The Arizona Senate has announced the formal scheduling details for the upcoming hearing on Maricopa County audit result. The hearing will be live-streamed at 1:00pm local / 4:00pm EST on Friday, September 24th. Details Below:
There is a lot about this video update released today from the Arizona Republican Party that triggers alarm bells. Apparently, the Arizona Republican Chairwoman Kelli Ward is not familiar with the process Maricopa County officials and State Senate leadership have agreed to.
Ms. Ward does not know what role the arbiter, mediator or “special master” will play in selecting the group who will provide the Senate with details of the router and splunk logs. Nor is Ms. Ward aware of the ideology, motives and intents of former congressman John Shadegg who has been selected as the “special master” in charge of fulfilling the senate request(s).

John Shadegg was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994, serving 16 years before his retirement in 2010 as the Tea Party wave moved in. Shadegg was a close professional ally of Senator John McCain and currently remains close friends with Cindy McCain. In the typical mindset of the ‘Never Trump’ GOPe , “Mr. Shadegg, in an interview, said party leaders’ crusade against illegal immigration had damaged Republicans statewide and hurt their chances of drawing the growing body of Hispanic voters.”
A lawyer with offices in Phoenix and Washington DC, John Shadegg is a big time open-border and immigration amnesty activist, completely allied with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Business Roundtable. Shadegg is most certainly aligned to protect the interests of the corrupt cocktail class that runs Maricopa County elections.
Some interesting developments in the ongoing Arizona Senate audit of the dubious Maricopa County election outcome. First, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann notes an agreement between the Senate and Maricopa County for information still outstanding. According to President Fann:

I don’t usually draw too much attention to Gibberish Joe, because most of the time what he espouses comes from the brain trust of someone else; and I respect the time of people here and do not want to subject them to the insane cognitive mush coming from a guy who is genuinely a low-brow doofus. In this semi-coherent 90 second soundbite; the content of which flies over the head of the provider, Politico; Joe Biden is telling the media about his conversations with Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Biden says that both Xi and Putin are “autocrats” who dictate to the citizens of their nations, and in conversation with them – those leaders have questioned the viability of ‘western democracy‘ in an era where polarization of the electorate is so extreme. Biden is calling them “autocrats” and trying to defend “democracy”…. ok, you with me? Now, WATCH:
These actual statements are being muttered by the same guy who just 36 hours earlier told the entire American population that he “has lost patience” with half the nation, and as an outcome, is going to FORCE a mandatory injection (COVID “vaccine”) into the arms of every citizen who wants to work in the United States.
Biden is literally decrying “autocratic governance” today, while being the biggest autocratic executive this nation has ever seen.
And not a single friggin’ journalist could see this – and point it out immediately in their gaggle? Or challenge him to reconcile those statements? Seriously? This is nuts !

But the issues are bigger. The more important issue is right there.
As many have noted, the *entire* premise behind the Biden administration mandatory vaccine requirement for U.S. workers is political. They are not even attempting to frame a legal or constitutionally valid basis for their unilateral proclamation. Nothing about the policy is based on science, or even the possibility of executive authority.
The announcement on Thursday was a pure political ruse intended to stir support from the Democrat base, and distract from the mess they created in Afghanistan. If the vaccine mandate wasn’t political theater, if they really believed in it, they would not be taking the visible approach seen today from the White House press secretary.
When questioned about American workers, being forced to take a vaccine under the auspices of public health – yet not requiring vaccines for illegal economic migrants, the administration shrugged and said: “that’s correct”. Undermining their ’emergency health authorization’ premise would not be their approach if the White House really did believe they had a legal pathway to the mandate. WATCH:

Joe Biden is a disposable front-man for the Obama group organizing the objective. He was installed as a disposable figurehead so they don’t have to worry about political damage. The Biden term was designed for a single set of four-year rapid advancements for the Democrat Socialist agenda. The Biden poll ratings and favorability, or lack therein, do not factor into the plan of action; those issues are irrelevant.
That said, they cannot leave him wandering around the Rose Garden muttering to himself and still keep up the pretense of a presidency. A Florida appeals court has ruled that Governor Ron DeSantis’ pro-choice school mask policy will be reinstated, and put a stay against a previous activist judge who attempted to block the executive order. This is a freedom win for parents in Florida who will now have the option of having their kids wear masks or not depending on their individual choice.
FLORIDA – Gov. Ron DeSantis and his administration won approval on Friday to put a hold on a Leon County judge’s ruling that said the state could not enforce a ban on strict mask mandates in schools.
The 1st District Court of Appeal agreed to a state request to reinstate a stay on Judge John Cooper’s ruling amid objections from a group of parents who said the move could cause “irreparable harm” to their children amid a rise of COVID-19 cases. The announcement by Joe Biden yesterday to force vaccinations amid the U.S. workforce was a case study in politics, and his mandate attempt will fail – period. Be angry, be righteously angry. Be resolute and determined. This is the hill, but do not be fearful… they will fail.
As we noted yesterday, it is likely the elitist goal of the crew behind Biden is to cleave society thereby destroying it. However, if there’s something I know about this crew – it’s how their hubris is their blind-spot. They can never think clearly through the details of their dictates, because they have never operated/lived in the place where the outcomes of those dictates surface. They make rules that are never implemented within their own tribe; this fact makes them extremely vulnerable.
The announcement by the Obama Chicago Marxist group, through Joe Biden, will never succeed. The U.S. Constitution does not provide the executive with the power they are attempting to exert; not even close. Their arguments are weak, make no sense, are not framed in legal standing, and are easily dispatched in the courts. The carve-outs themselves nullify most of their predictable arguments. If the vaccine is required as a matter of urgent public health -under an emergency declaration- then why are any exemptions afforded, or groups exempted.

Bernie Sanders had no allegiance to the corrupt crew of intelligence operatives that Obama and Biden triggered to target Trump {Go Deep}.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) workers will be exempt from the mandatory vaccine requirements of all federal workers. The most logical reason for the Biden carve-out is the blackmail and leverage carried by the USPS for their role in the 2020 mail-in ballot fraud. Quid pro Joe.
WASHINGTON POST – U.S. Postal Service workers were not included in Biden’s executive order requiring all federal employees to get vaccinated against the coronavirus, according to a White House official speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss not-yet-public portions of the president’s plan. The postal workers would be strongly encouraged to comply with the mandate, the official said.
The move exempts a massive chunk of the federal workforce — 644,000 employees and growing as the agency ramps up seasonal hiring — that interacts daily with an equally large swath of the public. One of the Postal Service’s powerful unions, the American Postal Workers Union, in July criticized the administration’s efforts to require federal workers to be vaccinated and demanded that postal leadership collectively bargain on the issue. On a positive note, this unilateral exemption provides massive support for any lawsuit against the Biden administration over the forced vaccination order. The DOJ cannot claim ‘public health’ as a reason for the mandate and simultaneously claim the USPS carve-out is unrelated.
In the lead-up to the critical 2018 mid-term elections, President Trump’s political opposition needed a control mechanism in order to remove him from office and support the impeachment path. The administrative state -writ large- produced an overwhelming narrative leading to the issuance of a Executive Declaration of A National Emergency to Avoid Foreign Interference in Our Elections.
At the time the narrative was framed (mid-2018), the argument was: if President Trump did not declare the emergency, and grant the federal intelligence community the right to enter state election databases and “monitor” the activity therein, that refusal itself would be proof Donald Trump was a Russian asset. Remember, the Mueller investigation was at its apex and the office of the president was surrounded by administration officials like Mike Pence (VP), Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein (DOJ), Alexander Vindman (NSC), Dana Boente (FBI), Dan Coats (DNI), Michael Attkinson (ICIG), et al; all of them carrying ulterior motives.
President Trump signed the emergency declaration and granted the Intelligence Branch of Government full access to the state-level election systems.
In short, President Trump was forced by his Machiavellian captors to seal his own fate. Yes, this is how the DC apparatus works. The Intelligence Branch of Government works with their political agents within the legislative branch and simultaneously coordinate with their media operatives to surround the target with fire until the action they need is executed. It was not coincidental that most of the new 2018 Democrat candidates for office came from former and/or current CIA and intelligence agencies. A few people wondered why so many ‘new’ DNC approved candidates were from the intelligence agencies of the government. Some even coined the phrase “CIA Democrats“, but for the most part it was ignored. The 2018 federal election outcome was delivered exactly as planned. Democrats took control of the House of Representatives and paved the way for Mueller to deliver what they needed for articles of impeachment.
Fast forward to 2020, and the same Federal Declaration of a National Election Emergency was used to support the COVID mail-in ballot narrative, while the same intelligence branch operatives coordinated with state-level political activists to manipulate the outcome.
It is important to draw a distinction between what is presented in this discussion by Arizona resident Liz Harris and the forensic audit of Maricopa County ballots as authorized by the Arizona Senate.
The official Arizona ballot audit group did not perform a canvass of the voters in Maricopa County. In part that authorized Arizona audit did not include the canvass, because the U.S. Department of Justice was prepared to launch federal “voter intimidation” charges against the auditing firm if they contacted any voters in person. This is one of the problems when attempting to verify voting authenticity to votes counted.
If a single Arizona voter contacted was to file a complaint about the contact – the auditors would be subject to a federal investigation; and that investigation itself throws a bag over the entire audit. It is a legal catch-22 deployed by the Lawfare group inside the DOJ civil rights division.
