Congressional Sources Confirm Timeline of Bruce Ohr, Chris Steele and FBI Contacts With Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok…

Whoa Nellie… Ding, Ding, Ding…

Within the massive assembly of documents, emails, text messages, congressional testimony and portions of media reports a clear timeline emerged.  Part of that timeline was based on the fact that certain events had to have taken place -at specific times- in order to reconcile the downstream activity.

From that circumstantial timeline CTH was able to assemble a graphic to help understand how corrupt DOJ and FBI officials had to have used information from Fusion-GPS, Nellie Ohr and Christopher Steele; passed on to Bruce Ohr in the DOJ; then delivered to Peter Strzok (FBI) for exploitation eventually culminating in the October 21st, 2016, Title-1 FISA warrant against U.S. Person Carter Page.

The key point of the graphic, which ran counter to all MSM reporting, was a trail of circumstantial evidence showing Bruce Ohr had to have been in contact with Christopher Steele much earlier than anyone realized.  SEE BELOW:

Thankfully, and finally, a new report today from John Solomon backs up this timeline with the first-hand testimony of DOJ Official Bruce Ohr.

Solomon – […] For much of the past year, many in Congress have labored under the notion that Ohr, then the No. 4 Department of Justice (DOJ) official, began assisting the FBI’s probe into Russia election collusion only after Trump won the 2016 election.

Lawmakers’ belief was rooted in reports showing Ohr’s first documented interview with FBI agents occurred in November 2016, and in testimony from Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson, who mentioned Ohr’s involvement in the probe as starting after Thanksgiving 2016.

But now, based on Ohr’s own account in a closed-door congressional interview and other contemporaneous documents, congressional investigators have learned that Ohr made his first contact with the FBI about Trump-Russia collusion evidence in late July and early August 2016. And his approach was prompted by information he got from his friend, the former British intelligence agent Steele.

Ohr’s account to Congress and his contemporaneous notes show he had multiple contacts with Steele in July 2016. One occurred just before Steele visited the FBI in Rome, another right after Steele made the contact.

A third contact occurred July 30, 2016, exactly one day before the FBI and its counterintelligence official, Peter Strzok, opened the Trump probe officially.

Steele met with Ohr and Ohr’s wife, Nellie, in a Washington hotel restaurant for breakfast. At the time, Nellie Ohr and Steele worked for the same employer, Simpson’s Fusion GPS opposition research firm, and on the same project to uncover Russia dirt on Trump, according to prior testimony to Congress.

[…] According to my sources, Ohr called then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe the same day as his Steele breakfast and met with McCabe and FBI lawyer Lisa Page on Aug. 3 to discuss the concerns about Russia-Trump collusion that Steele had relayed.

Ohr disclosed to lawmakers that he made another contact with the FBI on Aug. 15, 2016, talking directly to Strzok.

Within a month of Ohr passing along Steele’s dirt, the FBI scheduled a follow-up meeting with the British intelligence operative — and the path was laid for the Steele dossier to support a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to surveil Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

Just as important, Ohr told Congress he understood Steele’s information to be raw and uncorroborated hearsay, the sort of information that isn’t admissible in court. And he told FBI agents that Steele appeared to be motivated by a “desperate” desire to keep Trump from becoming president. (read more)

This account by congressional sources to Solomon about the testimony of Bruce Ohr matches our prior research.  It was the initial chapters of the Steele Dossier, a work product of both Nellie Ohr and Christopher Steele, that were given to Bruce Ohr, who then subsequently relayed that information to the FBI (McCabe, Page and Strzok) without disclosing the conflict within the source material coming from his wife.

♦Here’s how it comes together:  Nellie Ohr started working for Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS) in/around October or November of 2015.  Nellie Ohr had “contractor access” to the FISA database (NSA and FBI) as a result of her prior and ongoing clearance relationship with the CIA and open source research group.

Nellie, Bruce and Glenn Simpson worked together previously in 2010.

(Page #30 – pdf link)

It was Nellie’s original 2015 political opposition research that Glenn Simpson was pitching and selling as political opposition research to any interested purchaser.

Several months later, when it became clear that Donald Trump was the likely GOP candidate who would win the primary (March/April 2016), Hillary Clinton signed-on to purchase the opposition research from Glenn Simpson and Fusion GPS.

Keep in mind, simultaneous to this moment in March and April 2016, NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers intervened to stop contractor access to the FISA-702(16)(17) database.  From the time Nellie Ohr began working for Fusion GPS in November 2015, through April 2016 there were thousands of unlawful database queries and extractions; 85% of them were unlawful.

(FISA Court Document Link)

Oh snap…. Now, Nellie and Glenn Simpson had a problem. They needed to have a way to launder unlawfully extracted FISA search results.  Nellie Ohr was familiar with Christopher Steele from her husband Bruce’s prior working relationship with Steele in the FIFA corruption case.

So Fusion GPS (Glenn Simpson and Nellie Ohr) reached out to Christopher Steele.  As a former intelligence officer, and conveniently not in the U.S. (plausible deniability improves), Steele could then receive the Nellie research, wash it with his own research from ongoing relationships with Russian Oligarch Oleg Deripaska,… here comes the hookers and pee tapes…. and begin packaging it as the “dossier”.

When you understand what was going on, some of the irreconcilable issues surrounding the dossier make sense. [Example Here]  This is the Big Effen Deal.

The unlawful FISA extracted intelligence/research was laundered through the use of the dossier.  The information was then cycled back to Bruce Ohr, thereby using Christopher Steele to remove Nellie’s fingerprints from the origination.  That’s why Bruce Ohr never initially told the FBI -the end user of the dossier- about his wife working for Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson.

Bruce Ohr meets with Christopher Steele, receives the laundered intelligence product within the dossier, informs Andrew McCabe and Lisa Page and then passes the intelligence information along to FBI Agent Peter Strzok.

Does this explain now why Glenn Simpson, Chris Steele, Nellie Ohr and Bruce Ohr were having breakfast together on July 30th, 2016?   :::Ding-Ding-Ding:::

Through this process, what few recognize is that much of the material inside the Steele Dossier is actually research intelligence material unlawfully extracted from the FBI and NSA database; most likely in majority an assembly by Nellie Ohr.

This explains why Paul Wood said: “I have spoken to one intelligence source who says Mueller is examining ‘electronic records’ that would place Cohen in Prague.”  Likely Mueller has Nellie’s database research mistake on Michael Cohen, and he got it from Christopher Steele.  :::Ding-Ding-Ding:::

Remember the New York Times article, right before the testimony by Bruce Ohr, where the intelligence community was trying to say that Nellie Ohr had nothing to do with the Dossier?   (screen grab below)

(link to article)

Remember that ridiculous attempt to distance Nellie Ohr from the dossier?

Now do you see why the intelligence community needed to try, via their buddies in the New York Times, to cloud the importance of Nellie Ohr?  :::Ding-Ding-Ding:::

Kim Strassel – […] Congressional sources tell me that Mr. Ohr revealed Tuesday that he verbally warned the FBI that its source had a credibility problem … Mr. Ohr said, moreover, that he delivered this information before the FBI’s first application to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for a warrant against Trump aide Carter Page, in October 2016. (link)

Of course Bruce Ohr delivered it before October 21st, 2016.  He gained the foundational  material from Chris Steele in June and July 2016, passed it along to Peter Strzok, and his wife was a key in providing Steele the source information.  :::Ding-Ding-Ding:::

This is also why Bruce Ohr never put his wife’s income source on his annual compliance forms.  Nellie Ohr’s income was an outcome of her database access.

*NOTE* The need to hide her fingerprints on the Dossier content is likely why Nellie Ohr went and got a HAM radio operators license in May of 2016.  If Nellie needed to contact a like-minded official within her circle of CIA, U.S. Dept of State, DOJ, FBI or NSA network allies -and the topic was the material within the dossier (new enhanced additions etc.)- she would need to be very careful not to leave a trail that would ruin all the efforts put into the intelligence laundry operation.  Extra caution was needed as soon as Nellie recognized that Admiral Mike Rogers (NSA) was investigating anyone with access to the database.

Making sense now?

If that has been mentioned anywhere previously, then I must have missed it. She was one of the contractors actually doing it !!
Almost time to start taking bets, who and when will be the first to make a break and run, or off themselves. Once the known knowledge against them reaches a certain level, they’re not just going to sit there waiting for a knock on the door.

I searched Ham license holders to see if I could find anything that stood out. The most interesting find was a certain NYTimes employee (not a reporter) who got a license on the same day as Nellie. Also lived in the same town as Nellie did previously (and Carter Page too). He also ended up moving a few miles away from the Ohrs in Virginia after the election. I won’t put a name because I don’t want it to show up in google (in case I’m either wrong or right!) but that should be plenty to find him if anyone is interested. Social media posts confirm full blown TDS. It’s impossible to definitively say that there is a connection but those are some interesting coincidences.

  3. My uninformed opinion is that this whole thing may be tied to the Panama Papers (correct term?) and Trump may be the one rich guy in the world who didn’t sign on. He then was never to be trusted because he knew too much, and knew where all the bodies are buried. That being said I am new here and could just be spouting a bunch of unrelated, ignorance.

While we are on the subject of coincidences, the Panama Papers, and the same names turning up in various places, let me just mention this item:

On Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, investigative journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia was assassinated outside her home when she started the engine of her car, in which a powerful bomb had been planted. The resulting explosion killed her and left automotive debris strewn across the road. This was near Valletta, the capital of her native Malta.

Called a “one-woman Wikileaks”, she was considered an expert on the Panama Papers, especially with respect to their use in investigating powerful corrupt officials in the Maltese government.

Prior to her death, the Maltese government had frozen her bank accounts to discourage her from continuing to criticize its prime minister and other leaders on her blog.

Speculation, both by the international press and by her family, concerning who had ordered her assassination has always focused on these officials in Valletta, or various of their minions.

But let’s just think outside the box a moment.

What events come to mind, other than this case, when Treepers ask themselves about the search terms “Malta”, “October 2017”, and “powerful people whose names appear in the Panama Papers”?

Any chance that there is a relationship?

Sundance you connected the dots based on your theory Fusion GPS is a redacted contractor name on the FISC memo outlining FISA abuse, an educated guess.

If your guess is right Judge Collyer knows Fusion GPS is one of the contractors. There’s no way she didn’t connect those same dots from Fusion GPS illegal database access to the Carter Page warrant application. And she’s done nothing about it.

Collyer commissioned and SIGNED the April 26 2017 FISC report on abuse.

Then 6 months later, she signs a 100 page report about abuse by the FBI and their “contractors” then approves a T-1 FISA application on a Trump campaign employee DURING the campaign submitted by the FBI with “intel” from those same “contractors”????

Actually, yes and it’s very simple.

      1. Glenn Simpson has some genuine oppo research on Trump.
      2. Simpson hires Nellie Ohr to use her NSA access to add to it.
      3. When Adm. Rogers shuts contractor access down, Simpson and Ohr devise their scheme to launder through Steele.
      4. Steele adds his own Russian disinformation into the mix and then passes it back to the FBI via Bruce Ohr.

This is what is known as “parallel construction”. If intelligence uncovers an illegal scheme (say, a drug trafficker or a terrorist plot) but law enforcement can’t use what intel has uncovered in court, then LE uses the info to “uncover” admissible evidence.

So, perhaps an “anonymous caller” tips off the police abput something suspicious. Which leads to police making a traffic stop, or surveillance of an address. Which finds enough evidence to get a warrant.

And PRESTO! The cops, by pure happenstance, stumble into the very plot the IC pointed them to!

Steele, Simpson, and Ohr likely fully expected the FBI would easily follow the trail of breadcrumbs in the dossier and uncover some real Trump criminality.

Only they didn’t. Simpson’s speculation about Trump, and Nellie Ohr’s sloppy research, didn’t pan out.

And the trail of breadcrumbs led back to – them and the dirty FBI agents.

And even with that very wide net, Mueller still can’t find anything. And the reason is simple: Donald Trump isn’t a corrupt politician. He is a private business man with deep pockets and every reason to do things by the book. It just isn’t worth risking his entire business empire over a few bucks.

The story above also indicates that several of the participants genuinely believe Trump is indeed involved in dirty business with the Russians. It infuriates them that they are unable to prove it.

Mind you, these folks have no problem at all with corruption, or treason for financial gain. They’re corrupt traitors themselves and they love them some Hillary Clinton. But they HATE HATE HATE Donald Trump and it kills them that they can’t prove what they wasn’t so badly to be true.

So they attempted to frame him. Framing people is nothing new to these moral cripples, and framing a guilty person (especially when it benefits themselves) is A-OK!

      • 6x47 says:

I think Joshua2415 hits on it down below: Glenn Simson had been chasing Paul Manafort for years. As investigative journalists he and his wife had written stories about Manafort’s nefarious and corrupt lobbying for the Wall Street Journal. So, when Trump hires Manafort in March 2016 to be his convention manager( for his delegate wrangling skills, in case of a brokered convention) Simpson assumes the worst: That Trump is involved in Manafort’s dirty business. Pure projection, IMHO.

So, a bunch of information about Manafort is added to the oppo research, to tar Trump with guilt by association. Simpson gets even MORE excited and convinced he’s onto something big when he looks into Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, two “foreign policy experts” with (perfectly legal) Russian connections, whose names Trump had dropped to the Washington Post editorial board the week before hiring Manafort. (In retrospect, Trump was WaPo to defend against accusations he had no such advisors).

As Trump is wont to do, Manafort was released shortly after the convention; Page and Papadopolous’ were never really players, their biggest role in the campaign was serving as stage props to impress WaPo.

But, like the Tom Hanks comedy “The Man With One Red Shoe” (about an innocent man mistaken for a spy) Simpson and an ever-growing parade of intelligence specialists and spooks dig deep into the background of these men, going so far as to attempt entrapment. Meanwhile, Trump has long since moved on and no longer has anything to do with any of them.

And all the promising leads turn out to be dead ends. Leaving the FBI and IC holding the bag with egg on their face.

Glenn Simpson read way too much into the higher, and once Manafort was done he was released.

Wish their homes could be raided and all of their phones and computers and other belongings be seized. I’m sure we’d be able to fill in all of the gaps and the entire scheme would be fully mapped out.

Hillary Clinton paying for opposition research isn’t anything unusual or illegal. What is unusual and illegal is the people she hired using on authorized access to classified data bases, and then perpetrating fraud upon the FISA court and FBI agents making false statements in order to open a criminal investigation for that purpose. But for all we know, neither Clinton nor Obama knew About or authorized any such thing.

        • 6x47 says:

Oh yes – Hillary Clinton’s campaign committed MANY very serious violations of campaign finance laws. And these aren’t just garden variety mistakes, either. For example, the massive money laundering operation she ran to funnel “soft” DNC money into her campaign via the state party offices.

Furthermore, it’s still unclear why the “oppo research” work Fusion and Perkins/Coie did was so exorbitantly expensive. Something more to that I think.

      • No. What was illegal was not “the people she hired using unauthorized access”, but THE FBI ALLOWING the unauthorized access, in order to help “get Trump”. What was illegal was John Brennan, Director of the CIA, and James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence, along with James Comey, Director of the FBI, pretending to be “17 intelligence agencies” to give cover to the coup cabal by assuring everyone that it was a fact, from authoritative national intelligence, that “Russia did it and Trump colluded with them”. What was illegal was President Barack Obama making his own last-minute law loosening the controls against the “unmasking” of Americans incidentally caught up in foreign intelligence monitoring, so that unverified leaks against the Trump campaign could be broadcast publically by a perverse, partisan mainstream media. What was and is illegal is the cover-up being perpetrated by all of the cabal, from Obama/Soetoro on down.

        Obama knew:

        1) Mary Jacoby, the WIFE OF FUSION-GPS’s GLENN SIMPSON, visited the White House on April 19, 2016, the very next day after the “unauthorized access” to the raw intelligence data, was shut down. There is no innocent explanation of this; they needed a new plan (the Steele dossier direct FISA fraud)

        2) Peter Strzok texted to Lisa Page: “POTUS wants to know everything we’re doing.”

How does the volume of NSA searches on a candidate relate to their poll position? How do the NSA searches on Trump match up with the dossier versions? Is there any nexus between media reports and searches? Which information didn’t come from the NSA database, if any?

Makes me wonder if or how many of the “like-minded official within her [Nellie Ohr’s] circle of CIA, U.S. Dept of State, DOJ, FBI or NSA network allies” have han operator licenses , , , or, just how did the Nellie Ohr ham calls get to their intended destination?

You’re getting closer. Remember, it takes two to tango with a short wave radio communications link. Who else got an impromptu radio license in May 2016?

That is true for two-way communications. Anyone can buy the receiver and pick up the transmissions. Transmitters are licensed, receivers are not.

      • bofh says:

“Transmitters are licensed” is a nicety that only law-abiding folks would worry about. If you are engaged in sedition (and many other crimes) I doubt that a minor FCC law, that could cost you a wrist-slap at worst, is going to deter you.

Why obtain a license and create the on-line-searchable paper trail, when you could just buy a transceiver for cash and anonymously put it on the air using any made-up (or stolen) call sign? Chances of the FCC actually noticing or investigating you are extremely thin as long as you don’t call attention to yourself by doing stupid blatant stuff. FCC legal actions are published and are rare and generally aimed at miscreants who insist on repeatedly “broadcasting” music or various rants, or otherwise creating malicious and very prominent airwave interference.

Besides, if you’re getting the license so as to remain law-abiding, its use for the transmission of information of a criminal nature is itself a crime, so again, why bother?

This has always made me feel that the “Nellie’s ham radio license” thing was a red-herring, or at least, over-blown in significance.

Someone else’s doing to create culpability for Nellie and ensure her and Bruce’s continued silence and cooperation? To keep anyone from sprouting a conscience and backing out of the plan? At this point, nothing’s too far fetched especially where Clintons are involved

        • Someone operating without a license on amateur radio frequencies would stand out like a sore thumb and almost immediately catch the attention of properly licensed stations.

Maybe it is like when you are driving around with a body in your trunk. I mean, IF you were. You’d want to be inconspicuous – not too slow, not too fast. Follow the rules, blend in with traffic.

Imagine the can of worms opened if she was discovered to be broadcasting without a license?

  17. PotP says:

Maybe the answer is Trump tweeting, “I have the following documents I wish to declassify: xxx, yyy, zzz” “I am legally required to have Sessions/Rosenstien & Wray sign off on releasing this vital information to the public, which they are refusing to do”

Start setting up the reasons, publicly, for firing the lot.

Those who protect them will be seen as protecting the swamp.

Make it public. Front & center. The obstruction is certain elements of government protecting themselves rather than serving the people.

  19. Fish says:

Yes – I agree getting the signatures will be difficult given the corruption and cover up. I would have my classification/declassification expert go over the documents and make a working draft. Then I would bring Rosenstein and Wray over – with cameras on – and show them the documents and rationale for what was no longer classified. Have them explain why they do not want certain portions declassed. Better be sources and methods – nothing else holds water.

Hate to be a Debbie Downer, but WHEN is SOMETHING going to happen? We can hash and re-hash all the proof. You’re good folk! TGIF.

We are learning so much about who was involved and how they executed their plan. What I’m wondering is who really initiated this plan and how do Obama’s daily briefing, Susan Rice’s unmasking and Evelyn Farkas spilling the beans about the whole thing

DOJ and FBI are fighting this investigation tooth and nail for reasons that seem obvious, but probably go much deeper than any of us suspect. They are covering up something much much bigger than the conspicuous here. Hopefully, this will be revealed in the fullness of time. In many cases, there may be outright criminal acts committed by some of these deep state actors. I believe that this will eventually be ferreted out right up the chain to Obama. Another issue I find hard to digest is the FISA court’s role in this debacle. Irrespective of what Rosemary Collyer has written, I find it dubious that any judge would not be alerted to the loosely fabricated and unverified facts laid down in the application. Would not a reasonable person (judge?) be somewhat curious/dubious? Seems to be a huge stretch of common sense! No, the FISA court HAD to know this application was based on bogus information. Its been reported that no actual hearing was held and the warrant application was pretty much rubber stamped……. What a mess!!!

I greatly appreciate sundance’s tying all the breadcrumbs into a coherent path. One Obama administration name that hasn’t shown up much in the whole dossier mess: Valerie Jarrett. Any thoughts on why that is? With all the rest of the senior administration involvement, I would have expected some breadcrumbs leading to her.

So Nellie was providing classified information for filthy lucre?

There must be some kind of law against that.

Your right over the target Sundance. My only change without evidence is HRC knew she she was in trouble even before the primaries ever ended. Remember Trump won every damn debate in the “primaries” before his nomination and after even when HRC knew the questions that were gonna be asked by a load of D’s. Remember that one. Trump had been and was steadily climbing in the polls even after the first debate in the primaries. The DNC, HRC, GOPe, Oboma panicked and knew they were in major trouble Even after the first debate. You all need to take that into account as you ponder what the hell happen in this treasonist sedition conspiracy by many against our President Donald John Trump! In other words It don’t end at Ohr, that’s just a minute part of it IMHO. Yes, proving it is a different story…but it helps since POTOS knows the whole story!

Wouldn’t surprise me if McCabe was not only leaking about the Clinton Foundation but also leaking the dossier or authorizing the leaking of it (Page). This would explain the heavy redactions of (corrupt) “sources and methods” in the FISA application as they are probably excerpts from more “journalists” and news stories (NYT, WaPo, Huffpo) that “corroborate” the false/planted allegations. McCabe being investigated for the last 6 months would also explain why the FISAs havent been fully unredacted/declassified and why DOJ has been and continues to refuse to turn over documents… Who knows how many others within Congress, FBI, DOJ, Media are currently under investigation that we don’t know about. There are tons of sealed indictments currently and the last thing DOJ/AG wants to do is hand over anything to Congress that would help any members being investigated. Also likely risk of leaks.

There is some amazing work in this thread. On the DIY forums, cars, woodworking, etc. , a special thread can be “stickied” and kept for future reference in anticipation of a high need for the information down the road. It would be nice to do that here.

Please forgive my lack of brevity, I’m worn out and just writing, not editing.

I want to add some more ham license comments. Most people that get a license are prompted by someone they know, as I was. All of my vehicles have hundreds of thousands of miles each, and a fuel pump failure caused a very long hike on the highest altitude road in the eastern US, way out of cell phone range. This could have gotten very bad. I am an inactive pilot also, so I was looking at aviation radios to keep with me. An acquaintance showed me the ham radio he keeps in a jacket pocket. I was startled. Search UV-5R. It is a perfectly good radio. The study book coast twice as much as the radio, so I bought the radio to listen, and use in an emergency. You can transmit “illegally” on any band, without a license, to obtain help necessary to preserve life. Needing a tow doesn’t count.
The radios are now called “software defined radios” because they have to be programmed for the repeater frequencies in your area and the operational bands. No one will hear you if you do not use repeaters. There are very few places where a pocket radio can’t hit a repeater. That road was in reach of several. This is where you need the license. Most newbies will need to copy someones programming. With my pilot background, and a very fancy engineering degree, I couldn’t get the programming right for all the repeaters. It takes two frequencies, an offset between them, and often some programmed tones, to interact with the repeater. It’s just much faster to get help to get up and running. You also get what you pay for with regards to programming the cheap radios. My friend, a retired truck driver in his eighties, and a retired mechanic friend of his, copied a program to my radio. You wont have much help from the community if you don’t have the license. Getting the license is easier than going it alone. You need to be shown how to use these radios. They are not CB’s and walkie talkies. Now, imagine your senior executive service, or a known intelligence insider, trying to get help from the ham radio enthusiasts in DC without a license. There is your red flag. Like a student pilot that doesn’t want to learn how to land. These folks were no doubt handed equipment ready to go and trained on it. They didn’t have time to be amateurs. If you are a staffer on certain committees, have I got a list of questions to send you.

The test are administered by “volunteer examiners”. They have designated dates in an area, and often you can walk in unannounced to take the test. You would provide ID, fill out your license application, and take the test. The examiners send in the results and the apps, and you are licensed when your call sign shows up online. You don’t get a physical license anymore. There are 22 testing centers listed when you search with Nellie’s zip code. If someone faked her ID, with this situation, the call sign would have long been cancelled. I suppose a friendly VE could make a minor spelling error on an applicants name, particularly if the initials are JC.

Also, it is very much against the rules to use the ham license and frequencies for business purposes. Asking someone to call your office to to tell them your late is a violation. Communicating with other professional intelligence contacts, Bob and Rod would be all over her!

Letting a radio scan, particularly in the 400 frequencies, heard a lot of packets and Morris Code tonight. Always did, just skipped past it. Morris code is called CW. Computers convert text to Morris Code, and code to text. It is very fast compared to keying. You don’t even have to know code. CW works on Echolink. These people were not very security conscious. I doubt they bothered with encryption. After a day, I think that is how they transmitted the communications and documents, if this is what happened. Use pseudonyms or initials and let it go, even in the classified documents. When Rogers kicked them off the query databases, they were likely kicked off secure computer communications servers they had used for messaging each other as well. Maybe Rogers got their communiques as well.

If the post above regarding a certain CA believe the license was cancelled, it wasn’t. He got a vanity call sign.

Also, I want some help on the FISA judge. Don’t have time to work this out myself. Do we know for certain that any of THESE warrants were signed by the judge? I am wondering if the alternate procedure with Lynch and Obama signing was used to keep all these warrants and renewals out of the courts hands? Would the renewals after Trump took office have been handled this way, Rosenstien and Sessions signing because Trump was the target? Doesn’t the NDAA make the FISA court optional?

Finally, lets watch to see if Steele was used to maintain the query search access through MI6. That would have been a very good reason for alternate communication avenues. Maybe we know this already.
