True the Vote Wins Northern Georgia District Court Case on Voter Integrity -vs- Stacy Abrams, Marc Elias and the DOJ

Catherine Englebrecht and True the Vote (TTV) announces a major court victory in Georgia for their efforts to ensure voting integrity.

HOUSTON, TX, January 2, 2024 – True the Vote (TTV) declares a decisive triumph in their legal battle against Stacy Abrams’ Fair Fight, legal teams led by Marc Elias, and the Biden Department of Justice. A federal court in the Northern District of Georgia today affirmed that citizens have the right to lawfully petition their government in support of election integrity without fear of persecution or prosecution.

In a resounding vindication, TTV successfully defended its actions of December 2020, aiding Georgia citizens in filing elector challenges based on data showing over 364,000 voters appeared to be ineligible to vote due to change in residency.

This victory is a testament to every American’s constitutional right to free speech and the importance of actively participating in the electoral process.

True the Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht affirmed, “Today’s ruling sends a clear message to those who would attempt to control the course of our nation through lawfare and intimidation. American citizens will not be silenced.”

Apropos of Everything – Republican Speaker Johnson Promises to Keep “Advocating” for Border Security

In order to believe that Republican politicians support border control, you would simultaneously have to believe that Congress couldn’t shut down government until President Biden takes action.

You would have to believe the GOP House has no options, no power, no control, no ability or capacity to use the power of the people’s house to change the dynamic.  That’s all nonsense.   We do the things that are important to us.  We avoid the things we do not want to do.

Republicans can shut down government, shut down agencies, cut off funding, and tell the American people why they are doing it… They can use their power to force Joe Biden to fight them and simultaneously make Biden justify to the American people why he refuses to secure our nation.  Republicans could file court cases, force action, hold impeachment hearings, issue subpoenas, force testimony, demand action or face the consequences….  There is much they can do.

Alas, instead of taking severe action in the face of severe peril, they pretend to be powerless and announce they will “advocate” which means in DC, talk about it more.

We are in an abusive relationship with government, and the GOPe is a gaslighting wing of the UniParty vulture.

Harvard President and Serial Plagiarist, Claudine Gay Resigns

There is only one reasonable way to look at this.  The Lightbringer, Teh One, the messiah of all progressive enlightenment, must have changed his mind and acquiesced to the reality that his diminishing ego was more valuable than her demise.  If the Lightbringer had stood firm, she would still be in place.

The Crimson – Harvard President Claudine Gay will resign Tuesday afternoon, bringing an end to the shortest presidency in the University’s history, according to a person with knowledge of the decision. It is not clear who will be appointed to serve as interim president. (more)

Sunday Talks – Sancturary City Mayors from Denver and Chicago Very Upset that Texas Governor Greg Abbott Keeps Sending Them Illegal Aliens

Appearing on Face the Nation, Democrat Mayor Brandon Johnson (Chicago, Illinois) and Democrat Mayor Mike Johnston (Denver, Colorado) discuss the ongoing challenges related to Texas Governor Greg Abbott not retaining all of the arriving illegal aliens in the state of Texas.

Johnson and Johnston both accuse Greg Abbott of sowing chaos in their city, as both mayors are forced to provide essential services and support to arriving illegal aliens in order to maintain the open border policies of the Biden administration.  Video and Transcript Below:

It’s beyond progressively typical to see Brennan, Johnson and Johnston blame everyone except Joe Biden.

[Transcript] – MARGARET BRENNAN: For more on how immigration is affecting communities across the U.S., we turn now to two Democratic mayors, Chicago’s Brandon Johnson and Denver’s Mike Johnston.

Gentlemen, welcome to Face the Nation.

BRANDON JOHNSON (D-Mayor of Chicago, Illinois): Good morning.

MIKE JOHNSTON (D-Mayor of Denver, Colorado): Thank you for having us.

MARGARET BRENNAN: Thanks for joining us.

David Axelrod Says Keeping Trump Off Ballot “Would Rip Country Apart”…

Former Obama top advisor, David Axelrod, appeared with the sanctimonious CNN crew to discuss the political efforts by Democrats in Maine to keep President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot, and as a consequence try to stop people from voting for him.

“I have very, very strong reservations about all of this,” Axelrod said in an “Erin Burnett OutFront” interview on CNN. “I do think it would rip the country apart if he were actually prevented from running, because tens of millions of people want to vote for him.”  “I think if you’re going to beat Donald Trump, you’re going to probably have to do it at the polls,” he continued.

Keep in mind that only three months ago, this is the same David Axelrod who said Joe Biden should do the right thing for the Democrat Party and step aside from trying to win reelection.  WATCH:

.

As a random sidenote… Did you ever notice that CNN is dependent on Donald Trump for more than 70% of their total broadcast TV subject matter?  I check their overall TV coverage quickly a few times a week, and it’s funny, because without stories about President Trump CNN would literally lose about three quarters of their content.

Former Defense Secretary Mark Esper Very Concerned Next Trump DefSec Would Be Loyal to America and Commander in Chief

These guys keep providing me super timely and apropos fuel for my arguments about the structure of the next Trump administration.

Appearing on CNN, former Defense Secretary Mark Esper outlines his greatest concern that within our constitutionally provided civilian-led military structure, a President Trump Defense Secretary might actually be loyal to the Commander in Chief.

In his own words, Mark Esper views this possibility as a very serious problem.  I’m not kidding, WATCH (prompted):

.

Perhaps people might understand why I wrote:

[…] “Many people understandably freak out with a Def Sec with no experience in military.  However, the Def Sec is designed to be civilian led military; the President is the commander in chief.  The Def Sec executes military efforts to support the President.  This is the problem with having career military as Def Sec, they regard the institution as more important than the instructions they receive. [See Mark Milley and/or James Mattis and/or Alexander Vindman, they go rogue.]  The U.S. military needs to be managed now, brought to heel and Wokeism removed.” (MORE)

Tens of Thousands of Career “Civil Service” Administrators in Washington, DC, Apoplectic That Trump Might Fire Them

This op-ed published in Politico is intended to sound the alarm about President Donald Trump fundamentally destroying the system of career civil service agents in Washington DC, and it’s also a little funny.

I mean, if you built an echo-chamber ideological in magnitude and scale, then self-isolated inside the DC beltway barrier, this would be exactly the type of alarm to follow.

POLITICO – […] President Donald Trump’s sweeping proposal to convert thousands of career civil servants into political appointees if he wins a second term in the White House. That plan — which has won the support of powerful, Trump-aligned conservative think tanks such as the Heritage Foundation and the America First Policy Institute — is modeled on an executive order from Trump’s first term that redesignated 20,000 civil servants in policy-related positions as “Schedule F” employees, thereby allowing them to be fired unilaterally by the president.

[…] Americans should not underestimate the damage that the reforms would do to the federal government’s ability to deliver basic services in a timely and efficient manner. “At the end of the day, it’s intuitive,” he said. “If you are selecting people on the basis of their political persuasion or their loyalty as opposed to their expertise and their commitment to the public good, you’re going to wind up with less good service and more risk for the American people.” (MORE)

Apparently, Mr. Max Stier has misread the room.

Dear, DC Career Civil Servants,

FU!

Warmest regards,

America

Crazy Stuff – Details of Results from Western Oil Sanctions Against Russia

I’m very serious when I share with people that almost everything we understand about the geopolitical purposes and impacts of sanctions against Russian economic interests is entirely fabricated.  However, because the scale of the propaganda against us is so effective, breaking the mental/cognitive barrier is almost impossible.

It’s not that situations are ‘shaped’ or information is ‘manipulated,’ like would be the definition of the term “disinformation.”  But rather that the entire construct of reality regarding the economic issues -as presented- is fabricated, created by massive financial interests, and flat-out lies; I mean, total unadulterated nonsense. Complete fiction.

This latest article from Reuters, and the accompanying graphic from ZeroHedge, only scratches the surface.

[SOURCE]

We are through the looking glass folks.  Literally captive to the narrative as sold by our Western government officials, and there’s a huge one-way mirror; beyond which, massive segments of the grey zone are looking at us as if we are pathetic victims of professional propaganda.

The worst part of this dynamic is how the USA looks insufferably weak, because we are playing this massive game of pretending that only the Yellow Zone is participating in.

MOSCOW, Dec 27 (Reuters) – Almost all of Russia’s oil exports this year have been shipped to China and India, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Wednesday, after Moscow responded to Western economic sanctions by quickly rerouting supplies away from Europe.

Russia has successfully circumvented sanctions on its oil and diverted flows from Europe to China and India, which together accounted for around 90% of its crude exports, Novak, who is in charge of the country’s energy sector, told Rossiya-24 state TV.

Biden Dept of Energy Continues War on Consumers – New Fridge/Freezer and Fans Regulations Enacted

We all know the routine. Water-saving toilets that don’t flush (flush twice), water/energy-saving dishwashers and clothes washers that don’t clean (run two cycles), lightbulbs that don’t light, dryers that don’t dry (run twice), and all the ancillary nonsense that comes from the intervention of the regulatory state.

What Biden and the progressive movement call the “green new deal” effort toward “sustainability,” including the ban on gas stoves and internal combustion engines, simply results in a diminished quality of life, a loss in lifestyle productivity, and the exact opposite outcome from their expressed/intended purpose.  It’s an abject mess of stupidity, pushed under the guise of environmentalism.

Today the Biden Dept of Energy (DOE) takes it one step further with rules and regulations on fridges, freezers and fans. {DOE LINK}

Residential Refrigerators and Freezers – The efficiency standards being adopted today for residential refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, and freezers, which have not been updated in over a decade, align with recommendations from a diverse set of stakeholders, including manufacturers, the manufacturing trade association, energy, environmental, and consumer advocacy groups, states, and utilities. Compliance will be required either January 31, 2029, or January 31, 2030, depending on the configuration of the refrigerator or freezer. The energy savings over 30 years of shipments is 5.6 quadrillion British thermal units, which represents a savings of 11% relative to the energy use of products currently on the market. DOE estimates that the standards would save consumers $36.4 billion over 30 years of shipments and result in cumulative emission reductions of nearly 101 million metric tons of carbon dioxide—an amount roughly equivalent to the combined annual emissions of 12.7 million homes.
