LOS ANGELES – A temporary restraining order has been issued preventing an anti-abortion group from releasing any video of leaders of a California company that provides fetal tissue to researchers.

The group is the same one that previously shot viral covert video of a Planned Parenthood leader discussing the sale of aborted fetuses for research.

The Los Angeles Superior Court order issued Tuesday prohibits the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video of three high-ranking StemExpress officials taken at a restaurant in May. It appears to be the first legal action prohibiting the release of a video from the organization. (more…)

Philippe Reines, Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan and Huma Abedin all used non State Dept. email accounts during their tenure within the Clinton led State Department. It appears all of them joined with Hillary Clinton to avoid FOIA investigative inquiry into their activity.  Reines turns over 20 boxes of hand-selected emails for review.

…To clarify, the judge asked Hackett if Reines was “asked to produce in his personal email system, federal records… and he produced 20 boxes of emails in his personal emails. Is that” your understanding?

Hackett said it was.

(Via Politico) Long-time Hillary Clinton spokesman Philippe Reines handed the State Department 20 boxes of work-related emails taken in part from a personal email account, State officials said Wednesday, calling into question the extent to which top aides to the former secretary of state also engaged in controversial email practices.

State Department top document official John Hackett, who heads Freedom of Information Act requests for the agency, told a federal judge in a court hearing Wednesday that Reines was among several officials asked to turn over any any work-related documents in his possession. (more…)

Via Judicial Watch […] During the a status hearing today, Sullivan warned that the failure to follow his order was serious and the IRS and Justice Department’s excuses for not following his July 1 order were “indefensible, ridiculous, and absurd.”

He asked the IRS’ Justice Department lawyer Geoffrey Klimas, “Why didn’t the IRS comply” with his court order and “why shouldn’t the Court hold the Commissioner of the IRS in contempt.” Judge Sullivan referenced his contempt findings against Justice Department prosecutors in the prosecution of late Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) and reminded the Justice Department attorney he had the ability to detain him for contempt. Warning he would tolerate no further disregard of his orders, Judge Sullivan said, “I will haul into court the IRS Commissioner to hold him personally into contempt.”

Part of the 7,000 emails released to the Baltimore Sun reveals the MCAC Data Hub and DHS tracking former Black Panther leader Malik Shabazz during the Baltimore riots.

The MCAC Hub previously came to our attention two years ago when we discovered Maryland using DHS databases to collected license plate information (via ALPR) and cross references to national firearm purchases via contracted data mining of various state concealed carry permit libraries.

Apparently the MCAC Data Hub is good for something beside tracking drivers and gun owners.

BALTIMORE – Officials in Maryland worried that out-of-town protest leader Malik Shabazz would incite violence at a protest planned the weekend after rioting wracked Baltimore, newly released documents show, and had been monitoring his activities in the city for a week..

Shabazz, the president of Washington-based Black Lawyers for Justice and former leader of the New Black Panther Party, came to Baltimore to help lead protests, and his activities were closely watched by city officials, the documents show.

A bulletin sent out by the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center, a group that circulates information between federal and local law enforcement, warned police officers to be on their guard ahead of a planned protest led by Shabazz on May 2. (more…)

Some people might remember the previous Democrat Rally in Tucson Arizona calling for civility in the wake of Gabby Giffords shooting.  Here’s another example of that “Democrat Civility”. 

PHILADELPHIA – Presidential candidate and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) was heckled while participating in the time-honored tradition of grabbing a cheesesteak in Philadelphia on Tuesday.

Photos of the event showed at least two protesters holding up rather lewd signs while Walker schmoozed at Geno’s Steaks, a cheesesteak joint famous for expecting its customers to order in English.

“SCOTT WALKER SNIFFS OWN POO,” read one sign, for example. (more…)

Episode 1 introduces Holly O’Donnell, a licensed phlebotomist who unsuspectingly took a job as a “procurement technician” at the fetal tissue company and biotech start-up StemExpress in late 2012. “I thought I was going to be just drawing blood, not procuring tissue from aborted fetuses,” says O’Donnell, who fainted in shock on her first day of work in a Planned Parenthood clinic when suddenly asked to dissect a freshly-aborted fetus during her on-the-job training. In order to tackle the U.S. Illegal Immigration issues, even broadly, a person must first change their paradigms and understand the root issues which create the crisis.

Before you can reasonably present a solution to the problem, you must first understand the problem. Understanding how illegal aliens work in the U.S. is step one toward understanding what proposed solutions would/could work, and which are mere political talking points.  Here’s the stuff the professional political class don’t want you to know.

Most people think of illegal alien workers as farm workers or employed by small service businesses. While there is some validity to the precept, the vast majority of illegal aliens actually find it easier to gain employment in large organizational businesses. When you understand labor law, you understand why this is the case.

Every entity that hires people is potentially at risk for audit or inspection from the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) within their regional jurisdiction. The EEOC responds to hiring practice complaints from a perspective of insuring equal employment opportunity. As we’ll show, the rules of the EEOC are in direct contradiction with Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) immigration laws. (more…)
