The Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen reportedly hit Saudi Arabia’s east/west pipeline with drones. President Trump did not strike the Houthi’s. Despite knowing oil prices would jump, President Trump told Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salmon to approach the issue carefully.
Reuters, citing an Axios report based on two US officials, said Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman called Trump twice on Thursday and pressed for military action. Trump rejected the request, according to the report.
Why would President Trump ‘not’ strike back against the Iran-backed Houthi rebels, knowing the drone attack on the Saudi pipeline would only worsen the oil issue? Well, you won’t read this anywhere else…. However, if Saudi Arabia shut down the east/west pipeline for a while (they just did), then the oil flowing to the Red Sea that ends up in Europe would be halted (it just was).
Think about it. All of a sudden Europe cannot get oil from Mohammed bin Salmon. So, how does that change the dynamic of President Trump’s desired leverage toward Europe in his approach to bringing Russian oil back into the market.
I hope everyone can see the dynamic. All of a sudden that Russian oil Europe hates so much, turns into dependency leverage against EU antagonisms against solving the Ukraine-Russia conflict. This is not happening accidentally.
Oil Price News – Saudi Aramco has canceled or delayed crude deliveries to European refiners after the shutdown of the kingdom’s East-West pipeline cut into one of its remaining routes around the Strait of Hormuz.
At least three European refiners have had late-September cargoes canceled or pushed as far out as November, according to market sources cited by Argus. Two more expect notices covering September supplies.
The 7-million-bpd East-West pipeline has been offline since a September 10 attack. The pipeline carries crude from eastern Saudi oil fields to the Red Sea port of Yanbu, bypassing Hormuz.
One market source told Argus that every Saudi cargo scheduled for the final 10 days of September could be at risk. The same source estimated that Yanbu had roughly five days of crude inventories remaining. Argus could not independently confirm that estimate, and Aramco declined to comment.
In August, Bloomberg had reported that Aramco would supply full contractual crude volumes to at least three European refiners for September.
But no Saudi crude has departed Yanbu since September 11, according to Vortexa data cited by Argus. (read more)
Essentially, the Houthi “attack” on the Saudi pipeline just shut down oil going to Europe.
Europe needs oil. This is not an optional dynamic.
Russia has the oil that Europe now desperately needs.
Suddenly, the geopolitical dynamic has shifted, as an outcome of the economic/energy dynamic shifting, at a very opportune time for President Trump to hold optimal leverage to get Europe to reconsider their opposition to a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire.
.
Are you sure it was the Houthi’s who hit the pipeline?

It’s like we are watching a movie.
Grab the popcorn as we build up to the midterms.
I’m on Team Trump!
you need to change that to Team Trump/Sundance. you will not find this information revealed anywhere else in the world today-thank you Sundance.
Definitely THANK YOU, Sundance!
Continued BLESSINGS of Wisdom, Discernment, & Protection from The LORD!
AMEN, AMEN, & AMEN
30 yr mortgage rates at 7.1%, diesel fuel over $10/gal in CA as we head into colder weather so produce needs to come from there for most of the rest of the country, idiots on the Supreme Court, young people feeling disenfranchised with expenses/interest rates the president promised them would go down and with a looming feeling of boots on the ground in Iran… more power to you if you believe the GOP RINO leadership can hold on and retain the house and senate.
I think we’re watching different movies, but I sure as hell hope you’re right and I’m wrong.
I am sobbing in desperation over your post.
why? this is excellent news that should tell you who’s really driving the ship-Trump
So many trolls anymore. Failure to grasp the situation.
diesel fuel over $10/gal in CA……….Oh golly, and why would that be?🤣
I wonder what the bank/credit union/ loan company parking lots look like with all those diesel pickups sitting around and no buyers.
Wasn’t it Newsom and his merry band who taxed not just everybody out of California, but businesses too? And a couple of those businesses were refineries. No returns on all that tax money except from more creative ways to raise and collect …. more taxes.
And Paramount is considering relocating out of the statedue to the CA lawsuit against its merger.
TX wants them…
I read somewhere that American idol is leaving ca as well. Maybe they’re owned by Paramount? Don’t know or really care to be honest.
The DemonRat-Communists are going to steal the state anyways. California can stew in their own shit.
“The steal” is a given in California. And one could bet the same in Oregon and Washington, too, as the entire west coast governance (and media) is awash in Marxist ideology and communist control. And that’s a reality. Not a “conspiracy theory” by far.
As it’s been said many times before, yet needs to be said again, “No one is voting their way out of this mess.” But you can keep pretending I suppose.
President Trump, IMO, really is the only hope of grasping this nation from the jaws of globalism and returning and/or maintaining what freedoms & liberties we have, or once had. “The Supremes” surely aren’t going to do it
Actually, California passed laws prohibiting dumping of sewage sludge and “biosolids” in their state, and haul it to Arizona, Nevada, and Utah to dump. They make other states stew in their shit.
In Yuma, Arizona, they’re fighting back. Just Google “Yuma is Not a Toilet”.
In the mid-90’s when everyone was barking about how ‘great’ the Clinton economy was, 30yr mortgage rates were over 8% and up to 10% depending on your credit score. I bought a house during that time and got 8.5% and felt lucky it wasn’t 9 or 10. I remember the rates being in the 20’s in the late 70’s. Something in the 8 range felt like a bargain at the time. I personally think 5 or 6 should be the goal based only on my thoughts, not heavy research… so ymmv.
If we make money too easy to borrow, we wind up with another 2008 crash and no one wants that.
“Kids today” (anyone under about 35 imho) need to adjust their sights down to reality for someone just starting out. That would ‘fix’ a lot of their hurt feelings and worries. Their assessment of what they think they deserve as just starting out (and I mean that first 10-15yrs out of their last bit of school, whatever it was) is way off, imho anyway.
I agree. 5-6% is a fair rate with inflation at 3%.
The former 2-3% rates just drove up the price of housing and created the next bubble.
The same can be said for student loans and the cost of a college education. The sellers of houses (or cars) know people look at the monthly payment, not the total cost over the amortization of the loan.
First new vehicle I bought, I vividly remember the salesman asking “what do you want your monthly payment to be?”. And I remember going back and forth trying to get to the point about the final -price- I was willing to pay… didn’t care to negotiate the mo. payment b/c their game is to just add another year or two to the loan period to lower the monthly.
That’s how they get ya!
Agree on college… way outta hand now. It all went to hell when 0bama decided to back every possible college loan with gov’t money while also directing colleges to accept any/every student and indulge their dreams to give them a degree in whatever zany degree they wanted.
Colleges saw a new gold-mine and of course started accepting way more kids taking that juicy gov’t money and the great College-Cost-Inflation Crisis started and we’re still stuck with it.
And, in the 70’s, under Carter, home interest rates were 18-21%. We’d have embraced 7-8%!!!
Don’t doubt me, I have a good memory. It’s probably out there on a website, if you care to look.
Not only do I not doubt you, I said the same thing in my post 🙂
quoting myself:
“I remember the rates being in the 20’s in the late 70’s.”
Tell me how any of the above ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ IS AMERICA FIRST????
Damn tired of hearing, America first. It’s America last.
Americans are being bamboozled in every way financially.
At the pump-$6+ DIESEL? Travel/trucking are done.
Electricity
Taxes-property/city/state/federal
Insurance-rates have doubled and tripled for properties.
Health Insur-IS THERE ANY COMMENT NEEDED? Health/med/hospital/MD care=TRASH/GARBAGE
Food
Interest rates-mortgage rates are soaring
ALL the essentials NEEDED for survival and existence ARE at highest levels ever.
Americans, working and middle class are being DRIVEN to oblivion.
The rich are getting richer and the poor taken care of cradle to grave.
The corporate biz world is raking in the cash. Suppose that’s the part of American First we are supposed to celebrate.
Someone in the TRump Admin is tone deaf, don’t care or simply running up the score.
GOT IT=MIDTERMS will bring reality.
Oh gosh, what was I thinking? Surely the marxist/communisst will make it all better. Silly me. And if the commies happen to struggle a bit in improving the quality of your life they can always call in their Islamic brothers to help. I think that would be the “icing on the cake,” don’t you? Or am I mistaken?
Yes, and the DemonRat-Communists will solve all the problems!
/s/
You need to turn off the MSM.
Trump better have one hell of an October surprise, because at this point, the voter is still being hammered by food inflation, high interest rates affecting debt refinancing, a housing slump, tariffs that have not resulted in new factory development, and now fuel wars that will drain surplus US supply and spike our spot prices. All of Trump’s improvements are arriving next year, but the voters need something NOW or we’re going to lose the House and Senate.
pretty sure he knows that. my suggestion would be to trust the plan.
Enough with that stupid saying. There is no plan. And trust no one. That’s a better plan
Yeah right and besides, AI is gonna kill us all next week so
“at this point, what difference does it make?”
Because we have a relationship with God, most of us here remember what He says to us: our peace depends upon us trusting Him first and foremost to care for us as a Father would.
We also don’t know the big picture that God has for how He is going to restore our Constitutional Republic. But we see that He has caused the correct people to be in the right positions at this time to move us forward to HIs purpose for this nation.
I imagine that when people on this site say: “Trust the Plan” they are referring to God’s Plan.
Don’t you see? Lol!
Trump played you!
Your trolling points above made this move by Trump possible. lol!
The strategy was to keep Trump from winning these wars and to keep prices high at the pump (and everything else) and then have all the Neil Oliver’s come out in Tokyo Rose fashion and bemoan that all is lost! and Trump is a failure!
But Trump used that expectation against them and now they are at his mercy.
Amen brother and sister.
MIDTERMS score card will be BRUTAL.
American working and middle class are being HOSED.
NOTHING America First about these 2Y of RINO/Trump/Congress/Admin Cabinet leadership.
Congress doesn’t care. They’ve WORKED (joke right) 79 days this yr, I believe that’s the number I read recently.
Anyone else worked full-time jobs at 79 days this yr????
McConnell exhumed from the dead and placed in a wheel chair yesterday. STILL raking in that paycheck and Elaine Chao probably back in China..with daddy ming dynasty. Yeah, gouge me some more for food, fuel, electricity, health insur, health care, property taxes and fed income taxes….
Does anybody really think putting democommies in charge will make things better? We all know the answer to that. If your memory needs refreshing, just think of the Bidumb years.
jwmson does. He and his Democrat friends.
Yep, I’m going to vote for the DemonRats-Communists. They’ll fix everything!
One need only look at their candidates. The best ever! I really miss the Biden cabinet. Was there ever a more accomplished group of people?
Hell, I think it’s a travesty that Rep. Al Green had his district redrawn. He will be missed.
Yep, it’s time for the MAGA folks to jump ship and embrace the future World of Next Tuesday!
Tell me HOW the RINO’s have?
I”ve not voted for a democrat since Carter’s 1st term and couldn’t wait to vote for Reagan aftwards.
So we can go down the R line-Bush and Bush, and the nominees, Dole, Romney, McCain and the GOP leaders, Ryan, Boehner, Robinson, Thune, McConnell…and you are going to tell me I’m better off with these??? Thank God for Reagan and Nixon…
Certainly, bho destroyed the country and Biden his part and Clinton & Clinton did/would have done same. WHO in the Party blocked, tried to block, bho?? ALL in the party pool…..
Save me the opinions. I’m a realist.
Never did I say the dems would do better.
But don’t play the R party ticket to me…
Never surrender!
You’re not really that ignorant, uninformed, and/or is it “indoctrinated” with all of the communist/socialist bullshit you’ve been subjected to over (I would bet) the majority of your life?
First, the “King” of socialism himself, Joe Biden, brought us the first three topics on your list.
Food inflation, high interest rates (as he printed money 24/7 for 4 years) as well as causing the housing slump by gleefully importing 10 MILLION+ illegal aliens. Yeah, that’s them sleeping in the housing that American citizens can’t find).
As for “factory development,” one would have to be completely brain dead not to see or realize that the “opposition” (i.e., Marxist/Communist/Democrats), who have zero ideas as how to improve America, spend every waking moment in filing lawsuits opposing EVERYTHING Trump does in order to IMPROVE and PROTECT America.
Oh, and don’t let me forget our US surplus fuel supply. Again, that happened under Biden’s watch once again. Look it up. Biden nearly drained it while trying to artificially keep prices low. While refilling the supply was one of Trump’s first Executive orders. Go figure.
And finally, as for “losing the House and Senate” in November. All I can say is quit watching and reading the propagandized bs continuously spewed forth by ALL of the MSM, from ABC, NBC, FOX, et al to Newsweek, Washington Post, NY Times, etc. It’s not healthy to consume such garbage. On the contrary, absorb much more accurate and truthful info from conservative blogs online and THEN you can shrill about what a wonderful President we actually have.
Have a good day. MAGA!
That North Sea oil is looking mighty appealing right about now.
Winter is coming.
Venezuela
And the Communists in the UK are doubling down on “clean energy” and carbon credits.
May God bless the Norwegians, as they are helping England meet its greenhouse gas goals.
😎
ROFL!
Call this whatever you like – 4D Chess, a self-initiated false flag, a coincidence.
This – Europe without oil – is hilarious.
Fortunately for Europe, they have a few windmills and Canada to save them.
Not hilarious for the little people in Europe who will have freezing temperatures this winter.
They will keep warm by the fires in the streets when the people finally revolt and overthrow their overlords.
We should send them marshmallows.
The fires already set by the invading hordes; all they have to do is go outside.
Also, Graham crackers and chocolate as well as a tutorial on making smores. I wonder if that’s another American food that sounds nasty to them until they try it.
Or……….little Z can hold an election.
Yes, since they have no guns.
They should vote better.
You mean the little people who voted for those Euroclowns? Looks like they FAFO’d.
Eastern Canada gets their oil from the middle east. Canada has very little pipeline capacity from oil producing provinces to eastern Canada. Green Energy you know. Europe won’t be getting much oil from Canada.
A cia houther pipeline hit? Maybe AI whothies?
RT picked up the story, too.

Thanks, that was a good read as well as another there
Here’s a good one about Loomer over in the Ukraine on that oligarch’s nickel.

That was good too
That place is a soap opera of corruption.
Show me anyplace that isn’t.
Comment at RT article:
…..” Europe doesn’t need oil from the Middle East. Europe produces more aerothermal energy from their leaders mouth spewing enough hot air to supply the entire world energy needs for the next two hundred years.”……..
Thanks Sundance, I needed something positive to finish my day…bill
Winter is coming. I’m sure that the European elites have a plan for this. How well do windmills and solar panels work in the dead of the winter season that far north of the equator?
Maybe enough for the ruling classes with the reduced output. Not so much for everyone else.
Haves and have-nots.
……’Best of times…the worst of times…..’?
History does rhyme.
Knowledge once held, lost and lessons to relearned for another generation.
Pointman wrote an eloquent essay about his volunteer efforts tending to elderly who are freezing to death in their own homes because they can’t afford their inflated heating bills / energy costs that result from Britain / Europe putting all their eggs in the “renewables” basket. So they leave their heat off or way down or get cut off for non-payment
https://thepointman.wordpress.com/2017/07/21/solaris-two/
A couple excerpts:
“I got the ones nobody else could get near, but eventually weaseled inside their defenses to get them out of bed, change the linen and introduce them to disposable diapers. Get some liquids down them, a regular infusion of some soup I’d bring along …
“Putting a straw in a Styrofoam cup of soup and clasping your hands around theirs because they’ve got some shakes …
“I learnt to spot the proud ones who’d never leave their house for some f#cking animal shelter pretending to be a care home …
“I – like them – saw who the real enemy was. They knew what they were doing in choosing their own place of death in their home …
Sad that he passed on. I really liked his writing.
Thank you, nim.
I remember reading this once upon a time. It broke my heart and infuriated me in equal measures.
Where technocracy seeks to replace every human function, it will fail where is there is compassion and kindness. And that may be its Achilles heel. Our first and last hope 🙏🏻
They will need to cancel more elections to survive winter and the subsequent 12 months.
The green new deal will be tested. Will power from Windmills supply heating for homes and businesses, and transportation of goods? Will solar panels in the dead of winter supply power.
Perhaps the European citizens and invited invaders will find out if the emperor (von Leyden) is naked.
You know, those windmills and solar panels work just fine when they’re plugged in.
LOL
0.o
I like how you think!
“if the emperor (von Leyden) is naked.”
That is something I do not wish to see!
Of All the Demonic Night Hags Feminism Spat Out, Ursula von der Leyen may be the most Genocidal

It has been tested, and failed miserably.
A corrupt, life destroying, money laundering scheme (See Al Gore, rich as Croesus on the back of it).
Nothing more.
There is so much heat sunk in the Euro’s apartments left over from their non-air conditioned summer that they won’t need heat until mid-February. They wish.
While in France a dozen+ years ago, I was hit with a 3,500 Euro heating bill for our apartment for 2 months. The exchange rate at the time was $1.50+/Euro. You do the math.
You can joke about it all you want. but, as we later learned, in the winter many French people close up most of the rooms in their house or apartment and huddle around the kitchen and living room to save on heating costs. For many, many of the French, heat is a luxury.
The same reason they do not use toilet paper, only a bidet ,the sewage system is from the 18th century.
Hey! Bidets can be cleaner!
Historic home, American South, rural, heat indeed a luxury. Most of house kept ‘cold’ in winter, kitchen/master bath kept slightly warm.
Turn-Key to water meter kept at front door. If power goes out, water turned off. Rarely happens.
Decades of big city life, joyfully left behind.
BTW, chill temps are great for burning adipose brown fat, especially at the stomach. Alas, never been over weight, but I do eat all I want in winter.
From AI: ” The fat in your lower stomach that cold weather helps burn is white adipose tissue (or white fat), which is converted into calorie-burning brown fat or beige fat.
How do windmills and solar panels work in the dead of the winter?
From the light and heat of many pitchforks
They are all going to stand around their burning Chinese electric cars to stay warm.
Global warmingClimate change will save them from severe winter. El Nino or La Nina will cause havoc around the world (I saw that on You-tube and heard it on the radio). The people in my village have a legend
They believe because they are stupid
I believe it too!
(Old Phil Leeds comedy routine)
Did the interviewer tell Weazelinski that’s been debunked? No, I didn’t think so.
“Europe needs oil. This is not an optional dynamic.”
Ya’ mean they can’t just blow harder on their windmills?
We didn do nuthin!
Faith is believing in things when common sense tells you not to.
So you gotta have faith.
I see you liked one of my favorite movies, too – 1947’s Miracle on 34th Street.
If the lovely Maureen O’Hara said so, I’ll believe it.
It’s a classic!
With friends like the EU/UK/Canada, who needs enemies????
Just askin’….
absolutely riveting.
apparently the EU has no strategic planners on staff –
they just ASSUME that their indulgences will continue indefinitely because,
well gosh, they’re “better” than we are.😂
what i am really curious about is the MBS angle – PT would never leave him stranded.
he’s been very helpful in the ME – a good ally in the conflicts there and a reliable asset in oil.
whatever the “deal” made with MBS has gotta be a doozy! 🤣
He’s clearly on board with this plan. As you say, President Trump would never abandon him. This talk of refusal to conduct military reprisal strikes is just for public consumption. It’s very satisfying to see the screws being put to the commie tyrants of Europe, who are, in fact, our enemies. Now we need something even rougher for the Ukraine midget.
History repeating itself? Germany running out of fuel meant their downfall in WW2.
Oil trading is very volatile at the moment. Crude above $105 a barrel. Brent is over $108
“Oil trading is very volatile”
Place the blame for prices where it belongs – on the commodities traders.
Just like President Putin said in his most recent speech.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2026/09/13/president-vladimir-putin-explains-why-nato-wants-a-war-against-russia/#more-286955
Trump’s plan is brilliant, not only because it forces the European Elites to show their cards and reveal the Globalist Greenies secret dependence on the oil they profess to hate, but because it caught the globalist-controlled media flat-footed with no time to drum up support for military strikes against the Houthis.
It’s hardly coincidental that Trump’s de-facto squeeze on Europe’s oil supply comes as the same time that Rubio announces the U.S. is shifting millions of dollars in military aid from Europe to support Trump-aligned, conservative-leaning governments in the Americas.
The fact that there’s a conservative revolution brewing in Europe was made crystal-clear by the recent clobbering Merz took at the hands of the conservative AfD in Germany and similar recent wins by Marine Le Pen’s conservative RN party in France…and that was before the news that Europe is about to run out of oil!
It’ll be interesting to see how the EU/NATO gang will manage to declare war on Russia and beg for their oil at the same time!
It was a plan until we were kicked in the teeth…..eh EU?
Winter’s coming.
brrrrrr….
Looks like the European cucks might need to send their trannie army to protect the Saudi oil flow. Makes me smile.
Fuel prices in Germany are already high. Diesel at €2.417 a liter.
While the focus will be at the petrol station fuel for all transport is going up not to mention the upcoming inflation.
Was the pipeline really “hit”? AI can create excellent pictures. Just sayin’.
Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
0.o
For every action there is a reaction. When AI is involved depicting an action, the reaction is predictable. And, to your point the pipeline has stopped flowing. I could totally see how 4D chess is played under this theory.
MSM recently said the houthis were within 20 miles of U.S troops stationed in Saudi. That was floated for a brief time, and now … nothing said about it anymore.
Was it something to stir the pot, only to discover nobody was picking up what they were putting down?
well, they do say that diplomacy is the art of letting someone else have your way…..so I guess PDJT just let The EU and European nations have his way on Ukraine-Russia. And the added bonus we will all laugh at is that in the end when the peace deal is signed between Ukraine and Russia, the EU leaders will all be trumpeting it as their own plan all along.
I’ve also heard it said that diplomacy is the art of saying “nice doggy” until you can find a rock. European citizens have been in an abusive relationship with their governments for longer than the US. It is especially bad now with the all out demographic attack on all Western nations — odd that nobody ever pushes migration into sub-Saharan Africa, eh?
Breaking the backs of the arrogant globalist banking cartel could be Trump’s biggest win. Peace is the prize.
I doubt Trump hit the Saudi pipeline to Europe. Not sure that’s what Sundance was insinuating, either. Maybe Russia hit it?
But I am feeling the schadenfreud seeing the warmongering EU do without oil. 😁
There is no pipeline to Europe.
Not sure what you are talking about.
True, but there should be one. Sadly, the Syrian people paid the price for Russian support of the deposed Assad regime. The cost of support was no gas or oil pipeline through Syrian to Europe. Russia didn’t want the competition.
The geological moves spin my head.
Like you say, follow the money. Trillions are at stake.
Ok. The Saudi east/west pipeline that the Houthis may or may not have hit, that eventually supplies oil to Europe.
That pipeline.
If I’m understanding everything correctly.
“Essentially, the Houthi “attack” on the Saudi pipeline just shut down oil going to Europe.“
This pipeline. I understand it doesn’t go directly to Europe.
Ping!
Very Stable Genius folks, he is playing 4D Chess, allways knows everything going on.
It is a shame the SupremeCourt trio suggested to him are such wussies.
But he is on top of his game.
I wish he would make it 48 as well and keep the Cabinet exactly the same as it is, all starplayers: Bessent, Hegseth, Grenell, Patel (give him credit please), maybe even Gabbard returns and the Starplayer: Rubio!
If Vance takes over the same goes, keep the winning team intact, don’t change a winning team.
Gee, just when the Euro-weenies were lusting for war against Russia, they will now have to go to Vlad and beg to keep the lights on and house warm this winter.
Maybe they can burn some of those Russian assets they seized.
Maybe, but I wouldn’t put it past them to start some schtuff with Russia, and then demand the U.S live up to its agreed NATO role from way back. The scrawny always talk smack when they know there is something/someone big and powerful to back them up. I say we sit this out, and let them handle the bar fight they egged on.
President Trump is lucky and has insight to not let a crisis go to waste or “are you sure it was the houthi’s who hit the pipeline”? Britian and europe are really going to suffer this winter.
Maybe they can get canada to send them some oil.
I may be misunderstanding the end of the post:
to get Europe to reconsider their opposition to a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire.
As I understand it, it’s Europe and the other warmongers pushing for a ceasefire so that they can pause the advancing Russians, resupply and fortify Ukraine, build up their own forces to something closer to what’s needed to take on Russia, and kick the can past the US election in hopes the Democrats get enough power to force Trump to allow war.
Did Sundance mean peace treaty, or has something happened while I wasn’t paying attention again?
“in hopes the Democrats get enough power to force Trump to allow war.“
There’s only 1 way that can be done, CONgress would have to declare war.
I (think I) figured it out eventually: he means the proposed agreement not to hit each others’ energy supplies.
Not sure that will work when the Euros are so happy to have their citizens freeze in the dark under normal circumstances, never mind when they see a chance to Get Trump in the process.
Wondering what effect this will have…as the Houthis attempt a strike on Mecca in Saudi Arabia https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/09/iran-backed-houthis-attempt-strike-mecca-saudi-arabia/
I can’t wait for the Promethean Action take on all this.
Something like City of London driven actions to push up oil prices and hurt Trump in the midterms have been deftly turned by Trump against all of Europe.
Yep. I can hear the euro weanies now …. wait, wait…. whuuut?
So, this winter, we shall see a return to the miserly heating examples, (from 1843) in the UK, of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol.
The cost of heating the dreary shop and home will be “dear this year” as Ebenezer Scrooge might say to the suffering Bob Cratchit.
In all of those 183 years since the time of Charles Dickens, Europe STILL cannot keep warm in winter.
An everyday life of misery in Europe is not a flaw. It is a feature.
Even prehistoric cavemen could heat their caves with firewood. Those who cannot get a clue SHOULD perish.
was the reason for the decision to cancel BECAUSE Iran has flattened SA oil production..or the imagination of it.
we return to the thesis of ALL WARS ARE ENERGY WARS
and we might want to examine that battlefield exercised by AI (media perpetuated, real or imagined) that AGI has now self realized?
questions remain
what we do know…200+ USD$ per global barrel of oil prices soon.
who benefits?
US AND SA primarily
God Bless AND HELP US ALL
I was always under the impression pipelines can be fixed relatively quickly.
The Axis Powers in WW2 were able, even after Allied bombings, to quickly bring their refineries back online.
Alber Speer, in his book Inside the Third Reich, noted a German air attack on a Russian refinery that appear devastating. His own refining experts told him they could have the damaged plant running in a week.
Was it not DT who criticized the EU not so long ago for being so dependent on Russian oil and gas? Then came the sanctions….and reduction on direct Russian energy purchase by EU member states. Now it is some genius move to push them back to Russian oil?
Well, they have been given enough time to develop the north shore oil we keep hearing about. Or at least making progress anyway.
Well said, Sundance! Giddy Up!
The other dynamic here is that the Saudi’s failed to completely support US Israeli operations against Iran and have been continually waffling back and forth depending on how they think the wind is blowing at the particular time as they always do.
Now, because their assets and territory are threatened, and because the Saudi’s are totally inept wimps when it comes to actually putting significant boots on the ground and committing to a real combined arms campaign even when their own soil and primary source of income is being attacked, they come begging the US to help. Trump tells them to pound sand and that if they want help they should go talk to Israel. Israel is now cooperating with the Saudis.
Can anyone say advancement of the Abraham Accords?
City of london banking cartel used the sanctioned iranian oil as collateral for the yen carry trade — up until Bessent sold euros to buy yen and trump shut off the supply of sanction iranian oil! in short, without $150 – $200 per barrel for oil they lose biggly on the wrong side of their bets!
Can anyone say advancement of the Abraham Accords?
Few will notice, but it is brillant!
Just as much as I was “sure” the Russians blew up their own Nordstream pipeline.
lol
good question Sundance
What I actually see is that it is necessary to understand these dynamics from more than one perspective. On the one hand, we hear that the Saudis are ‘weak’ against the Houthis. We also hear that President Trump will not support the Saudis militarily, and the Saudis are incapable of striking back. We are led to make an opinion, based on those reports. But what we don’t readily hear is the shut down of the oil pipeline. Nor do we hear about how this affects Europe, and the bigger picture…Ukraine and Europe’s stand against Russia. And then, of course, the question….who actually hit the pipeline. What this particular issue proves is that NOTHING is as it initially appears. Forming opinions on one portion of this, without knowing all of it, misleads us into not understanding the issue at all.
Where does the Canadian Oil come into play?
What, is Canaduh going to start a bucket brigade. Canaduh never built pipelines from Alberta to either their east or west coast ‘cause “Just go green, Jack.” All their oil flows into the USA.
And getting an oil pipeline through Communist BC will be impossible.
I’ll take a shot.
As the global price of the oil rises, Alberta will not be able to take full advantage of it due to Canadian provinces blocking pipeline construction, as well as the federal war against carbon-based energy.
Will it be enough to advance Alberta to look at secession? I doubt it, but it may have an effect on future Albertan trade with the USA.
Wait til canada finds out since they are, or want to be part of the EU, that canada needs to cap their wells to fall more in line with EU policy.
Sure and punch the American people harder in the gut with higher prices! No thanks! I’m seeing everything going up fast, too fast!
Suck it up and put your big boy pants on.
Our President is a Very Stable Genius!
I wonder what all of the Eyore Doomers will make of this. 😂😂😂
That depends on the AI code and how much the AI has been fed NYT, Wapo, MSNow, CNN, and all the other leftwing tripe.
Brilliant. Wish we could keep President Trump in office for another four years.
Whether our President is if the opinion we can handle another pinch at the pumps and food prices, some of us can’t. Yes I understand what he’s trying to do but it’s time to drop all federal tax on our fuel and gas! We need a short term holiday until this aligns! Investigations into gouging are not moving forward and for some of us, it’s make it or break it time!
Whenever you need a boogie man you can sure count on those Houthies!!
Meh, I still think we should help the Arabs obliterate the Houthis. I’m tired of hearing about the Houthis.
This will certainly help the EU nations in their lunatic agenda to achieve net zero carbon. So what if the sheeple freeze. They will migrat more in the warm weather months. They have a win win situation.
Trump told them to ask Israelis for intelligence. They did. They got.
The Houthi bombing of the Saudi pipeline is helping the U.S. in other ways also:
1. In an attempt to become independent from the United States and Israel, the Saudis signed the Mecca Joint Defense Pact with Turkey and Pakistan on August 7. But neither of those countries will help them fight the Houthis. In contrast, Israel is providing them with targeting intelligence. Click here.
2. The Saudis can no longer avoid the Straight of Hormuz by piping their oil to the Red Sea, so they are switching back to Hormuz where they are dependent upon the U.S. to keep Hormuz open for their oil exports. Click here.
3. The mainstream media continues to pretend that there are few oil tankers transiting through Hormuz, but the flow has increased so much that oil tankers can be seen proceeding not only by night, but also by day. Huge tankers are going back and forth under U.S. protection. Once through Hormuz they transfer their oil and gas to other tankers who aren’t willing to take the risk. Click here.
In short, before the the Houthi attack, The Saudis were trying to steer a more independent course, but the Houthi attack is driving them back into the U.S. camp. Meanwhile, the exports of Saudi oil will continue, but through Hormuz, instead of through the Red Sea. It will soon drive down the world price of crude oil.
“Once through Hormuz they transfer their oil and gas to other tankers who aren’t willing to take the risk”
That is creating headaches for the insurance industry (too bad)
“…Transfers outside the strait exist to keep a ship out of it. One vessel carries the cargo through the dangerous water. A second meets it beyond the strait and takes the cargo to the buyer. That separates the physical journeys without removing the buyer’s dependence on Gulf supply, and it says nothing about whether the receiving vessel has earlier or future exposure there.
The condition applies to that second vessel, and it matters to an owner who expects to send the ship into the Gulf again.
The cost can arrive in two places. An owner may seek more compensation, negotiate protection or decline the transfer outright before any listing occurs, so the threat can affect today’s price. If the ship is later listed, a subsequent passage could expose it to the threatened consequences. Neither the announcement nor the reported transactions establishes how long the gap between a transfer and any listing would be.
The question is how much an owner demands today for accepting a cargo that could complicate tomorrow’s employment, not what happens to the cargo. Answering it requires knowing the vessel’s next commitments, the protection written into its contract and the financial room to absorb a disputed or delayed payment…”

The EU will sit on it and let their people suffer until after the mid-term elections here in the US.
They are not going to concede and wrap up their Reddit war and hand President Trump a win.
“no Saudi crude has departed Yanbu since September 11, “
The irony is so thick
It certainly didn’t help the Saudi cause when they opted not to join the fight against Iran.
