CIA Director John Ratcliffe appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the recent releases from his office and from the office of DNI Tulsi Gabbard.
Within the interview Director Ratcliffe references the special counsel John Durham investigation, subsequent 306-page report, and then notes the 48-page classified appendix to the report. According to Ratcliffe he is in the process of declassifying and releasing the 48-page annex. Additionally, there are witness transcripts from Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper and possibly Andrew McCabe that could be released.
Remember, James Comey refused to be interviewed by John Durham; however, Andrew McCabe gave under oath testimony to the OIG about Comey and that transcript fingering James Comey is cited on footnote #1207 of page 199 of the Durham report. WATCH:
Special Counsel John Durham clearly showed in his 306-page report with a 48-page classified appendix, that Russia did nothing to interfere in the 2016 election. The entire Russian Interference operation was a Clinton fabrication, later enhanced by a Federal Bureau of Investigation who used the fabrication as a cover-up justification to hide their surveillance of the Trump campaign.
There were no Russian diplomats involved; there was no Russian election interference; there was no Russian hacking of the DNC; it was all a fraud created by the intelligence community (IC), FBI and Main Justice to support Hillary Clinton’s lies and then cover their own targeting tracks.
I have wanted to read that 2019 transcript of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s testimony about James Comey for six years. All indications from John Durham were that McCabe spilled details about Comey’s involvement.
By now, people are familiar with the construct of CIA operations involving Joseph Mifsud, a Maltese professor generally identified as a western intelligence operative who was tasked by the FBI/CIA to run an operation against Trump campaign official George Papadopoulos in both Italy (Rome) and London. {Go Deep} John Durham ignored him.
In a similar fashion, the FBI tasked U.S. intelligence asset Stefan Halper to target another Trump campaign official, Carter Page. Under the auspices of being a Cambridge Professor, Stefan Halper also targeted General Michael Flynn. Additionally, using assistance from a female FBI agent, under the false name Azra Turk, Halper also targeted Papadopoulos. Again, John Durham ignored it.
The initial operations to target Flynn, Papadopoulos and Page were all based overseas. This seemingly makes the CIA exploitation of the assets and the targets legal and much easier. If Durham went into this intelligence rabbit hole, there would be a paper trail that leads back to Robert Mueller. Durham didn’t go there.
McCabe and Comey both deserving of some brutal justice.
What about Hillary? And of course, Obama, who will continue to skate, but hopefully, his reputation will be completely trashed with a footnote that says something to the effect: President during the most corrupt administration in the history of the United States.

Donna Brazile is a good source for getting an understanding of what the DEMOCRATS running the DNC did to make it easy for the “Russians” to steal the emails. For one thing, they did nothing to safeguard their most sensitive data from theft by the “Russians,” which is strange behavior for people who know there are Russian spies frolicking in their cardboard network. That is the first objective of an Incident Response engagement, which is what CrowdStrike was doing for the DNC. CrowdStrike wanted to temporarily sever the Internet from the network, under the guise of “upgrading” the network, but the Democrats told CrowdStrike to Stand Down and wait until all the primary elections for President were over with the California primary. This was in June. CrowdStrike showed up in March 2016, were given a Stand Down order until June to keep the network in production until the end of primary season.
By the time the California primary was over, the “Russians” stole the emails right before Memorial Day in June. It only took the weekend of June 11, 2016, until June 13, 2016, when Dmitri Alperovich and Shawn Henry from CrowdStrike, and Amy Dacey and Debbie Wasserman Schultz of the DNC were interviewed by the Washington Post’s National Security writer, Ellen Nakashima. Nakashima’s front-page article didn’t make a big splash because June 12, 2016, was when the Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting took place in Orlando, Florida, which was the big story of that entire week. The upshot of Nakashima’s work was that the Russians stole a file of Opposition Research about Trump in order to see what Trump would do as a politician when all the Russians had to do was buy all Trump’s books, gather all of his campaign material, and rummaged through You Tube videos about Trump, all of which does not entail running the risk of hacking the DNC during election time.
Here is what else Donna Brazile had to say about the “Russian hack of the DNC”:
The Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) hacking group number 48 (APT 48), called “Fancy Bear” by CrowdStrike didn’t care if the Democrats found them on the network. In fact, they did everything they could to draw attention to unauthorized people cavorting and prancing on the tissue paper network of the Democratic Party. It worked. The early, verified Russian hack of the DNC, by APT 49 (“Cozy Bear”), the hacking group of the Russian spy agency SVR, lounged around on the DNC network for almost an entire year in 2015. No one could verify that APT 49 was even there. The FBI didn’t know until Dutch Intelligence hacked into cameras in “Moscow Center,” and informed our people of the hack when they photographed DNC documents on the desks of Russian agents. The FBI was informed, with the rest of the intelligence community, by the Dutch. What did the FBI do to push the Democrats to do something about Cozy Bear on their network in 2015? They made a few phone calls and had a couple of meetings with the DNC executives. The DNC hired security consultant Yared Tamene, who could not find the hackers on the network the entire time. CrowdStrike told Congress Cozy Bear got on the DNC’s Internet-based telephone system and could have recorded phone calls, stolen emails (not Fancy Bear’s emails allegedly given to Wikileaks by Fancy Bear), and copied-and-pasted text messages and chats.
Again, no one seemed to care about safeguarding any critical data of the DNC, including the people in charge at the DNC. Donor information was stolen, probably by Cozy Bear, despite Dacey and Wasserman Schultz telling Ellen Nakashima no donor information was even touched by the “Russian hackers”. It’s hard to believe that much of anything else the DNC had on that network could have been as critical as maintaining the privacy of donor information, particularly after telling the world it was never even accessed by any hackers.
Right in this recollection of Donna Brazile you see that it was the executives at DNC who made it possible for emails to be given to Wikileaks because of their limp-wristed response to having “Russian hackers” on their network. The DNC made looting that toilet paper network even easier than its lack of security made it for any hacker or insider who wanted to cause a problem. Insiders do a considerable amount of data theft and loss. It isn’t always hackers who do it.

IIRC, they strip-searched him, and tore his luggage apart. Couldn’t find anything other than the usual amount of money a US citizen might be carrying.
They kept him in custody at the airport for at least 10 or 12 hours while they figured out what trumped up charges they could lay on him so they could arrest him anyway. Which they did.

Despite their good works as a part of the Trump administration, neither Rubio nor Gabbard are natural born citizens. Therefore, they’re both Constitutionally disqualified from ever legally serving as president of the USA.

However and it’s a big however Congress who is charged with all things immigration and citizenship has never defined what a Natural Born US Citizen is. ALL the Framers of the Constitution did not simply “consider” what the definition of the term ‘natural born citizen’ is, they KNEW the only true and legal definition was as cited by Vattel in his book titled “Laws of Nations;” which, they had in hand and referenced while drafting the Constitution. That definition is, again, as cited by Vattel, “those born in the country of parents who are citizens.”
Phrased specifically for the USA, the definition is “one born on US soil to two US citizen parents.”
Furthermore, the Supreme Court has on several occasions felt the need to cite a definition of natural born citizen in order to properly rule on cases before them. Each time, they cited that same definition found in Laws of Nations. In Minor v Happersett, they did so in such a way that made that definition legal precedent; i.e., thereafter, no U.S. Court can legally use any other definition.

Congress cannot define what a natural born citizen is because a natural born citizen is a form of NONnaturalized citizen. That body is only empowered to make law regarding NATURALIZED citizenship. Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 empowers Congress “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization…”
Nowhere in the Constitution does it authorize Congress to make law regarding what a nonnaturalized citizen is.

Neither of Rubio’s parents were US citizens when he was born. He is a US citizen only because of US Naturalization Law. No one who is granted citizenship by Congressional law can be a natural born citizen. There is no question, he cannot meet the Constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen.
Gabbard was not born on US soil. She was born in Leloaloa on American Samoa’s main island of Tutuila. Despite its name, American Samoa is not US soil; because, it is a US Territory that was not organized and incorporated by Congress. Gabbard is a US citizen only because of US Naturalization Law. No one who is granted citizenship by Congressional law can be a natural born citizen. She cannot possibly meet the Constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen.
Currently, the only US Territory organized and incorporated by Congress is Palmyra Atoll, a small island with no permanent population. But, if an American citizen woman happened to give birth there to a child who also had an American father, that child would not only be an American citizen it would be a natural born citizen.
Maybe whoever gets elected in 2028 will keep the same cabinet? Imagine what would happen if there was no need for confirmations by senate?

while I welcome the effort as it appears more information will be made publicly, I am not persuaded to trust ANY redactions made to it.
first, lets examine the stated reasons why redactions of classified documents happen and then I will follow up with my own opinions:
national security: this is a generalized risk that covers a LOT of real estate. Principle within the IC community do have extraordinary input into what they deem “national security”.
methods and tradecraft/sources: often the protection of very sensitive “programs” is a priority so those programs are not known and can continue. This also includes technology, business relationships, contractors, foreign nation state cooperation agreements, and of course, specific human beings..whether they are direct employees, contractors or “other” (assets/spies)
political considerations: when the IC presents Congress with budget requirements they are frequently tied to very important military and civilian relationships that are cultivated by the IC agencies. Likewise, DC, house and senate members, are also connected to the IC agencies and are aligned in political purpose. As well, there is no law forbidding congressional members from taking advantage of some of these relationships and enriching themselves with the flow of money into many of these programs, which often are no bid awards. So it’s easy to make money, even in a private investment and not a public stock. (protip: most of the “programs” operate on special business infrastructure and resource and talent/workforce terms that are completely private in nature and yes, classified. Only those that are directly involved in the awards of funds to these programs know about them. It should be illegal to invest in such circumstances, but because it is classified no one outside of these “silos” know anything about them. I mention this particular redaction problem because a mention of a particular name, group, association, organization, business or even a description link of some of these programs can reveal what that entity is…and this would invite searching eyes to know more about what they do, how they receive money, and who is making bank on them.
legal/constitutional issues: if it’s not clear by now, the President, the executite, for better or for worse, can authorize very contentious and even what can be regarded as “illegal” and “unconstitutional programs”….this goes to the political but also to the legal aspect of why redactions may happen. From a pure virgin view, yes, we want the President to not be constrained in certain situations where he cannot act or gain a full understanding and knowledge of threats and risks. Revealing when the IC in particular the CIA and FBI walk past that line is not in the interests of the secret police spy state. They own this space and they will never willingly acknowledge they break “the law” on a regular basis. FISA itself is such a exhibit and yet congress has agreed that it is a necessary tool. I don’t disagree. I disagree it can be used against US Citizens on US Soil. That I have a problem with.
so these is the short list of problems the secret agencies face when declassification happens.
So in order for radcliffe to declassify and allow sunlight, he will have to find a way to get around some of these problems and also the obvious problem that the IC secret police state will attempt to tamp all of it down under the “national security” arguments…sources, methods, funding, state to state cooperation agreements, human assets, technologies.
I don’t think this is impossible task. it will however, require that he remain focused on what is really important:
that within the IC there are people who used these powers, unlawfully, criminally, and they must be exposed with evidence that can be used in a court of law and prosecuted.
We can still protect some of the very important crown jewels of intelligence, and also expose criminals within it.
And it’s far past time, we have to pretend doing so is anti-american. It is absolutely American to hold criminal to account. It is absolutely positively necessary to aim the spotlight into the darkness of the secret police state and move these people out in the open and have them processed.
I would feel much more comfortable that whatever final product of declassification happens that it not gets trotted out in red letter white binders and given to influencers “bondi style”. We need to have serious people doing serious work to make sure what we are going to declassify is truthful, complete and then allow THE PEOPLE to read it in full and not have middlers grabbing the mic and telling us how to think about it before we have even had the opportunity to read through it ourselves.
So, we really need a third party, outside of dni, outside of Whitehouse, outside of main justice, outside of DC completely to walk through this information ..be able to read the most sensitive classified information and make legitimate and genuine recommendations about how to chop only that which must be protected and still have a readable document that shows evidence of a crime, with names. Then that same group can go public and make certifications to THE PEOPLE that what you are reading has not been reshaped and packaged to conceal criminals.

it’s crucial that this information be unredacted. right now, even if she had assigned prosecutors they would unlikely be able to find a foothold without this classified material. Remember, DOJ has to establish a predicate. it can’t be mother Jones leaks of the Steele dossier. it has to be factual, witnessed and corroborated. the annex gives a peek into some of the grand jury questions and answers.
