WASHINGTON DC – Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) announced Wednesday that he will not support Rep. Mick Mulvaney’s (R-S.C.) nomination to lead the Office of Management and Budget.

“Under most circumstances, I always give the benefit of the doubt to the incoming president … so it is with great reluctance that I came to the floor of the Senate to rise in opposition to the nomination of Mick Mulvaney,” McCain said.

Andrew Puzder, the nominee for labor secretary, has withdrawn his name from consideration.  According to media reports multiple republicans in the Senate were not going to support his nomination.

*NOTE* If anyone can find out the names of the Republicans (embedded in various reports) please share.  There is a synergy of GOPe that everyone should be keeping track off – especially against the backdrop of the Deep State being exposed.

After eight years of toxic clashes with President Barack Obama, Israeli Prime-Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was far more comfortable today with his good friend President Donald Trump.
Both President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu get along swimmingly, and that drives the leftist media into spontaneous fits of rage…. splendid.

Netanyahu and Trump carry a comfort with each other and are able to talk warmly and frankly. Each leader knows the other has independent and diplomatic best interests at heart. A stunning contrast from the prior eight years of antagonism.

Former Representative Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) appeared on Fox News to discuss Gen. Michael Flynn resignation and the larger more dangerous issue of a rogue intelligence community undermining the U.S. presidency and operating on behalf of a deep state construct of subversive government.

Kucinich is not alone; multiple voices across the most broad spectrum of politics are now in agreement that what has taken place within a subversive intelligence network, is far more dangerous to our constitutional republic than any political division or disagreement.
The domestic entities hiding within a Deep State construct are acting independently of legal and constitutional parameters in a direct act of sedition against the U.S. government.

As if on cue.  I swear we didn’t know this was going to be in the Swamp Media Newsletter when we earlier wrote about Trump’s anticipated budget battle with the UniParty…
Apparently the GOPe has had enough of this hiding behind the guise of supporting Trump.  We know this specifically because the Corinthian Chair sitting GOPe “Decepticons” never trot out Thad Cochran unless -and until- Mitch McConnell pulls him out of the closet for a purpose.
For those who don’t know, Senator Thad Cochran is, well, to put it nicely, cognitively impaired. As such, McConnell keeps him tucked away, and hidden from the media, like the non-viable character from Weekend at Bernie’s.  When sighted, it’s almost always from behind, and it’s usually Orrin Hatch and Mitch McConnell carrying him around.
Every once in a while someone might see Thad’s nurse wheeling him around near the cloakroom and changing his bib, but generally speaking ol’ Thad is just a name on a brass plaque,… on a mahogany door,… leading to an empty office.
Senator Cochran spends his days at home in DC looking out the window, and when not dozing he mutters to the pretty pancakes and watches the garden gnomes twerking. Originally elected in 1978, Mississippi’s oldest legislator is a ghost-senator who McConnell et al [Big Club] use to keep a box open on their side of the ledger.

If you think the UniParty attacks upon President Trump are vitriolic now, just wait until President Trump presents his budget proposal to congress; that’s when the UniParty is really going to go bananas, and every crony-conservative pundit and radio talker will simultaneously demand Trump immediately spend more money.

These politicians will demand more spending.  Notice anything familiar about them?

The federal fiscal year runs from October 1st to September 3oth annually. The Budget and Accounting Act of 1921 requires the President to submit his budget request for the upcoming fiscal year no later than the first Monday of February.
However, in the first year of the first term of each administration – congress waives the statutory deadline because so much of the election and campaign is structured around fiscal budget and tax policy.  The waiver gives the incoming administration time to construct their budget after the inauguration.  Historic reference:
