It should be transparently obvious by now. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has shifted his tin cup strategy from directly asking for money, to presenting himself as the world’s leading arms manufacturer. In essence, Zelenskyy has drone pencils in his tin cup.
Keep watching and we will all start to see this grifting business model in play.
Earlier today Zelenskyy said, “President Trump and I had a meeting where we discussed general matters. After that, our negotiating teams held a separate, long meeting. The agreement is as follows: we will brief the European side and discuss these details with them; the Americans will speak with the Russians; and in ten days, we will come back with views and results in some shape or form.
As for a trilateral Ukraine-U.S.-Russia meeting, the American side proposed preparing it and meeting at the technical level. We are waiting for the United States to propose a date. The United States proposed the United Arab Emirates as the venue for such a meeting.
There are concrete agreements regarding Patriot licenses. At our meeting, President Trump stressed that he had made his final decision: Ukraine will receive licenses to produce Patriot missiles. (read more)
Now put the lead-in paragraphs as an overlay against that statement. Zelenskyy wants to organize his corrupt financial system, specifically the income aspect, around Ukraine as the world’s leading arms dealer.
Obviously, this business model provides numerous benefits for everyone inside the Ukraine govt operation whose lifestyle and affluence are dependent on the inflow of massive amounts of money.
If Zelenskyy can get the Patriot Missile licenses, then he can expand his business operation to build and sell Patriots’ to Germany (have been begging for them) and beyond. Zelenskyy becomes the EU hub for EU-NATO arms manufacturing and production. He’s not stupid. If the USA pulls back from EU-NATO, Zelenskyy steps in to fill the void. That appears to be his overall plan.
Put that perspective into the overview and consider how Russian President Vladimir Putin reviews the future landscape, against the background of increased calls for a negotiated ceasefire and/or peace agreement.
Do we think Putin wants to accept Ukraine as a major producer of NATO weapons, right next door? Not likely. As Zelenskyy seeks to expand his business model, it’s exactly the opposite of what Putin/Trump would view as steps toward a settlement of hostility.
Zelenskyy has asked his benefactors for another $27 billion toward his expanded operations. However, as internal NABU corruption investigators keep finding massive amounts of siphoned cash in the offices of his officials, ex. recently discovering over $140 million dollars in cash hidden in Arsen Zhumadilov’s offices, the EU-NATO partners are telling Zelenskyy the optics just don’t look good.
An interim distribution of €6.6 billion has been approved. After paying indulgencies to the Ukraine govt insiders, there should be around €5 billion for enhanced economic support, which includes funding the Ukraine headhunters to scour the countryside and conscript those unwilling to pay fees to avoid the meatgrinder.
Meanwhile, South Korea is furious at Zelenskyy for giving a speech at the United Nations where he told the world two North Korean soldiers were captured on the battlefield and handed over to South Korea.

Zelenskyy doesn’t care about such diplomatic minutiae, and besides, cocaine is a hell of a drug.
Zelenskyy really needs the cash flow in order to keep going. Outside of the government officials Zelenskyy is obligated to pay there’s a consortium of NGO’s and ancillary western entities the money needs to keep funding. Now why would President Trump agree to that when he wants to end the war??? That doesn’t make any sense to me to give Zelensky the sole right to license our Patriot missiles??? The grifter is being given more grift from President Trump? Someone explain how that makes any sense? TIA
Having a license may have restrictions, and may not include the technology necessary to produce the Patriots. For example, having a license to produce arms that cannot be sold to certain countries, and also consider that these are strictly defensive, so they will protect Europe against non-existent attacks, but could protect Ukraine makes some sense.
Also, the license pays the US without any need to produce anything or sell any Patriots. So, you want some, buy from Z.
Z-man says a lot of things. I think sometimes he declares things that he wants to be true in the hopes of forcing that outcome. When this is confirmed by our government, then I will expend brain cells on it.

Um, I doubt the Russians will allow a Ukrainian arms industry to flourish, unless of course the AD weapons are combat tested the moment they roll of the production lines. Pipe dreams, for a nation that has lost half its modern warehouse space, is incapable of producing steel, or defending its airspace or has command of its territorial waters.
As for Patriots, they are largely defensive systems, which are mobile in name only, and need to be part of a fully integrated AD system, which Ukraine is still lacking. They also don’t affect the war’s direction strategically (they can’t save the thousands of Ukrainian troops in the pockets that are developing, for example, around the Kharkov region). and also keep the DS from triggering their Russia 3 redux operation, which the MSM have pre-written on their laptops.
As with the US and Iran, Russia will not stop till she has achieved her strategic objectives, something the European globalists cannot, or will not acknowledge. Hence the ongoing fantasy’s about the viability of Ukraine and the resilience of the Iranian regime. President Trump is demonstrating that the US has the long-term resolve to achieve its strategic goals, hence the respect both Putin and Xi show him and the realisation that MAGA is far far more than a simple political philosophy, but a political paradigm shift.
Something some of its home-grown supporters are still struggling with, when aligning their political compasses, whereas the movement’s enemies are well down the road of understanding, hence their increasing retreat into comforting fictions like this announcement.
