CALIFORNIA – Civil rights leader Rev. Jesse Jackson plans to lead a delegation to the Hewlett-Packard annual shareholders meeting on Wednesday to bring attention to Silicon Valley’s poor record of including blacks and Latinos.
Jackson’s strategy borrows from the traditional civil rights era playbook of shaming companies to prod them into transformation. Now he is bringing it to the age of social media and a booming tech industry known for its disruptive innovation.

The Boeing airliner now known as MH-370 carries with it more than just 239 passengers and crew, it carries an unparalleled political consequence.

In essence the analysis points to this:
The United States knows by now [Boeing – Aircraft Health Monitoring System – AHMS], and can more-likely prove, by now [Satellite Optical Locating], where the physical location of the flagged Malaysian airliner is. That’s not really the big issue.
The bigger issue shifts, “what now”?
Think about it. If you are a state government, and this plane is physically located in your nation, and your ambassador has been called to an office within the U.S. security apparatus, and you’ve been told (perhaps shown) the evidence that this plane is sitting in your country, what are you going to do ?
It’s not an issue as long as no-one knows where it is.   But once discovered….  No-one, *NO-ONE*, wants to be the nation of location.
Regardless of your nation’s political ideology – the outcome of your nation attached to this plane’s disappearance on day #12 is disconcerting in infinite magnitudes. It matters not whether or not your central governing body had anything to do with it – we’re beyond the point where that would make a difference. (more…)

Our working theory is essentially HERE.  While it represents a rough outline to explain the Malaysian Government reaction – it’s supported by more recent confirmations including: the passports of the two Iranian Nationals were used the year before to obtain Chinese entry visa’s in June of 2013.   In addition, a commercial flight fitting the profile of a Boeing 777  was potentially spotted flying through the Southern Maldives; just south of heavy shipping lanes which one would seek to avoid if flying dark.

Regardless of whether the Northern Route (through Western China/Himalayas) or Southern Route (around India – Maldives report) was taken, the destination becomes the real question.
Detection, or more aptly the ability to escape detection, is really a no-brainer.   No-one who actually has experience in intelligence or military disputes the ability to fly undetected into an autonomous region – “if you know what you are doing”.    The U.S. Military does it all the time with surveillance flights and drones.
If the theory of Islamists taking the flight is maintained – the supporting state/nation then becomes the larger issue.    Iran or Pakistan ? Both are within flight distance, and both have ideological elements within them which would support such an agenda.

When historians look back on the Obama presidency one thing will be certain, his supporters, and those who voted for him, were oblivious idiots.    This latest discovery –THE GREG MEMO– shows after taking office President Obama penned an immediate executive order to essentially re-write the Freedom of Information Act – and grant the White House full review and edit authority of all records.

Transparency eh’ ?

WASHINGTON DC – It’s Sunshine Week, so perhaps some enterprising White House reporter will ask press secretary Jay Carney why President Obama rewrote the Freedom of Information Act without telling the rest of America.
The rewrite came in an April 15, 2009, memo from then-White House Counsel Greg Craig instructing the executive branch to let White House officials review any documents sought by FOIA requestors that involved “White House equities.”
That phrase is nowhere to be found in the FOIA, yet the Obama White House effectively amended the law to create a new exception to justify keeping public documents locked away from the public. (more…)

HAVEERU NEWS – Residents of the remote Maldives island of Kuda Huvadhoo in Dhaal Atoll have reported seeing a “low flying jumbo jet” on the morning of the disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.

Whilst the disappearance of the Boeing 777 jet, carrying 239 passengers has left the whole world in bewilderment, several residents of Kuda Huvadhoo told Haveeru on Tuesday that they saw a “low flying jumbo jet” at around 6:15am on March 8.
They said that it was a white aircraft, with red stripes across it – which is what the Malaysia Airlines flights typically look like. (more…)

By now you might have noticed that Texas Governor Rick Perry endorsed Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell in his re-election bid.   You might have also heard his endorsement was during the Kentucky Lincoln/Reagan Dinner.   But did you hear that McConnells opponent, Matt Bevin, was also present and NOT allowed to speak ?
Such is the state of the Establishment Republicans, the “Decepticons”, fear.   You think the BIG R’s speak for freedom – they don’t.

Back in the summer of 2011 as the 2012 candidates were aligning/positioning for a potential run, a meeting was held in Colorado with the Koch Brothers et al, the Decepticons,  the Big Money Donors and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce folk including Tom Donohue.
Governor Rick Perry was the group’s hand selected man of choice.  His presence was unpublicized and somewhat mysterious.   In his home state there were questioning reports of his whereabouts.   That was 2011.
Fast forward to 2014 and it is any surprise the Decepticons and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce / Tom Donohue would not leverage ‘their man’ to assist their agenda ?   Actually, it shows just how desperate they are to retain power.   They wouldn’t even permit Matt Bevin to speak at the dinner.   THINK ABOUT IT.
Is that FREEDOM, or FEAR ?

The media are clueless, apparently so are Malaysian authorities, so here’s my take:

Malaysian flight 370 was taken by team aligned with Islamist ideology.
The plane was taken for use in a future event.
The Malaysian authorities are: a.) embarrassed by their own security ineptitude, b.) desperate to avoid the appearance of that ineptitude, and c.) unwilling to admit their nation is not compromised entirely of the secular melting pot they espouse to the outside world.   Indeed Malaysia has been yet another nation with internal Islamist conflict despite their diligent efforts to obfuscate in that regard.  (more…)

“Sources with knowledge of the sting said the investigation made financial pitches to both Republicans and Democrats, but only Democrats accepted the payments.”

 PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA – The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office ran an undercover sting operation over three years that captured leading Philadelphia Democrats, including four members of the city’s state House delegation, on tape accepting money, The Inquirer has learned.
Yet no one was charged with a crime.
Prosecutors began the sting in 2010 when Republican Tom Corbett was attorney general. After Democrat Kathleen G. Kane took office in 2013, she shut it down.
In a statement to The Inquirer on Friday, Kane called the investigation poorly conceived, badly managed, and tainted by racism, saying it had targeted African Americans.
{snip, it “targeted African Americans” is a misnomer.  African Americans were caught as an outcome, not an intent.   Think about it – This is the concept of “disparate impact’ applied to the rule of law.  Whereas using ‘disparate impact’ logic: law enforcement, or lawful investigation, is defined as “targeting” by the result, not the intent.  If you say stealing a car is unlawful, and you target car thieves, and all of the thieves are black – then arresting car thieves is ‘targeting African Americans’… /SD}

(UK Independent) The Libyan former prime minister Ali Zeidan fled last week after parliament voted him out of office.
A North Korean-flagged oil tanker, the Morning Glory, illegally picked up a cargo of crude from rebels in the east of the country and sailed safely away, despite a government minister’s threat that the vessel would be “turned into a pile of metal” if it left port: the Libyan navy blamed rough weather for its failure to stop the ship. Militias based in Misrata, western Libya, notorious for their violence and independence, have launched an offensive against the eastern rebels in what could be the opening shots in a civil war between western and eastern Libya.
Without a central government with any real power, Libya is falling apart. And this is happening almost three years after 19 March 2011 when the French air force stopped Mu’ammer Gaddafi’s counter-offensive to crush the uprising in Benghazi. Months later, his burnt-out tanks still lay by the road to the city. (more…)
