President Obama and Secretary Kerry have been trying for months to establish their own legacy position by leveraging a peace agreement between Palestinian Authority President, Mahmoud Abbas, and Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.
Specifically because Kerry/Obama are less pro-Israel than any other administration – Abbas (Palestinian Authority) has felt empowered, and doubled down on his position that Netanyahu (Israel) must make *ALL* the substantive concessions for peace.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (CNN) — The investigation into Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 is now classified as a criminal investigation, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing the Malaysian police chief.

Inspector General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar said authorities have already recorded more than 170 statements and will interview more people for the Flight 370 probe, the Journal said.

But Bakar cautioned that what happened with Flight 370 might still be unknown after the investigation.

He added that the investigation into the flight simulator in the pilot’s house is still inconclusive. Authorities are awaiting an expert’s report on the simulator, he said. (more…)

Shallow quake = more displaced water !!

CHILE – An 8.2-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of northern Chile on Tuesday evening, generating a tsunami, authorities said.
The U.S. Geological Survey reported the quake, which hit at at 8:46 p.m. local time, was centered some 60 miles northwest of Iquique at a depth of 12.5 miles. It had previously put the magnitude at 8.0 and the depth at 6.2 miles.

The quake caused a small landslide, but there were no reports of deaths or major damage, Chilean Deputy Interior Minister Mahmud Aleuy told reporters.
Chile’s National Emergency Office tweeted Tuesday night that it was asking everyone to evacuate the South American nation’s coast. (keep reading)

Gee – what are the odds ?
Second – The entire reason to try and get ObamaCare passed was supposedly to “insure the uninsured” and we were told there were 35 million uninsured in 2009.    Of the 7 million signups touted, 5 million are those who lost their coverage DUE TO ObamaCare creating policy cancellations and re-enrolled through ObamaCare.     Of the remaining 2 million *enrollees* they are also counting 1 million Medicaid signups.
So this 2,700 page, $3 trillion healthcare monstrosity boondoggle has generated, at best, insurance for 1 million out of the original 35 million uninsured. (more…)

MARION, N.Y. – The controversy surrounding the new Common Core-aligned standardized tests is causing some New York school leaders to act as childish and immature as the students they are supposed to be leading.
13WHAM.com reports at least 16 school districts in the Empire State have implemented a “sit and stare” policy for students who’ve been opted-out of the state assessments by their parents.
Such students “will have to sit at their desks without any other reading or testing materials, while all the students around them take the 60- to 90-minute exams,” the news site reports.
It’s not difficult to read between the lines here. The “sit and stare” policy is a way petty and vindictive school principals and superintendents can get back at parents who are pushing back against the Common Core experiment. (more…)

$9,000 in property tax and you are wondering why average people are renting out rooms etc ?   Your solution ? You approve the government to engage in warrantless house searches, and ask citizens to squeal on their neighbors. How much freedom are you willing to give away to insure “fairness”?

A family in a car. A group of black teens/thugs surround the vehicle. Something is thrown at the car to create damage. The father gets out of the car and the pack attacks him. Now his entire family is at risk and the Mom is soon attacked while the children are in the car. Watch the video:

As many people have stated before, forget about the car – you can deal with any damage later. Don’t exit the vehicle if you find yourself in this situation. The goal of the attacking mob is to get you out of your car. The reason we share these articles is to remind you to focus on “situational awareness”. In Kentucky the police have publicly stated they cannot control these crowds and/or stop this violence. Don’t put yourself or your family at risk.
