In a 14-page opinion and ruling today [SEE pdf HERE] four judges from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals deconstruct the previous ruling from their own court as well as the DC judge beneath them that gave Special Counsel Jack Smith access to President Trump Twitter account data and then enforced a non-disclosure order.

There are multiple layers to this story, but the substantive part is the scheme and the construct of how the Lawfare took place.  There’s no way this was coincidental; I’ll explain why.

First, there are only 7 members on the full DC Circuit Court of Appeals.  When the Twitter case to gain access to President Trump communication came to the appellate level, somehow all three of the most left-wing judges were assigned to hear the appeal.

An “en banc” review would have included the full 7 members.  However, that review was made moot by the release of the information (a result of the appellate decision).  The release itself was done with the use of a non-disclosure order, hiding the ruling in secrecy and keeping President Trump from knowing about it.  Once the other four members of the DC CCA eventually found out about the case and the ramifications for ‘executive privilege’ their opinion lambasting their own court is released.

As noted from the panel, “the court here permitted a special prosecutor to avoid even the assertion of executive privilege by allowing a warrant for presidential communications from a third party and then imposing a nondisclosure order.”

The Circuit Court justices note that Jack Smith could have gone to the National Archives for the information as they held the same set of documents and information.  However, Smith didn’t want to go that route because the National Archives would inform President Trump as customary and provide him the ability to assert executive privilege over any of the 32 Direct Messages requested.

In her keynote address at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen reaffirmed Europe’s unwavering support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s invasion. However, in the open admission of priority, President Von der Leyen declares the #1 priority of the corporations who run the WEF and world of politics, must be control of speech and information against their interests.

She goes on to note that political dissent, what she calls “polarization within our societies” must be controlled, as the ability of individuals and groups to assemble against the WEF plan remains a constant threat to the fulfillment of the agenda.  [Insert a picture of dissident enemy #1, Donald Trump, here] Yes, you do not need to interpret their intent, you only need to listen to their words and accept them. After a resounding victory in Iowa, President Trump flew to New York City at 3:00am to prepare for another court appearance triggered by the Lawfare operations using E Jean Carroll.  Billionaire LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman is funding the lawsuit brought by Carroll, and billionaire Reid Hoffman is also funding Nikki Haley.  It’s easy to see the play happening there.

Following the court appearance created by Reid Hoffman, Donald Trump, the defiant voice of the people, then travels to give a campaign speech ​at the Atkinson Country Club in Atkinson, New Hampshire where he will confront Nikki Haley, another creation of Reid Hoffman.  President Trump is anticipated to speak around 6:30pm ET. Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley are locked in a tight race for the coveted first-loser title.  However, the DeSantis campaign is very upset with the media for declaring President Trump the Iowa winner.

Tonight, all the Ron DeSantis conscripts, and paid influencers start to realize there’s not going to be any income potential for them in a few weeks.  It’s a cold look in the mirror when “learning to code” applies to your collapsed career.

As we will do with each primary contest, this is the dedicated thread to the results from the primary caucus in the state of Iowa today.

Forty delegates are up for grabs. Delegates are distributed ¹proportionately.  Caucusing begins at 8:00pm ET. We can expect results from the first-reporting precinct caucuses around 8:45pm Eastern Time tonight.

There is no Democrat primary caucus in Iowa this year as the DNC changed the primary contest. A few people, me included, have long suspected the DNC primary change was not necessarily about the DNC, but rather a change to provide space for Iowa and New Hampshire Democrat activists to influence the first two republican primaries as a block Trump strategy. We await the data to see what happens.

¹Delegates are proportionally allocated to Presidential contenders based on the statewide vote. Each candidate receives (candidate’s statewide vote) × 40 ÷ (total statewide vote) delegates. Round fractions to the nearest whole number. If there are too few delegates allocated, the candidate nearest the rounding threshold receives the additional delegate. If too many delegates are allocated, the candidate furthest the threshold loses a delegate.

As soon as many of us heard the basic outline of how the mRNA vaccine science works, we were hesitant to participate in the global experiment.  After all, this is the government creating the product.  Four years later questions are being raised about what that mRNA process might actually have done to the human genome. The German farmers are not negotiating with a government who is supposed to represent their interests.  No, the farmers are telling their elected officials what they will accept, and what they will not accept.  And this approach has the German government in fits of apoplexy….  The farmers are revolting.

[Background Here] The second week of massive protests in the streets of Germany has the overwhelming majority of the people in support of the farmers.  However, to show just how large the gap between the people and their government has become, the German officials think a process of negotiating terms is possible.  The farmers are having none of that.

Really, this is awesome to see.  The Dutch farmers are in full support and truckers from around the EU are aligned with the German farmers.  The simple message is “enough is enough” and there are more EU interests that just the German government paying attention.  Keep in mind, the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos began today.

GERMANY – Farmers clogged Berlin streets with their tractors on Monday, honking their horns in protest at a plan to scrap tax breaks on the diesel they use, the climax of a week of protests that has tapped into wider discontent with Germany’s government.

Columns of tractors rolled into the capital ahead of the demonstration at the landmark Brandenburg Gate. Over the past week, farmers have blocked highway entrances and slowed traffic across Germany with their protests, intent on pushing Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s government to abandon the planned cuts entirely.

I doubt this guy is going to come in second place, maybe third; yet there’s a possibility he could even drop to a devastating fourth.  The short answer about why is in this closing message.  The Florida governor shows who he is.

Giving his closing message to Iowa voters, Ron DeSantis attacks Donald Trump by saying, “if you kiss the ring, he’ll say you’re wonderful.  You can be the strongest, most dynamic successful Republican and conservative in America, but if you don’t kiss that ring, then he’ll try to trash you.”  This comes after Ron DeSantis was desperate in 2018 and likely to lose the Florida governor race to a drug fueled porn addict, so his team begged Donald Trump for assistance.

American voters are not stupid.  The labeling and attacking do not work when it is full of fraud, sanctimony and hypocrisy.  That said, this is also why DeSantis has very few friends and even fewer endorsements amid those in the Florida delegation who know him best. WATCH:

You know what the strange thing is…. I doubt strongly that Ron DeSantis has any idea just how much damage he has done to himself with this campaign.  The echo-chamber around DeSantis is so necessarily isolating, only after he drops out will he personally begin to absorb just how small, pathetic and insignificant he has become.
