According to multiple sources first reported by the Daily Beast the JoeBama White House is using a familiar tactic to control reporters questioning.  As noted with the prior Democrat White House, the allied media are requested to participate in specific forms of narrative engineering by providing advanced notice of questions to be raised.

The House Impeachment Managers filed an 80-page legal brief [link to pdf] to present their case for an article of impeachment against President Trump.

Essentially, the politically determined democrats are using the power of the state to try and block President Trump from holding public office again. Their brief is long on process and short on substance.  Lots of table pounding.

In response to the House Managers, the President’s legal team also filed a brief. The much shorter 14-page rebuttal [pdf here] is the basis for the Trump defense.

Clinesmith plead guilty to doctoring an email to make the FISA application against Carter Page and the Trump administration appear valid.  Clinesmith lied to create a fraudulent FISA application and the Judge said he had suffered enough.  Nuts, all of it.

To expand on the awakening…. and based on a recent call for clarity… here are some brutally obvious points about DC that connect through the stop-Trump operation commonly known as “spygate”.

Robert Mueller had two goals as special counsel.  Goal #1 was to continue the fraudulent DOJ/FBI “Stop Trump” operation initiated by James Comey, Andrew McCabe and their crew technically named Crossfire Hurricane.  Goal #2 was to bury the illegal action; to create the cover-up needed for everything that took place in the “Stop Trump” operation.

It is the second goal that most people never reconciled; however, it is also that second goal that’s the most important.  Everyone in DC knew Mueller’s objective.  Every person in every branch of government and every federal agency knew Mueller’s real purpose.

When you accept what Mueller’s objective was, I mean really accept it, then and only then can you move to the second part of that awakening.  Everyone else knew exactly what that purpose was, including AG Bill Barr and OIG Michael Horowitz. They all knew.

Everything was essentially a process of systemic contingencies; ‘if this, then that’.  If this happens then we react with that.  If this is likely to come out, then we proactively respond with this – that allows control. That is the nature of a cover-up operation.

From that baseline it becomes an exercise in intellectual honesty to see the bigger picture.

The entire system was united against the ‘outsider’ that Trump represented.  Every action taken by Rosenstein, Barr, Wray, Bowditch, Boente, Horowitz and the special counsel team itself was done purposefully, because they knew the Mueller/Weissmann objective was to cover-up all of the unlawful schemes previously used against Trump.

The U.S. Attorney in Washington DC has filed conspiracy charges against two members of the Proud Boys for conspiring to obstruct law enforcement related to the January 6th events on Capitol Hill.  [DOJ Press Release Here]

WASHINGTON— Two members of the Proud Boys, a nationalist organization, were indicted today in federal court in the District of Columbia for conspiring to obstruct law enforcement, among other charges.

Dominic Pezzola, 43, of Rochester, New York, and William Pepe, 31, of Beacon, New York, were indicted today in federal court in the District of Columbia on charges of conspiracy; civil disorder; unlawfully entering restricted buildings or grounds; and disorderly and disruptive conduct in restricted buildings or grounds. Pezzola was also charged with obstruction of an official proceeding; additional counts of civil disorder and aiding and abetting civil disorder; robbery of personal property of the United States; assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers; destruction of government property; and engaging in physical violence in a restricted buildings or grounds.

War is peace, love is violence and water is dry… thus the upside down world of 2021 continues.  A Norwegian lawmaker has nominated the ultra-extremist group Black Lives Matter (BLM) for the Nobel peace prize.  Apparently we are expected to ignore the calls for dead cops, riots, extremism, division, hatred and racially inspired violence.

FOX5 DC – A Norwegian lawmaker has nominated the Black Lives Matter movement for the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize for bringing attention to racial inequities around the world, while dismissing the riots and violence done in the name of the movement.

In his nomination papers, Norwegian MP Petter Eide said the movement forced nations to reckon with racism and other injustices, The Guardian reported. (read more)

We suspected that Kevin Clinesmith was going to get the James Wolfe leniency treatment, not only because the DOJ (Main Justice) wanted to avoid highlighting the severity of his criminal conduct, but rather -more specifically- because that criminal conduct took place under the direction of the Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissman special counsel (June 29, 2017)…. And that is what has happened.  It is all corrupt as hell…. all of it.

The judge over the case against former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was is James Boasberg.  Not coincidentally Boasberg is also now the presiding judge over the secret FISA court.  Judge Boasberg also carried an insitutional preservation motive to downplay the consequences of Kevin Clinesmith altering evidence at the behest of the Robert Mueller special counsel team.

Main Justice is protecting Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, James Baker and Dana Boente, all of them knew the Mueller special counsel was corrupt from the outset.  Judge James Boasberg is protecting the secret FISA court.  It’s all FUBAR !

WASHINGTON – Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was sentenced to 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service Friday after pleading guilty to making a false statement in the first criminal case arising from Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.

The reality of DC elites demanding walls to protect them from the common American is a stunning shift in outlook from when the U.S. Capitol used to be considered “the people’s house.”   Alas the voices are now asking for exactly that… a permanent fence to keep the American people away from those who run government.

WASHINGTON DC – The acting chief of U.S. Capitol Police called for permanent fencing around the Capitol building days after she said that the department “failed” in its efforts to protect the sprawling complex on Jan. 6 when rioters stormed the building.

“In light of recent events, I can unequivocally say that vast improvements to the physical security infrastructure must be made to include permanent fencing, and the availability of ready, back-up forces in close proximity to the Capitol,” Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman said in a statement.
