Judge Timothy J Thomason has ruled the Maricopa, Arizona, board of elections must turn over 2.1 million ballots to the republican state senate so they can be reviewed for any election issues. [direct pdf of ruling here]

ARIZONA – The five-member Board of Supervisors argued that the ballots were secret, that the Legislature had no right to access them and that the subpoenas issued by Senate President Karen Fann were for an illegitimate purpose, among other arguments.

The Senate’s lawyers contended that the constitution gives the Legislature the role of maintaining the purity of elections and make sure voter integrity is protected, that the subpoenas were legal and a proper use of legislative power.

In his ruling, Thomason agreed with the Senate on all those arguments, saying the subpoenas “are legal and enforceable.”

An announcement today from the U.S. District of Connecticut John Durham is a little perplexing.  According to the announcement USAO John Durham is resigning from office effective February 28.   However, there is no information about his prior appointment as special counsel to review the DOJ and FBI conduct in the Trump investigation.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis delivers a speech from CPAC 2021 which is being held in Orlando.  Governor DeSantis is leading the way to manage COVID-19 without shutting down schools and businesses.  As DeSantis notes the COVID infection rate is lower in open Florida than 23 lockdown states.  Additionally, the unemployment rate in Florida is far below the national average despite the tourism industry suffering due to the virus.

DeSantis talks about what he did to secure the 2020 election, and the reform he instituted in Broward County.  Also the state legislature is currently working on laws to stop ballot harvesting in the state; along with another initiative in the battle with Big Tech that DeSantis is leading to stop censorship, targeting and privacy violations.

The Florida governor talks at length about the failure of the Republican establishment and the need to continue pushing the MAGA agenda domestically and within foreign policy.  DeSantis also paid tribute to Rush Limbaugh an American hero and Florida resident.

As of approximately 8 hours after the bombing of Syria, there is no statement from the White House on their official website [SEE HERE] or from the JoeBama spokespeople.

The cognitively disconnected pretend president is being cited for authorizing the bombing.

However, there’s just as much reason to believe he thought he was ordering more jello pudding before nap-time.

The preferred narrative term “Iran-backed” is also so disengenous it is quite silly.

WASHINGTON – The US on Thursday launched an airstrike in Syria that targeted facilities used by Iran-backed militia groups — the first military action taken by the Biden administration, officials said.

The Pentagon said the strike was in retaliation for a Feb. 15 rocket attack against a US military base at Erbil International Airport in Northern Iraq that killed a US-led coalition contractor and left others wounded, including an American service member.

Mitch McConnell is doing what Mitch McConnell does.  DeceptiCons are famous for intentionally loading the cannons of the opposite wing of the UniParty so the Democrats can blast the base of the Republican movement.

Once they have provided the ammunition and watched the attack unfold, the DeceptiCons enter from the side of the collateral damage and talk sympathetically about the destruction they now observe.  The DeceptiCon team, represented by leader Mitch McConnell, has been doing this for years.  Just like his attacks against the Tea Party, ‘We The People‘ are his favorite victims.  This is the baseline for battered conservative syndrome.

In true form, after providing the progressive and hate-filled left wing of the UniParty with ammunition against President Trump, Mitch McConnell says today that he would support the former president in 2024 if Donald Trump was the nominee.

Marc Schack, an assistant for special education students at Shady Grove Middle School in Gaithersburg, told the Bethesda Magazine Wednesday he was unaware his self-love session had been captured on the virtual call until being interviewed.

The FBI documents outline how Stefan Halper was enlisted by the FBI for their operation to target the campaign of Donald Trump in 2016. Halper agreed to become a confidential human source (CHS) or spy for the FBI, and record contacts with several members of the Trump campaign in order to frame the Russian collusion narrative.

Despite secret recordings showing Carter Page clearly had no idea about any Russian connections to the campaign, or people within it; and despite Page clearly rebuking any effort to draw those inferences; the FBI still went forward with a Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant against Page and never informed the court of the exculpatory recordings.

SOLOMON – […] The memos show that the FBI instructed Halper in August 2016 not to focus on Papadopoulos first, but rather on Page, whom the FBI described as an “opportune target.” Papadopoulos was given the code name Crossfire Typhoon (CT), while Page was given the codename Crossfire Dragon (CD) in the memos.
