Sweden is now openly admitting their efforts to open the doors to Muslim refugees has resulted resulted in complete chaos.  Street gangs, lawlessness, anarchy, massive horrific crime increases including widespread and frequent gang rapes.

NEW YORK NBC – Federal officials in Rochester, New York, have arrested and charged a local man who was allegedly plotting a New Year’s Eve machete attack on diners at a local restaurant in the name of ISIS.

Emanuel Lutchman, 25, an ex-con Muslim convert with mental issues, was charged with attempting to provide material support to the terrorist group, federal prosecutors said.

The FBI says he had pledged allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, wanted to leave to U.S. to live in the caliphate, and was in contact with a reputed ISIS member in Syria — who urged him to kill non-Muslims on the holiday.

“New years [sic] is here soon. Do operations and kill some kuffar,” the overseas contact told him, the court papers allege.

The mayor of Rochester cancelled the city’s New Year’s Eve fireworks celebration Thursday so that more police could be deployed to patrol, but officials said there is no information of a credible threat. (more…)

Enrique Marquez was previously charged (complaint filing below), now the grand jury has also returned an indictment.

RIVERSIDE, Calif. –  A friend of one of the shooters in the San Bernardino massacre that killed 14 people was indicted Wednesday on charges that include conspiring in a pair of previous planned attacks and making false statements when he bought the guns used in this month’s shootings, authorities said.

The indictment by a federal grand jury avoids the need for a probable cause hearing before a judge to determine whether 24-year-old Enrique Marquez Jr. should stand trial on the five counts.

The charges include conspiring with shooter Syed Farook to carry out attacks in 2011 and 2012. (more…)

It would appear the cleric doth protest too much.  December 3rd interview with NBC is available here for reference.  Looking into this entire construct it definitely seems like there’s far, far, more just under the surface.  If only….

(Via New York Post ) The cleric acting as spokesman for the San Bernardino mosque where terrorist Syed Rizwan Farook worshipped claims he barely knew Farook and didn’t know his terrorist wife at all. But phone records and other evidence uncovered by federal investigators cast suspicion on his story.

The FBI has questioned the cleric, Roshan Zamir Abbassi, about his phone communications with Farook — including a flurry of at least 38 messages over a two-week span in June, coinciding with the deadly Muslim terrorist attack on two military sites in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Abbassi, a Pakistani, insists he had nothing to do with the shooting at a San Bernardino County government building five miles from the mosque. While he confirms the text messages with Farook, he claims they were merely discussing food donations for his Dar-al-Uloom al-Islamiya of America mosque. (more…)

There’s something sketchy about the entire series of events as to how San Bernardino terrorist Tashfeen Malik was able to garner a fiancee visa and enter the U.S.   Nothing about this passes the proverbial “sniff test”.

Having read, and heard numerous testimonials,  about how extensive the process is for mainly European immigrants to enter the U.S. under similar circumstances – it just appears this specific application was provided some kind of assistance to move it along so quickly with so many obvious holes in the information as provided.

Now, thanks to a congressional inquiry, we are able see the actual documents themselves; and within the information there’s even more questions, troubling questions.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, Republican-Virginia, who alleged over the past weekend that immigration officials “did not thoroughly vet” Malik’s application, publicly released their file on Tuesday.  It is provided below in pdf format for your review.

• #2 Because, in my humble opinion, having spent considerable time following nuance and inter-governmental messaging, this speech -and included insurances- as outlined within the President’s delivery, are 180° divergent from the FBI federal complaint released yesterday in the San Bernardino terrorist investigation.

You just have to read the criminal complaint to understand how supremely jaw-dropping the entire construct against Enrique Marquez actually is.  Two things to note:

• #1.)  Pay attention to the actual 911 call by Marquez on page 26, 27 – GOOD GRIEF !
• #2.) Someone please explain to me why his “Green-Card Wife”, Mariya Chernykh, aka Mariya Gigliotti, is not also indicted.  Please explain this.

The sense of it is the FBI-DOJ people who wrote this complaint are trying to send a signal to the rest of America – around a Presidential office hell bent on avoiding reality and downplaying the content. You’ve just got to read it.

(Via Judicial Watch) A Middle Eastern woman was caught surveilling a U.S. port of entry on the Mexican border holding a sketchbook with Arabic writing and drawings of the facility and its security system, federal law enforcement sources tell Judicial Watch.

The woman has been identified as 23-year-old Leila Abdelrazaq, according to a Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) report obtained by JW this week. Abdelrazaq appeared to have two accomplices, a 31-year-old man named Gabriel Schivone and a 28-year-old woman named Leslie Mcafee. (more…)

President Obama and DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson at the heart of the issue.

( WASHINGTON DC )  A secret U.S. policy that prohibits immigration officials from reviewing the social media messages of foreign citizens applying for U.S. visas was reportedly kept in place over fears of a civil liberties backlash and “bad public relations.”

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson refused in early 2014 to end the policy, even though several other officials in the organization pressed for such a policy change, ABC News reported Monday. (more…)

An article in the New York Times highlights how flawed the vetting process was for Tashfeen Malik, the female terrorist in the San Bernardino attack.

WASHINGTON — Tashfeen Malik, who with her husband carried out the massacre in San Bernardino, Calif., passed three background checks by American immigration officials as she moved to the United States from Pakistan. But none uncovered what Ms. Malik had made little effort to hide — that she talked openly on social media about her views on violent jihad.

She said she supported it. And she said she wanted to be a part of it.

American law enforcement officials said they recently discovered those old — and previously unreported — postings as they pieced together the lives of Ms. Malik and her husband, Syed Rizwan Farook, trying to understand how they pulled off the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil since Sept. 11, 2001.
