Contemplating the Next FBI Director

In order to appropriately discuss leadership of the FBI silo as an institution of DC influence, it becomes very important for everyone to understand the current status of the FBI as the organization has self-identified.

For those who followed the 2016 campaign of President Trump and then watched the 2017 attacks organized by the DOJ and FBI toward the incoming Trump administration, you may agree with me that a complete disassembly of the FBI is now warranted. I will walk through the process, but first it is important to understand just how bad the corruption has become:

RECAP: The FBI relationship with Antifa.  There is no way for Antifa to operate as a domestic extremist group, without the expressed support and willful blindness of the FBI.  Quite simply, if the FBI wanted to stop the violent and extremist activity of Antifa, they could do that easily.

The objective of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was to resecure what they perceived as physical evidence President Trump controlled showing how the DOJ and FBI action in 2016 was targeting him using the power of their law enforcement and intelligence agencies.   In the background, the origination of all the DOJ/FBI/IC targeting goes back to the ’15/’16 FBI exploitation of the NSA database; this is not a contested discussion issue – it’s just continually forgotten.

The FBI was using their access to the NSA metadata of all Americans, to conduct surveillance on political candidates that might be a threat to the power structures that exploited the secrets within the electronic records of all Americans.  The FBI was, almost certainly still is, conducting domestic surveillance and tracking Americans just like the German Stasi or Soviet KGB.  It’s still happening, but we are not supposed to talk about it, or something.

The raid on Mar-a-Lago, just like the Robert Mueller investigation, was part of a long standing coverup operation.  The FBI was looking for what Trump took with him as evidence of the weaponized system that targeted him.  The FBI wanted that back.  The FBI was willing to use deadly force to get it back if that’s what it took.

President Trump Announces Nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to Director of National Intelligence

In this position Tulsi Gabbard will be able to find out why she was put on the DHS “watch list” within the TSA.  Additionally, I note that all of the nominations and appointments have come from within the group of campaign surrogates and campaign officials.  Perhaps that filter disqualifies anyone else.

I’m sorry folks, we are going to have to wait to understand the thinking behind this one.  I have absolutely no idea.  Mrs Gabbard has never led any organization of scale, nor held any position of intelligence review that I am aware of.

Other than being a campaign surrogate (via RFK Jr) and very close friend of Tucker Carlson, who I’m told is one of a small group organizing the cabinet appointments; together with Donald Trump Jr, Vivek Ramaswamy, Elon Musk and Robert F Kennedy Jr. (currently living in Mar-a-Lago); I’m not sure what would be the plan for Tulsi Gabbard (maybe with guidance from Ric Grenell?).   Like everyone else, I’m puzzled.

Suggestions For President Donald Trump Staffing of Key Positions 2025

Grab your favorite beverage, this is long.

For two years I was asked to present thoughts on potential candidates for offices in/around the Trump administration if they can achieve victory in the 2024 election.  Essentially, if Trump wins, “who” would be best in “what” positions?

I was extremely reluctant to put something together because ultimately, I look at the challenges with a different perspective. Additionally, I am not confident that key people around Donald Trump fully understand the complexity of the problem, and as a result would not absorb the context of any suggestions I might offer.

However, having spent the past 18 months traveling, quietly tracking, methodically researching, looking, listening; digging deep in the places that few understand or pay attention to, and after careful thought, prayer and reflection, I began to think that perhaps a slight change in the presentation might actually be beneficial.

Thus, I began in July of 2024, writing very specifically about who might be best suited for roles and responsibilities. Not from the perspective of the person per se’, but rather from the perspective of a fully understandable context for the position; the reality of what can be pragmatically accomplished, and detailed reasoning for why the challenge they will face exists.

This is a beginning with the end in mind approach.

It is NOT my intent to provide a private list of recommendations. What I wanted to do was set a cornerstone of how each role could, predictably, be anticipated to engage with each challenge; then, ultimately, what I believe they will have to do in order to make progress.

The result was a public series of non-pretending presentations, where all of the traditional civic perspectives that people carried might be challenged.

Roles and responsibilities are only valuable if we define and accept the problem from the same perspective.  It is with that thought in mind that such an undertaking begins.

With success in the 2024 election, President Trump will have one 4-year term to begin charting a new course within our government.

President Trump cannot be expected to fix or repair all of the damage created within our Constitutional Republic in one term.  However, it is possible for President Trump to set the cornerstones in place that ensure the greatest likelihood of success for a modern restoration.

Next up, China – U.S Intel Community Now Declares Provenance of Trump Surveillance Associated with “China-Linked Hackers”…

The ongoing surveillance of Donald Trump continues to generate a need for the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) to attribute foreign adversaries to the origin.  However, substantively we all know the surveillance itself is coming from inside the house.

In the latest development, the New York Times is reporting from their sources “familiar with the matter,” that communication systems within President Trump’s family have been corrupted by “China-linked hackers.”  Before outlining the who’s, what’s and transparently predictable “why’s” of the story, let us first outline what the USIC is leaking to the New York Times.

Remember as you read this, each surveillance system -the origin of the spyware- tells us a lot about what methods are being deployed as a justification for surveillance that we know has been ongoing for a long time.  Notice this “hacking” system is attributed to “Phones used by Jared Kushner and Eric Trump.” When you see ‘phones‘, think ‘Pegasus.’

New York Times – Members of former President Donald J. Trump’s family, as well as Biden administration and State Department officials, were among those targeted by the China-linked hackers who were able to break into telecommunications company systems, according to people familiar with the matter.

The sophisticated hacking operation has alarmed national security officials and appears to have targeted a substantial but focused list of people whose communications would be of interest to the Chinese government. The list of known targets is currently fewer than 100 individuals, these people said, speaking on condition of anonymity to describe a sensitive ongoing investigation.

Why Did Barack Obama and Eric Holder Select Kamala?

The DNC Convention starts tomorrow.  I have been requested to repost “THE BIG WHY” explanation.  When we understand just how much corruption was needed in the weaponization of the modern IC, we start to understand why the effort to hide it will continue.

President Barack Obama and his Attorney General Eric Holder did not create a weaponized DOJ and FBI; instead, what they did was take the preexisting system and retool it, so the weapons only targeted one side of the political continuum.  This point is where many people understandably get confused.

In the era shortly after 9/11, the DC national security apparatus was constructed to preserve continuity of government and simultaneously view all Americans as potential threats.  The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were created specifically for this purpose.

What Barack Obama and Eric Holder did with that new construct was refine the internal targeting mechanisms so that only their ideological opposition became the target of the new national security system.  This is very important to understand as you dig deeper into this research outline.

Washington DC created the modern national security apparatus immediately and hurriedly after 9/11/01.  DHS came along in 2002, and within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 the ODNI was formed.  When Barack Obama and Eric Holder arrived a few years later, those newly formed institutions were viewed as opportunities to create a very specific national security apparatus that would focus almost exclusively against their political opposition.

Whistleblower Report – Trust Lost: Local and State Law Enforcement Stop Cooperating and Sharing Information with Politicized FBI

Miranda Devine has an interesting op-ed today in the New York Post, sharing information gleaned from a group of law enforcement who are no longer cooperating with what they see as a highly politicized FBI.

The underlying issue is not a surprise to many of us, and the specific reasons for the distrust and lack of cooperation are, not surprisingly, exactly what we predicted long before their assembly came together.

NEW YORK POST – […] “They are not only reluctant to work with the FBI but reportedly have decided to no longer share actionable, substantive information on criminal and other intelligence-related activity with the FBI.” 

Most concerning is what the alliance of whistleblowers calls a “crisis of confidence” in FBI-led task forces where relationships with local cops have deteriorated to the point of “imploding” in some cases because of “poor management and ineffective leadership by the FBI.” 

Local cops said their precipitous loss of trust in the FBI was triggered by its excessive response to the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, followed by the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida. 

One source, a 25-year veteran sergeant in the Major Crimes Division of a large police force in a Western state, said they “cannot understand why the FBI is not going after [far-left militant group] Antifa, BLM and pro-Palestinian rioters with the same vigor the FBI brought to bear against” J6 participants. Big Picture Question – Big Picture Answer

I was explaining how Joe Biden is now facing two formidable forces against his 2024 election candidacy, (1) Barack Obama, and (2) the Intelligence Community.

A question was raised: “I thought the IC and Team Obama were one in the same?”

The answer is no, not really; and the expanded answer is a little more important given the nature of what our nation is facing right now in the 2024 election.

ANSWER – Essentially the worst elements of the IC were always present within the deep parts of the apparatus (the “dark arts” parts where the Dick Cheney’s and John Brennan hung out together). However, they were present, but they were not in operational control.

After 9/11, post Patriot Act, the ranks of the IC bad actors began to swell, as the anger amid the general nation seemed to permit it.

Then a big inflection point. Obama was elected.

Obama’s team saw the opening to exploit, which was created by the newly formed Dept of Homeland Security and Office of the Director of National Intel.

Obama, now with Brennan (CIA) and Holder (DOJ), then used the preexisting IC weapons to turn the system internally. The weaponization and surveillance system began targeting operations inside the USA. The targets were then defined as Obama’s ideological enemies (see DOJ/IRS targeting of Tea Party or Patriot groups).

The IC became a domestic targeting operation, with full surveillance power under the auspices of “national security.” That’s the current system we now see.

The FBI was always political, the new IC system made that exponentially worse. The DOJ National Security Division was created, which then weaponized Main Justice. We see this now.

DHS was used to conduct surveillance operations. Thus, social media companies were recruited by DHS for enhanced targeting operations along with speech control, censorship via Google, Facebook, Insta., Twitter etc.

With control over communication and information, the domestic weaponization got worse and worse. Now the DHS weaponizing systems are like HAL-9000, almost virtually self-aware and autonomous. Artificial Intelligence has made this surveillance capture speed even worse.

As with all institutions created by government, the DHS priority now includes self-preservation.

Obama holds influence in the dynamic of the people within the political silos, fellow ideologues. However, the IC no longer has any restraints, controls or bosses.

The IC function is now a weaponized system, with full surveillance power, that can target any threat, ANY THREAT, including the politicians who empowered and created it. That’s why the politicians are scared of it.

The raid involved 25 Miami FBI agents, four Washington FBI agents, one unidentified individual from FBI Headquarters, one DOJ attorney, and the assistant U.S. Attorney from the Southern District of Florida. (MORE)

Yes, apparently the FBI was prepared to engage in a gun battle or kill people in Mar-a-Lago in order to retake the evidence against them.  I know it sounds scarey, but that’s the reality of our modern FBI.  These are not good people.   Remember also that AG Merrick Garland said he authorized every facet of the raid.

I keep trying to drive the point home, these are not good people…. yet, many refuse to accept, pretend it just can’t be that bad, or keep forgetting the real examples that prove how bad the FBI is.
