I’ve said this so frequently it almost becomes obscene to keep repeating it. Many of the most professional political class in Washington DC just flat out believe the echo-chambering bubble created by the intelligence apparatus inside the beltway. The Republican political leadership, in this case Speaker Mike Johnson, genuinely believes they are doing what the American people want them to do.
I can say this with certitude, because I have looked at their eyes when challenging their assumptions and mindset, and I can tell they truly do not think they are lying. They are so detached from comprehending anything adverse to their worldview, they genuinely believe what they are saying is factually accurate and true. It’s not; all of it is total nonsense, but the pressure from the intelligence apparatus is so strong and encompassing, these politicians cannot fathom it’s wrong.
To be sure, there are some like Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, John Cornnyn, John Thune etc. the UniParty leadership, that know the IC narrative is completely false; they know what they are doing is corrupt and wrong, but they dare not challenge the administrative state apparatus that controls them. However, in the case of Johnson and others like Scalise, he really doesn’t know. He’s a believer in this fraud. WATCH (1 minute):
The 30 Republican Senators who voted to authorize FISA surveillance and simultaneously authorize funding an insufferable and unwinnable conflict in Ukraine are:
John Barrasso of Wyoming, John Boozman of Arkansas, Katie Britt of Alabama, Ted Budd of North Carolina, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, John Cornyn of Texas, Tom Cotton of Arkansas, Mike Crapo of Idaho, Joni Ernst of Iowa, Deb Fischer of Nebraska, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Chuck Grassley of Iowa, Cindy Hyde-Smith of Mississippi, John Kennedy of Louisiana, James Lankford of Oklahoma, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, Jerry Moran of Kansas, Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Pete Ricketts of Nebraska, Mitt Romney of Utah, Mike Rounds of South Dakota, Marco Rubio of Florida, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, John Thune of South Dakota, Thom Tillis of North Carolina, Roger Wicker of Mississippi and Todd Young of Indiana.
The ROLL CALL VOTE IS HERE. Please remember these names.
These are the same Senators who said nothing while the weaponized system of government organized a corrupt intelligence operation against candidate Donald Trump in 2016. These are the same Senators who are looking for any reason to support the removal of Donald Trump from the GOP ticket. These are the same Republican senators who refuse to contemplate representative government. They live in a bubble of deceit, and they despise the American electorate.
This is the same GOPe crew who: hated the Tea Party, supported the IRS targeting of conservative groups, supported the IC targeting of candidate Trump, supported the Senate Intelligence Committee participating with the IC to attack Trump, and who oppose any effort to diminish the power of the upper chamber from U.S. politics.
There is no way to talk these Republican senators into different approaches or convince them to stop participating in the weaponization of government. These Republicans support government first; the American electorate are much lower in their eyes. They have convinced themselves they are righteous in all aspects.
There is no volume of unquestionable evidence you can put in front of them that will change their opinion or change their behavior. Talking to them about the flaws in their mindset is akin to discussing the risks of the COVID-19 vaccine with a person in line to get their 5th booster shot. It’s a really difficult reality to accept, but this is just the way it is.
They do not answer emails; they refuse to take phone calls; they ignore constituents on issues of the Deep State; their sense of individual identity is dependent on retention of a collective premise that is fundamentally fraudulent.
I’m not sure what can be done, other than replacing them, and their very existence is a case study in why the bankers of 1913 constructed the 17th amendment.
I am asked all the time what can be done to correct this messed up system of government that has become the USA. My only answer continues to be, “repeal the 17th amendment.” There is not a singular issue that would so comprehensively deconstruct every single aspect of government corruption as would happen with a one paragraph repeal of the 17th amendment.
Links to information re how senators were chosen prior to the 17th amendment:
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=how+were+senators+elected+before+17+amendment&atb=v318-1&t=chromentp&ia=web
Yeah, they were appointed by State Legislatures to represent the interest of the people of their State not the interest of billionaire oligarchs !!!
There was still plenty of corruption just not of the mail in vote type like we have now in WA
Actually TJ I believe the senate was representative of state’s interests while the house was representative for the people’s. But yes, never the interests of oligarchs.
And, IIRC because the State Legislatures appointed them, those State legislatures could RECALL them.
When the 17th was passed, any method for the people to recall a Senator was eliminated.
It also restricts the ability of a large metropolitan area determining who the senators will be via direct election. Selection by the state legislation was a check-and-balance similar to the electoral college.
I don’t know what the makeup of the New York State Legislature is (other than Democrat majority), but could Schumer or Gillibrand get enough support from up-state Democrats to be selected as senators?
who is this history Johnson speaks of?
real people will judge him..and coldy and with no mercy.
God Bless America and have mercy on his soul.
Amen to that reg
If burning in hell comes under mercy then I agree.
Well, since its true that “The Victors write the history” what he is REALLY saying is that he actually believes the tyrannists, anti-MAGA Globullusts will be victorious, and so write the history.
And, lets face it, to the degree its in doubt as to the eventual outcome, IF our enemies were to prevail, PDJT and the MAGA movement would be described in the history books as worse than Hitler and the Nazis.
I really think a major point of Irangate was to besmirch the historic reputation of R. Reagan, to pre-emptively undermine any legacy. It was only his going on TV and “copping to it” which undermined their plan,..
Its what you do when you are compromised… might as well let the Deep State snoop on everyone else and compromise them.
I am sad to see Senator Kennedy from Louisiana on that list.
I think highly of him on most issues but not this one or his vote on this one.
when it comes to the secret police spy state, there are very very very few who can refuse to accept a relationship.
Jefferson is bright enough to understand the legal problems and most certainly the civil rights, and due process problems with 702.
signing off on it, tells me all I really need to know about my home state Rhode scholar.
he drank the koolaid and bathed in it….and consequently he will be handsomely rewarded and regarded as an “untouchable”.
that’s how it works with you get it bed with the mafia…it’s the very same thing.
he will not have a nice life.
God Bless America
Good to see you on here commenting.
Kennedy has usually voted against us … check the record!
He makes great sound bytes for conservative news outlets though. The dude sure talks a good game. He’s a former Democrat, so I guess I shouldn’t have expected much… but man, with the way he talks, you’d think he’d be batting cleanup for the Republicans, not voting with Democrats on key issues.
He is pure rooster head
Exactly right.
It’s good to see his actual voting record being brought to light. He fooled people when he spoke up for Trump during one of the impeachment hearings…but Kennedy stupidly admitted later that he never would have done it if there had been the slightest chance that his vote would have saved Trump from impeachment.
Exactly, Ma’am. He is the appointed “Southern clown” with the witty quips on TV, and fitful interrogations in committee, but overall is just another compromised sellout.
I believe nothing these people say – nothing.
You have been taken in by Sen. Kennedys sound bites,…and forgotten that EVERYTHING you SEE, of what goes on in Congress, in their hearings is SCRIPTED and Choreographed FOR you to see.
Sure, Sen.Kennedy has had some great “sound bites” so have Sen Rand Paul, Sen.Josh Hawley, Representative Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz, etc.
It is all sound and fury, signifying NOTHING.
They know most of us pay little attention to how they vote, or whats IN the bill.
We form our worldview around ‘sound bites’ and short news clips..
You really do not need to waste energy looking for “White hats” or “true MAGA” in Congress.
If they are IN Congress, they are dirty, otherwise THEY WOULDN’T BE THERE!
Ii really is that simple.
Agreed! I don’t remember who said it, but you are correct, sound bites and snapshots is what citizens and others see and focus on, the politicians know it.
This generation and time period in general is known as the “headline” generation. Americans no longer look beyond the headlines anymore. Which explains the popularity of sites like Drudge (formerly anyway).
You can tell when talking with someone if they are a true thinker or a headline person. Like my buddy the other day that said (WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DEFEND TRUMP) “it doesn’t look great that he slept with a porn star and paid her to keep quiet, but that’s not illegal or important to most people.”
I clapped back at him with the quickness. And I said “Doug, that response right there shows me how big the problem is on this planet. Even in your defense of Trump you got it so wrong it’s actually scary.”
I then explained to him what really “happened” or I should say didn’t happen. And then told him it’s important to actually read the whole situation before commenting and looking dumb.
Dan Bongino…
Bingo. You get it completely. I thoroughly enjoy your posts. I feel like not many people see the whole picture. Some still think there is hope for some of these Congress critters. Whenever they do something or vote someway that helps us, bet your a$$ there is an ulterior motive to it and they aren’t doing it for us.
That’s how sad and sick these people are, and our situation has gotten. I think Medvidev nailed it in his interview a few weeks ago when he said it doesn’t matter who Americans elect as those people have little say in what is going to happen. It’s the entrenched Bureaucracy that controls America and the pols are of little use and fully controlled.
Sad sad time we live in.
Eli Crane…. AZ? Turberville AL.?
Johnson?
JD Vance?
Re Check his voting history…..votes with McConnell.
I’m not surprised @ ‘Murcowski’ but am increasingly disappointed in Marine Sen. Sullivan. Neither of them honorably represent the Great State of Alaska. I’d spit on both their boots.
Treason doth never prosper: what ’s the reason? Why, if it prosper, none dare call it treason.― John Harrington
They are putting us to our test. We can pitch Johnson, but they then threaten us with Trump’s removal.
I say do it anyway. Throw this crapweasel Johnson overboard, and let’s see what happens. He is our enemy. Let’s not submit to this crapweasel’s treachery.
What message do they take if we don’t toss the weasel?
First off, unless one or more Repubs votes for Hakeem, there is no risk of the majority and Speakership going to the Dems.
Second, IF MJ is going to be ‘tossed’ it has to be with a clear umderstanding that the goal is NOT to replace him with yet another that will make all sorts of promises they will then renege on.
IMHO it only makes sense to remove MJ, IF ANY replacement can be blocked, SO THAT any legislation is prevented from being passed.
It would be the ultimate form of a small minority obstructing any actions by the majority.
JMO too? So how bad is MTG?
He’s a prick but the time to get rid of him was before that nonsense passed
“The Republican political leadership, in this case Speaker Mike Johnson, genuinely believes they are doing what the American people want them to do.”
Sorry Sundance, but no way does he think the public is in support of this.
Correct. Even Joe Biden isn’t that dumb.
He may well think what he is doing is best for the American people, but not what they want. In other words, he is so much smarted than the dump American people, that he knows better than them what is in their best interests.
I’m with Sundance… most of them HAVE to believe or I think it would fall apart. Circles of control.
I think the magic is that they believe they are so much more enlightened, advanced, and intellectual than their constituents. Most probably come from affluent backgrounds and I guess it kind of goes with the turf… ego, pride, entitlement, what have you. I don’t even think they always see themselves as wolves amongst sheep, but I do believe they look down on us. Like Prometheus, bringing fire to us backwoods primitives.
I’m kinda betting the file they showed Mike Johnson and threatened to release is what Mike Johnson believes in. They are all compromised by spying on them or even FBI intervention in creating a scandal about them and holding it over their heads. This is what those in power fear not the people but the blackmail material.
THIS!!
They should pass a temporary reprieve/forgiveness for whatever is revealed about them. Make actual Blackmail a very harsh punishment for the people that are blackmailing. Then go after the IC with a vengeance ….I know sounds simple …But hey may give some the courage to shake off the yoke.
Those who are the best at lieing, have the ability to actually convince themselves the lies they are spouting,…are the truth.
They use rationalising, justification, twisted logic to convince themselves.
I once beat a lie detector test in just that way.
Nobody has a good enough memory to be a perfect liar, but in my youth, I was pretty good.
Thing is, over time it erodes the soul, as with constant lieing to yourself, you lose touch with reality…
A form of self hypnosis?
He is playing on words…..He is saying whether on the surface or not….ultimately he IS doing the will of the people ….which is their safety. Just not the way the people want to get there …that is what Johnson is ignoring…cause you know….he’s got the “secret” info.
This political class, is brain washed. Who would have thought, that George Orwell’s predictions would come true.
Govt controlled – sycophants or lack of common sense ?
Loonies running the DC political asylum, at our expense, in every sense of the word.
I am not convinced these are people who actually believe in what they are saying.
these are lawyers. they understand the legal complexities of language, nuance, measure and tone.
more importantly, these are POLITICO ATTORNEYS.
we tend to forget how the FBI became weaponized. It could not have happened without the direct support of the DC officials who pretend that they represent you. they DO NOT…your so called vote was how they persuade you into believing that farce.
the collisions that allows for a secret police spy state always originates in the central political body….always.
Johnson is giving you lip service. what he believes is that he can trick you into believing that giving up your privacy and liberty and freedom will AGAIN give you more security. This was always a lie…it’s the same kind of lie as this: no one wins in a fight. which is also bullshit. It’s a cowards axiom. It is the language of thieves, scoundrels and cowards…
Johnson knows exactly what he is doing and why and it has NOTHING to about protecting THE PEOPLE OR NATIONAL SECURITY. it is about insulating the secret police spy state with a measure of legal authority to do what he KNOWS is illegal, unconstitutional, and what the US ITSELF has described as unconscionable wrt to others countries: namely china, Russia, iran, north Korea.
the pretending continues…just in a much more stark and daylight hours operation.
he KNOWS. He believes you are too stupid, weak and a coward to do anything about it.
challenge accepted.
johnson is not going to have a nice life

You make sense, regitiger. He can’t be stupid enough to believe what he is saying. He went to law school. Isn’t he supposed to be a Constitutional attorney, whatever that is?
But he tells us a big fat lie that getting a warrant is just too hard.
Does anyone challenge him on that lie? Why not?
Yes, I know, Wikipedia. But this checks out. I don’t want to post the link because it messes up the margins:
Constitutional lawyer
That demonstrates that he’s lying and he knows it, and people who belive their own lies are mentally ill.
Or in his case…ashamed.
Eric Cantor anyone.
J Edgar Hoover started this mess that nobody in DC cared to clean up of stop. So, here we are.
If you truly believe that extending 4A violating warrantless searches are the correct thing for our spy agencies and funding Ukraine while ignoring our own borders are proper, please give us the FULL AND UNADULTERATED rationale that you are using to make your decisions. Just doing it is not explanation, justification or rationale. It’s bullying pure and simple.
We will know in a few short weeks whether you believe in the Constitution and freedom or if you are a Swamp Creature with sole purpose of advancing the Uniparty cause. Time to put up or shut up Mike.
“Because some stinkin’ spy said so” is not a rationale.
If he were to respond, and he WON’T, MJ would simply say “I can’t tell you about all of the threats to the Homeland stopped by the use of FISA, cause “its CLASSIFIED”.
As for any “test” of MJ “in a couple of weeks we’ll know” if at this point you haven’t detirmined that he flunked ALL such tests, you are SO addicted to Hopium, you should immediately check yourself into rehab. IMHO.
The FISA excuse will fail when the first real terrorist attack happens….where will they hide? Same rock?
His excuse was the border bill they passed and the senate won’t sign…..But what he is really avoiding is the fact that he did not use the power of the purse to negotiate anything.Anything including the money the DOJ needs to continue to prosecute PT. Anything including ridiculous green funding, Anything including IRS and FB lie funding.
He could have said, hey, no funding these until border is closed then sat for a game of chicken…..
I believe he is scared he would lose his credibility/ legitimacy with the elites/leadership if he were to pull a power play like that. His position with them is that important .That funding government is #1 so that it can function……
Except when the government is as criminal as ours.
No I do not know if Johnson is completely informed as to how corrupt.
What does Sundance say about “silos”?
I always hear it said that we should call our representatives.
Now I know what to call them.
I have a loooong list. Instead of writing Graham asking him not to do something for the umpteetnth time, I’m going to contact his office and have one of his staffers tell me what the plan is for the deficit, a budget, and all this spending. Should be good for a laugh.
I have called & called & called & emailed… etc…. before Obamacare …. I have been out on the streets with signs. What to do!
I call them names here, I get censored for not following grandmas rules.
If I attempt to call or write them, to express my displeasure I would probably get a visit.
Again I ask,….
If we knew THEN, what we know NOW, would J6 have gone any differently?
I was told years ago by someone on the inside every Rep has a whiteboard with a short list of interests.
If you write/phone/email and it’s not on said list it goes straight to the circular file cabinet.
Republicans cared about abortion, Israel, tax cuts, and there was one more thing that slips my mind at the moment.
Our border wasn’t one of them.
I think the 2A was the last one.
The other “pretend” care was small govt/balanced budget…not 2A.
The way things are shaking out, it’s my belief that the DC “right” is just as fascist as the “left.” They don’t want their federal police force impeded.
Johnson is a “Daydream Believer”.
Graham is the Home Coming Queen…
Rigged election; no way Graham gets more votes that Booker.
This will continue because they do not fear us. They know we will do nothing but complain…
Our decency, patience, tolerance, and civility have become a suicide pact.
And by the way JOHNSON, a Christian is expected to keep his word.
“Let your ‘yes’ be ‘yes’ and your ‘no’ be ‘no’ — anything else is from the devil.” – Jesus Christ, Mat 5:37
Christian? Who are you trying to kid?
Lukewarm…
Milquetoast…
You are a liar and a traitor.
The louder he talked of his
honorfaith, the faster we counted our spoons.― Ralph Waldo EmersonTo me a Christian isn’t measured by ability to quote Scripture but ones inner commitment to the values of God and Christ.
Pretty shocked to see some Dems on the Nay list. Dick Durbin, who I read led a last minute effort to add an amendment requiring a warrant for surveillance of an American, and both MA senators!
Pretty sure this was all coordinated in advance.
Just curious but how many of those Dems that voted ‘nay’ are up for reelection this year?
Could be very revealing.
How man of those particular Democrats are up from re-election; especially if they are from a republican leaning state.
Is he up for re election?
It’s got to be because the bill provides aid to Israel. My POS reps in MA are in no way anti war or anti surveillance state
Some observe that the machinations moving us toward a totalitarian vassal state are coming so fast now that there is no way to keep up.
It’s been pointed out by multiple credible sources that every bit of data transmitted and/or accessible over the internet is collected.
And that AI likely enables fusing all of it into analytics that can track all the way down to the individual.
The FISA vote would seem to be a Limited Hangout, mostly.
Only if his side is writing history.
The only way we will get the 17th Amendment repealed is by a Article 5 Constitutional Convention, which scares a lot of people to death. Were or Founders wrong to include it in the Constitution?
Convention of States is not a Constitutional Convention. It is much more limited in scope and thus more controllable in terms of outcome.
Probably the only way to go but then again we are well past that mattering now.
This is collapse via intent.
The same people that control your State R parties, and thereby control election outcomes, would be the type of people that would manuever into position to represent you and your State at such a Convention.
People continue to suggest things like reuposltering the family car that stopped running, or replacing the worn tires, orgiving it a paint job, BECAUSE they don’t want to face the reality that it has a blown engine.
No, they wanted power vested in the people.
But it gets back to:
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
John Adams
There was a time when a Convention of States was feasible. That pretty much ended in the early 20th century when Democrats took the socialist path and started pitching programs like “The Second Bill of Rights” with all the equality of outcome stuff.

Democrats control the House of Representatives.
Americans get nothing while a Gift of $95 Billion to Foreign Nationals.
I keep getting BS email from my “representative” in Congress, stating that he voted against whatever the newest garbage is.
No, you voted for it. You failed to stop it. The funding bills made it out of the house. I seriously despise these people.
They are sending money over there, that is essentially being used to send thousands and thousands of Ukrainians to be slaughtered.

Repeal the 17th yes, as well as the 16th and Federal Reserve Act – a trifecta.
IMO, the results of what you have encountered with those who ‘genuinely believe’ if you are correct and it is not extortion, bribes or threats are the effects of some type of psyop MK Ultra program that has yet to be revealed.
And always remember that a threat to loved ones could elicit the same reactions.
The classic sign, if a product of some type of brainwashing, is the same with those who were used as brainwashed sleeper saboteurs.
In any case, it all leads back to the IC!
Repeal? We can’t even get Republicans to vote republican. I think we are the ones in an echo chamber.
Touche.
I will agree it would have to be down the list after recapturing control of our government.
But it needs to be done at some point after that.
BK,
Have you ever encountered someone in a true State of Denial?
There spouse is having an affair, and you KNOW, but if you try to tell them, they will end your friendship, and so you just have to wait for them to figure it out.
Or, (I have been there) you have to tell someone that their loved one has died, unexpectedly.
Those of us with experience at this know to be prepared to be attacked, as often the classic responce is first to say “No” and then to physically assault the messenger, ,..
Point is, while most start the grieving process right then, I have seen some who stay stuck in denial.
Sometimes, seeing the corpse causes acceptance, but I saw one who insisted that was NOT her husband, it was a wax mock up.
I would also point to victims of con-artists, who believe the con, because essentially they WANT to.
Evoke a STRONG emotional responce, and critical thinking is shut down, and without critical thinking, you can get people to believe ANYTHING.
🎯 as always.
North Carolinian here…..certainly no shock Tillis voted this way but Ted Budd? We can trust no one anymore, thank you Sundance for opening my eyes.
What is wrong with my former home state? Every R they send to the senate is pathetic.
Don’t come worse than Tillis, but had higher hopes for Budd. Actually thought we had made a step forward with him. We now know he cannot be trusted either.
Here is how it works and every scumbag politician knows this. If the IC says to do or that and the politicians don’t then the IC will have a SPOOK CATASTROPHIC EVENT and then put the blame it on the politicians who did not support them. Of course the POS politicians will not want to be blamed so they fold like a cheap Chinese suit.
GOP Leadership is worthless.
Very true and this most likely applies to many of our state GOPs as well. Are there any good Republicans PERIOD at the Federal level? I’d flush the entirety of the Senate, in the House, I like Higgins. I want to trust Gaetz, Greene, and a few others but… naahhh.
Honestly, Higgins is the only good guy from our state (Louisiana). The rest can Rot!!
If they “won” election it is because their States GOP leadership and House or Senate Republican leadership vetted them, and detirmined they are corrupted and owned, and so insured they ‘won’ their election.
So yes, Gaetz, MTG etc. are THEIR, so they are compromised.
Everything is not always black and white….there are grey areas.
Oh man, how did I forget Victoria Spartz of Indiana? She seems to be the real deal:
Mike Johnson is a fraud. He understands he screwed MAGA.
Look no further than who HE hired as the most powerful aide in the House… Hannah Fraher…a major Never Trumper.
Actor James Woods has a few choice words on Speaker Mike Johnson:
Dude, where can I find the tee-shirt?
Thx for posting this.
Everyone needs to take a look.
So is James Woods saying that Mike Johnson should be the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff where he would be right at home instead of Speaker of the House ?
Thank you for this, Sun_Lizard !
God Bless James Woods !!!
Sorry , but it will not be judged well.. I hope you can sleep at night after this
Ambien.
The only way to control the Federal government is to DEFUND IT. Repeal the 16th Amendment. The Federal government costs 24% to 25% of GDP EVERY YEAR and has 22 MILLION EMPLOYEES. State governments largely duplicate the Federal: let the States regulate themselves. We The People should demand all departments and functions not enumerated in the Constitution, be eliminated.
I’m with you… but what’s the strategy? Con-gress won’t be doing anything for the good of the people and definitely won’t be repealing any Amendments.
I see people talking about not paying their income taxes, that you don’t HAVE to… but betting I’ll get bent over and lose my house if I don’t. I’ve thought about not withholding to try to send a message. Strategize and use tax deductions as best one can to minimize amount due or how the tax money gets spent… what else we got?
Respectfully, I would not reccomend it.
First off, the idea withholding taxes “sends a message” imagines MJ looked at revenue, before writing this latest Omnibus bill; he DIDN’T.
Secondly, I know of several people that fought the IRS and lost, and it weren’t pretty.
Thank you for the reply dutch. I don’t see any way it would end well.
And the Lord will judge the person who made that statement.
Johnson is compromised
Captive that he is, he keeps his eyes averted. He must convince himself now to believe in what he says in order to live with his conscience or dispose of it another way.
600,00 KIA Ukrainians and there was a peace treaty ready to be signed at the start of the conflict. Depraved!
Anyway, after the US gets done killing Ukrainians then …
$1 trillion to rebuild.
Every corner of the federal government is compromised. The administrative state is in charge and we are here to serve them. Constitution be damned.
I do not know what word one could use to define today’s federal government. Fascist or Communist come to mind but I don’t think those two words accurately describe today’s Government.
Fascunist ?
if they listened to their voters
they would know
therefore, they are willfully ignoring
the information from their constituents
I suspect they are only “listening” to
the lobbyists and whomever in rino leadership
is telling them what info “to know”
Previous point made by a Treehouse poster is important; most of these power infused people are attorneys. Their living language is nuanced legalese, designed to dance around issues while achieving end results often hidden from common view. These bills are written by massive staff who are legalese bureaucrats directed by lobbyists and special interest deep staters. For senators and most house representatives their motivation is strictly from their $$ backers, their “directors” within and outside government, and their peer group of legislators. Constituents? Nothing more than a blank set of faces in a dark theater who rarely see a public performance from these bad actors.
I agree… they probably see us more as cattle than people.
Seems to match.
We get milked then slaughtered.
With cattle RFID ear tags.
And just think… for the crappy jobs done (and being done) by all three, they get Speaker-level retirement benefits for life now.
Check out Ryan;
He sits on 3-4 different Corporate Boards, including Faux and each is at least $100,000/year plus bennies and golden parachute.
Thats typical, also teacher or guest lecturer at Universities, also big bucks.
Commentator on networks, author of books, lobbyist….
No one pays any attention to WHAT retired Senators or Congressmen do, but none of them file bankruptcy!
How do you tell when politicians are lying? Their lips are moving.
Yes history will repeat itself at this rate–It will not be American History but 1930/40s Germen history.
( The following quote seems to be credited to several people).“The best way to take control over a people and control them utterly is to take a little of their freedom at a time, to erode rights by a thousand tiny and almost imperceptible reductions. In this way, the people will not see those rights and freedoms being removed until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed.”
Yes I’ve posted this many times, but the gates are getting even closer. It will be interesting to see how those that are enabling and following the Globalist react when they are throw under the bus through a firing squad, imprisonment in a concentration camp, or even a noose around the neck they will claim is suicide.
…. AND……WORK MAKE YOU FREE……
I am not buying it.
Start with repealing the 19th. Regrettably, neither will happen.
The key election time frame for taking down the GOPee senate grifters is 2026 —
Cassidy, Collins, Cornyn, Cotton, Ernst, Graham, Hyde-Smith, McConnell, Mullin, Ricketts, Risch, Rounds, Sullivan, Tillis. The 2026 election cycle is when at least half of the worst backstabbers are up for renewal. Think ahead, prepare.
Romney already on the way out. This year missed a chance on Wicker; his opponent had no money and while Wicker did not really show strong popularity, there did not appear much visibility for opposing.
Well, if you are serious about such an effort, start by understanding how the party system really works.
If you want to vote these RINOS out, primary them you first must take operational control of their State R parties Executive Committees and DO NOT get hung up on the State Chair.
It is these Executive Committees that run the party, that insure these RINOS keep getting elected, and unless you replace them with MAGA, any attempt to primary these Decepticons WILL be succesfully thwarted.
All of these Senators talk a good game but they will never DO anything to help an American.

No, he really doesn’t know. He’s a believer in this fraud. He’s been brainwashed.

If the good folks in Louisiana have an honest enough election to vote him out, his opinion of history might change.
It likely will not change congress any.
I searched Johnson’s opponent in the 2024 election cycle, there is no hope for that candidate to win the election…essentially Johnson has no opposition to face. Now there might just be a chance of a change going forward to elect a new Speaker of the House. So dont leave it up to Louisiana, vet the Representative from your area that has to vote on a NEW SOTH 2025 in January.
It’s a crazy world when 30 R Senators vote for this nightmare and the 2 female screeds from WA vote nay.
My non professional opinion: Stockholm Syndrome
They are subjected to threats against themselves and their families, blackmail, brainwashing. Spend more and more time “in the bubble.” Rewarded with small perks for acceptable behavior.
The IC is very good at this sort of thing.

The survival instinct is at the heart of the Stockholm syndrome. Victims live in enforced dependence and interpret rare or small acts of kindness in the midst of horrible conditions as good treatment. They often become hypervigilant to the needs and demands of their captors, making psychological links between the captors’ happiness and their own. Indeed, the syndrome is marked not only by a positive bond between captive and captor but also by a negative attitude on behalf of the captive toward authorities who threaten the captor-captive relationship. The negative attitude is especially powerful when the hostage is of no use to the captors except as leverage against a third party, as has often been the case with political hostages.
Term limits might help break the spell they’re under, or conversely might just spread the contagion to more people.
