Supreme Court Rules Allowing Executive Branch to Fire Executive Appointees (NLRB and MSPB)

At issue was President Trump’s plenary authority to remove Gwynne Wilcox, a former member of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and Cathy A. Harris, the removed chair of the federal Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). The NLRB oversees laws protecting workers’ rights and union elections nationwide, while the MSPB defends federal government workers against political discrimination.

The court’s order [READ ORDER HERE] is unsigned; however, it provides dissent from the three DEI appointed justices (lesbian, latina, black), and did not decide the underlying merits of the case, which will continue to play out in the lower courts. Presumably the court alignment was 6-3.

The overall decision is an endorsement of presidential authority to appoint leadership within the executive branch without review. The power of the president is plenary to the Executive Branch. As noted in the opinion, “Because the Constitution vests the executive power in the President, he may remove without cause executive officers who exercise that power on his behalf, subject to narrow exceptions recognized by our precedents.”

(VIA ABC) – The Supreme Court’s conservative majority on Thursday bolstered President Donald Trump’s bid to assume full control of executive branch agencies, giving a green light — for now — to his removal of the heads of the National Labor Relations Board and Merit Systems Protection Board, whom he fired without cause.

Ed Martin Discusses the Autopen Review and Biden Gatekeepers, Naming the White House Officials Who Managed the Pardon List

President Donald Trump’s appointed lead investigator on the DOJ Weaponization Working Group, Ed Martin, appears on a podcast with Mark Halperin to discuss ongoing events around the Trump administration.  Ed Martin is also in charge of the DOJ pardon review and assembly within Main Justice.

Ed Martin was asked by Halprin about the use of the autopen to give presidential pardons during the final months of the Biden administration, against the recent confirmations that Joe Biden was severely cognitively impaired.  Did Joe Biden even know who was getting pardons issued via the use of the autopen writing his signature?

Ed Martin answers by outlining his own questions that he sent via letters to former White House officials.  WATCH (prompted):

Ed Martin notes that Ron Klain, Anita Dunn and Bob Bauer were the gatekeepers within the Biden White House, deciding who would ultimately be allowed to engage within the inner circle.

Within President Trump’s “Russiagate” Declassification Request There Are Two Important Document Sets That DNI Tulsi Gabbard Needs to Release

… And Director Gabbard may not know they exist.

If you have followed the construct of the Trump-Russia collusion story, you are likely outraged that accountability has not followed.  There’s a very frustrating reason for that and I will explain how two distinctly different issues are being conflated.  Separating them is the key.

The first issue is the FBI’s illegal surveillance of presidential candidates’, including candidate Donald Trump.  The second issue is the Clinton campaign inspired Russia-Collusion story, that led to Crossfire Hurricane, colloquially known as “Russiagate.”  All investigative emphasis, including John Durham, has been on the latter which takes you into a DC silo construct where all tentacles lead to dead ends and inaction.

Russiagate was a Clinton-inspired political smear campaign that was given the patina of credibility by the FBI opening the investigation called “Crossfire Hurricane.”  If you focus on that storyline, you end up with zero accountability and endless talk that goes nowhere.

However, if President Trump and DNI Tulsi Gabbard reveal the first element, the FBI’s illegal surveillance of candidate Donald Trump, that path has a physical trail and documents that cannot be deflected by political obfuscation.

THE FBI SURVEILLANCE – The original agreement between Clinton and Obama going back to 2008 was for Obama to take the nomination, the presidency and then eventually support Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election bid.

Obama would be President. Obama would appoint Clinton to Secretary of State, Hillary would then use her office to build wealth for herself and her family, and then HRC would exit the Dept of State to begin her presidential run.

John Podesta would enter the Obama administration as Hillary left (post Benghazi mess) in 2013.  Podesta would look out for Hillary’s interests from his position inside the Obama White House.  The Clintons and Obamas never fully trusted each other.

Barack Obama would put all the mechanisms into place that would transition his administration into Hillary Clintons’.  That was always the plan running in the background.

Govt Weaponization Lead Investigator, Ed Martin, Reviewing Background of the Biden Autopen Pardons

In addition to being the President Trump appointed lead investigator of the newly formed “Government Weaponization Working Group,” former DC U.S. Attorney Ed Martin is now, not accidentally, the DOJ lead in charge of pardon reviews.

As more and more information about Joe Biden’s cognitive incapacity begins to surface the question becomes, who was behind the Biden pardon’s using the autopen?  Ed Martin is now looking….

I think the awakening American public will soon discover that ultimately those who received pardons came as a conclusion of discussions amid those who were involved in the weaponization of government.  The intersections will tell the story.

DOJ Announces Prosecution of Rep. LaMonica McIver for “assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement” During Political Stunt at ICE Facility

The DOJ has announced a criminal assault charge against New Jersey Democrat Representative LaMonica McIver, who was involved in a physical confrontation with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials outside a federal immigration facility in New Jersey earlier this month.

[SOURCE]

Washington DC – […] New Jersey interim U.S. Attorney Alina Habba announced the charge against McIver on X, escalating a confrontation between the political branches, while also agreeing to drop the pending trespass charge against Mayor Ras Baraka.

“I have persistently made efforts to address these issues without bringing criminal charges and have given Representative McIver every opportunity to come to a resolution, but she has unfortunately declined,” Habba said in a statement. (link)

Sunday Talks – Devin Nunes Discusses Likelihood of Success for FBI Director Patel and Deputy Bongino

Former HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes is a man very familiar with the Russiagate nonsense and the weaponization of the DOJ, FBI and CIA against candidate Donald Trump and later President Trump.

Within this interview Nunes hits on a few good points, the most accurate is his focus on the motives and intents of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who was installed as the cover-up operation for Crossfire Hurricane.  However, Nunes gets a part of the origin a little askew and inaccurately framed.  My context after the interview.  WATCH:

The original agreement between Clinton and Obama going back to 2008 was for Obama to take the nomination, the presidency and then eventually support Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election bid.  Obama would appoint Clinton to Secretary of State, Hillary would then use her office to build wealth for herself and her family, and then HRC would exit the Dept of State to begin her presidential run.

In 2015 Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama had a check-in meeting; just touching base to firm up the goals and objectives as Hillary began her campaign launch.  Podesta left the White House to take up position inside the campaign, and Team Obama would maintain Clinton’s interests as planned without an insider.

Sunday Talks – FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Dan Bongino Sit Down with Maria Bartiromo

FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino sat down for a lengthy interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo.

Director Patel begins the interview noting how he and Deputy Bongino have spent the majority of the week attending ceremonies for law enforcement and visiting families and colleagues of fallen FBI heroes.  Director Patel then begins to discuss reforming the FBI and his plan to correct all of the political corruption that has permeated his organization.

Patel notes the previous FBI Director and Deputy Director intentionally lied to the American people about their roles in the weaponization of the agency.   Bartiromo plays her role in saying the duo are not going to do anything. Patel counters with his intention to keep delivering the documentary evidence that highlights how FBI leadership played a key role in the weaponization of government.   Patel says, “you’re about to see a wave of transparency, just give us about a week or two.”

Deputy Dan Bongino says, “do you want it done right, or do you want it done correctly.”  Additionally noting, “everything is a priority.” When referencing the possibility of an interconnected conspiracy within the prior threats and attempted assassination of President Trump, Bongino notes “there is no there, there.”  It is a long and wide-ranging discussion.  WATCH:

.

We all want Kash Patel and Dan Bongino to succeed.  Things do take time, but the unwillingness of Patel and Bongino to call out the corrupt lower-level FBI activity that takes in DC and in various field offices is not confidence inspiring.

Bongino and Patel are passionate speakers about their jobs and objectives.

Answering a Familiar Question with a Current Example

I often hear or receive this question in various iterations.  When discussing the research outlines of current events, especially when we cite the historic background of what took place leading to those events – and how it created the outcome we now witness, we often get this question – or a version therein:

…”Have you tried to meet with DNI or DOJ or NSC people to attempt to ”unsilo” their thinking and understanding of all that transpired so they can connect all the dots. You have said that different people you’ve spoken to know pieces and parts, but the silos prevent anyone from knowing the whole. Can you not be the link? I love that we know but we can’t affect change. We/I only become more frustrated as our new leaders bumble along talking and focusing on seemingly trivial things compared to the Treason that has been on display since 2008.”….

My friends, part of the reason the corrupt DC system is so transparently predictable, is precisely because everyone engaged in the events has a vested interest to retain the corruption.  When you peel down the onion, when you get through the smoke to the fire, when you go deep into the rabbit hole and finally reach the dead end, you discover the root of everything that permeates everything is money. It is not ideology – it’s money.

From my myriads of travels and interactions with the system operators, I can boil down the answer to a few key points:

♦First, to the point of those we count on to stop the corruption, these are not smart people.  You project infinitely more intelligence upon them than they actually possess.  The high-information voter and researcher has much more knowledge than they do.  We fail and become frustrated when we mistakenly believe they carry an awareness that is factually not present.  You know more than your representative, and you know the context of that information at a much, much higher level than they do.  They ARE NOT smarter than you; where “they” applies to every-single-one of the names you might reference.  You are smarter than them.

♦Second, corruption is a business; whether in the initiation of it, or in the maintenance of it. Quoting myself in discussion of the situation: “My honest and respectfully intended question to you would be: What is it that makes our representatives always want to “talk about the information” rather than act upon the information, when the information is there for the taking?
