Comrades, a shop owner in North Carolina has been given a citation by local COVID Compliance Authorities for non-compliant signage in their store allowing previously free-range citizens to enter the establishment without masks.

If the promotion of respiratory freedom, by free and independent citizens in a private commercial building, is now a violation of the COVID regulations; well, how long before that intrusive citation applies inside your private residence.  Think about it…

WENDELL, N.C. — A North Carolina store owner has been cited for encouraging customers NOT to wear masks in her store. Police said the signs violate Gov. Roy Cooper’s mask-wearing order, which was imposed to preserve public health during the coronavirus pandemic.

Wendell General Store owner Regina Harmon was cited Wednesday with one count of aiding and abetting the violation of an executive order, news outlets reported.

A public order posted on the mayor’s website Wednesday detailed many of the restrictions.  People may lawfully leave their residences only to engage in defined essential activities.

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled against the state of New York and Governor Andrew Cuomo in a late night emergency ruling barring the state from reimposing limits on religious gatherings.  [full pdf here]

In the 5-4 ruling the newest supreme court justice Amy Coney Barrett sided with the Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, while justice John Roberts sides with the liberal justices in the minority, but seems to agree on the merits.

“Stemming the spread of COVID–19 is unquestionably a compelling interest, but it is hard to see how the challenged regulations can be regarded as ‘narrowly tailored,’” the court wrote in an unsigned opinion.

“They are far more restrictive than any COVID–related regulations that have previously come before the Court, much tighter than those adopted by many other jurisdictions hard-hit by the pandemic, and far more severe than has been shown to be required to prevent the spread of the virus at the applicants’ services.”

“It is hard to believe that admitting more than 10 people to a 1,000–seat church or 400–seat synagogue would create a more serious health risk than the many other activities that the State allows.” (full pdf)

Additionally, all schools must now restrict attendance and comply with “full remote learning.”  It is all for your best interest citizen as explained by the command and governing authority: “Having someone in your home who does not live with you – not part of your household – even if they are part of your extended family, or your close friends, puts your entire household at risk.”

Pennsylvania – officials are issuing new orders and advisories they are calling “additional safeguards” as they work to slow the spread of coronavirus across the state.

Gov. Tom Wolf made the announcement alongside Pennsylvania Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine during a press conference on Monday afternoon.

Dr. Andreas Noack was reportedly under investigation by German authorities for being non-compliant with the COVID-19 lockdown laws enacted by the government. During a livestream broadcast of his views on the authoritarian COVID-19 rules, the German police broke down his door and arrested him. The arrest was made after the German Parliament passed the “Infection Protection Law”.

(Media Report) – Reports from Germany indicate that a German doctor, Dr. Andreas Noack was arrested during a police raid while he was recording a live video. The reasons for the police raid and arrest of the german doctor have not been officially revealed yet. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced new COVID compliance restrictions upon citizens of the Garden State last week.  A limit of 10 people are allowed to gather indoors and a limit of 150 allowed to gather outdoors.  Masks are mandated by decree.

However, some citizens of New Jersey are ready to fight back against the arbitrary totalitarian dictates, and they are well prepared to make Murphy uncomfortable.  We can all expect to see much more of this…. We are not a nation to be ruled as sheep. WATCH:
