(VIA Fox News) – A federal judge tossed criminal charges against two former FBI officials accused of lying to Congress about the Hunter Biden investigation Monday, delivering a blistering rebuke of the prosecution and accusing the Trump administration’s Justice Department of weaponizing the justice system.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui dismissed the criminal complaint against former FBI officials Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides from the bench, sharply criticizing the government’s handling of the prosecution.
“What has transpired here cannot be described as anything other than weaponization,” Faruqui said, describing the case as a “rush job” directed by President Donald Trump and FBI Director Kash Patel.

Not at all a surprise. The globalists have tried and tried for years to fill the courts with anti-American activist judges. They did a more thorough job of it in Europe, but you can see by this retarded DEI poster boy that they made an effort in the US, too.
This judge is not precisely ‘DEI’ as we think of the term. He is exactly what those who appointed him wanted in a federal magistrate — a judge who would reliably dismiss any and all charges brought against any and all of their ideological fellow travelers. And so he fits their specification perfectly.
Until we get these RADICAL judges REMOVED for dereliction of duty – we will never have a fully dependable justice system again. We can bet that the radical leftist / communists / foreign interest-driven / Sharia / Caste System / LGBxyz get it office – it will be Open Season on common sense principles – and they will make sure we never rise again.
