharged twice wounding Brown’s forearm, while a second bullet traveled to lodge under an apartment window. During the struggle Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson lost his bracelet.  Brown and Johnson both fled.  Officer Wilson pursued Brown.  Brown stopped, turned around and charged Wilson.  While retreating Wilson fired seven shots, six hit Brown.
Ultimately the Eric Holder DOJ came to the same conclusion. Attorney General Eric Holder stated as a result of their investigation the DOJ found there was nothing even remotely accurate about how the shooting was originally reported in the media. [LINK]

A seriously unstable Jason Pollock appeared on Fox News for an interview about his ridiculous, and entirely false, documentary claims.  What happened next is rather unsettling – the guy has a full psychotic reality break on television.

Taken in the abstract, the ridiculous claim of the fake documentary filmmaker Jason Pollock (unhinged version seen here) seems like the typical leftist approach at manufacturing controversy in an effort for financial gain. St Louis prosecutor Robert McCulloch responds here.  Outline article here.
Wrongful death lawsuits are often aided by public pressure, and the opinion of the public creating that pressure is frequently manipulated by the media; ergo there’s a natural connection between the professionally aggrieved and the media who sell the cause of the grievance.

However, beyond the abstract there’s a network of affiliated political interests who also stimulate the individual events in order to promote their own highly politicized endeavors.
That’s where people like George Soros and the various Democrat Organizations step in to fund the processes of the aggrieved.  The individual events become the tinder for the larger fires of national political manipulation.

CNN’s Fake News is going to get someone killed.

As we shared last night, CNN is promoting a highly charged false claim about new, heavily edited CCTV footage from the Ferguson Liquor Market on the night before Mike Brown was shot and killed.  We have thoroughly deconstructed the lies HERE.

CNN is promoting this fake documentary, “Stranger Fruit“,  that uses heavily edited footage of an earlier Mike Brown visit to the store.  According to the documentary Mike Brown was exchanging marijuana for store product at 1:13am the night (early morning) prior to his return and strong arm robbery of the same store.  The footage is edited to give the appearance of store employees accepting weed as barter for product.  This is false.
Secondarily, the producer of the video, Jason Pollock, is claiming the police never released the earlier in the day CCTV footage and instead tried to hide it.  Again, this is false.  All of the CCTV video was documented by the police, reviewed, included in all records that were part of the Grand Jury inquiry and given to the FBI. Including footage from the 1:13am visit. However, CNN is promoting the falsehoods by the documentary producers in an effort to stir trouble.

I ignored the first few dozen email notifications requesting opinion about a recent claim by activist and self-described “journalist and reporter” Jason Pollock, because, quite frankly, I’m sick of deconstructing the grievance industry’s lies and false narratives.
The obvious motivation behind “Stranger Fruit”, the Pollock documentary, is to stir up political leverage toward a fraudulent civil lawsuit against the city of Ferguson Missouri.
If Jason Pollock and Mike Brown Sr. had just kept their BS to a minimum, I would never have engaged.  Unfortunately, they didn’t – and specifically because they chose CNN as the outlet to promote their Very Fake News – enough is enough. We can deconstruct their entire narrative with a simple highlight to our previous research of December 3rd 2014.

The Marilyn Mosby press conference today (dropping charges in Baltimore), followed the carefully scripted DNC Convention presentation of the Black Lives Matter “Mothers of The Movement” last night.

Anyone watching current events who claims these two events were not strategically timed to occur sequentially is being obtuse.

Baltimore Mayor Rawlings-Blake is the DNC Convention Chairperson by design. The timing of the press conference, by Baltimore Attorney General Marilyn Mosby, was also by design.   The Democrat party is notorious for framing the narrative and the optics which fuel the media cycles.

Wow, just wow.  This judge is nuts!

Has he forgotten the example of Ty Da Shooter?  Has he forgotten Jeffrey Williams opening fire on Ferguson police?

According to the Associated Press a federal judge, U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber, has ordered St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch’s office to release the full unredacted transcripts from the Grand Jury testimony in the Michael Brown shooting case against officer Darren Wilson.

Specifically, Judge Webber is forcing McCulloch’s office to also release the names of the Grand Jury witnesses who gave testimony during the investigation.  The names will be given to Anthony Gray, a monumentally corrupt attorney who represents the family of Michael Brown. (more…)

The signature teams were even paid to do the work, they still couldn’t find enough real Ferguson voters to support them.  Mega-Fail

FERGUSON, Mo. — A petition to recall the mayor of Ferguson lacks the required number of valid signatures, according to the St. Louis County Board of Election Commissioners.

A group called Ground Level Support delivered the petition to recall Mayor James Knowles on May 28th, saying they had 400 more than the 1,800 signatures required. All signatures must be from Ferguson residents who were registered to vote during the last mayoral election.

The St. Louis County Board of Education Commissioners began verifying the signatures’ validity the day the petition was turned in. Tuesday, the board announced the required number of valid signatures was not met. It says of the 2,133 signatures submitted, only 1,008 were valid.

The issues within the Post Dispatch article below highlight the problems created by media publicity within the legal system.

Similar to the Trayvon Martin shooting much, if not most, of the information transmitted to the public in the Mike Brown shooting was created by agenda driven media entities like MSNBC, CNN, all the alphabets, and 90%+ of the print media. Most of it completely false.  
The media, essentially broken down into various factions within an ideologically similar left-wing profession, looking for a cause, a Ryan Julison type cause, to push upon their readership and viewership – while inflating their own ego and liberal bona fides.
Oh yes, make no mistakes, the real enemy in all of these events is an intentionally deceitful media.
To offset the inherent bias stemming from the embedded, media-driven, false narrative, Prosecutor Robert McCulloch gave the grand jury every available scintilla of information to present the total realistic picture of what took place in Canfield Greens apartment complex. Simultaneously, outside the Grand Jury, the false stories fraught with agenda-interests were being promoted by the media 24/7.
There was, in essence, two realities. One inside the legal preceedings based on fact, the other outside in the rest of the world based on emotion and deception. It is no surprise to see how some cannot grasp the concept of being lied to so totally and completely. (more…)
