Strzok Fired, Likely Bruce Ohr is Next – False FISA Affidavits, Fraudulent 302s, Security Clearances Under Review…

One of the outcomes of losing a security clearance is the inability to prepare for any testimony. When Sarah Sanders stated today that currently employed DOJ official Bruce Ohr was a person having a security clearance review; the logical takeaway is he will be fired after he delivers his testimony.

The media narrative surrounding FBI Agent Peter Strzok’s firing has been framed, almost exclusively, around his political text messages. Given the nature of the media participation in the events this is not surprising.  However, Strzok’s text messages have no bearing on his firing.

In March 2018 the DOJ Office of Inspector General announced an ongoing review of how the DOJ and FBI used FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) as a weaponized tool against their political opposition.

As part of this examination, the OIG also will review information that was known to the DOJ and the FBI at the time the applications were filed from or about an alleged FBI confidential source. Additionally, the OIG will review the DOJ’s and FBI’s relationship and communications with the alleged source as they relate to the FISC applications.  (pdf link)

Two months later on Monday May 21st, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein added a significant DOJ mandate to the Inspector General review.  Rosenstein expanded the original FISA review to include looking at whether officials within the intelligence community may have unlawfully used human intelligence assets to “spy” or “surveil” the Trump campaign:

“The Department has asked the Inspector General to expand the ongoing review of the FISA application process to include determining whether there was any impropriety or political motivation in how the FBI conducted its counterintelligence investigation of persons suspected of involvement with the Russian agents who interfered in the 2016 presidential election.” (link)

Part of that ongoing IG review surrounds FBI Affidavits presented to the FISA Court (FISC) and whether those affidavits were fraudulent; thereby misleading the court. FBI Agent Peter Strzok is the primary affiant swearing to the truthfulness and fullness of the information that underlines the FISA application (ie. Woods Procedures) . We know Peter Strzok lied and misrepresented information to the court.

In addition to violating the Woods Procedures, FBI Agent Peter Strzok likely falsified, manipulated and shaped FD-302 investigative notes in both the Hillary Clinton and Michael Flynn interviews. His own text messages with DOJ Special Counsel Lisa Page highlight that Peter Strzok was very familiar with manipulating evidence by the narrative he could/did write in his 302 submissions.

On May 11, 2018, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley dropped a sunlight grenade into the prosecution of Michael Flynn with a jaw-dropping request letter (full pdf below) to FBI Director Christopher Wray. [Judiciary Link Here]

Within the letter Chairman Grassley outlined a prior briefing from fired FBI Director James Comey to the Senate Judiciary Committee, and contrasts the false presentations of James Comey and by extension Peter Strzok -regarding Michael Flynn- against recently known evidence.

Additionally, Grassley requested: ♦the transcription of the phone call(s) intercepted by the FBI between Flynn and Russian Ambassador Kislyak; ♦the FD 302s written by the FBI in their interview with Michael Flynn; ♦and testimony from Special Agent Joe Pientka, likely the second FBI agent who was partnered with Peter Strzok for the Flynn interview.

The name of the second FBI agent was previously unknown, and it’s likely Chairman Grassley outed the name for a very specific reason. This is a BIG shot across the bow.

Previously the Justice Department was refusing to provide any information to the committee pertinent to Grassley’s requests, citing the ongoing investigation. However, the Senator was outlining his request against the backdrop of the Judge in the Flynn case demanding the Special Counsel turn over all exculpatory information.

Judge Contreras was presiding judge on the initial guilty plea, then “was recused”. Judge Sullivan took over and demanded the DOJ turn over all exculpatory evidence.

Senator Grassley outlines the February 15th, 2017, briefing provided by James Comey to the committee:

[…] Like the Flynn interview itself, that briefing was not transcribed. Also like the Flynn interview, there are notes taken by a career, non-partisan law enforcement officer who was present. The agent was on detail to the Committee staff at the time.

According to that agent’s contemporaneous notes, Director Comey specifically told us during that briefing that the FBI agents who interviewed Lt. General Michael Flynn, “saw nothing that led them to believe [he was] lying.” Our own Committee staff’s notes indicate that Mr. Comey said the “agents saw no change in his demeanor or tone that would say he was being untruthful.”

Contrary to his public statements during his current book tour denying any memory of those comments, then-Director Comey led us to believe during that briefing that the agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe he intentionally lied about his conversation with the Ambassador and that the Justice Department was unlikely to prosecute him for false statements made in that interview. In the months since then, the Special Counsel obtained a guilty plea from Lt. General Flynn for that precise alleged conduct.

It is important to remember – there is a widely held belief that Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe told the FBI agents (Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka) to shape their FBI reports of the interview (FD-302s) to assist a “Flynn lied” narrative.

There is a great deal of debate surrounding the guilty plea as an outcome of a carefully constructed and coordinated plan by FBI and DOJ officials to target Flynn.

The letter continues:

[…] The Department has withheld the Flynn-related documents since our initial bipartisan request last year, citing an ongoing criminal investigation. With Flynn’s plea, the investigation appears concluded.

Additionally, while we are aware that the Special Counsel’s office has moved to delay Lt. General Flynn’s sentencing on several occasions, we presume that all related records already have been provided to the defense pursuant to Judge Sullivan’s February 16, 2018 order requiring production of all potentially exculpatory material. Thus, although the case is not yet adjudicated, the Committee’s oversight interest in the underlying documents requested more than a year ago now outweighs any legitimate executive branch interest in withholding it. So too does the Committee’s interest in learning the FBI agents’ actual assessments of their interview of Lt. Gen. Flynn, particularly given the apparent contradiction between what then Directory Comey told us in March 2017 and what he now claims.

Then comes the hammer:

[…] In addition, please make Special Agent Joe Pientka available for a transcribed interview with Committee staff no later than one week following the production of the requested documents…

BOOM !!

Here’s the full letter:

.

Regarding the “widely held belief” that Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe told the FBI agents (Strzok and Pientka) to shape their FBI reports of the interview (FD-302s) to assist a “Flynn lied” narrative…. As Nick Falco points out evidence of that is within the most recent text messages between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok:

January 23, 2017, the day before the Flynn interview, Lisa Page says: “I can feel my heart beating harder, I’m so stressed about all the ways THIS has the potential to go fully off the rails.” Weird!

♦Strzok replies: “I know. I just talked with John, we’re getting together as soon as I get in to finish that write up for Andy (MCCABE) this morning.” Strzok agrees with Page about being stressed that “THIS” could go off the rails…(Strzok’s meeting w Flynn the next day)

♦Why would Page & Strzok be stressed about “THIS” potentially going off the rails if everything was by the book?

BECAUSE IT WASN’T!

It was a conspiracy to entrap Gen Mike Flynn. All Strzok needed was an excuse to speak w Flynn. Everything in the 302 was likely fabricated.

February 14th, 2017, there is another note about the FBI reports filed from the interview.

Peter Strzok asks Lisa Page if FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is OK with his report: “Also, is Andy good with F-302?”

Lisa Page replies: “Launch on F 302”.

And we know from their discussions of manipulating FBI reports a year earlier, inside the Hillary Clinton investigation – that Peter Strzok has withheld information, and manipulated information, through use of the 302 reports:

(Full Back-story HERE)

Peter Strzok wasn’t fired for political “text messages”. FBI Agent Peter Strzok was fired for unlawful and unethical actions he took as a result of his political bias – some of which were fortunately outlined within the political text messages.

Don’t forget how those text messages surfaced.

So when Hillary paid Nellie Ohr, she bribed both of them to do her bidding. The payments happened, and Bruce and Nellie did the corrupt actions. Clinton is guilty of bribing, and the Ohrs are guilty of being bribed.

“A long time ago, a friend of mine who once worked in the intel community in D.C. told me all the agencies were just absolute cesspools of nepotism, and pretty much everybody advanced by playing leap-frog along with a spouse through the system. Use your connections to get your wife a better slot somewhere in the alphabet soup, then she does the same for you. A few detours on the way to congressional staffs, or well connected private law and media firms, can be part of the track as well.”

yup..as i mentioned last week re the revealed texts and messages between ohr steele and simpson, if you read between the lines, it looks like nellie never actually did any work on the russia russia stuff…and any money she received from Fusion was simply a bribe from them to Bruce.

yes, that goes against our previous theory –that nellie’s ‘expertise’ on russia and the ham radio license are proofs of her working on this–however, there are messages here of steele and simpson seemingly needing to speak to bruce ohr directly—if nellie was actively working on the file, they would simply speak to her and use her as a conduit to bruce..

i may be wrong but considering all the screwiness here, id put it at 60/40 that she did zero to very little work on this

Last week, SaraACarter.com published a law enforcement sensitive document written by Ohr that raised serious concerns among lawmakers regarding his possible contacts with FBI agents involved in the Russia-Trump bureau investigation.

Months before Comey’s testimony, on Nov. 21, 2016, the handwritten document by Ohr lists a possible meeting with Strzok, Page and Special Agent Joe Pientka (who along with Strzok interviewed former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn). The document is one of several hundred documents obtained by lawmakers after long battles with the DOJ.

In the handwritten note, Ohr jots down, “no prosecution yet, pushing ahead on M case,” in reference to Paul Manafort, who is now facing years old charges on financial crimes and money laundering.

Ohr also wrote on the same memo, “may go back to Chris,” in reference to Christopher Steele.

Nellie got paid $500,000 for her work with Fusion GPS. Steele was paid less than $200,000 out of the approximately $12 million Hillary paid, allegedly for the dossier. I think she leased Fusion GPS like she leased the DNC. The disparity of the payment between Ohr and Steele should be considered a sign pointing to which one was more important.

[US-based] “Russian Sergei Millian, the alleged “Source D” for the Christopher Steele dossier, also bears scrutiny. Why would a supposed major source for the salacious Trump dossier exchange emails with Jared Kushner? Why would Millian be listed as a “friend” on George Papadopoulos’s Facebook page? The Washington Post on March 29, 2017 reported, “Millian told several people that during the campaign and presidential transition he was in touch with George Papadopoulos . . . Millian is among Papadopoulos’s nearly 240 Facebook friends.” Reports assert that the Russian tried to insert himself into the Trump campaign. If he is a primary source for the dossier, his intent in this effort appears duplicitous and his actions, orchestrated.”

Her name was probably all over the Fusion GPS bank records that were handed over by Fusion’s bank in the narrow window between the court ruling that yes the House of Representatives Intelligence Committee could have those transaction records and before Fusion’s lawyers could throw together an appeal to a rigged appeal court in DC to stop it. The bank by their quick action to comply with the committee and avoid more legal bills for the dubious honor of being the bank of Fusion GPS burned them and clued Devin Nunes on the money trail of the conspiracy. I would guess that Nellie and Bruce are greedy and think very highly of themselves. Everyone paid her and by virtue of their marriage him also.

Nellie Ohr was the source of pulling all the various snippets of Russian actors and others into the dossier. Remember and I think Sundance outlined that way back: there were different people involved in this various reports all of whom spoke different languages.

Nellie Ohr also acted as the liaison between all the conspirators and press in DC ergo her use of the Ham radio. Her intent was to keep all that our of the NSA preying ears.

No, I think this was designed and put into motion by someone in the Clinton Camp, the Barry contingent just nodded and looked off into the horizon, secretly saying “La La La” and connections within the DOJ and the CIA, who had been there a long time (since the Clinton Admin days) did all the work on this.Remember, Obama was not very popular with DOJ folks when he basically stole the Dem Nomination from her in ’08. • The FBI allowed Fusion-GPS access to raw intelligence data up until April 18, 2016, when that access was cut off. The very next day, April 19, 2016, Mary Jacoby, the wife of Fusion-GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson, visited the White House. The White House. And the new plan of the conspiratiors — the creation of the Steele dossier and its use to get the fraudulent FISA warrant — was immediately instigated.

That definitive fact alone already proves that then- President Obama enabled and guided the coup d’etat.

I wish that even many on our side of this national tragedy would get that into their thick heads once and for all. You just make the day when everyone knows the truth ever further down the road. We still have to bring Obama/Soetoro to justice, because it is the mass belief in him that keeps the media and half the country determined to deny that truth, that is tearing America apart.

Love you Sundance, you obviously want justice to be done badly like we all do. But I have completely lost faith that anything will be done to bring these traitors to justice. It’s time you again address SESSIONS, OUR NON-EXISTENT AG who has completely LOCKED DOWN the powers of this office where all this is concerned.

I have now come to the conclusion that Sessions is ONE OF THE BAD GUYS, not just dumb or uninterested, HE’S A BLACK HAT. Nothing else makes any sense. The entire right side is screaming for a special prosecutor, the Congress, talk radio, Hannity, Levin, Rush, and on and on. He has done NOTHING on numerous 50/50 contentious issues where he could have defended law and order and our president and he has done NOTHING. It appears he has PURPOSELY locked down the office of AG to keep that power away from helping Trump. Nothing else makes any sense in this.

If we don’t have an AG bringing justice to these traitors then who will?

Sundance, you and many others defended Sessions for the longest time in the first part of this. Many here kept on and on believing Sessions was a white hat playing 4D chess. I have not seen you discuss Sessions in depth in a long time. I think it’s obvious you now see that this man has shut down the power of the AG and is refusing to use it to bring these people to justice.

I am hoping you will now do a HUGE article about your current thoughts on Sessions, it’s time, it really is. Is he a white hat playing 4D chess, cowering in the corner with a dunce hat on, or an actual black hat put these by the deep state to run interference for them or someone who has been threatened by the deep state to shut up and do nothing, thereby robbing the president of his powers.

NONE of the rest of this matters without the powers of a functioning AG who is hell-bent for justice and determined to bring these traitors to account for their crimes. Mueller already has huge conflicts of interest (turned down for the FBI job by the president the night before being names SP). That is grounds right there for Sessions to at least replace him, maybe not to end the investigation, but to rightfully replace him though.

All the documents the Congress wanted being held and held and held, Sessions could have demanded their release. No, Sessions is a black hat, and that means these traitors are going to get away with it. This should be plainly obvious to all by now.

The alternate possibility may involve keeping Sessions insulated from opposition criticism on all the other issues like immigration and child/human trafficking PLUS providing a kabuki drama whereby the doj is seen to be resisting trump and is forced to release documents in a trickle at the right timing. As for rosenstein and mueller… due to muellers past record and his U1 hiding of fbi rosatom investigation from congress and cifius in 2010…… it is difficult to see him as a white hat unless a deal was made. As for Rosenstein, he has the same involvement in U1.

I think in the movies it is called foreshadowing! Stay Tuned as PDJT says.

Matt Couch, who has reportedly been trying to solve the Seth Rich homicide, made a statement on a recent live stream that Assange once alluded to the purchase of something via EBAY, and that anything he ordered online from Ebay could be shipped to the Ecuadorean embassy in London. An interesting allusion about how the data might have been transferred, but, who knows?

Wikielaks was one thing that totally caught the lefties by surprise, they actually beleived because he undercut Bush on Iraq he was on there side. Assange has always been about keeping govts out of the secrecy business and little else. He should be an asset against the far left and should be treated as such.

Last I heard, the DOJ (Rod Ratstein) was refusing to allow him to testify to Grassley’s committee.
Grassley sent a strongly worded letter requesting Pientka’s testimony. RRod blew it off citing an investigation. Grassley sent him another strongly worded letter stating “what investigation, Flynn has already plead guilty!” and RRod blew it off yet again and here we sit some two months later. RRod has refused to let Pientka to testify and thus far, the Republicans in Congress appear afraid of RRod who has reportedly threatened them behind closed doors into opening investigations into all of them. it would appear that pretty much everyone in DC besides Trump is dirty as all get out, so none of them are willing to push RR at this point.

Trump will get involved when he deems the time is right. I hope.

  21. How, on God’s green Earth, did all these long-serving, career prosecutors, bureaucrats & top-ranking leaders within the intelligence community, Justice Dept. and FBI go so far out of bounds during the Obama Administration?

Bruce Ohr began his career in 1991 & was heavily involved in organized crime & drug trafficking cases. How did a formerly righteous federal prosecutor, fighting for justice and law & order, putting the worst of the worst behind bars; become involved in a criminal conspiracy to subvert the 2016 election? What the Hell happened to this man?

Most of the top officials who did the actual work in planning, executing & implementing this conspiracy have had long & reputable careers within the federal government – before now. I know there are some, like Andrew Weissmann, whose reputations were bad… but most were not. What changed them?

When it’s all said & done, after the whole conspiracy has been revealed & prosecuted —- we need to find out how so many formerly dedicated & honest officials succumbed to lawlessness. We need to know how this perversion took place, so we can prevent it from ever happening again.

You mistake “external capability” of being effective at the goals and purpose of the FBI/CIA, with the “internal characteristics” of management advancement. Sociopaths who are willing to please “superiors”, who talk a good game, who take credit for other’s work, and who lack ethics or empathy are promoted. “management” in a corrupt political environment is assigned to the perverted, corrupt and corruptible. Honest competent people are feared and avoided. Organizations tend to be less corrupt and more competent when new – think NASA run by top engineers in the 60s-70s, which now is imcompetent (under obama its official mission was to make muslims feel good about their contribution to space technology…)

One approach discussed before the 2016 election was to disband the government agency headquarters around DC, and move them around the country. That would be a start to rid them of the DC-policics-centric types of crooked managers.

And why hasn’t the Court “sua sponte” disbarred the DOJ attorneys who perpetrated this fraud, and instigated contempt of court proceedings? If the DC Circuit hides and covers up fraud on the Court, the Court is complicit in the fraud. If the courts do not protect their integrity, and people correctly lose faith in the honesty of the courts, we are degraded into a banana-political-dictatorship.

The secret FISA court is the responsibility of Chief Justice Roberts. He should request an immediate evaluation of the FISA practices and proceedings.

Unlike, oh, just about every other law enforcement agency in existence, the FBI doesn’t record interviews such as Flynn’s. Instead, its agents take notes and incorporate them into the form 302s. So, if they write that the interviewee confessed to kidnapping the Lindbergh baby, there’s no video or audio proof to the contrary. As SNL’s Church Lady would say, “Isn’t that convenient.”

Hmm, do they actually have expertise or do they use US taxpayer funded expertise and resources of the NSA? Are they actually a NWO-globalist enslavers’ tool of infiltration and control in 170 countries? What crowds were they planning on striking with that arrogant name, Crowdstrike?

I think with their debunked reputation they’re an international security risk on land and sea.

Crowdstrike pitched their maritime software on 31 May 2017. By June (U.S. guided-missile destroyer, the USS Fitzgerald) and August (the guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain) there were two US naval collisions. Related? Has the US Navy contracted Crowdstrike? Malware masquerading as anti-malware? We don’t want any ships colliding or starting WWIII due to remote control malware.

    CROWDSTRIKE’S CONNECTIONS

In addition to being created by WarburgPincus in 2011 (same family who instigated the creation of the Federal Reserve in 1913) and later Google invested in them, these are some of Crowdstrike’s other connections:

Connected to Mueller (Crowdstrike’s Shawn Henry, ex-FBI top exec, friend of Mueller, worked under Mueller using a similar setup) as Guccifer2.0.

Connected to Mifsud’s Link Campus Rome – CIA FBI UK & Italian intel training school ( Andrew Bagley, employed at Crowdstrike since 2015, advisor to FBI/DOJ)
That’s Joseph Mifsud – the Papadopoulos agent provocateur who planted “Russia” bait to enable FISA surveillance of Trump campaign.

Connected to The Atlantic Council (Crowdstrike’s co-founder Dmitri Alperovitch is a Fellow there)

    Atlantic Council – virulently anti-Russia, pro-NATO, warmongers
    NATO – funder
    Soros – funder, Clinton supporter
Victor Pinchuk – funder, Ukranian Clinton Fdn donor
    FaceBook – funder

Evelyn Farkas – Atlantic Council Fellow, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense in the Obama Administration (the one who admitted Obama admin spying and unmasking of Trump campaign)

Samantha Power – speaker there, haven’t researched if she’s a member

Jon Huntsman, Jr. – was Chairman of the Atlantic Council during the unmaskings, 2014-2017. Became US Ambassador to Russia Oct 2017 – big mistake putting him on that post I’d say.

Henry Kissinger – Atlantic Council’s longest serving board member, Rockefeller ally
    Michael Hayden, former CIA chief
Michael Morell, former acting CIA head
    Michael Chertoff
    Madeleine Albright
    Brent Scowcroft, etc.

    . Facebook’s 5-17-18 announcement:

“Today, we’re excited to launch a new partnership with the Atlantic Council, which has a stellar reputation looking at innovative solutions to hard problems. Experts from their Digital Forensic Research Lab will work closely with our security, policy and product teams to get Facebook real-time insights and updates on emerging threats and disinformation campaigns from around the world. This will help increase the number of “eyes and ears” we have working to spot potential abuse on our service — enabling us to more effectively identify gaps in our systems, preempt obstacles, and ensure that Facebook plays a positive role during elections all around the world.

Facebook will also use the Atlantic Council’s Digital Research Unit Monitoring Missions during elections and other highly sensitive moments. This will allow us to focus on a particular geographic area — monitoring for misinformation and foreign interference and also working to help educate citizens as well as civil society.”

Shame on them and arstechnica – techies with blinders on, writing puff pieces for Crowdstrike). How cool, Big Brother spying on all people on earth, the Russia-Ukraine connection again, and if I research further I’ll probably find Crowdstrike’s Dmitri Alperovitch involved with the DFRLab (Digital Forensic Research Lab), since he’s a Fellow at the Atlantic Council.
